The soul of a person is like an embryo in a mother’s womb. It goes through stages of development from a small spark until it is born into the spiritual world. Such a spark (the rudiment of the soul, or the point in the heart) exists in every person. If one feels it, it means the process of gradual development has begun. Until then, a person experiences emptiness and uncertainty, searching for the meaning of life. This can go on for many years. But whoever does not give up the search and begins to study Kabbalah eventually comes to the answer.
