The Line between Health Risks and the Economy in Covid Times

Sep 6, 2021
Oren Levi: There is an inherent tension when dealing with the coronavirus: On one hand, there are the health risks, while on the other hand, there are economic hazards. Where are we between these two lines? Kabbalist Dr. Michael Laitman: You don't need to shut down the economy or open it up. All the outbreaks of diseases are caused by our crimes. Unfounded hate brought about the coronavirus, and every other harmful thing. It all comes as a result of our mutual hate. Oren Levi: What does it mean to learn how to live with the coronavirus? Dr. Laitman: It means day after day we fight our ego in order to connect with each other, living in mutual care and concern. I do not pass on my disease to anyone else and I make sure that everyone is healthy. By doing so, we can come closer to healing. Oren Levi: Do you really see that people's good attitude toward each other can chase away the coronavirus? Dr. Laitman: For sure, entirely chase it away. The source of the problem is that we hate each other, and from that same place we give birth to all those germs.
