How can organizations ensure that employees at every level feel important and appreciated? While hierarchy is necessary, it can lead to comparison, competition, and separation between higher, middle, and lower workers. These obstacles can be overcome if everyone is included in working together toward a common goal. Management should hold regular talks to emphasize that mutual benefit can be achieved only through the efforts and participation of every worker and all will prosper through working together. All are equal participants toward accomplishing the goal, and even simple work is essential. We are all mutually dependent, each one does their part for the good of the whole, and recognizes the value of each one’s unique contribution. Everyone is responsible for creating an environment where everyone is valued, where each one is greeted as a friend by all the others. Upon entering the gate of the workplace, each one should peel off all their shells and enter with a warm heart and uplifted spirits for having been granted the opportunity to work together in common purpose.

People are finally starting to value the health of workers and to understand that health requires positive relationships and a good atmosphere. It is hard to create a good atmosphere at work because human nature is egoistic and we tend to criticize and dominate each other. People are willing to struggle their whole lives in order to reach a higher status in society, even if it ruins their health. Competition should instead be aimed at fulfilling one’s maximum potential for the good of society as a whole. Management should guide people to respect one another and connect.

Billionaires Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson have recently engaged in a new kind of space travel. It has given an impression that very wealthy people have no limits. They can never be satisfied with what they have, and even space has become a place for them to compete in. The human ego is unlimited. It is beyond nature’s forces. The ego wants to swallow the universe with its stars, its space, and everything, so that everything will shift to become inside me, and there will be nothing outside of me. A petition that was signed by hundreds of thousands of people relating to the billionaire's space flight stated the following, “We don't need billionaires, not on earth and not in space. But if they already decided to go to space, we should leave them there.” In other words, hundreds of thousands of people think that we should shut the doors so they cannot come back. This entire approach, even this thought, is incorrect in my opinion. Billionaires are those who keep factories, society and several other systems operating in the world. If I’m not a billionaire and I'm not great, it's because I don't have these qualities and I don't know how to get ahead at my expense and at your expense. They have just found more sophisticated ways to put their hands into our pockets and drain from there. But they are using human nature in order to get rich. And without using human nature in this way, we won't be able to progress humanity. We need not change anything in our relations, between billionaires and masses. We need change only through education. All of us, including billionaires, have to receive the proper education, so that it will bring us all to understand this system that we are living in. We are all interdependent and only through such understanding will we be able to balance out society as there is room for everyone and no one will feel threatened by another.

True connection within a team is established when each member cooperates internally and emotionally by complementing others so the group actually feels as one. Each one gives their heart to the others, which forms an entity that is above everyone and wraps everyone. By connecting in this way, each member of the team will feel the additional power and energy of nature, which will heal everything. If a dispute breaks out, the team ascends above it in order to be as one again and covers everything with love. The purpose of the pandemic is to teach us that we are, in fact, one team that is taking care of one patient: humanity, which needs to unite.

Young people want to succeed but they find it difficult to choose the right goals and direction in a changing reality. Although reality is changing and the future feels uncertain, humanity is moving in one direction: toward integral connection between everyone. Every individual will need to learn how to relate to himself, others, and society with a proper attitude within the next few years. Whoever works to connect people into a good, mutual, integral system will not lose. The most important factor in choosing a workplace will be whether there is a spirit of connection between the workers or not. If we feel that we are not alone but in a group with people who help and support each other, we will be able to succeed in everything.

Our nature is to lose motivation just as a person who begins to eat loses his appetite at a certain point. There should be experts in an organization who make sure that motivation, creativity, and innovation remain high by making employees into partners and giving awards to show importance, respect, and appreciation. If we want a worker to come to work enthusiastically, he needs to feel that he can express his uniqueness at work. The quality of the interpersonal connections and the atmosphere at work greatly impact the workers’ motivation. Competition in an integral organization means each one competes with himself as well as connects to others in order to contribute to the success of the organization.

A successful business must be integral since this is the general inclination of human development today. A self-assured, middle manager who blocks innovative ideas subsequently leads to negative outcomes for staff and the business. and may need to be fired. It could be a good idea to bring someone from the outside in who can build a positive team-spirit.
