1.Rav’s Introduction: (01:10) That is indeed if we think about how we can assist the world to move a little bit to the good direction all that’s left for us is prayer, only prayer. So let us clear our hearts from anything possible and let’s only fill it with the letters of the prayer and in this way we will unite together into one heart with one prayer that the world will move in the direction of connection, that we will feel the whole world as one ten as one system one group so that each and everyone has a place there and each one is responsible for this unity and by that we can help. There is no action, inclination or movement that is more important than that. It seems to us that we can help the world with forces or something but no, only with the inclination of the heart towards connection between us. This is what we have to activate to regret the sorrow of the collective, the public, to become incorporated in the sorrow of the public and to ask from the Creator that he will fill the entire collective with his revelation with a little bit of him coming closer to the created beings and this can be done only through a request, and we will do it as representatives of the whole of humanity. This is what we need to think about this is what he writes that besides the prayer there is nothing to give. We think that maybe it is possible to perform some other actions, of course whatever we can do physically we also need to do it in the ordinary manner, “each one shall help his friend” but certainly the true help can be only from above and we can awaken it only through our request. So each one should feel in his heart that he is turning together with the friends, together with all of us to the Creator so that the Creator will bring down to us peace, wholeness, connection, and consideration, so that we will all feel that we are together. Well, regrettably I have nothing more to say but this actually is what we have to do, Bnei Baruch in these times, these days, when the evil side overcomes in the world, we have to bring opposite that, the good side to the world. We must always ask for connection because only that action is the way towards the correction of the world.

(05:34) I wanted to ask according to what we are reading and what you talked about together all that’s happening now we have many friends who are on both sides of this situation and how can do we in Bnei Baruch first of all not to enter into arguments with one another and that this war will first of all not corrupt the relations between our friends, what should we do first of all, we as Bnei Baruch relative to the situation?
R. About this it says “love covers all crimes” it could be that we can talk about the disagreements between us sometimes here and there. I am not saying that we have to hide everything because if we hide everything we do not have what to overcome and what to pray for, but in principle even if we want to scrutinize certain things we have to aim them to begin with to the correction of the world to the final goal to the connection between us that we are beginning, that when we begin something we have to be as it written “the end result in the initial thought.” The end result where we want to reach that point should be in our initial thought that is when I even start to think about something to talk about something I think from the state of the end of correction where we are all corrected and that is where we are drawn to and then only from this I begin and all the time when I speak, I speak only from such a form where it helps us to come closer to the connection between us and to discover in our connection that final point where we are all incorporated as one man in one heart.
S. (07:51) I think that other than me there are probably many questions that many friends from the world Kli have I’m just turning to everybody don’t be shy and we shouldn’t hide because if we conceal or erase it then there is nothing to overcome, so the question is right now what’s happening is next to each person's house how can he rise above and be in internality and to keep the connection with the friends in the whole world Kli like before, how does a person make that separation differentiate between this and that and above the emotions that are growing inside of us?
R. The reason only the scrutiny of our ego the more it is revealed and separates as and as much as we nevertheless can try to help each other, not that each will be right against the other but to overcome it and to be above the ego so that the point of connection should be above everything and even though we are all different if we raise that point of connection that it is more important than anything than everything then by that I connect everyone at a single point then we exist in adhesion with the Creator and we can obligate him, this is called “my sons have defeated me” that he will correct the entire situation that he caused this is what he wanted to reach the situation exists and it exists in order for us to rise to him and demand from him that he will correct that situation. This is called that he is the source of light and the source of darkness, and we demand to connect between these two points so that we will all reach as it is called a single day that we will see in the darkness in the separation as well the point of unity and it will shine.
S. The friends look at each other in the eyes and rise above the physical things that are happening outside their house. Where will they take the forces from, how can we help everyone?
R. If we’re talking about the friends each one should establish within and I realize that each one has some kind of an inner disquiet and instability and lots of thoughts and truly this turmoil inside so he doesn’t know what to think and what to do and what to feel and how to relate to each and everything but eventually we have to understand that these are things that the Creator creates are for us he establishes it for us and we have nothing to do except to relate to it in such a way that those states as well must not separate between we have to be adhered between us in the inner point in the heart in spite of all of the bad forces that wish to separate between us in spite of it and this is the time when we can make such exercises and arrange the connection above everything.
S. It seems that the Creator is doing a certain test for us truly on the relation between us it’s on our flesh.
R. Yes, this is precisely what is happening.
S. I also wanted to ask it could be I don't know how this will cascade but it could be that some of our friends will deteriorate to the point where there’ll be no internet no way to make a living maybe their homes and food who knows what even physically how can we help so that we will hold on all of us together even in thought in connection?
R. We need to try to be in our thoughts together we need to try as much as possible to help physically our friends and it doesn’t matter in which internal states or thoughts they have that doesn’t matter to me, I look at the animate at the beast of the person that it needs to live on the one hand and this is something we have to supply as much as possible I don’t mix this with his outlook as much as he is more or less right or left but rather he’s on the path so I first will have to first of all help the friends whoever they are and to his corporeal physical livelihood and along with that if we need to strengthen ourselves specifically at such times to be together internally, wo that we truly need to understand that love covers all crimes, that their cannot be love which is the greatest connection it cannot be except on top of hatred rejection and therefore we need to see this situation that is now unfolding in the world also as an opportunity so that opposite that we can make an act of connection and with this I am turning to everyone, try to connect yourself so much that we will be above the conflicts between us, even though we may even hate each other or not love each other or not understand each other or indifferent most of us are simply indifferent to each other along with that we need to awaken our hearts so as to be in one heart. I don’t want this, it doesn’t matter that I don’t want this, it’s not so important for me I don’t discover in me any such dispositions it doesn’t matter that I don’t discover in me such dispositions to be connected with others I nevertheless go ahead, and I forcefully want to connect externally internally more and more as much as possible. We need to learn how to warm our hearts and how to bring our hearts closer between us without any differences. Because the Creator, He is the essence that includes everything, it includes everything the connection between them where they cancel all the causes and I just want to be connected. Connection is the goal of everyone. It doesn't matter in which form, in which state one is in, and we do not criticize each other, we do not argue who is right or who is not at all. It is not on our level. We have to rise and “love covers all crimes” only in that form. This is a very important exercise that we have to do today and then you will see how much the world is built for such states and that through them specifically we can rise and pull behind us the whole world to this knowledge to that state to that attitude and in this way we will correct the world a little bit more and a little bit more each time more and more we are in our hearts and in our mind in our thoughts in our desires with everyone who is in it all people who are in all kinds of wars, corporeal ones, spiritual ones, more internal or less we want only one thing, that everyone because this is how we are managed from above there is this force that exist within us to fight with whatever the Creator is awakening in us because he is the one who is doing it and opposite that we have to rise above all the differences and connect between us and this is called “my sons have defeated me” this is the war between us with this evil for that the Creator is awakening between us deliberately so we would be able to cope with it.
Rav: Friends do not be shy, don’t be ashamed, this is not a time to be indifferent. We are here with Rav, with the sources and the whole world Kli, let's open it and do a scrutiny live and I’m turning to you with all of my heart.

(18:45) I would like to take the advice from the friend going out to feel publicly that there is a fear right now on a corporeal level and I talk to people here in the UK and there is a lot of fear felt. There is a different kind of fear amongst the students and the feeling of fear that I am getting that this is a big test for us, it is a responsibility. We know that the Creator only brings these things because he feels we are ready, but the fear is that we will not feel how important this is or we won’t succeed and that’s a new feeling, at least from me. The question is what can we do with this kind of fear? How can we use it in order to guarantee our success?
R. First of all fear is the necessary component that will accompany us until the end of correction, and it is good when it happens, when it is felt. Because fear can correct ourselves in the direction that is more precise towards the true connection because fear is the most internal feeling that can be on our level. We once learned about several kinds of fears there are. There is this article and how much we truly need to shift from one state to another in all of our degrees. All in all it is four degrees, (YKVK). When we rise up to the end of correction, our fear in every degree, we will count it as 125 degrees, it doesn't matter how many. All in all in those four degrees, root, one, two, three, and four, we have a certain fear in each and every degree, depending on what coarseness we are in, and opposite to which coarseness we are standing, or upon which coarseness we have to overcome in order to be in adhesion to the Creator. Which is opposite to our desire, opposite our ability to run away or maybe the opposite. Fear directs us greatly. It is truly a special force within the will to receive that directs the will to receive to different directions, for or against the correction. We should aim it and not that it will aim us but rather this is one of the components through which the Creator manages us. We will try to manage ourselves specifically by managing our fear. From degree to degree we will feel how much it is not related to our beastliness but rather it is higher, it is more special. People even in our world rise above the fear and by connecting between us we already know even out of our corporeal lives how much we can rise above fear. Opposite that I can bring the feeling of shame, honor, love, and connection so that they can cope with the fear. Each time I can implement my fears on one side, on one line, and on the other line, I can position opposite it such qualities so that I rise above it. The most important for us is that we will feel ourselves as standing in a state where I have nothing within me that is managing me. I am free. Now I have to choose, how do I build myself, how do I position myself towards whatever I have before me? What is there before me? Before me is only connection. War is the lack of connection in an extreme manner. This is the extreme form of lack of connection. Opposite that, let us now start to bring the connection between us so specifically by that we can defeat the war. We should always realize that we achieve victory through spirit, above the corporeality and this is what we should try to do. If we now, all of us, will accept such an act of connection between us that will defeat all the separation between us, the distancing between us, the wars, the internal ones, the external ones and also all over the world, we can do that. It all depends on the degree of our connection. If we want this to happen then we will quench the fire of war everywhere among all people. This is what we need to fight, and this is our area, and this is what we have to do.
5. S. (26:13) Our talks here about the wars between nations is the evil inclination and we were given the prayer as a spice. None of our friends wants this bloodshed. Give us some prayer, the most important prayer, upon which all Bnei Baruch will pray and stop the bloodshed, this meaningless bloodshed.
R. I am not going to give you words, prayers. I am only telling you that putting it together is our work, all of us, mine, and yours together. Don't you look at me but rather this has to emerge from the heart of each and everybody. So, let's try to reach a state where all of us upon the face of the Earth will realize that connection between everyone, what we are always talking about but now especially, that the connection between us is actually the most desirable state, and the only weapon against war and hatred. This is what we have to awaken and establish between us, to think about it and to want it. This is our work especially at such times like today. Don't you wait for me for any words. The words have to emerge from the heart of each and everybody. Connect and write to each other as much as possible and you will see how much this specifically helps.
6. S. (28:30) We would like to say to our friends. A third of our ten are from Ukraine and the rest are from Russia and Kazakhstan and there are no clashes between us, the connection continues between us. Towards everything that our teacher and the Creator gives us there are cases, there are people from Crimea, from the North and center of Russia but the unity that exists between us does not weaken. We are just rising and more and more in the connection between us. Thank you to everybody.
R. We all hug you and in general all of our friends all over the world, in all the different continents and countries, where maybe here or there they are in some conflict, a political one, or human one, nevertheless we pray for only one thing. The Creator is awakening these conflicts between us in order for us to overcome above them and that we will demand, ask of Him, that He will connect us above these conflicts. The conflicts will become the coarseness of the level of our connection and our appeal, that He will bring us connection, will be as the refinement and then we will feel ourselves, that we belong to a Partzuf that has coarseness and refinement, and in it specifically according to the gap between the two parts in it the Creator exists and is revealed. We will do this, and we will succeed. We need to realize that everything that is happening we belong to it, and we have to use it correctly. That is to want connection and the revelation of the Creator meaning some degree of peace and wholeness to be revealed among us.
7. S. (31:09) The prayer is born inside the heart of every single friend and in the whole world Kli. There is a certain request, maybe you can counsel us in such difficult times. Maybe there are special articles from Rabash that are suitable for our state because we are meeting on Zoom outside of the lesson and maybe we will read them.
R. Yes, we will take care of that. We will send you the materials that are worthwhile to read for all of us and this will bring the whole world closer to correction. Yes, we will send it to you, and especially it should be materials in Russian, in all the languages yes but first of all in Russian and Ukrainian. We should send it to all of our friends, and we will do that. Thank you for reminding us. Besides that we are around-the-clock here, all 24 hours. This is Friday today and tomorrow it is Shabbat so we are completely open during all hours so write to us, ask for whatever you need, report to us, and in whatever we can do we are together with you, and we will help you. I heard that the women also wrote to the women and let's hope that they can also talk, the women groups, and that they are even inviting the women and children to ask. Well they should talk about it, I do not belong to this too much, I belong only to the morning lesson really. But we have many systems in the Bnei Baruch so that if you turn to them, you will certainly receive an answer. We will be happy to help you, everybody, anybody who belongs to our organization first of all because our forces are limited, however, we are happy to help each and every one whoever is in some connection with us.
8. S. (34:01) We talked about fear and there is a certain fear during the day. I was reminded about how you traveled with Rabash in certain Arabic villages and Rabash somehow did deal with his fears in that case. Maybe you can counsel us on how to relate to this world properly above the fears.
R. I cannot quite give you such advice but indeed it was a very good example for me. He was sitting in the car next to me and we were driving through an Arabic village, a very big village, and we could feel the hatred, the hostility, and that everybody was looking at us thinking what were we doing there, and suddenly it is like a town with the thousands of residence, and we entered the street, and it is such streets that are winding and we do not know which way it is going to lead us, until we somehow we came out. I was very much occupied by this fear, and really on the brink of breaking out, of having the fear erupt but Rabash, nope, he was normal, just sitting there calmly next to me and we were driving until we came out of this village, and the Arabic village is like an entire city but it is just called a village, so, then we came out, I stopped the car, and I put on a cigarette to calm down and then bit by bit I started to understand what it means, this fear that grabs you entirely, all of you. It occupies the person entirely and enters into his bones and does not let you do anything with your body, with your thoughts, with your desires, or with anything. It just fixes you, it captures the person, occupies him entirely and the person has no control over himself. Well, what can I say? We are not in such states. I do not think we reached that this time, nevertheless, even though personally each and everybody can go through such emotions here and there but again, we have nothing to do here but only the prayer. That we are together and each one should help his friend and that they are in a prayer. We connect between us, and we pray to the Creator who deliberately brings us these feelings in order for us to connect. That is so we should already see where we are that this is help from above, it is help from above. The Creator in such ways is pushing us to Him. Just like we sometimes scare our little children, and we say “come here, come here, look what is there” so that he won’t go somewhere in order for us maybe because we want him to be close to us and this is how it is with the Creator. He is scaring us through all kinds of such events and only in order for us to come closer to Him. If we will proceed the blow with the remedy, so that we turn to Him, closer to Him, then we will not merit such states from Him, they will not come down to us. Otherwise truly the fear, and there are many kinds of fear, this is in the wisdom of Kabbalah, when they explain to us that in our world there are about eight hundred kinds of fear. Imagine that. Eight hundred different kinds of fears, this is what they discovered, all kinds of wise people like doctors, psychologists, and physiologists, but the wisdom of Kabbalah explains it in its own way so there for all in all fear is one of the means, the most important ones, in the hands of the Creator in order to gather as together as a heard just like the dogs have to gather the heard so they do not run away, so the fear that the Creator brings down to us help so as to come closer and then we do not need the fear. Then we have to replace our fear with the fear of not disconnecting from the Creator, this is the correct fear. This is no longer called Pachad in Hebrew but rather Yirah, spiritual fear. If we establish ourselves in this way so that we are afraid not to distance from each other, and it is not because it is pleasant or not pleasant for us, but because we by that want to give contentment to the Creator then we see in this fear the means by which to connect, by which to rise spiritually and reach the goal. Fear itself is a very important means because the will to receive feels fear more than anything. There is no more beneficial influence over the will to receive than fear. We can see that it accompanies us from the very first moment when we are born until the very last moment. So let us just replace our attitude to the fear so what should it be directed to and how to manage it, and certainly we will embrace all of our friends in the world and especially now those who are now in all kinds of states of stress, unpleasant states, and we can warm them so the fear runs away from them and instead of it they will feel love from us.
9. S. (42:25) In some form you answered it already, but I wanted to ask more deeply. We practically let us say in my ten, if we will reach connection and of course each one can talk about his ten, if we during this time will reach the truth connection, what the Kabbalists are asking of us, then can we practically give a push for a change in the world? Can we help the world in this moment which is so special in the time we are living now?
R. Yes. First of all, we have to relate to the whole world as the stage upon which the Creator is managing what is happening. Therefore we do not relate in some special way to Russians or Ukrainians, Europeans, Americans, Arabs, or Jews, it is not important, we relate only to the lack of connection between people, which is what the Creator wants to happen between us so that we will feel the lack of connection and from that we need to move to connection. This is what needs to happen. So let's look at the world in such a way and in each and every action even that of a private person, nevertheless between nations, let us not see the wars between them but rather the scrutiny. The scrutiny of the extent of lack of connection needs to awaken them towards connection. That is what is happening now especially before us in this world with whatever is happening there in this dispute between Russia and Ukraine. That is it. This should awaken the whole world, all our friends, all of us just in one direction. We need to each feel, all together, all of Bnei Baruch, responsible for the world not being in connection yet. Because we need to draw the force of the Creator, the force of connection, from us and through us to all of humanity.
10. S. (45:40) So what is going on right now is no doubt bringing us closer. We are thinking more about the friends, we are praying more, we feel the urgency for prayer, and we feel the importance of connection, and this is because this happened. This is definitely, like everybody is saying, that this is the Creator sending as a message as a test. What can we do? We do not want these wars to wake us up. What can we do to keep this without having the blows? What can we do to keep the prayer as urgent because it is not more urgent now then it was one hundred years ago?
R. We need to, all together, awaken one another, and this is called “one will help his friend.” By there not being anything more important than connection between us, and in the connection between us make room for the Creator to be revealed and for that, in order to bring us in the adhesion between us and to adhesion with Him, He is awakening all these states. Therefore, if we connect everything that is happening to us with the purpose of creation, we need to also understand that the thing that is happening is for our benefit even though the means are so horrible. We have been through much worse matters upon ourselves, means upon ourselves. So, we have to understand that the purpose of creation obligates us to go through everything that is needed whether it is in the path of Torah, the light and connection, or in the path of suffering. So let us try, especially in states like today, to immediately change our direction from connection through blows to connection by the good means. It all depends on us.
11. S. (48:50) How can I rise above my national beastliness?
R. Again.
S. We all exist inside our nations and the friends in Ukraine in their nation, this way or that way, these feelings ascribe to you a certain feeling of belonging so how to rise above this nationality?
R. We, anyone who wants to connect to the Creator, needs to see himself above all those things that differentiate us as human beings. This is how we need to rise above our corporeality. I understand that there is a difference between the nations and those differences are deep inside each and every one of us, on one hand, and on the other hand, we nevertheless need to see the future, that if we correct ourselves then all the differences, as much as we feel now distant from one another, contradicted, resistive, and hate one another, those relations will invert to connections of love. Therefore every person that you cannot tolerate today, you will love them more. We need to somewhat depict this between us, imagine it between us, first of all. That is one thing. The second thing is to let us see that it all comes from above. The Creator created the seventy nations of the world, all the gaps between them, that is the second thing. Third thing is that we have no choice, and for the sake of correction we must all be as one man as one heart. Although I feel that as a Russian, I have a difference between me and a Ukrainian, although we are neighbors, and we belong to the same faith, the same religion, and having almost the same language, and the same history, being not so distant from each other, even though there is always disputes between neighbors that are much worse than from more distant people, or nations that are more distant to one another. However let us, nevertheless, try or scrutinize these states, not from the point of the regular person, but where I raise myself a little more to the degree of the Creator and try to see the world from His perspective. This is something we have to do more, more exercises on this, to try more to rise above this and connect, trying to understand that the end of correction is before us. We need to yearn for it and build a system in which we are all connected, and it cannot be that we leave it like it is now. We must change every single day as much as the world is changing, our physical world. We actually need to also stabilize ourselves, day after day, in a new way.
12. S. (53:45) For 25 years I wanted to ask this question about fear. There are two laws we learn; one is that everything comes from the Creator, and he does only good things to his creations as it says the most important is to not to be afraid at all. So how come that sometimes we read that Baal HaSulam was afraid to do this, Rabash was afraid to do that, and you are afraid to do this, so if these laws are laws that we have to stand on, then why should we be afraid?
R. This is our nature, this is the nature of every animal, everybody who is alive and is concerned with his filling. The filling of the desire to receive on the degree of still, vegetative and animal is felt as fear. Later it is felt on the degree of the speaking when he is connected to the Creator on the degree of all which is a spiritual fear which is trepidation, which is awe, when the fear is not about being concerned about that are close to him, but it is a higher, if you're about how to relate to the Creator which is the most important for us. So much so that his spiritual life, his physical life is not important to him as long as through those states he relates to the Creator. This is it, so this is how we need to scrutinize ourselves and the fact that you say that you wanted to ask for 25 years, stop asking instead to start doing.
13. S. (55:55) Can I ask you in relation to the text we just read he writes that besides fear there is nothing to give it is called who is regretting the affliction of the public medium, why is it just medium, we want to truly regret the sorrow of the public?
R. Yes, but he wants to tell us that all together this is what happens, that we do not relate to it from some layers above from below but in the medium between, this is how it is, this is how we relate to it for the time being.
14. S. (56:44) If the spiritual vessel is precise and relates to providence as possible then I have to answer it with the right card then if it is fear I react to it with bravery, if it is despair, I react with hope, is this the mechanism?
R. Let's just say it is that way.
15. S. (57:10) What is special about us that makes us today the representatives of the whole of humanity?
R. We belong to that group that is closest to the Creator, therefore we must be the transition between the Creator and humanity and humanity and the Creator. We have to perform this role to raise to the Creator the thoughts and desires and prayers and requests of the whole of humanity and to along the way invert what they want in such a way that it is received by the Creator and to receive from the Creator what he wants to give to humanity and bring it in a form not like it is coming from the Creator but in a form that can be accepted in humanity. This is what the Baal HaSulam writes that we have become the Yashar Kel, directly to the Creator, Israel, a conduit, the transition between the Creator and humanity and humanity and the Creator so the calculation for us is very special, both for the good and also for the bad.
16. S. (58:45) In continuation to the question from Moscow can we say that now we are given a huge opportunity from the Creator and those groups of our brothers from Ukraine and Russia with the natural differences between us, to rise above it and bring the light of love and unity to the world and truly change the situation. There is a reason why we were given such an opportunity, if we will use it in the right way then truly the world will change?
R. You are right, and I thank you for what you're saying now we really need to see and all our friends from all our groups and Russia and Ukraine especially that they are drawn to internal connection between them, and it has nothing to do with anything else, only to the internal connection. That they want to, specifically above all the hatred and rejection and distance to connect to a state in which they reveal the Creator. It's called love covers all crimes, so let's try to support them, help them and not that they're deleting the differences between them, no, it's not just like that that it's written, love covers all crimes. Love can be felt only to the extent of coarseness, of hatred hence the Creator is awakening all these states so we despite that, above that need to reveal the connection and love. This can be, this will already be a different connection and love than before. That before, it wasn't because of hatred or love but now when it's being revealed more and more if we want to stop the clash, the war then we need to just reveal the love. If love will be revealed to the extent in which it needs to be revealed for the time being, for now, then the war will stop. Because then we don't need to be in war anymore if we already discovered the connection between us above the distance, above the war in a sufficient way. Is that clear?
17. S. (01:01:48) There is this feeling that the Creator is putting us in some corner and it's not about the war at all but rather what is felt, that is the whole of humanity depends on us, on the ten, that the fate of the whole of humanity depends on the ten. On the other hand there is the understanding that the solution is specifically between us so that we can advance in our scrutiny, in our connection and you simply feel a very strong rejection, you cannot go towards this connection. It's as if you're pressuring your friends and only making the situation worse, you realize that you have to, we must, but on the other hand you can't do anything, you can't pressure him, and so we are pressured by these two forces.
R. Prayer and appeal to the Creator for him to help and do, the fact that you can't change the situation it's clear and to start with it's clear, that you can't change anything, except through the Creator where you turn to him and demand from him to perform the change and the truth is already as you appeal to him, you need to be happy that you have a reason to turn to him that he did this just to be turned to by his created beings. He is awakening all these troubles, all this mess in the world just so that the created beings will turn to him and demand to be connected between them. We don't need anything except for that. He's disclosing to them a little of the state of Adam HaRishon and for them to ask to return to the connection, to correct the state. We have to see it as a good state, let's activate the prayer for the Creator and see how these states, these bad states disappear from the world, and we don't need them because we're turning to him anyway and we're talking about the connection between us. R. R.
