Part 2: TES Lesson With RABASH

RABASH (Source Text/Commentary): (01:53) The reason is that if the light of the Hey had come before the refinement to phase one, meaning before the time of the descent of Hesed from Bina to the vessel of Hesed, only what? It would have come like the male of Bina, which came at that same level of phase two. There would have been the level of the Hey that was in phase two. Why? Since the coarseness of Bina had not yet been refined to phase one. When? But only when Hesed was given to the vessel of Hesed. Then the phase two of Bina was refined to phase one. If so, what is there? This is what The ARI emphasizes, since there was no strength in Hesed in VAK to receive such great light. For how is it possible that the lights of the level of phase two, which is the Hey, would come and clothe the vessels of VAK, which are phase one? There, we learn that two phase twos, that the light that makes two phase twos, Bina indeed received it. There was no refinement in between. And here we learn that the light emerged on two phase twos, and it cannot give this light. Until Bina is refined for the sake of the phase one, this is how we learn. So, when Bina was refined for the sake of phase one, it turns out that this Hey no longer has the rule of phase two; only the rule of phase one. Now we must also say that this Hey, which is found in the vessel of Hod, is in the form of phase one. So, let us say that Hod was refined to coarseness of root, which is called the light of Malchut. And at the time that it gives the light of Malchut to the vessel of Yesod, it will also give the Hey to the vessel of Yesod. So, what will it be on what, what level?

RABASH (Source Text/Commentary): (09:11) We say, the phase one that was refined from the vessel of Hochma and passed to the vessel of Bina, this is considered her son, an offspring. This remains in Bina, while Bina is still phase two. And also, afterwards, she made a coupling of two phase twos, the Hey, also phase two. On the one hand, I can say the Hey was born on two phase twos. Unlike the phase one, the phase one is only phase one. It was not born from two phase twos. I say the opposite once more. The Hey was born from two phase twos. The phase one was born from the refinement of phase two. From this perspective, I would say, which degree is higher? The Hey. He comes and says, no. Why not? It was born from the vessel of Hochma, but there was no refinement there. And here, there was no refinement. Afterwards, we learn now that there is in Bina the light of phase one and the light of phase two - to give to Hesed, it cannot. It is phase two. If it's phase two, what it gives will be at the measure of phase two. And the lower one has no equivalence with phase two.
