סדר ישיבת התועדות

תשמ"ו - מאמר י"ז
1986 - מאמר 17

חז"ל במסכת ברכות (דף ל"ב) וזה לשונם "דריש רבי שמלאי, לעולם יסדר אדם שבחו של הקב"ה ואח"כ יתפלל. מנא לן ממשה, דכתיב. ואתחנן". ופירש זה אאמו"ר זצ"ל, היות שמי שרוצה לבקש ממי שהוא, שיעשה לו טובה, הוא צריך לדעת:

א. אם יש בידו לתת לו, מה שהוא מבקש ממנו. כי אם אין בידו, מה היא התועלת שמבקש.

ב. שיהיה לו לב טוב לתת. שיכול להיות, שיש לו לתת, מה שהוא מבקש, אבל אין לו לב לתת.

ולכן צריכים לסדר מקודם שבחו של הקב"ה, כלומר שיאמין שיש בידו להקב"ה את הכל מה שהאדם מבקש. וגם שהקב"ה הוא רחמן ונותן לכל אחד ואחד משאלותיו לטובה.

ולפי זה יוצא לעיננו, כשהחברים מתאספים במקום אחד, ובטח שההתאספות היא לאיזו מטרה, כי כל אחד נותן מזמנו חלק, מה שהיה צריך להשתמש עמו לצרכי עצמו, ומוותר על כל עסקים שלו, ובא להשתתף בהתועדות, אז הוא רוצה לקנות משהו. אם כן צריכים להשתדל, שכל חבר וחבר, שהולך הביתה, צריך לראות עם מה הוא בא להתועדות, ומה רכש עכשיו, שהולך הביתה.

ויש לפעמים, שבעת הישיבת חברים, כל אחד מרגיש טעם בהישיבה. ואז לא עולה על מחשבתו, לחשוב, במה, היינו באיזה רכוש אני הולך עכשיו הביתה. זאת אומרת, מה יש לי ביד, שקניתי בישיבת חברים, מה שלא היה לי לפני שבאתי להחברה. אז הוא רואה, שאין לו בידו מאומה.

וזה דומה כמו שכתוב (דברים כ"ג, פסוק כ"ה) "כי תבוא בכרם רעך, ואכלת ענבים כנפשך שבעך, ואל כליך לא תיתן". ויש לפרש זה, כי בזמן שמתאספים החברים, שזה מכונה "כרם רעך", כשיושבים, ואוכלים, ושותים ביחד, ומדברים על תהו ובהו, בשעת מעשה, הגוף נהנה. וזה נקרא בדומה "ואכלת ענבים כנפשך שבעך".

אבל כשהולכים הביתה ורוצים לראות מה שיש להם בהכלים, בכדי שניקח משהו חיות להבית, היינו בזמן שעוזבים את ההתועדות, ורוצים להסתכל, מה יש לנו בהכלים מכל המסיבה, אז רואים "וכליך לא תיתן", אין שום דבר בהכלים, שנוכל להחיות את הנפש לאחר ההתועדות.

אולם האדם צריך לראות, בעת שהוא נותן איזו יגיעה, שלא יהיה בלי שכר. כמו שאנו אומרים בתפלת "ובא לציון", "למען לא ניגע לריק". אלא כשהאדם הולך להתועדות, הוא צריך לקנות שם מזונות, גם כשהוא הולך הביתה, שתהיה לו היכולת להסתכל, אם יש לו מה להכניס בתוך הכלים. ואז יהיה לו מזונות להזין את עצמו עד לפגישה שניה, ועד אז יהיה לו מן המוכן, ממה שרכש בעת אסיפת החברים.

אי לזאת, צריכים מקודם לסדר שבחו של ההתועדות. ואח"כ לראות מה לקנות מהפעולה הזאת. כנ"ל בדברי חז"ל "לעולם יסדר אדם שבחו של הקב"ה ואח"כ יתפלל". זאת אומרת, תחילת הישיבה, היינו תחילת הדיבורים, שהוא תחילת פתיחת האסיפה, צריכים לדבר בשבח החברה. וכל אחד ואחד צריך להשתדל לתת טעם והסבר למעלת וחשיבות שיש בהם. ולא לדבר בשום דבר חוץ משבח החברה.

ועד שיהיה מגולה שבחה ע"י החברים. אז צריכים לומר, עכשיו גמרנו שלב א' מישיבת החברים ולהתחיל בשלב ב'. היינו, שכל אחד ואחד יגיד לפי דעתו, מהו המעשים, שאנו יכולים לעשות, מעשים בכדי שכל אחד ואחד יהיה בידו לקנות אהבת חברים. זאת אומרת, מה כל אחד יכול לעשות, שיקנה בלבו, שיאהב את כל אחד ואחד מהחברה. ואחר שגומרים את השלב הב', שהוא הצעות, מה לעשות לטובת החברה, בא שלב ג', שהוא ענין הוצאות לפועל במעשה, מה שהחליטו החברים, מה שיש לעשות.

וכל הכח שאנו יכולים ללכת נגד זה, שהוא לעשות מעשה להיפך, שלא די שאין אנו רוצים לקבל לטובת עצמנו, אלא אנו רוצים לתת, הנקרא "שכל מעשינו יהיו רק בעל מנת להשפיע נחת רוח ליוצרו", הוא מכח שיש בטבע ההשפעה, שנותנים לאדם חשוב, האדם נהנה מזה. נמצא, שבלי הנאה אין בידי האדם לעשות שום מעשה, משום שזהו נגד הטבע.

אחרת, היינו אם בעת שאנו משפיעים להבורא, אין לנו שמחה והנאה, אנו פוגמים בהשתוות הצורה, כמו שאמרו חז"ל "לא היתה שמחה לפניו, כיום שנברא בו שמים וארץ. לא היתה שמחה לפני הקב"ה מיום שנברא העולם, כאותה שמחה שעתיד לשמוח עם הצדיקים לעתיד לבוא" (זהר א' קט"ו).

אי לזאת, אם אין לנו שמחה, בעת שאנו עושים את מצות ה', נמצא, אפילו שהוא מכוון בעמ"נ להשפיע, אין זה נקרא "השתוות הצורה". כי אין האדם יכול לשמוח, אלא במקום שיש הנאה. נמצא, אם אין לו הנאה ותענוג מזה שהוא המשפיע לה', עוד אין זה נקרא "השתוות הצורה", שיהיה לו מקום לקבל את השפע העליון, כי עדיין חסרה לו את ההנאה, שיש להקב"ה בעת שהוא משפיע להנבראים.

ומשום זה יוצא, שכל הבסיס, שאנו יכולים לקבל הנאה ותענוג, ושזה מותר לנו להנות, ועוד יותר מזה, שחיוב גדול להנות ממעשה השפעה, יש לנו לעבוד על נקודה אחת, דהיינו להחשיב את הרוחניות. וזה מתבטא בלתת תשומת לב "למי אני פונה", ו"למי אני מדבר", ו"מצות של מי אני מקיים", ו"תורה של מי אני לומד". היינו, לראות עצות, איך להחשיב את נותן התורה.

והיות האדם מצד עצמו, מטרם שזכה להשיג איזו הארה מלמעלה, אז הוא צריך לחפש אנשים, הדומים לו פחות או יותר, שגם הם מחפשים להגדיל את חשיבות להיות מגע כל שהוא עם הבורא, באיזה אופן שתהיה, והיות שיש דעת רבים בזה, אז כל אחד יכול לקבל סיוע מחבירו.

וצריכים לדעת "כי מיעוט רבים שנים". זאת אומרת, אם שני חברים יושבים ביחד, וחושבים, איך להגדיל את חשיבות של הבורא, כבר יש להם כח לקבל התחזקות על גדלות ה' בבחינת אתערותא דלתתא, שעל המעשה זו באה אח"כ התעוררות מלמעלה, שהם מתחילים קצת להרגיש את גדלות ה'.

ולפי מה שכתוב "ברוב עם הדרת מלך", נמצא, מה שהרבים יותר גדול, הכח של הרבים יותר פועל, היינו שמייצרים אוירה יותר חזקה של גדלות וחשיבות של הקב"ה. שאז כל אחד ואחד, הגוף שלו מרגיש, שכל המעשים מה שהוא רוצה לעשות עבור קדושה, שהוא להשפיע לה', להון תועפות יחשב לו, שזכה להכנס בין האנשים, שזוכים לשמש את המלך. ואז, כל מעשה קטנה שהוא עושה, הוא מלא שמחה ותענוג, שיש לו עתה במה לשמש את המלך.

כמו כן אצל החברה, כשאנו רוצים לדרוש משהו מהחברה, שזה מכונה "יתפלל", מוכרח מקודם לסדר לעצמו את שבחו של החברה. "ואח"כ יתפלל", היינו לדרוש מהחברה, שיתנו לו מה שהוא דורש מהחברה.

אם כן, הוא צריך מקודם לראות מה שיש להחברה. איזה רכוש יש להם, שהוא יכול לקבל מהם, על ידי זה שיתחבר עמהם. שיכול להיות הרכוש הזה שיש להחברה, הוא אינו צריך לזה, אלא אדרבה, הוא בורח מזה ומתרחק כִּמְטַחֲוֵי קשת.

ולאחר שדברו בהישיבה על חשיבות ונחיצות החברה, אז מתחיל סדר של תיקונים, איך ובמה נוכל לחזק את החברה, שיהיה גוש אחד, כעין שנאמר "ויחן שם ישראל נגד ההר" (שמות י"ט), שדרשו "כאיש אחד בלב אחד". והסדר צריך להיות, שכל מי שיש לו איזו הצעה, שזה יועיל לאהבת חברים, שידונו בזה, וצריך להתקבל על כל החברים, שאין כאן ענין של כפיה.
