Chapter 3 Item 15 “Now we shall explain the matter of the origin ....”

33. R. (02:44) Maybe you didn't read it properly, I see no questions so you have to repeat it, read it again and better this time.

Reading again Item 15

34. R. (05:14) Here he is talking about the law of equivalence of form, the law of coming closer in form according to the measures of reception and bestowal and accordingly the spiritual parts come closer or move away from each other, why is this important to us? Because this is the general law of the spiritual world. That to the measure to which there is mutual bestowal, a desire to come closer, to mutually bestow, to achieve equivalent to form between them, accordingly the spiritual parts come closer to one another and to the measure to which they are moving away spiritually from one another. They move away. Meaning in the spiritual world we have no corporeal Realm but coming closer or moving away is only according to the form of the desire that exists in each and every one compared to others.

35. S. (06:30) How is it possible to explain the Creator desires to delight their created beings besides the deficiency of the desire to receive?

R. No. afterwards the Creator leads us by the desire to receive that he has created in us that in that desire to receive we are completely disconnected from him and by that he gives us different exercises of connection, of coming closer, moving away and again and again, this is how it is between us and him. In order for us to learn what is better, what is not according to what discernment, do we come closer or we move away and by that He builds within us different senses, spiritual senses by which we want to be more connected to him and then we understand what does less and what does more mean, to be closer or further away from him. This is what we're learning it's not that He created a desire to receive and left it, He is all the time working on our will to receive in order for us to learn how to connect, how to come closer, how to move apart, disconnect and that way we teach ourselves how to become an Adam, a human being similar to The Creator.

S. I'm asking about what is before that how come it's not a desire to benefit the created beings why engage with us and not with something else?

R. You're not asking according to how things are in creation, you are fantasizing. First of all learn how things are in creation then I'm certain you will have no questions. You are asking due to your lack of knowledge, this is not the way to go. It's like going to the hospital and starting to offer the doctor how to take care of their patients. It doesn't work that way, first of all learn.

36. S. (08:51) How could something be created like the will to receive that is not contained in the Creator?

R. This is exactly an action that only the Creator can perform and the only action that he did do. Which is the act of creating the will to receive that is his opposite that is called Creator (Bo-re), come and see, literally meaning that it is something that is outside of creation, something that only the upper force can do to create something that is His opposite. Meaning never ever anywhere is there such a situation, there is no other action similar to it anywhere.

37. S. (10:17) What is the difference from receiving nourishment from the Creator because it says here if we are separated, if we are not in equivalence of form we cannot nourish one another, so what is the difference from receiving nourishment from the Creator and receiving help toward advancing towards Him?

R. There is a difference in the request either I am requesting help from Him or I already feel within me forces that I myself may be advanced if I understood your question correctly. There's a difference, there's many relations between us and the Creator, as all of the relations are between us and the Creator, sometimes instead of the Creator we feel friends, group, humanity, all sorts of parts that are in the world still, vegetative, animate. Alongside this you need to direct everything to the Creator only that all of these parts are only so that we will connect and get closer to Him.

38. S. (12:03) The emergence of the light from Malchut of Ein Sof made it so that an independent desire will be created?

R. Yes. The light that leaves the desire and the desire remains restricted on the one hand without light what can I do? On the other hand, this point begins to be the first in the personal development of the desire that after the restriction the desire can determine in what manner it connects with the light, with the Creator and determines itself.

39. S. (13:04) Baal HaSulam writes that a corporeal essence becomes separated in the force of motion and remoteness of location. However the spiritual essence becomes separated and divided by disparity of form. What is the difference between corporeality and spirituality?

R. In this corporeality we measure corporeal distance and in spirituality spiritual distance. Corporeal distance is measured in meters, centimeters, inches and so on and spiritual distance is measured in difference or closeness in disparity of form, one from the other.

S. Is there a reason why corporeality and spirituality are separate?

R. The measurements are different because the desires are different.

S. So what is shape/ form in spirituality?

R. The form you are already asking about something else. The form is something else which is in which manner I want to bestow to the others, this is my spiritual form. That is how this works.

S. The question is corporeality and spirituality connected?

R. There's no connection, you're only giving examples there is no connection. In corporeality you can do whatever you want in this you don’t influence your spirituality and even one bit.

S. In the 10 there are workshops. Is this corporeality or spirituality?

R. It depends what. If they are directing themselves aiming to get close to one another in this they are doing a spiritual action, that by their corporeal action they are bringing a change in their spiritual action in a mutual coming closer between them.

40. S. (15:24) Is the personal Partzuf born with us since we develop in corporeality or spirituality?

R. a spiritual Partzuf is the result of the connection between us in the 10 and the influence of the light that reforms from the Creator. That we want to be connected and the Creator helps us in this and then He by his upper influence called the light that reforms, makes a connection between us and then this connection between us, among the different egoistic desires, that we connect above our egos between us, in order to stabilize the Partzuf, the spiritual structure in which we want to bestow to the Creator. Such that we begin to be the host of the soul, this is how the spiritual Partzuf is built, a unique bestowal to the Creator.

S. So I join as a Sefira, in this case of Malchut, the moment I connect?

R. Yes, the upper light that works on us makes all of us together a Partzuf that each one feels itself, depending on what degree we are in, what role we are in, which Sefira we are in and we change each time. Ultimately the result is a Partzuf which is as one structure that each one adds to the others and is incorporated with the others each time in different forms, in different manners, spiritual forms of bestowal.

41. S. (18:10) What does it mean that after the restriction the desire can decide what kind of connection it wants with the light?

R. No, you can't decide anything. He wants only that he shall have a connection with the other desires, if he wants. Then the light comes and connects among the different foreign, alien desires and then together they can resemble the light and they will have contact with the lights in a personal individual manner, there is almost no contact with the light.

S. So in terms of disparity of form and what does it mean for the Partzuf to decide?

R. This will learn I don't know what you mean to decide, meaning I decide by all sorts of elements, let's say I reach a decision out of the group, from my connection with the friends I reach some decision, a new desire that is higher than our private personal desires.

42. S. (19:53) Equivalence of form is always with respect to a third object, that he and I want to bestow to something else but we don't touch each other, does that mean equivalence with him?

R. No such thing, where did you read that?

S. It is written in the wisdom if I love what my friend loves and I hate what my friend hates then there's something comment between us to reach but we don't touch each other, me and my friend, I don't touch his circle and he doesn't touch me, we are equivalent to what we yearn together but we remain different and not one of those one is the goal.

R. I understand what you mean and you're saying it correctly but in any case it's not one third of the essence rather that we together reach something as here we're talking about. In sum total we are reaching the Creator, we are opening him up more and more to reveal in him and get closer to him.

43. S. (21:27) In forms of bestowal make an act is there equivalence of form in reception and if there is how does that help us?

R. In spirituality is only according to the desire to bestow, there is equivalence, resemblance and only degrees of bestowal. Reception is by Klipot.

44. S. (22:03) How to relate to the things around me as my desires or souls that have their own correction? When the word souls is said how to relate to this, what are the souls?

R. Souls are called desires.

S. Are they related or connected to me?

R. They are your friends.

S. They have their own correction?

R. Like friends.

S. Does a friend have his own corrections?

R. Like a friend.

45. S. (23:02) One shape that is not part of him so it does not collide with there is none else besides him?

R. A will to receive does not exist in the Creator.

46. S. (23:21) He writes here that the will to receive separates the created being from the Creator and when we connect in the 10 into a Partzuf, how do we connect suddenly through the desire to receive?

R. Only through the desire to bestow.

Chapter 4 “After the Tzimtzum and the Masach that was placed ....” (24:08)

47. R. (27:13) We see here the main difference between corporeality and spirituality the spiritual will to receive is called restriction, screen and reflected light, bestowal above the ego as without the ego we also can't build the forms of bestowal, they build above the ego and the others are above the desire to receive in the world of Klipot.

48. S. (27:50) what does it mean that the reflected light becomes the vessel of reception?

R. Compared to how much I want to bestow. Let's say to the extent of the bestowal that I develop above my desire to receive and its rejection that I want to bestow specifically, how much I am capable of being above it, I am made spiritual The bestower and according to the size and extent of the reflected light, I measure my spiritual degree, my height.

49. S. (28:34) What is the benefit of ABYA of impurity if there is reflected light on the desire to receive, why do you need the worlds of impurity?

R. It is written and the Creator created one against the other, that all of the vessels that we scrutinize from the shattering as part of them we can correct to sanctity with the intention to bestow and part of them we cannot correct. Part of them we even want to see leaves them with the intent to bestow so these are all of the opportunities available before us, the desire to bestow, restrictions green and reflected light to receive directly or to be restricted. There is a need in all of these different vessels until the end of correction.

50. S. (29:45) How to correctly combine between the internality of these spiritual and the corporeal world?

R. That the end of correction of every spiritual phenomena on the intention to bestow also has against it the opposite phenomena on the intention to receive meaning there is no good without bad and bad without good, both are connected to one another as such until everything will be corrected and all will return to good.

51. S. (30:26) What does it mean that the worlds of impurity use the will to receive that was restricted?

R. That they desire to receive is restricted, part of it we can even use as an intention to bestow, the same part that we cannot use with the intention to bestow is divided into the part that we restrict and don't use and the part that we cannot restrict it and it's on the intention to receive. That is called the shell.

S. That doesn't mean the system of impurity keeps on receiving?

R. No, we will speak about this later, don't fantasize or philosophize as we will learn, in the meantime just write down what you're receiving and don't add anything from yourself.

Item 17 “Now you can understand the root of the corruption that was...” (31:29)

52. S. (35:46) Tell us please how can the worlds of impurity exist in spirituality, how is this possible?

R. I didn't understand your question, how can it be in spirituality there are worlds of impurity and sanctity, two systems of worlds, because when I take some form of the desire to receive and part of it, I can do actions with the intent to bestow and some other part I can't do actions with the intent to bestow. Then they are in some intermediate state, not one or the other and from them are all sorts of systems that they are not for sanctity, not for the intention to bestow. But there is a part in them that if they're in restriction that they are in sanctity and without restriction it's already a shell, the restriction truly divides between each desire into two parts, either the intention to bestow to the others or to itself and this is how all of creation is constantly changing so some with the part with the intention to receive and somewhat the part of tip the intention to bestow with all of the changes until the end of correction that will influence one another because all our one desire and it changes in some desire of all of them influencing all of the desires and such each and every person influences the entire world.

53. S. (37:50) It is written that they replace the desire to receive with a desire to bestow. How can we when we gather all of us together in the 10, change our desire to receive into a desire to bestow?

R. This is how we speak not that it truly exists the desire to bestow is the Creator of only the desire of the creature is a desire to receive only end these desires don't change only the intention changes that the creature can beyond the intention to receive comes the intention to receive is the Klipot, shell and the desire to receive with the intention to bestow is sanctity that is what it can be a not more.

S. What does it mean they were replaced?

R. For now the intention we only say that the intention has changed, that's it. In this way change the quality of the action, the essence of the action. This is what we change.

S. I want to connect to my friends in the 10 and I understand that they can receive the greatness of the goal from me, support their desire, what do I connect to their desires or their intentions?

R. You cannot truly connect to their desires in your intentions, you make an effort to be connected into one by direction if your intentions are correction, to the Creator and this tendency to the Creator we then begin to feel they are correct.

Item 18 “Know that the whole Innovation that the Creator had innovated....” (40:10)

54. S. (43:38) The previous excerpt he said that the Klipot and the Sitra Achra?

R. They are the same thing as their names for different vessels with the intention to receive. They are called the ‘other side’, Sitra Achra, as much as you have the intention to bestow against this there are opposite forms in the intention to receive. Meaning just like there is in sanctity there is also in the shells and don't think that the Klipa are something small somewhere but rather the systems of every desire in each and every desire there is part of the intention to receive and part of the intention to bestow and such will be until the end of correction that will be cut and cut from the Klipa and pass it on to sanctity.

S. Should we know what is between yeast and the Sitra Achra?

R. We learn what the difference between the shell and the sanctity, the difference is in the intention to bestow or to receive, very simple. There is no more than this, meaning you can't say that this is sanctity or this is a shell because it doesn't have its own desire. You can't say about an animal, a beast that it is one of the other as we are talking about desire and this desire only exists in men. Meaning Adam, man has an opportunity from his desires to make a form of either sanctity or Klipot. All the rest are not Klipot or sanctity, in this world we have copies from seemingly spirituality but actually sanctity or Klipot is only in spirituality, in our world we are only as beasts. There is no sanctity or impurity here as you can divide everything which may seem to you pleasant or not but these are not criteria. The correct criteria is the intention to receive or the intention to bestow so you must hear the creature that has its own desire and then it can be either with the intention to receive or the intention to bestow from its own desire only.

55. S. (47:18) What's the difference between the shell and the coarseness?

R. The thickness is the coarseness the will to receive in its size, shell is the desire to receive using the intention to receive.

S. Will it be corrected?

R. Everything can be corrected if it's not correct, then if it is in the intention to receive it is called Klipot shell.

56. S. (47:55) If the shells are severed from the life of lives what are they fed from?

R. From the upper light that illuminates to them in order to maintain them until they will be worthy to be corrected and enter sanctity.

57. S. (48:23) In the final correction is there part Klipot in the end of correction from the Creator?

R. In the end of correction there is no shells, that's why it's called the end of correction, all the desires over the process of this entire correction that they are in sanctity or in shells, some we have not used it all some have not risen to correction but in the end all of the desires are scrutinized and corrected in the intention to bestow.

58. S. (49:21) Why is it more of a problem in this world the lie of the shell and that the bestowal isn't such a problem?

R. This world is entirely false, a lie there is no upper light in it, that is why, there's nothing more to talk about here, we need to as fast as possible to rise above it into the intention to bestow into the spiritual world.

Item 19 “Because we are branches that extend from Ein Sof ....” (50:20)

59. R. (53:03) What is there in the roots will be in the branch, everything concentrates from the root to the branch on one hand, everything comes from above. There is nothing more besides what comes from the Creator. What is our role, our place, our part in creation? We will see.

Reader continues “Because he is the root of all of his creations everything in....” (53:24)

60. R. (54:01) Everything comes from the Creator the question is does it come directly from him or indirectly? So what comes to us directly is his bestowal to us, we enjoy that but if it doesn't come directly rather through all sorts of conditions then in this we suffer. Meaning suffering or pleasure only because it comes either directly or indirectly from the Creator.

Reader continues “everything that is not in him and does not extend directly ....” (54:34)

61. R. (55:26) Because he has no deficiencies, he doesn't want anything other than to bestow so he has no deficiency that pushes him to do actions.

Reader continues: “For this reason it is against our nature and is hated by us ....” (55:37)

62. S. (58:17) You said we suffer or enjoy only if it comes directly or indirectly from the Creator, what does this mean?

R. From the Creator there can be connection to man directly according to what a person invites in the connection and indirectly from the Creator comes from a lack of connection from a person and that causes suffering. Meaning if I proceed the connection with the request, if I proceed the Creator with the connection from my part, they will all bring to my pleasure and to the extent that I want this connection and to the extent that I don't want this connection I will come to me at suffering.

63. S. (59:44) Why does the child, all the time move and feel pleasant and when we grow we don't like it?

R. The force of nature that pushes small children to be in motion in order to develop them comes from above, comes from nature and when we already grow gradually slowly we leave motion meaning the force doesn't operate on us so much and it gives us the opportunity to choose our own, do we need motion or not, internal or external. Then of course that we remain without motion and if we make motion it is only in order to attain a clear pleasure we will get from it. Also in this there is a habit which is made second nature and if I get myself used to being in motion then I can no longer be without it and in such a manner I give birth to an additional deficiency and I need to come down with this additional deficiency. Let's say I have a habit every day of running for half an hour and if I don't and I feel that I'm suffering, how can you suffer from this that you don't run as other people don't do this but you built in yourself a have it and have it becomes second nature.

64. S. (01:01:30) What does it mean there's no novelty in the Creator?

R. There is no renewal in the Creator meaning in all of his actions upon us and we see the entire world in all the actions of the Creator as there is none else besides him we have one intention to bring the created beings into the good complete manner, into the absolutes. There's no difference in his actions, they are all good for the created beings.

65. S. (01:02:22) Basically you're saying if the created being doesn't feel the shame, as because he doesn't describe the abundance to the Creator?

R. No, this we will need to see but there is something in that but it is not simple. It depends upon the desire that already is in the created being.

66. S. (01:03:00) He says that poverty and weakness are hated by us because they are not in our root, what is in our root? Only good?

R. Our root is only good, in bestowal as the Creator is our root.

S. That is our root.

R. We come from the Creator and if we resemble our root to that extent we attain the absolute good and if we are opposite the root and we attain the bad, the evil.

S. Our work is to reach root to see all good again.

R. Correct, into adhesion with the Creator but we are in the opposite will to receive, opposite from the Creator of the desire to bestow and to reach our root we can only above our nature and that is our work.

67. S. (01:04:16) What is the perception of connection with the Creator and how is that done?

R. We will learn this onward, first we need to do our preparation, restriction, screen and reflected light to the extent that I have the reflected light I enter into the connection with the Creator. This we will learn.

Item 20 “Because the will to receive is not in our root ....” (01:05:05)

68. R. (01:08:45) These are very big important things, very global that we cannot immediately grasp and understand what is even talking about, how to get into this, how to ask questions about it so I ask that you discuss this over the course of the day until tomorrow. That all of your questions you write them down please that I want you to among yourselves to discuss the text, what we read today in this lesson of TES and begin to ask to the point from what is written here and in every place what is not clear, also what is clear. Check and discuss among yourselves, this material is very important and very beneficial for the development of the soul in each and every one and all of us together. Let us make the effort to open up the material for us.

69. S. (01:10:09) In the beginning of the lesson you said we should make actions, heading toward the Congress June 4th, is there a way to meet physically if possible?

R. Why not.

S. What is better, what is recommended?

R. In Israel it’s relatively short distance to travel to friends outside of Israel can be a bigger problem. Let's say in Turkey or Brazil, Russia, the distances are very large and people I don't think it's worthwhile or maybe there's not even opportunity with the pandemic issues. I don't think it's worthwhile, quietly those who live close to one another in one place or city they can have meetings without troubling one another. The others can meet virtually I don't think these physical form continues to be so important, we need more and more to pass our feelings and our thoughts in a virtual manner. Let's see how we can make our connection more internal because the true connection is in spirituality it has nothing to do with time motion or space. Think about this.

70. S. (01:12:45) Since we started studying TES we said everything is intentional. We shouldn't learn it in our brain now you give us an exercise to scrutinize and ask questions during the day, to me it seems contradictory?

R. You may be right but do what I say and then you will understand that everything we learn is to develop our emotion, our sensation and not the mind as the mind that belongs to the sensation is nevertheless in the sensation. Your question is to the point I accept it.
