R. R. Each one needs to give an example of the extent that he is willing to restrict himself and to be adhered to the 10 in order to realize what they are thinking and what they want. In such a way by giving an example he awakens everyone.

S. So now you talked about nullifying towards the 10. What does it mean to nullify before the Creator?

R. That’s what I mean that annulment towards the 10 and annulment towards the Creator, I try to see that as one thing. I don’t have the vessels, I don’t have any ability to see myself as annulled toward the Creator, only the 10 that the Creator brought me to, He put my hands on the good fortune and said, “take it”.

15. S. (21:31) Can I be envious of the friends only when I nullify?

R. It depends on what you envy. I envy the friends to the extent that the friends are able to annul towards the 10. I don’t really understand the difficulties and disturbances the friends experience, but I see to what extent he is able to annul himself toward the 10. This is what I truly envy.

S. If I see that the friend is completely in spirituality then I would be envious, but I am shown the opposite. How do I feel envy?

R. You need to try and see in their actions, the actions of bestowal, to the extent that each and every one is unique in bestowing: one is taking care of the order of the 10; another does all kinds of actions between each other; the third one is preparing the meeting for the friends and so on; the fourth is involved with every friend and what they are experiencing, like what’s happening in the families.

Each and everyone has a special inclination and he tries to bestow from the way he is built to the 10, to be included in them. You look and you see that it is only you who is not in place and not doing any action. What are you doing here? You start to be ashamed in comparison to the friends like Rabash writes in his letter, that he is ashamed of his petty actions. That is how everyone is. There is no great or small as each one is different from the other. He will always find conditions and qualities that are in the friend and are not in him and for that he can be ashamed and that is very important. That gives great strength to advance.

16. S. (25:20) Now that we learn about the annulment we are in and we see the importance of it, it is easier to maintain but over time it disappears. How do we maintain it?

R. Don't make efforts to maintain it. It won't work. On the contrary, the more we advance the more it will slip away. It will also come, according to your efforts, but it will most certainly slip away every time. It is not a problem. Let it slip away. It should be new in your eyes. Meaning that every time a new record, new vessels, new discernments, arise and by that we build the vessel of our soul.

17. S. (26:35) Do the forces a person needs exist in them or can we only pray to nullify?

R. It depends on which strength. Strength to advance spiritually a person most certainly does not have. That he needs to receive through the group, from the Creator. But to see these things to see what he is lacking to annul his state that he can even if he is alone because from above his state is illuminated, even though he is not yet in the successful state. “There is none as wise as the experienced.” You will feel how it unfolds, the state of conception, this impregnation, in this state we scrutinize all of the following degrees.

In attaining this common goal you connect and it doesn't matter that each one is taking care of something else in the 10, you attain the goal and you all feel that you are as one.

S. What exactly do I envy?
R. I envy that I am not as concerned with the well-being of the group as they are, that I am not as involved as they are. I will always see myself as lower than them, that I find that I am not doing it. I find that I am not like them, the same as Rabash writes.

S. I want this quality like they have?

R. I want to reach the states where I at least care for the group, that I'm involved with everyone as they are. It always seems to me that I am falling behind.

19. S. (32:03) You said before that the annulment is active but it is not clear if I can initiate something towards the 10?

R. I have to try to annul myself like Rabash writes. I have all kinds of opportunities to annul myself toward the friends. I will see myself as lesser and lesser than the friends as I advance, that I don't reach states as they do, even though annulment. What is in that? This is a very high degree, it is the foundation of all of our spiritual development. Do you understand? It is the foundation of all of our spiritual development. We need to annul ourselves completely on every single degree more and more and more. By that we advance.

S. I am already serving the Creator and He gave me certain qualities to care for them. How do I not calm myself?

R. Don't worry. If you do what you have in your hands to do, then the next moment, called ‘tomorrow’ you will always feel lack, that there is always something that you can add. It will be revealed.

20. S. (34:15) Is it a new need, a new demand?

R. Yes.

21. R. (36:21) We don't exactly understand what the awakening of the upper one is: the first, the second, what is the first conception and the second conception here? Each working on their own account or on the account of the upper one. These things are still mixed up in us and confusing us, and we don't understand what exactly is happening, what we are experiencing. We need to know one thing, that when I receive some form of awakening from the upper one I need to try and immediately realize it in increasing connection between us. Because all in all what is happening in conception is we need to connect all of us together to a single point, and this point is developing. There is a lot of inspiration and upliftment here from all kinds of Kabbalist who wrote about this. But it will be better if we try and do this simply just like Rabash writes and we won't be confused.

22. S. (38:10) What is that black dot that his spirituality is regarded as darkness?

R. Spirituality is certainly not darkness, however in spirituality there are states of darkness, meaning I don't know exactly how to organize myself to the upper one and where am I? Where do I orient myself? This is all darkness. But the darkness could be also understood as the darkness will shine as light, meaning that I blessed the darkness as I bless the light. You don't need to immediately try to take one thing and understand it in a different place. We are talking about different degrees and you can't take one discernment from one degree to all of the other degrees as you will be confused. I also desire for states in darkness from where I can begin to do the new work, why not. Darkness is shining as light, that I begin to understand from the darkness what am I required, what am I demanded of, there are many discernments about this. Generally light cannot be without darkness, otherwise I will not see the light, so it has to happen in various conflicting and contrasting states between the darkness and the light in various shapes and forms. Don't think that darkness is complete disconnection, no. Even disconnection, we also learn gradually from our experience how disconnection is actually preparing us for new discernment of light, that I feel myself that I am confused and another day that I am in darkness, and another day that I am in despair. After these states I feel how the states help me to clarify the new states, more elevated and exalted states, clearer states. My connection to the darkness to the confusion becomes different, that a person who goes into such states of darkness and confusion and detachment is happy because these things typically bring him new attainments, a new feeling, new scrutiny. So He blesses for the bad as he does for the good. We have to stabilize, calibrate ourselves in the middle line as much as possible. That anything that happens to us on the path has a place that nothing is canceled. I do want to erase anything but you only go forward.

23. S. (42:22) What you just explained is that the first conception is through an awakening from above and then later from below it happens multiple times in a cycle, meaning it doesn't happen in one go. Is this how we always work?

R. Yes, we always learn that you are right and you feel it correctly.

24. S. (43:05) In order to enter conception then should I care for each one in the 10?

R. In spirituality my personal state is called how much am I connected to the 10, the manner of connection with the 10 and the strength of connection with them in which I try to discover the Creator because the10 becomes the best of where I discovered the Creator. This is basically the correct approach to open the eyes, this is why the Creator, to begin with, broke the vessel of Adam HaRishon so we have an opportunity as we gather the vessel to discover the Creator more and more.

25. S. (44:23) We learn that we annul ourselves towards the womb, we have no mouth or opinion only the opinion of the mother and then suddenly something else comes in, that there is a second conception, that there is an exertion from the outside….

R. We are not even in the first conception so I don't understand your question. The first conception is that the Creator is doing all of it, the second conception is that the lower one begins to add by himself.

S. What can he add?

R. We're not there yet, so why do you ask? If we are not there yet, asking about it confuses yourself and others. I will have to be happy to speak about everything on the condition that it helps your progress, if you give a little child something that is not according to his emotional level he will get confused and it might even harm him for years to come, for his health. So just like when we feed the children with the spoon, we have to give him the exact right dose and the right heat or cold see, the right amount and the right dosage in the right times. R. The annulment of a person over his ego, connection as much as possible above each and every one’s ego, to connect together, to ask of the Creator to give us that strength to connect us, then we will begin to feel that we can connect above the annulment of each and every one that I begin to feel by annulling myself, that I feel the friends and so the friends also feel it and then together we come to a state where we feel what does it mean actual connection which is the quality of the Creator. We don't have in our world a definition of true connection which is above the egoistic calculations, I don't even have the words here. It is very big and moving that we need to have self-annulment, connection with the friends and the Creator that is basically where we are and what we need to do. Every time that we go through this we each time feel better and better of what godliness means because it clothes within us, fulfilling and connecting us. That we begin to feel how opposite we are to him. This is called that one is greater than his friend his inclination is greater than himself and to that extent the Creator fulfills the growing gap between us, fulfills them and calms them down, pronouncing and highlighting the plus and minus between us of how different we are and fills these opposite discernments between us and this is how he can appear otherwise he has no way to appear. He can be revealed only through ‘love covers all crimes’. So the more that we advance the more in conflict we will be different and one who is greater than his friend his inclination is greater than himself, on the other hand we will discover in here the Creator. 27. S. (53:48) If I am annulled enough do I need to be in the state of darkness?

R. Yes, we always give the darkness a new definition and also the light we give a new definition until the darkness shines as light. We will learn that.

28. S. (55:06) How should we work with states of convenience, ones that one feels fulfillment from?

R. These are states that can go on for a long time and here it depends on the group, one cannot deliver himself out of a state to a higher state, only the influence of the group through envy, lust, and honor, and all kinds of states in the group that awakened in him. He has to see them as help to advance.

S. Is a person supposed to limit his pleasure as I feel that is a pleasurable point in my life do I need to limit it?

R. No, you don't need to put yourself into some state of sorrow, you just need to make the scrutiny, is this the life that you wanted? The life meaning, that you have everything that you need, the essence and understanding of life, and what you live for in the connection with the upper force. You don't get these upper qualities and do you settle for just the beastly fulfillment. You don't need to suffer from it but just to ask yourself about it each time and this is what you need. The 10 must somehow subtly awaken these questions and everyone.

S. Even if I connect to the source, if I say that the Creator sent me this state, this joy, should I flow with the state?

R. It is very good that you do that if you connect it to the sources and see how all of these thoughts come from the influence of the group on you even though you don't hear it from them but that the atmosphere in the 10 is such that when you read an article, when you talk about the lesson even if you don't but still there is this influence of the 10 over you, that you start feeling that you are feeling inconvenient in the present state, that you don't advance. There is still a way to go forward and we have to make certain that no one feels convenient in the group. No, actually the opposite, that everyone needs to feel really inconvenient, meaning restless. Always to walk around with questions of who am I and what am I for and to awaken others as well.

28. S. (59:58) To the extent a person annuls himself in the state of conception, to that extent does he inflate the womb?

R. Yes, the more he cancels himself the more he is willing to receive everything that there is because ultimately it comes from the Creator that he is willing to receive anything just to be cancelled before the Creator. Don't forget that.

S. Does that depend on every friend to the extent that he annuls himself, does that advance to 10?

R. If there are such thoughts in the friend he will feel that, in the 10 there are thoughts that passed from one another that very much influence has even stronger than what they say.

S. Here the mutual guarantee begins but each one canceling themselves?

R. Yes.

29. S. (01:01:14) Can we depict the upper one as the 10 in general or can we understand the awakening from an upper one?

R. Yes, it is possible for now.

30. S. (01:01:36) It seems that annulment is expressed in external actions that we do to all kinds of requests, where is annulment expressed in our thoughts?

R. S. In order to be included in the group I need to depict where the 10 is something different than what I see?

R. Yes, you need to depict yourself that they are all included together and that it is really so, that you are just there in an incomplete way. There is a connection there is something to the extent that you feel that you lack that, it is also a missing connection. You will advance.

31. S. (01:04:38) I have no problem to support the 10 in thoughts above myself. What is the difference between this and a psychological action?

R. What does it mean that you cancel yourself before the 10? What is this, that whatever the group, the 10 thinks, that whatever it does as a 10 that I am in there, we don't ask, we don't want to understand what they're doing, we just accept what they do without criticism and to me this is complete and whole and correct and this is what I do. By that I cancel myself towards the Creator I have no way to cancel myself towards the Creator, except if I do it to the 10, who is the Creator and what is the Creator. I don't know, I can just imagine such things to myself. It is only a wild imagination, but only towards the 10.

S. That is how I proceeded with no criticism, I see the friends are in a very high state.

R. You don't do it, you only talk about it that is it as you have to accept them as the greatest of the generation that they have a spiritual connection between them and you are not there yet, that you are outside of that. Then to do all sorts of actions to integrate in them it is not a psychological action it is a deep action of the heart.

32. S. (01:07:37) I didn't understand completely, to depict the group but then as the womb? What else can be added to this?

R. I want to nullify to the 10 as it is written, read again the articles about the group. I don't have any more to add, just do more and more, do as he describes there. To the extent that I nullify myself, that I become worthy, that I become ready to receive an influence from above according to the equivalence of form.

S. It is just confusing as I am imagining something I don't know what I'm just trying to do, what is written to be included in the friend’s desires of what they want?

R. This depends upon how all of us in the 10 desire for the progress, for success, for getting closer to the state of completeness and each and every one shall help his friend. Each one will feel that he is still not in a complete state?

S. Is one will help his friend also giving feedback to those who are making efforts?

R. It depends what is acceptable in the 10 some do more and some think more, it depends on the character of the 10.

35. S. (01:15:37) In the second sentence regarding prayer which rises up and the upper one corrects the prayer giving it the power of the screen, what is this?

R. That is what is written, I am reading. The root of the work of the lower one is the desire to receive, this is our entire nature. The prayer called MAN rises up meaning a deficiency that we raise above to the Creator and then the upper one, a higher degree than where we are which corrects this prayer our plea and places on it the power of the screen which is a desire to delay the abundance. That before I receive right away I stop the abundance that comes to me and before the lower one knows about himself that his aim is to bestow. This is what I get from above, that is the upper one bestows on the lower one called the screen. I receive such an instinct inside of me that the moment that pleasure comes to me I can stop it, that I won't let it expand in me. That is the upper one bestows upon the lower one tasting pleasure in the desire to bestow, meaning that I want to bestow feeling a desire for it, that I have pleasure from wanting to bestow this is why I want to perform the restriction and I reject the pleasures that come to me from above and by this I feel pleasure, that I am rejecting it. The lower one feels the exaltedness of the Creator and at that time he begins to understand that it is worthwhile to annul before Him, to cancel his existence before Him. From the entire desire to receive there is a lower one who wants to annul and in practice this means to not work with it. Then he feels that all of that in reality is all because such is his desire that the Creator wants the lower one to exist, but for himself he wants to cancel his existence, he doesn't want to be the receiver and it follows that then all of the vitality that he feels is regarded as Lishma and not for himself meaning that he already exchanged his attitude, his relation, his paradigm, the essence of his action from receiving to bestowing that is what is important for him. When he fails this it is considered that he already has the correction of MAN and then he is also fit to receive MAD as well because there is no contradiction in the relations between them. Since the lower one wants the benefit of the upper and not his own benefit.

S. I am always looking for this place, where is this place where I am rejecting the pleasure?

R. When the upper one gives it to you, you will see it and you will feel it.

36. S. (01:20:28) No matter what I do I can't stop seeing the friends as great according to their efforts. How can I come to see them as whole?

R. You don't know their exertion either, how can you check each one's exertion? You don't know the natural discernments in each one, so how can you measure their exertion and say that they are great, that these are more, or these are less? It is impossible. It could be that a friend seems to me that he is burning but maybe that is his character, and maybe another one is supposedly indifferent, numb, and that is his character, but inside it could be that he is burning. That’s why I can't see, I have to take everyone above reason. That everybody is in the perfect form, in a form that they are totally in spirituality in all of their forces. If I don't see this I have to say they have eyes and they shall not see. That I can't see anyone's true state. But to accept it, that this is the way the Creator is showing me that what I see in them are my flaws.

37. S. (01:22:42) What is the difference between nullifying myself towards the Creator, to nullifying my selfness, my existence?

R. When I annul myself towards the Creator I am willing to do everything for the benefit of the Creator.
