Part 3: Building a Spiritual Society. Dr Michael Laitman. 6-6-2026

Student: Hello, beloved friends, we are continuing the process we started last week, we're awakening from below, we called it, and today the awakening from below, the foundation we're going to strengthen in our spiritual life, is the Ten, strengthening our Ten. So we saw a few weeks ago that while all of us together and the whole world are doing an action like the Ten's congress, we get a spiritual push and a huge ascent and we want to ride that wave. So when strengthening the Ten today we're going to try to talk about a few things, we don't have a lot of time, we want to speak about the head of the Ten, then about the weekly meeting that we'd like every Ten to have, a meal of friends, something that the great light and warmth and closeness that we felt in the congress that we'll live in the Ten like the weekly fountain, and search for more things that can strengthen us. We're going to start everything by a short talk with the Rav from September 4th, 2023, a six-minute talk, a person takes with him only what he did in the Ten. Clip number one please.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (01:39) Tens come every morning, 50 minutes before the lesson, sit together, go over the material.

M. Laitman: I've seen that.

Student: There are Tens that organize here, they translate, they're active, there are Tens who do it, so just awaken envy in other Tens. Is that okay to give such examples?

M. Laitman: Of course, I'll tell you even more. When a person dies, except for what he did in the Ten, he doesn't take anything else with him, only that. Now, you look, what did you do, that that is what you are taking with you? Tell me.

Student: It's spicy what you said.

Student: What do you mean, what you did in the Ten?

M. Laitman: How much they helped them connect, and I connected with them. How many steps ahead did we take towards the purpose of creation together? Tried, even if we didn't go, if you just try, that's what you have. If you die, that's the calculation. Because really, as much as it might not seem so important maybe, but this is what's left of a person. This is what's left of a person in this world towards the next world.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (03:10) A man who comes to the lesson, he doesn't invest in the Ten, but he sits in the lesson, he hears Yiriz Rabash, nothing is left for him for the next world?

M. Laitman: Nothing.

Student: A person who invests in dissemination, he gives his life to dissemination, helps, contributes, it's not recorded for him anything?

M. Laitman: No.

Student: So what's actually recorded for a person?

M. Laitman: As much as he worked to connect between people.

Student: The action for connecting people is carried out during the lesson, my attitude and my concern for the Ten?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: And outside of the lesson, what's recorded for me?

M. Laitman: How much you're working towards that, according to your time, your state, I can't say. But your concern is connection. Look what they're writing. This is what's left from your whole life.

Student: Is it possible a person is here 20 years and he doesn't accumulate anything?

M. Laitman: No.

Student: You said in the lesson that we're like children waiting to receive a blow and that will aim us forward, like the mother who aims us.

M. Laitman: Yeah.

Student: How to change that so it's not the blow that will aim me, but the goal will aim me?

M. Laitman: You need to stabilize yourself, to organize a blow for yourself.

Student: Which blow? How?

M. Laitman: You have a lot of articles, you know how to appreciate each thing.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (04:55) How to replace the blow that comes to me from behind? And to some extent, it's good for me. It's convenient because it aims me in the end. How to turn it into a purposeful blow?

M. Laitman: A purposeful blow is a society that presents the goal for you and where they are and where you are.

Student: And the blow is what? The pain, the gap between me and them?

M. Laitman: Envy.

Student: Envy.

M. Laitman: Envy, lust and honor, but envy is the main.

Student: And if I don't envy them, it's a sign I'm not working? Right?

M. Laitman: Yes.

Student: So if what's left from this life is only your connection in the Ten, your efforts to connect them, how do you check if you're actually doing such a thing?

M. Laitman: As much as you caused people that yearn for the goal to be together and close to the goal. That is a summary of your work.

Student: How do I make them, cause them? What does it mean to cause them to be together?

M. Laitman: You cause them to advance to the Creator, to the purpose of creation, to connect all of the souls into one soul that the Creator purposely broke.

Student: So if each one of us had a spiritual development index, would that be the only thing that considers a rising index? The rest is not considered like that?

M. Laitman: Right.

Student: So why are we doing all the rest?

M. Laitman: What is all the rest?

Student: I don't know. We're doing a lot of things. We work in dissemination, many things.

M. Laitman: Everything is around this.

Student: But in dissemination, I don't connect my Ten.

M. Laitman: Still. It's in the same direction of bringing everybody into connection.

Question (Petah Tikva Center): (07:34) Okay, so in conclusion, when you die, they check only if you engage the connection in the Ten?

M. Laitman: Mainly, yes.

Student: And how do I know if I'm in the right direction?

Student: A person dies, and other than what he did in the Ten, he's taking nothing with him, only that. A person dies, and other than what he did in the Ten, he takes with him nothing, only that. Now, look and see what you've done that you will be taking with you. Tell me. So we want to talk about a very special exercise that entered the life of our Ten, the head of the Ten. It's beautiful to see how each time, gradually, more organs, more states open up for us, beautiful things in our Ten that help us realize the connection with the upper one. It's beautiful to see how Rav's advice enters our lives. It starts like a tiny drizzle, then a rain, then a storm, then a downpour, then you begin to hear him, then you see that everything that he gives us is in the sources. And we got this exercise called the head of the Ten, and we've been doing it for a few weeks already. And it's important for us to sit together to see where we have a little status check. Where is each Ten at, to share some impressions, so it will strengthen us as a society. So let's enter the first workshop question. Let's say, how do we summarize what we've gone through so far with respect to the head of the Ten. The idea is we want to get the most spiritual benefit of this structure of a Ten with a head. We want to see which insights, which new ideas we get from this exercise. So let's summarize a workshop. How do we summarize what we've been through thus far regarding the head of the Ten? If our Ten hasn't started working on this exercise called head of the Ten, then we will talk and ask ourselves, why? We'll scrutinize together. Why haven't we done it? And how do we start realizing the exercise called the head of the Ten? Five minutes.
