“The fool foldeth his hands together, and eateth his own flesh” (Ecclesiastes 4:5); everything that happens is handed from above, so we must look forward. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches how it is possible to intervene with the future and change things from a bad path to a good path. A person cannot change anything for the better himself, but can only attract the positive force of nature to counterbalance the negativity that is in him. If he attracts the positive force, he has nothing to fear from the future or to “eat himself up” about the past.
