Rav’s Introduction: Raising oneself. Well, we can do that through our request, our appeal from the bottom of the heart to the Creator because only He has the strength and the power to change our situation. in order to give us an opportunity to turn to Him so that He will lift us. He gives us beforehand the revelation of the deficiency and the true deficiency is when we feel how blocked we are, how we don't want anything, how much we have no inclination towards reception or bestowal or anything. But rather a person is simply in a state where he is still just like a rock, that unless somebody turns it over it does not move. If it is vegetative, it already has some force of movement of its own. Therefore, in order to bring us to the urgency and the need to change our state, the Creator reveals such Reshimot records from the level of the still, and indeed it says so that everything comes from the still and the still is the beginning of the development. Even though the still itself does not develop rather the feeling of the still that I'm not worthy of anything that I am not interested also in anything and also, I don't even understand what it means to be higher, to have more than my state, that I have such general indifference and I am just willing to continue in this way. If this is called life, this is life and if not then not and I simply feel myself inner state which is not like all people. But all people do not feel in a state that they exist in some lack and I feel that I am already, suddenly I discover that I have been for a while in a state which is not here not there and I don't want anything. I am operating mechanically, automatically, and this is how I am being operated and I just roll on and I go to the study, to the group, our gatherings, and all kinds of things. But it is not like it awakens me and turns something within me, but rather it just rolls on like this within me. He doesn't feel that there is such a great difference between his state and the state as he depicts death. This is a good state. It is a good state because the state that comes next is a state where the person understands that he himself has no forces. He doesn't know how to rise above himself. He realizes that this may not change however the Creator nevertheless at least lets him feel to what extent he is still. Even though he doesn't want anything right now he however feels that he doesn't want anything right now and later on he wants to change himself to a bit and if he sees that he has no forces and how will he change himself into it for him will he change himself he also doesn't feel that there is another state they are more exalted being still he feels what it's like to be still. This happens to him for a while and he tries and he tries he reads the books and he regrets and a few days later maybe he begins to feel that he has some inner motions and he begins to feel between the nearing to the friends and distancing from the friends and a certain relation to the force of bestowal. That he has then a certain inner, of his own feeling that he is not capable of anything, change that happens is truly a change that it's happening to him from above.
This is the beginning of the creation of the atom in here that everything comes from the still and he is already in that form of the vegetative. He begins like a plant coming out of the ground and he bursts out through the ground through the soil out to the light the air and he begins to grow in such a way and he agrees with any action that will come so long as he doesn't stay inside of the ground inside of the still but rather, he wants to be vegetative. 3. S. (13:10) What is this degree of vegetative?

R. First of all whatever the mind doesn't do intellect doesn't do time does. The Creator joins together all the states that the person goes through and he arranges them according to the right direction all in all He is managing us. 6. S. (18:39) I wanted to ask about the state of the still and transition to the next day we say and still there is no motion it is inanimate and the motion to the next it requires some inner movement, where does this movement come from?
R. From the records we have within us we have records all the way to the end of correction, however each time we need to incorporate in the environment so that through the environment we receive the reforming light and influence the record in each and every one and we'll develop it all the way to the end of correction.
S. What does it mean for the still stage to be included in the group?
R. To try above one's own desire to incorporate in the friends and to be as close as possible to them, and to aim himself together with them to the goal, to the complete connection.

R. S. This also a state that I can ask for mutual prayer with a friend that through that connection we will reach the next degree?
R. Yes and no, it depends, usually you awaken the others however we don't quite feel and we don't talk about openly what we feel. We don't talk about it because you enter different states from the friends and each one of them has to scrutinize his own individual state. We read the passages and we speak in such an external form like we are doing now in the lesson, but later on each and every one has to scrutinize it within.
9. S. (23:59) If the Creator already placed me in a certain environment, and I don't like something about that developing mental state and I am searching for another environment will that accelerate my development?
R. I don't think this is good. A person should with all his force as much as possible he should be inside his 10, that was arranged for him in such a way and not to know now start with his egoistic thoughts think about where it will be better for him. He will not be able to see the correct state for your development in the state that you are in, no, but rather the Creator places a man's hand on the good fate and says take it and the person should take it and go forward that's it. This is how he should go forward and advance and the problem of the person and the problem of the society is that they have to suffer one another in order to help one another as much as possible to talk about it and to continue and try to be together, to exit the 10 by himself. Because dissemination is however more external and it gives great power to each and every one according to the person who ties himself to the general vessel to the whole of humanity and then by that specifically on the level of the still, it is very important for one to be connected in such a way to everyone. The whole of humanity is also on the still, however it is not like us but on the true level of the still where they are not even trying to come out of it to the level of the vegetative, to faith above reason, we nevertheless are on the path.
11. S. (28:25) In the beginning of the lesson you said that we move from land to air and we rise and receive faith above reason is that related to the light of Mercy, is there some direct relation there?
R. Yes, certainly faith above reason is the degree where we already attained the light of Mercy, the force of bestowal and it starts to work within us.
12. S. (29:06) The records that are being revealed, revealed according to the degrees or chaotically?
R. There is nothing that happens just like that in the whole of creation of course there are records that come out through the general light that is working on the entire broken vessel, then with respect to that general light, the records awaken and they come and join and this is how we feel, that we are gathering in groups, each one in his region, in his nation and this is how the whole of humanity is becoming organized. 13. S. (31:04) You said that after the state of vegetative there is some state of writing of decay is that considered a new state of advancement?
R. Yes, this is the beginning of a new state. The feeling of rotting, the feeling of the zero, it is a beginning of the new degree.

R. R. R. R. I don't need to correct the friends, I need to correct my attitude towards them. Meaning such a form that from our structure from the connection between us, that is called from your actions I shall know you. That we begin to discover who the Creator is from what, from us building from ourselves this form and from that we understand Him will you feel Him He lives within us and we build ourselves in such a way that He is revealed in us. That is how it happens. That is why to the extent we will connect more and more in higher levels of complexity, we will discover these qualities, thoughts, desires of the upper force but from our actions I will know you, from Him being revealed in us in such a way. I don't have enough words but try to add to each one and then it will come from our development. It will come but what I want to say here it all depends on connection nothing else. Everything depends on connection and people who are specifically with high souls they are very, very they have great rejection towards this because they are from the shattering they don't want to reach it under any circumstances and it is hated by them at its root but after years and years of the light that reforms works on them they still by that advance and that's why we need to be patience towards such people and somehow to give everybody the ability to exist. Putting aside cases of people that want to break our connection and then we have to push them away from us. That is how it has to be.
