Why Cancer Doesn't Discriminate

Why Cancer Doesn't Discriminate

Humanity has been living with the affliction of cancer for many centuries. Ancient Egyptian papyruses describe breast cancer and other such cancers. We have created chemotherapy and all sorts of drugs, and still this disease is defeating humanity. Doctors have now concluded that the cancer cell is unique, and the treatment approach should be very individual. Kabbalists tell us that cancer is a violation of the program of functioning of a cell, or of an organ in a human or animal body. Everything in Nature is predetermined, everything is totally inter-connected, so cancer is a violation of the correct, healthy functioning of a cell. The healthy program of existence is when the body functions in order to lead its master, the owner of the body, to the right connection with others and to unite, to reveal a common unifying force through it. When a distortion occurs everything goes according to a different plan. The distortion occurs because the master is not engaged in the correct assembly of these cells. The cells begin to multiply improperly, stop caring about the other cells, and thereby destroy everything around them, including themselves. This is a purely egoistic attitude to its surroundings because it cannot find the right, positive interaction. We could call the relationships among us cancerous, meaning that the same process is happening among us. The solution is to realize what has gone wrong in the development of cells, in the wrong human relationships among us ourselves, and to fix the way we relate to each other. And we will see almost immediately in the measure of changes between us toward improved relationships, the correct interaction between malignant cells and tissues. A person can possibly break free of this disease on his own but only through very serious work on himself and others, if one is even in the position to do so. Cancer is actually an egoistic tumor of the entire humanity. Therefore, it can affect people who are completely unselfish by their nature: cancer is reflected from all humanity onto them. In this respect, we misunderstand nature because nature does affect people who are the least likely to relate to such evil manifestations toward each other. In fact, the righteous can be the first to suffer because they are above the others and, therefore, they get the first blow. This is a universal law of nature: we need to think about everyone. When a person is sick, or even gravely ill, if he finds the strength not to think about himself but to think of others, by doing so he can conquer the illness. but in our time, when everything is so tied together and interconnected, it is very difficult. But we should still think about others. This is the greatest remedy for such an evil egoistic disease as cancer.
