Eric Zemmour, French Jewish far-right media writer and television star, announced that he was running for French president in France’s elections next year. According to media outlets, he is more radical than Marine Le Pen, holding critical views toward Islam, the EU and mass migration to France. What is it about powerful Jewish people that makes them so nationalistic in the countries where they reside? It is purely egoistic, i.e. a concern that is solely for the benefit of that one specific nation, as opposed to all the others. According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, the word for “Jew” in Hebrew (“Yihudi”) comes from the word for “unity” (“Yihud”), which means being drawn to unity and connection. The action of connection needs to be directed first toward Jews, i.e. those with a desire for unity, and then toward “the nations of the world.” Otherwise, the action will be the opposite—toward separation instead of connection, unity and love for one another. This includes everyone, everywhere in the world, “as one man with one heart.” Humanity must come to such an attainment. If we do not overcome our ego, then we only serve the ego of that nation.
