1. Rav’s Introduction: The preparation for learning the wisdom of Kabbalah is more important than the learning because everything depends upon the intention, the preparation. Therefore, we have to pay attention in what way we come to the study, what we want from the study. The study itself, the learning itself is only a means but it is a means to attain what has been decided upon in the intention to the learning, in the approach to it. This is why a Kabbalist would always pay attention besides to paying attention to what they are learning. They don't just study any book, because in the wisdom of Kabbalah you have thousands of books. Anyone who wants can write them and call them Kabbalah and a beginner can become confused in them and remain as if you walked into the woods and disappeared there in the forest.
The same can happen easily in the wisdom of Kabbalah because no one knows what it is, what to obtain and how to walk through it as there is no way clear to everyone or that everyone agrees that this is how it should be. Therefore, Kabbalists were concerned only with the direction. How to direct a person correctly as much as he understands according to the willingness of his heart according to how much he has internal preparations in his own nature, how ready he is to discover the truth and nothing but the truth.
That he doesn't fall into all kinds of belief systems or faiths or actions but only to attain the upper force. Everything else, ceremonies, rituals and other superficial forms of this world, nothing, in short, not even knowledge. How much to know, how much he is advancing and knowing the sources and the excerpts, knowing by heart, knowing information he doesn't understand or attain, but they remain abstract for him. All of that is not acceptable to a person's real heart, if it becomes revealed to a person and truly demands the attainment of the Creator's. 2. R. What is Rabash trying to explain to us here. A person needs to understand that there is a goal in front of him which is the upper force, and a person needs to make of himself a clothing, a covering. It is as if there was something and we want to put on that something, some sort of piece of cloth or maybe some piece of cloth or plastic, so we glue it onto it. This is what a person wants, he wants with his desire to make his desire into something that he can rap, that can attach itself to their creator, the means by which he attaches himself to the Creator is called Torah. It is the lights that come to a person and help him become a clothing over the Creator. The Creator himself is the Creator. This is what we have to come to and in this we will have knowledge of the Creator, the qualities of the Creator, the state of the Creator. This is the purpose of our development.

In the end they have to be as one, Israel being the yearning person to achieve adhesion with the Creator, the Torah the qualities, the laws, the conditions by which a person who wants to adapt himself to the Creator and the Creator is the root to which a person wants to adhere and who’s form he wants to acquire. Therefore Yashar Kel, straight to the Creator those who yearn for it, receive the form of the Creator. This is called the name of the Lord will be upon you. Let us begin.
4. S. (10:09) What does it mean that a person has to be the clothing for the Creator?
R. To clothes with all of your qualities on the qualities of the Creator, to adapt yourself. This is called the return of the children of Israel unto the Lord your God.
5. S. (10:39) What does it mean to cloth on the Creator and what is the right way to adhere to the Creator?
R. to adhere to the Creator means I want to cancel myself because I'm opposite from the Creator in all kinds of ways. I have to cancel myself, annul myself, that is first of all. Then I have to try to acquire all kinds of qualities of the Creator and then I become adhered to him. It is as I said that you have a certain physical shape and you take some elastic material, some Thin nylon or plastic and you glue it to that shape, to that material so it acquires the shape of the shape to which you glued it. This is what we need to do to replace our qualities with the qualities of the Creator. This is called adhering to him even though we are made up of the opposite material, we are at the desire to receive and he is the desire to bestow. This work is called adhesion.
6. S. (12:15) How to sync so perfectly like the Torah or the Creator to contain the third thing which is his desire to adhere to his form because no matter how many efforts we make to this condition, the Creator is still Utopia. So why is it?

We have to go through this whole path in order to feel, understand and study the Creator himself because without going through all the stages of Dvekut until you adapt yourself completely to the Creator, you need to gradually attain it and distinguish between your will to receive and his will to bestow and adapt yourself to him. Precisely through all of those forms that exist in the Creator with your will to receive, which is opposite of his. By this you attain him, you study him, it is like a little child who studies life, who learns about life because he exerts, and it is hard for him, yet you see what power and how forcefully and what necessity a child has to achieve everything. He crawls on the floor he wants to get everything, and nature compels him to be this way. This is how we need to be in terms of attaining the Creator. How do we adhere to him like that plastic? So that with all of the will to receive that is opposite of his, that we are rejected from him, and nevertheless we look for a way to do this. Look about this process and you will see that out of this process from one thing to its opposite through the Creator, the will to bestow from its opposite, from us, the will to receive, precisely when we learn from these two opposites of form, we come to know the Creator, to attain him, to really become like him. Even though we are created beings, this is what he wants to make of creation. A person who comes to be adhered to the Creator, raises to this adhesion all of the levels of coarseness from 4 to the root, all of creation comes with him and by this he attaches and brings all of creation, dedicates it to adhesion with the Creator.
7. S. (16:00) What is being with complete faith, what is this desire we need to have for complete faith?
R. We will learn this. The main thing we need is to yearn to come to a state where we do everything that the Creator reveals to us of him, all of these laws and qualities that he reveals to us of himself are qualities of bestowal and love.
8. S. (16:55) What kind of a deficiency should we feel so we can form such an internal desire?
R. The initial deficiency exists in all of us, otherwise we wouldn't become such an organization as Bnei Baruch, who engages only in adhesion with the Creator. Besides, we have to do what we learned not just theoretically but to do and carry-out, perform these activities in practice. Among Us. To feel, to do this work together we have to help each other, this is how we achieve it.
9. S. (18:09) We have so many books to read in so little time in the day between the morning lesson, is it better to stick only with what we learn everyday with you?

S. (21:24) You're saying he is strong as steel what does it mean?
R. He doesn't change, the creator doesn't change. I have to change each time and adapt myself to him each time, just like a little baby who clings to the mother. She holds it and he just wants to be glued to her, to go back in and acquire her form. This is how we need to glue ourselves to the Creator.
S. (21:56) He writes here that the first point in the beginning is the Creator that clothed in the Torah?
R. The Torah are the instruments, the means by which we adhere to the Creator, the Creator is in these, dressed that we attain, and we are the ones who want to attain. Three things, on one side you have the Creator, the other side is me and in the middle is Torah. Those lights that come to me and change me. I will be able to work in order to bestow and by that to adapt myself to the Creator. It means between me and the Creator is the Torah, meaning the upper light that comes to me according to my actions which is our connection with the friends, learning, these activities of bestowal and then I adapt myself to the Creator. The means to adapt myself to adhesion with the Creator, this means are called Torah. It doesn't matter what means they are because there is some reforming light in them, some force that makes of us precisely the form that makes us adjusted to the Creator inside we are still the same will to receive but on the outside our activities seem as bestowal.
12. S. (23:41) If there is no initial intention, does the study and the light build this intention?
R. Of course the people that come to the wisdom of the Kabbalah you can't ask anything of them as they don't have any preparation. They begin where they begin but bit by bit from the group, from the teacher, from the Creator, from the learning, they begin to receive some inspiration and influence and begin to change and understand. Nevertheless, it is good to pass this on to them, which is the Creator, and we are the opposite. Adjusting ourselves to the Creator meaning through the lights that we receive from the Creator we make of ourselves the same shape as the Creator and then we are like that plastic. Being able to attach ourselves to that shape which is called the Creator.
S. (25:02) You said we should replace our qualities with the qualities of the Creator. What does this mean?
R. It means that all of us are working in order to receive and in all of our states we have to change them to be in order to bestow. I exit myself in everything that I have so it will have the same form as the Creator so all the desires and thoughts and actions I will be able to make of them a shape that is suitable for being attached to the Creator.
13. S. (25:49) When we connect, we start to fill each other and in the background is the realization we lacked the intensity in our connection. So how do we use this lack of intensity to clothe on the Creator so we will get a stronger desire?
R. During the day you need to remind each other that this inclination, the disposition of coming to adhere to the Creator. This picture will constantly be in front of you. So that internally with my internal excitement and feeling I will constantly want to be attached to the Creator like a baby with his mother, with all of my qualities and thoughts and desires and everything I do, I will see my tendency to be attached to Him more and more.
14. S. (27:11) Should I scrutinize the Creator's effect upon me so I can learn from him?
R. You can't do this before you achieve the revelation. Through all of the activities that the Kabbalists tell you to do, that we learn, you have to make of yourself someone who wants to be attached to the Creator, to join him, really to cling to him as much as possible. There is nothing that separates you from him.
15. S. (27:57) It is not yet clear if we are so opposite like two magnets pushing each other away. How can we cling to him? Is there some miracle or law that we can understand?
R. There is a law here, through the study and the activities that the Kabbalist recommends for us to do, we achieve this adaptation, suitability. Internally we don't change, we remain different, opposite from the Creator. But externally when we put on ourselves the restriction, screen, and the reflected light we turn our will to receive into a desire to bestow and from this we get the glue, and we achieve adhesion with the Creator. Look at the words and how correctly they describe the essence of the actions, the operations.
16. S. (29:08) What is the difference between the internal work we should do during the day and the internal work we should do during the lesson?
R. I don't think there is a difference in the inner work, there is a difference in the execution, that's true. But not in the inner work as we should constantly try to imagine ourselves becoming more and more suitable, adapted to the Creator. And no force or incident in this world which also comes from the Creator, of course as there's None Else Besides Him, none of that separates between us and the Creator. In order to adhere to the Creator even more, we have to become more adhered amongst us which is called from the love of others to the love of the Creator.
S. Shouldn't we divide it this way so that during the day I'm thinking about every action I do as a preparation for the lesson?
R. This will be preparation for the lesson, what we are saying now. The active work in connecting among us and from us to the Creator is the preparation for the lesson. Don't get into all kinds of philosophies that are disconnected from reality but on top of all of reality that we have to be connected among us and to the Creator.
17. S. (31:02) If the Creator is like the rock and my material always changes, how do I make my material more stable?
R. Every time we attain some form of adhesion with the Creator, this form sometime later disappears and instead of it we feel some opposite form that is farther, weaker, that we have no inclination or desire, it will always be like that until the end of creation. The biggest corrections to the world where there will be such a weakness and terrible disconnection, and this is how we will feel it along the way. Because more and more opposite forms are being revealed but accordingly, we have the preparations within us to turn them into adhesion so there is not a righteous man who does good and did not sin. This is how we walk, and, in every place, we fall and rise and fall and rise and we imagine the Creator is in front of us and we want to adhere and cling to him. 21. S. (35:43) What is adhesion and why does it feel so far away and opposite from me?
R. Adhesion means I make of myself the same shape as the Creator whose shape is bestowal and I find that I am the opposite from it, that I am the receiver and every time more and more shape and forms of my receiver through the coming of more light that shines upon me makes me feel more and more opposite of the Creator. I don't have the strength or the desire and qualities, none of them. Then I fall into despair, I get disappointed and here is all of our work. Despite this feeling that we have. I still want to be similar to the Creator, to cancel myself, as if it doesn't exist. I'm very simple. How can you say that this form is similar to the Creator? This is why the Creator broke the vessel and gave it a chance to reconnect and we grew the connection between us that is growing more we can say by this we achieve the form of the Creator, so that we come to some similarity between us and coarseness of root 1,2, 3 and 4 that these are degrees of adaptation to the Creator this is why it is called from the love of people to the love of Creator. This is the example for us, the 10 is the example where we come to a stage where if we unite then it is certain that we achieved the form of the Creator, that we come to it. Perhaps not with enough power to reveal him but along the way we have to perform some operations of adhesion among the friends and then you come to a state where you discover the Creator through the connection between you.

R. The 10 is the shape through which you adhere to the Creator, in the 10 you should reveal the Creator and yourself together this is the means, the instrument. Where if you want to discover the Creator, by all means come to the 10, adhere to it and get into it, here you can connect and participate with the friends. R. We didn't learn this now.
S. Maybe he means the first Hassidim?
R. There were people who yearn for bestowal because mercy are the lights in the degree of Bina and a person who performs actions of bestowal is Hesed. The action itself of bestowal is Hesed, mercy, everything belongs to the degree Bina, Hafetz Hesed, desires mercy.
S. What are Hassidim?
R. Hassidim as lights or people, the light that spreads in the vessel that only wants to bestow that spreads the restriction over his will to receive becomes a vessel end its foundation is always a will to receive, opposite of the Creator so when this vessel performs are restriction over its will to receive then wanting to be in bestowal this is called being in Hassadim. Also, the people who wish to reach this degree are called Hassadim. We have to examine if these people are truly what they call themselves, as usual with human beings some are this way and some are not. If we are the study itself this is how the study is, the will to receive the vessel, when it reaches the quality of bestowal is Hassadim, the degree of Bina and from there it can grow by even receiving in order to bestow. This is the degree Hochma and Keter under the condition that above the degree Hassadim he has more forces, whoever reaches Bina, the degree is called Hassid and righteous even though not a complete righteous, but it is right this.
31. S. (55:20) He says that in the equivalence of form the concealment is removed, what is that?
R. Concealment of me feeling darkness, wanting to adhere to the Creator but I don't feel his qualities, they become for me darkness as the darkness is already help from above, from the Creator that shines to me in the darkness. Where the darkness is the posterior side of the light, many people of the world say there is no darkness, everything is okay. So, if a person comes to the Creator but doesn't attain the light, the qualities of the Creator he is considered to be in darkness this is how he feels.
S. What does it mean that the restriction is removed?
R. That if he is willing to work in order to bestow, he is ready to work in order to bestow to that extent the restriction is removed, this is light or not for now.
32. S. (56:44) How do we overcome the disturbances of this world to be directed correctly?
R. To never leave the Creator and to pray all the time, we learned that everything is only attained by the force of the prayer. To always be aimed at the Creator and to pray to ask, I'm not even to ask but to always talk to him all the time, even if you don't hear and you don't understand the way He is answering and in what way. You should always turn yourself to Him.
S. What is important to ask from the Creator?
R. That is something you have to scrutinize about what we should ask the Creator, only one thing do want to bestow like Him, to want to be like Him, to want to grow.
33. S. (57:59) What is the difference between the intention before the study and during the study?
R. The intention before the study is the intention of what I want, the purpose of the study, during the study my intention is when I concretely and specifically want to be adhered with my friends and with everyone according to the Creator and the subject we are learning.
S. What is the difference between them?
R. It is not the same, it's the same direction but not the same, before the study I want to reach in general adhesion with my friends and to the Creator and during the study I want to reach adhesion in the Creator according to the subject of the excerpt we are studying.
34. S. (59:05) Speaking with the Creator all the time, is it in important to talk to him with the content?
R. The most important thing is to always be talking to the Creator.
S. So if the content doesn't matter, the fact that, I mean a dialogue on connection with Him regardless of the content?
R. Yes.
S. So this is psychological work?
R. You can call it that, but it becomes the truth, when you constantly turn to Him you don't really know what you are saying, you don't identify what he is answering, but you are always directed to Him and what could be more important.

35. R. Everything depends upon a person's desire, what does he want? If I come to the lesson and I don't basically want anything, okay, besides that with everyone I hear and I get some information, some knowledge. But if I come to the lesson and I understand that I have to get some help, to get some remedy otherwise I'm in a dark, bad state that I don't attain what I want, that life is just passing by all of these things. Even my egoistic desires tell me what you are alive for, what are you learning, scrutinize that, I didn't reach a stage where I have to obtain, I have to find the answers to that. This is why there are two things here, while studying Torah, for the sake of studying Torah he wants to know, we should understand what is the intention with which he is studying. We read the articles, we're soon going to TES, what for? It's not just the study itself, I won't know more than a computer and a computer remembers everything, it is to observe the commandments of the Creator as it is written, you shall reflect upon Him day and night. Either I feel myself and I do this day and night. Some people just study this, that is all they do, and it doesn't matter what they study, but the main thing is they study, they performed the study or is he learning in order to receive the light of Torah, this is something else. Seeing how much I am in order to receive, how much is, nonetheless yearn to be in order to bestow. I have to criticize myself, to examine myself and to see what I am yearning for, Kabbalist don't pray to no but rather to attain adhesion with the Creator. That is, it is written it is not the wise who learns, why is this not someone who remembers everything that is written somewhere like the wise of this world. R. R. From the light that reforms, the light that reforms should give you the deficiency, it gives you the fulfillment, everything depends upon it.
