Everything that happens to us during our lives is supposed to advance us toward the final and perfect state of human development. In every encounter with another person, I experience a meeting between two images within me: theirs and mine. I see the other with an egoistic eye, but I need to look beyond the personality to see a representative of the higher power that I must love. All encounters are designed to teach me how to create a conduit out of myself that transmits positive energy and love into our world.
