Hurting someone's self-respect can lead to bitter conflicts and even bloodshed. Why does a threat to self-respect tear a person from within? Like animals protecting their territory, we sense the world according to the felt boundaries. A threat to one’s self-respect hurts because of the innate knowledge that even the smallest and most insignificant person nonetheless has a place in the world. There's the saying, "Don't do to others what you hate." But is it even possible for people to live together, while everyone also wants to extend their boundaries and enter another’s turf? Yes, it is possible. It's all in a psychological change. Nature gives us both—the innate drive to expand our turf all the time and a psychological mechanism teaching us how to be successful together. So let's do the opposite: Make room for everyone and suddenly you would feel that everyone is making room for you. The entire world is yours. If, however, no one wants to budge a millimeter for the other person, then we all suffocate. The drive for self-respect alone takes us to the cemetery. What does it mean to make room for the other person? It is nothing special; it is sheer psychology. There's a kind of blindness that prevents us from rising above our ego. Once we apply “what’s mine is yours,” then we reach a state where the entire world is truly yours. Connection with others is the means for self-correction and for self-control in relation to others. We would then all feel that everyone is a close friend and everything is great. When we enter the right balance between us, then we reach balance with nature. In the state where people make room for each other, we respect the upper force, the force of nature—the desire to bestow, to love, from which everything was created. He is the king of the world. Because of Him I feel that I'm a king of the world and you feel like a king of the world, and she does, and he does. Yes, it happens to all of us but when we connect correctly with each other, then each of us also feels that the other person is king of the world, too. This is how we can reach a world that is utterly good.

The coronavirus seemingly hurts teenagers the most. They are thirsty for physical connection, to be together with their friends. Psychologists say that this period is destroying teenagers. This virus came specifically to rearrange our relationships, humanity, and to give us a new perspective on life. The lesson for teenagers is strong because they are the ones who shape humanity. They will need to understand that our connection is the most important thing in life. Teenagers also have to understand that they can’t break through the walls of the “quarantine prisons.” Instead they need to break through the walls of egoism in their hearts through the force of good. We need to advise our teenagers that they will be able to go out and meet when they change their relationships to benefit everyone, behaving nicely, in connection and love towards everybody. Then there will be nothing to stop them from meeting. It is their responsibility. The young generation will purify the air. They have no other choice.

We experience stress and anxiety due to our egoistic attitudes toward others and not because of any external factors at home or work. We think we are stressed due to issues related to money, health, work, and home, all of which have all been exacerbated by Covid in recent months. We resist what is happening and worry and want to control the future so that it will be less uncertain. The truth is that we are not in charge. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us that all of these issues come to us from Mother Nature so that we will learn to let go of our belief that we can control the future and instead will attribute the issues we are facing to the benevolent leadership of the upper force. We need to actively change our approach to the people in our lives so that we will be more friendly with them, in the same way that all of nature’s actions toward us are friendly and good. We need to consciously choose to accept and flow with the providence of the upper force in the same way that the still, vegetative, and animate levels of nature do. Like a baby being taken care of by its mother, we need to trust, learn, and grow in her loving arms. In this way we calm down and become partners in a mutual relationship based on love within an integral system.

Young people want to succeed but they find it difficult to choose the right goals and direction in a changing reality. Although reality is changing and the future feels uncertain, humanity is moving in one direction: toward integral connection between everyone. Every individual will need to learn how to relate to himself, others, and society with a proper attitude within the next few years. Whoever works to connect people into a good, mutual, integral system will not lose. The most important factor in choosing a workplace will be whether there is a spirit of connection between the workers or not. If we feel that we are not alone but in a group with people who help and support each other, we will be able to succeed in everything.

Children bully each other because humans are born with an evil inclination to harm, rule, dominate, and control others. Bullied children will not wish to speak about it due to fear that their parents will look down on them and they will get into more trouble with the bullies. In order to prevent bullying, teachers should use theatre in the classroom to teach integral education. Students will learn that every person is included in everyone else and that they can be any character whether strong/weak, smart/dumb, big/small, bad/good, honest/a liar, and later on in the process, bully/bullied. Everyone has to scrutinize, talk with one another, and relate to one another in their roles. They change roles regularly so that they learn that there are other states and they will become integrated in them all. They will come out of their shells, fears, and the roles that they feel locked into. They will learn to break down the walls that divide them by working together to achieve a common goal (in the theatre) and evoking a good attitude in others until they all feel as one.

It is impossible to grow unless we embrace conflicts, ascend above our egos, make mutual concessions, and feel love for others. Love has to be more important to me than my own opinion and any competition between us. I concede my truth and do not demand the same from others; I only set a good example. It is impossible to demand love. If we touch delicate issues, it is only an opportunity for me to show the extent to which I am ready to pay for the connection. The outcome is that I feel a warm embrace, a sense of giving and closeness. If we do so, no disease will break out.

Tenants are finding it hard to pay rent during the coronavirus crisis and are asking for a significant discount. Landlords should agree to lower the rent temporarily since humanity is facing an economic blow as a single family. This means that the landlord will profit a bit less, but if such a move leads to expenses, he should relate to it differently. From the perspective of the state, it must ensure everyone’s basic necessities. Everyone should ask himself in what way he is contributing since we all have a responsibility. We are actually at war. Nature is forcing us to connect to each other differently in an integral way since otherwise, the situation in our country will be very bad. We are all in the same boat and we depend on each other. Having no choice, everyone will warm his heart and relate to others as to his own family and relatives. In this war, whoever is ready to sacrifice himself will gain more and will open up a new reality for himself.

A successful business must be integral since this is the general inclination of human development today. A self-assured, middle manager who blocks innovative ideas subsequently leads to negative outcomes for staff and the business. and may need to be fired. It could be a good idea to bring someone from the outside in who can build a positive team-spirit. The desirable outcomes would need to be examined and defined for both the manager and the workers According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, the implementation of orders received from above depends on the emotional connection between everyone. The staff group would need to similarly connect as one, spiritual, round body in mutual guarantee and love.
