“There is none else besides Him” is a fundamental principle in Kabbalah. This means that there is only one force, one goal, a path, and there is nothing else. That is there is one single source. And all that seems to a person as if exists, except for this source, is what he really is. Such apparent diversity is given to a person as some kind of defocusing, so that he can assemble these separate lines into one goal. Then man begins to feel again that there is no one but the Creator. And all these deviations from “Single, One, and Only” are given to us only so that we again and again rush to restate this concept and thus integrate ourselves with Him. This is the whole purpose of human development - to bring him to unity with the Creator.
