Item 66 (00:36) “As soon as the restriction occurred, during the ascent… “
1. R. (01:38) (Rav drawing) Is that clear? Meaning, we should draw like this. If we take Nekudot of SAG and divide them into parts. Let's say, this is the general Tabur. From the Tabur till the Sium here, end all of the Olamot, we have this division as he says. Like he says: “During the ascent of Malchut to Bina...even before they raise the MAN during the coupling that was made in...Four divisions KHBHGT till its Chazeh, meaning Keter, Hochma, Bina, Hesed, Gevura, Tifferet. I’ll write it here, this one in capital, because here on the way there is this place called ‘’Chazeh,’’ meaning chest, Chazeh. KHGHGT up to its Chazeh are considered the place of Atzilut. Meaning here, this will be the place of the world of Atzilut.
Next, the second division is the two lower thirds of Tifferet, from the Chazeh down to the Sium of Tifferet. Meaning, here there is the upper third of Tifferet above, and here below two-thirds of Tifferet where Tifferet ends. So this will be up to here, it will be the place for the world of Beria. The third part is the three Sefirot, Netzah, Hod, Yesod. Here we have Netzah, Hod, and Yesod. Here below, it will be Malchut. Netzah, Hod, Yesod belong to the world of Yetzira, the three Sefirot NHY, Netzah, Hod, Yesod, became the place of Yetzira, and Malchut in it became the place of the world of Assiya. That’s basically the entire division. Here, we should say this is the place from Tabur to Sium, this is the place of NHY of AK, the Sof, the end, Sof of AK, NHY of AK. So this is basically what we have here.
Item 67 (07:27) “The reason for it is that the place of the world Atzilut...”
2. R. (08:23) Yes, it’s clear to us. The Parsa is the limit. Below that the upper light cannot spread.
Reader continues “since indeed, only two Sefirot, ZON of the Guf, called…“
3. R. (09:54) This is basically what we are drawing here, that the upper third of Tifferet is above the Parsa, that’s the upper half of Bina where the upper light can spread, and two-thirds of Tifferet are below the Parsa and in them the upper light cannot spread anymore.
4. S. (10:29) Why is Parsa something new? Why is it considered that the Tabur goes lower?
R. No, Parsa is not Tabur. Tabur belongs to the Partzuf itself. And it is permanently in his place, it belongs to the vessels and cannot change however Parsa can go up and come down if we give bestowal to the vessels of the Partzuf, then the place where the upper light can spread then it will go up or come down this is Parsa unlike Tabur which cannot go up or down. Tabur belongs to the body like my own body where I have hands and legs and all these parts cannot change. The Parsa depends on the state of the Partzuf, in what way, in what place it is. That’s the difference between the Parsa and the Tabur.
S. The vessels above the Parsa are the same as the vessels above the Tabur? They receive in order to bestow, no?
R. You can say that about many vessels that receive in order to bestow. But what are the same vessels?
S. In essence, I’m saying, not the same vessels.
R. I don’t know what you mean about essentially. If there is a correction in a vessel, in the desire, this desire is corrected and it’s considered to be above the Parsa, that’s all. The light departed, it won’t give a correction to the vessels. The vessels will fall below the Parsa. Whereas Tabur, Rosh, Toch, are things that belong to the Partzuf, they cannot change.
5. S. (12:52) Below the Parsa, where the Malchut is in control?
R. It’s because Malchut is already in control of this area. Malchut is in control of Assiya, less in Yetzira, and even less in Beria, but still in different forms, different ways. That the vessels are different, because the vessels of Beria stumble on to Bina, they belong to Bina even though they are already restricted, because they are ZAT of Bina, the vessels of reception in Bina. This is the world of Beria, vessels of reception, and Beria. Malchut which ascends to Bina, Malchut ascends to the Sefirot Netzah, Hod, Yesod, restricts them much more, that’s why here is a place for Yetzira. Malchut that ascends to Malchut even more, restricts the vessels, that’s why it’s a place for the world of Assiya.
6. S. (14:24) Can you explain the ZON?
R. ZON is initials for Zeir Anpin and Malchut. (Rav drawing) ZON is for Z from Zeir Anpin and Malchut (M), this is ZON, Zeir Anpin and Malchut.
7. S. (15:32) The Parsa is the partition between Atzilut and the worlds ABYA. The Atzilut is the quality of the screen, or the light?
R. It’s a force of the upper light that awakens the Partzuf to limit the reception of the lights in order to bestow in the Tifferet of Nekudot of SAG, because there is where the quality of Bina ends. That's called the force of the Parsa, it's the quality of Bina which ends after the top third of Tifferet. That’s why the upper light can’t expand downwards, because there are no vessels of bestowal over there. That’s it.
S. What does it mean that it strengthens the ability of Tiferet to receive in order to bestow?
R. That is what happens with the Parsa, it's because it’s from the bestowing of the upper light and the will to receive that meet. Then, they between them, they decide as much as they can let the upper light expand, and as much it can’t. That’s how the Parsa is made. The Parsa isn’t a constant place, it can go up and down. But, it’s a place which marks the limit for now, under these conditions that for now this Parsa stands at Tifferet. It can go up and down, we will learn about it. Meaning, it’s the limit between the vessels of bestowal and vessels of reception. Briefly, above the Parsa are the vessels of bestowal until Ein Sof, Galgata, AB, SAG, MA, upper MA, upper BON. Below the Tabur, Atzilut, it’s all vessels of bestowal. Below them, the Parsa stands and below it, are already vessels of reception, Beria, Yetzira, Assiya. When can they keep receiving?
They can’t receive light below the Parsa, but they can send above it and there receive the light, when they pass above the Parsa all the lights, all their vessels. First, from the world of Beria that all the vessels will ascend to Atzilut. Then, from Yetzira, all the vessels to Atzilut. Then, from Assiya, all the vessels to Atzilut. In the world of Atzilut, all the worlds will be in there. So this action will be called, ’Rav Pe’alim uMekabtziel,’’ that the light will bestow upon all the vessels and they’ll go back down until the point of this world - the Sium. That will be the end of correction, receiving the light and all the vessels which are corrected in their place. The Parsa will be annulled, there won’t be any more borders from Ein Sof till the end of Sium, it will all be one light in one vessel without any difference. That’s Gmar Tikkun (end of correction).
8. S. (20:09) In the beginning of item 67, Baal HaSulam writes that the place of Atzilut is the place of the expansion of the upper light. You also drew a red arrow. What is this light? Hochma or Hassadim?
R. Also light of Hochma. Also the light of Hochma and the light of Hassadim can expand till the Parsa.
S. What about Tzimtzum Bet?
R. It does not work above it. It works below the Parsa. Only in the places of the worlds of BYA - Beria, Yetzira, Assiya. Above the Parsa are the vessels of bestowal, the upper third of Tifferet and the vessels of Keter, Hochma, Bina, Hesed, Gevura, Tifferet, meaning vessels of bestowal. Upon them the second restriction doesn’t work, it doesn’t control.
9. S. (21:30) The ascent of Malchut to Bina reveals this place to the worlds, why?
R. Why the ascent from Malchut to Bina? No. These ascents, from Malchut to Bina, they reveal the restrictions that we have in the vessels. That only vessels that are the two-thirds of Tifferet of Nekudot of SAG, it’s all Nekudot of SAG. Malchut ascends and restricts. When she restricts, the bottom-half of Bina, it’s the place where Bina bestows downward. The vessels of Zeir Anpin, the world of Yetzira, are more restricted vessels that are more influenced by Malchut. The vessels of Assiya are entirely Malchut. That’s why Malchut of Galgata that works on all these vessels receives the work above it, but only restricts only the vessels from the middle of Tifferet and below because it’s vessels of reception.
S. He writes that when the restriction was made, even before the Zivug in Nikvey Eynaim, there was the place of this division already?
R. Yes, because the coupling in Nikvey Eynaim is about how to fill the vessels, and here we’re speaking about restriction.
10. S. (23:37) The vessels that are above the Parsa are vessels of Malchut, why do you say they are vessels of bestowal?
R. I don’t see it is the vessels of Malchut, it is vessels of 10 Sefirot that expand below the Tabur, they also have vessels that can be in bestowal and vessels that can’t be in bestowal, it depends who is bestowing upon them and under what conditions they are.
S. Why are the Partzuf of AB and Galgalta not able to bestow there?
R. Because they are working only in the light of Hochma and in the light of Hochma it can’t appear below the Parsa.
S. The addition of Hassadim when Nekudot of SAG descended, did it qualify the ability to bestow there?
R. Yes, correct.
11. S. (24:37) In what way did Tifferet use or what did she do that through it, in the middle of Tifferet, there is the Parsa and why not in a different place, why in Tifferet and why in this proportion of a third and two thirds?
R. Tifferet is the Bina in the Guf of the Partzuf. We have Keter Hochma and Bina, that’s the Rosh. Hesed Gevurah Tifferet, Hesed is like Keter, Gevurah is like Hochma and Tifferet is like Bina. Bina to begin with from her initial structure, she wants to resemble the Keter and bestow like Him, she is divided into two parts because of it. The upper part belongs to the vessels of bestowal, to Keter and Hochma and the lower part belongs to the lower vessels in order to receive the light of Hochma and pass it to the lower ones, this is the role of Bina. Again I am saying it. Here are vessels of bestowal, they include the vessels of Tifferet, it is the upper half of Tifferet that also receive the light of Mercy of Hassadim in order to give back, she has nothing to give but she has a desire to bestow, this is the upper 3rd of Tifferet. Afterwards there are the vessels of reception in Tifferet that she wants to receive in order to bestow below. That is why it’s vessels of reception just like ZON, ZA and Malchut. ZA and Malchut that are in Tifferet and it’s vessels of reception that she received in order to bestow below, that’s why this place is already restricted from it and down and it is the place for the world of Beria. Bina that works in the vessels of reception in order to give to the lower ones is restricted like the lower ones. You can make her able to receive the lights and then bestow to the lower ones and if she is not awakened for it, then she does not bestow. We will learn about those discernments.
12. S. (28:04) Does the location of the world Beria adjust according to the Parsa and does that location get smaller?
R. We will talk about those places. These places are all going through changes.
13. S. (28:40) We learned that all the processes that occur in the lower ones are connected to the Partzufim so the creations of the worlds of BYA how is that related to the upper worlds? The light doesn't spread beyond the Parsa, then AB SAG does not affect the processes?
R. We are speaking about dividing the place for BYA, that will come later on, the world's not only the place for the worlds, the worlds are Sefirot, Partzufim even the souls that are in there, forces good, bad and so on, it is all in the world, in this area so we will speak about it afterwards, it is not like you think. We will scrutinize it.
14. S. (29:53) How does the light of Nekudot de SAG in the vessels of Dalet benefit us?
R. The light of Bina, wherever it is, refines the vessels to work in order to bestow.
S. Is the Parsa a screen?
R. No, the Parsa is the border where you can go up to here and no more and it can go up and down.
S. The Parsa was made after the light entered till the Sium and only then was the Parsa made, why not previously, it is forbidden to go below the Parsa?
R. I'm not certain what you are talking about. Where did we learn what you are asking about it? What you heard in all kinds of places you’re throwing at me as questions. Are you asking about where the Parsa came from? The Parsa was formulated as we learned, it comes NHY of Galgata the Malchut and mingles with all these vessels, incorporates with all of the vessels but this Malchut works on everything, you can say to Infinity it doesn't matter, but where we see a result from it that it really ascends with its control only until the vessels of the middle of Tifferet. Because they are still vessels of reception of Malchut and the vessels of ZON and the vessels of reception of Bina. That in them Bina wants to receive from above, these vessels are destined to receive from above in order to pass it to the lower ones to Yetzira and Assiya. For this reason the bottom half of Bina exists like a womb, like breasts that don't belong to the body of the woman but only in order to develop the lower ones.
15. S. (32:59) Nekudot of SAG are Guf of AK?
R. Nekudot of SAG also belong to AK.
S. The world of Atzilut isn’t supposed to be only HGT?
R. No it is a world on its own because it was born not according to the order of Galgata AB SAG MA Bon but it was born according to the incorporation of NHY of Galgata with the forces of Bina That's how the world of Atzilut came to be, it's not according to the order of degrees from above downward.
S. Nekudot of SAG are seemingly a Partzuf of its own?
R. Nekudot of SAG belong to SAG in its own way above the general Tabur the upper MA and BON come out but Nekudot of SAG that descend below the general Tabur mixed with NHY de Galgata and from this point onward where they have mingled with NHY of Galgalta, they don't belong to the world of Adam Kadmon anymore. They only belong to that addition and what happens in them is, it does not belong to AK. It turns out that former worlds come after that, ABYA. It’s all because of Nekudot of SAG mingled with NHY de AK. You can say, but the Nekudot of SAG belong to SAG. NHY de AK belongs to AK, to Galgalta. So why is there mingling not part of AK? It is not part of the five Partzufim, it does not belong to the 5 degrees of the descending of Malchut in 4,3,2,1 root. It all happens in the Partzufim above Tabur, Galgata AB MA SAG upper MA and upper BON but below the Tabur there is no more world of AK, it all belongs to the world ABYA, because it is drawn to them and that's where it is corrected.
S. Is this a new system?
R. Yes, it is a new system.
16. S. (35:55) In Beria these vessels of bestowal they are there just to help Yetzira on how to bestow?
R. We will speak about that afterwards, I don't like the questions that jump ahead and there is no foundation for them yet.
17. S. (36:40) In this illustration you said that the area of bestowal was increased when Parsa came. Does that mean the will to receive decreases?
R. No, the desire can't change. We only use it more or less. You can't do anything with the desire, only put a screen on it or not, and according to that you use it.
18. S. (37:13) Can we say that above the Parsa is the source for the intention to receive in order to bestow?
R. It is not the source whether to receive in order to bestow. That already happened in Galgata in the Rosh, there was a calculation on it already. No, incorrect.
19. S. (37:55) Was ZON made only of Nekudot of SAG?
R. Which ZON?
S. ZON below the Parsa.
R. Why am I asking which ZON, there is the ZON of Galgata. This is the ZON de Sof of AK, ZON of Galgata, and here there is ZON that you can say that’s Yetzira and Assiya, and there is all of this Partzuf together. So I don’t know what exactly they want to ask. That’s not a way to ask. You need to know exactly what you’re asking. Meaning, which Partzuf, which vessels, what things, and not what it seems to me, seems to me is not good. Think, you can ask about everything but in a way.
S. The meaning of ZON of AK below the Tabur.
R. This is ZON of AK, right.
S. Is ZON made only of Nekudot of SAG? Because it comes down below the Tabur?
R. ZON of AK came before SAG, and before Nekudot de SAG. I don’t know who is asking there, the one doesn’t understand what we’re talking about. (Rav drawing) We have Galgata that expands from Ein Sof to our world, right. This is called this world, this world ‘’Olam Hazeh’’, there is no more. All of reality is here, between this and that. There is nothing else and all of reality, and all of creation, anything that you can think about, only this. Now, this first Partzuf that came out divides reality, divides all of reality into two. It thinks in the Rosh, calculates, and divides reality into two, as much as it can expand, and as much as it can't expand. This area is called Tabur. Then Partzuf AB comes. Then, from Peh de Rosh Partzuf SAG comes. When SAG is refined, Nekudot of SAG come out and they descend below the general Tabur. Then, there is an incorporation between the forces Bina and forces of Malchut, and from this there is the raising of Malchut to Bina of Guf. Meaning, that until here, up till here, the upper light can expand till this area. First, it could be received until the Tabur. Now, it can be received until the Parsa. That’s it.
Then, we have more vessels that we don't know what to do with, we need to correct them that they will be able to receive the upper light in order to bestow. How can we do that? That we will learn, but I can say a few words. That these vessels are in the three places. Let’s say, the world Beria, Yetzira, Assiya, and here is the world of Atzilut. So correcting the vessels is by correcting them in order to fill them with the upper light. So we fill these vessels with the upper light in what way? We raise them up to the world Atzilut, 1, 2, and 3. From this, in Atzilut we only have a small light, Nefesh and Ruach. When we raise the vessels from Beria, we have the light of Neshama. When we raise the vessels from Yetzira, we have the light of Chaya. From Assiya, we get Yechida. In this way, we correct the vessels. When all of these vessels are corrected that raised to BYA, all the vessels, it is called that we raise from 2000, and 2000, and 2000. Then, in the world Atzilut we will have six thousand years, as we say, or vessels and then, these vessels descend below until the Sium. That’s called the end of correction. That’s it. We with you are in a state that we are raising the most difficult vessels from the lowest area called the world Assiya, and when we are done with these vessels, so there will be a descent and this whole infinite area will be filled with infinite light. That will be Gmar Tikkun.
S. Can we say that the worlds are made of Nekudot de SAG? Or, Nekudot de SAG only induced the creation of this world?
R. Nekudot de SAG caused the creation of the worlds. We will learn how these Partzufim come out, these discernments. The worlds come out, also from after the SAG. But we have to learn how. First, is the world of Atzilut, and below it, Beria, Yetzira, Assiya. We’ll talk about it, it’s all before us.
