We have to make a living, but most of us do not enjoy working. The American dream has shattered and we lack inner happiness. Industry needs to reorganize according to new, more lofty, spiritual values. Money will continue to change shape such that competition will become positive, based on mutuality and a desire for appreciation from companies.
