1.Rav’s Introduction: Yes, indeed we should be grateful to the Creator for how much he both externally and internally is helping us and pushing us,  assisting us to come closer, more and more and solidify into a single vessel. If once Kabbalists were able to reach great attainments, and to give contentment by coming closer to the Creator, individually, or as a small group, like the groups that existed throughout history, the groups of Ramchal. So in our days, when we are in the stages of the last generation, we see that the Creator is awakening the hearts in greater quantities and actually he doesn't work on each and everyone but rather on everyone together.

Therefore we need to be grateful to him that specifically in the connection between us that intensifies from one day to the next which we feel in our emotions in our intellect, in all kinds of phenomena that comes revealed from one day to the next actually each and every moment however we because of our lack of sensitivity to that we only discover it once in a while, once every few weeks or every few months. But this is what he does, and those signs are truly rejoicing signs, that we are connecting, and we are reaching a state where specifically in the  connection between us  we defeat our ego. We rise above it more and more, even in discernments that are not yet felt in us internally. But it is happening and thanks to the work of the Creator upon us we do occasionally feel that we are on the path, and we are advancing. And thanks to his work on us we are coming closer and closer to the correction. 

2. S. (03:32) What kind of changes are we going through that we don't yet feel?

 R. All kinds of changes. When a child is small and as he grows he doesn't know he doesn't understand that he is growing, we can see on the outside to changes in him and we accept these things as natural things and whatever is happening to him we are impressed by it, look what he’s doing, look at those signs of advancement but he himself is not aware of it and it's the same with us.

S. When you look at the world Kli as a developing child what are you impressed by?

R. I'm impressed by the fact that we nevertheless even though from the side of nature we don't want to become more incorporated with each other, more connected, however the Creator, meaning the general force that is working on us and advancing us developing us spirituality, so he is doing it and from the outside you can see it on our whole group how much it is becoming from one day to the next more and more solidified, cohesive, more worthy of the Creator besides the fact that he is performing these corrections on us he is also becoming revealed to us more and more. We're not aware of it but it's just like a child is not aware, but he has more intellect, more emotion, more perception of where he is in the world, it's the same with us however occasionally we can see it.

3. S. (05:23) I wasn't able to attend the lesson for a week because of the floods here in Australia and this horror that is outside here really left a mark in me, and I feel like I came back to the ten here from the grave. Only here you can really open your heart with this environment, with the friends who understand you, and the whole week I'm just blocked in myself, and I don't know it's nothing compared to what's happening in the Ukraine and I don't know there’s friends all over the world who are not here, who don't have internet who are still not back online like me so how can we be in an environment for them to help them?

R. There's nothing you can do about it but only to pray to ask of the Creator that he will give connection to all of us so that whatever we feel in whatever we are, we will also incorporate them together in one feeling in one vessel. Whichever way we can help materially we should help, and we have to help, and we have such systems here also in a few other places in the world that are operating in this way in order to support our friends, and that work is done each and every day. And I'm also turning to all the friends who are all over the world, if you know of some places of distress, please turn to us in that same well known address or maybe turn to the language managers and we will be happy to help in as much as possible to help anyone, everyone who is truly suffering and we will pray most importantly as Baal HaSulam said, I don't know what to do what to give when I see the troubles of the world, besides a prayer there is nothing to give, but indeed the prayer should emerge from our heart, our common heart and we should understand that this is our obligation, our duty to add to all the problems and troubles that are revealed and appeal to the Creator. Indeed this is what he is expecting of us, this is a duty to do it and it is within our ability to do it.

S. I wanted to add that the fact that there are friends who come to the lesson and pour their hearts and ask questions and then record it and then play it and then it's possible to download it during the day and stay connected this way it's so important. The intention that everyone gives in every little thing really saves all the friends who cannot connect live. R. 4. S. (10:01) How can we know the Creator loves us by awakening love towards the friend? Can you explain exactly what that thing is? What's suddenly happening, that the Creator…?

R. It is written that when one's love for the Creator awakens he should know that it's the Creator awakening in it upon him, something like that I'm not so focused right now not so concentrated in my thoughts, but it's true that if something awakens in general if anything awakens in us we should say that there's None Else Besides Him who is doing it and therefore especially when some attention awakens in me some love some special attitude towards a friend, clearly it's the Creator who is awakening it in me and it's not that I by my own strength was able to reach such success.

S. About this love, this attitude that suddenly, he awakens in you towards the friend, or the friends, what is it exactly what do you need that on the path?

R. The Creator pours on us the upper light upon all the broken vessels, and we begin to feel towards each other that same feeling a little bit of what he is operating and by that, by that feeling, by that bestowal we come closer to each other. Everything that we are capable of doing towards corrections and in the corrections themselves, in the connection between us, it all comes out of that force that shines on us and therefore first of all when we have some nice, good feeling towards the friends, we should thank the Creator who gave that to us. This is why we always say before such things, “Blessed are you Lord,” it comes to us from the Creator only thanks to him. We are also incorporated in those actions of love, bestowal, connection.

S. So we need to see as a goal that we develop an attitude to the friend, that we can embed into reality the attitude to the Creator that we see him in all of reality?

R. Well you have both. It's like the example that if the children understand that they should be connected in a nice connection between them then by that they give contentment to the mother right? When they grow up more, maybe for them it will be different work already that they are making that connection between them in order to make the mother happy and they are operating only for that purpose. This is already an act of bestowal in that there is gratitude and there is agreement there are all kinds of stages but the most important is to reach from the point where if a person has within him some desire for a connection, which is already a correction of the shattering of the vessel of Adam HaRishon, so if there is any kind of even a small disposition towards that connection so that this disposition is not egoistic but within it there is a little bit of the will to bestow then we should realize that this is coming from the Creator, the Creator is clothing within us to some extent and he is accompanying us, organizing us, doing his work on us and we should be as clay in the hands of the potter.

S. What to do with all of the opposite feelings that the Creator awakens in you towards friends and what you see in reality?

R. That’s excellent. He's showing you your nature which he created, and he wants you to relinquish it and that besides the criticism you will also pray for correction.

S. So on the one hand he awakens the opposite, but he also awakens love so where do you come in among all these things that he awakens in you, where is the human in you?

R. The human, the Adam in you is the one who feels everything he's going through, and he dedicates all these moments to the Creator, and he gives himself to the hands of the upper force so that he will do with him, whatever needs to be done.

S. But I don't have a calculation whether he awakens good or bad in me, maybe it's just how much I can devote myself to him, agree what he gives?

R. This is good, yes. If we annul ourselves and we are in the hands of the Creator it is good but in this annulment we have besides the restriction, the screen, and the reflected light, actions that are above our ego which are very difficult, it's not just annulment these are actions that I have to work against my ego, against the forces that are seemingly evil forces. 

5. S. (17:01) To the extent that we advance the negativity keeps awakening, we have the plague now we have the war and even worse things can happen, does that mean we advance or is there something else we need to understand here?

R. I'll tell you, in that there are so many discernments that it is best if we connect to all of them, in our group the worldwide Bnei Baruch, including the women, don't forget about that, it is a huge force. We need to depict it like a family let's say how much power is there in a family with the parents and the children and everything around it is a unit that this is how it was created by the Creator in order for it to be the foundation of the society so this is how we should see our big family, our big group, with the woman part and the men part, all of us together, we have a truly great power even though we are all small and we are just try to rise above reason meaning to the force of bestowal above our ego.

But nevertheless it is a great power, there is mighty in quantity and mighty in quality, and by this we become mighty in quantity. We have the quality in us but also the quantity, and therefore if something is not clear to us if we can't understand something if a person is in some kind of confusion become incorporated in the society not in the small society but just like that, the way we are in the lesson, and then for sure by that you will be able to establish yourself correctly, balance yourself, and you will advance correctly. It's like some kind of resetting yourself. It's like before we go out somewhere we take the compass and according to that we see what is the state that we are in. So we activate the instruments, and they keep you all the time so that wherever you are you should be in the right direction.

So our big group all in all, because it is big and the Creator dwells in it all together, if you are incorporated in it you also enter that right direction that the group is on. Just like we said about those metronomes, like clocks in general there is a general law in nature which is the general connection, the general force, and it forces each and every one that is similar to the general system to enter those same actions, and this is how we should also balance ourselves. Each and every day we get up, why is it that we may have all of these preparations, there's a reason for it, not just because Kabbalists established it or this is customary but in order to enter those same heartbeats the same emotions and intellect the same waves that we have in our brain so that we will all enter a single system so that we will come closer and become incorporated in it and eventually we will come to be as wanted man in one heart.

6. S. (22:08) No translation 

R. How to reach a state where a person annuls himself and he gives himself to the Creator so that the Creator will do with him whatever the Creator wants? That is, to annul before the upper light, toward the force of bestowal and love so He will rule over me, over my ego, and He will correct and arrange my ego so that it will work according to the law of bestowal, love, and connection and not according to what the ego wants to begin with. Then I will see what the difference is, the way I was before when I was controlled by the ego and now, when I'm controlled by the upper Force. In between these and those states, I will see what it means, the advantage of light out of darkness. This is what I want to do. This is what we are trying to have such an ability by connecting, annulling, each one towards his ten and all of the tens together towards the conditions, the attributes, the intentions the wisdom of Kabbalah  explains to us about by that we become more and more as one body we think this way, we feel this way, we understand each other more and this is what advances us. It takes time because the actions have to be up to the smallest details and these details they are almost infinite numerous details because all in all the corrections have to reach from the discrete form to an analog form to the complete integral and therefore each and every detail has to be there, and it takes time, but it will happen in such a way.

S. How to relate to other people who don’t engage in Kabbalah?

R. I have a hard time understanding what you're saying but I'd like to say that even those who do not engage in the wisdom of Kabbalah, if they join us as much as they want as much as they can, in dissemination, in connection, in some simple work the simplest possible, by that too one is incorporated in the same system, and he performs actions of Correction on oneself. Just like in our big human society there are those who are great, wise there are those who are simple, but all-in-all you can't do without all of them without everyone doing something. So each one should become incorporated in whatever he can, whatever becomes okay and possible for him and in that way he will advance and in that way the Creator will take care of each and every one. The most important is to be in “There's None Else Besides Him”, that whatever is happening to me should happen. First of all I lower my head like Rabbi Akiba in a stormy sea and in that way for sure I will reach the end of Correction. 

Excerpt 29: (27:01) Baal HaSulam, Letter 18

7. S. (27:56) Meaning that same system which has already been corrected partially, by all the great ones, the Kabbalists that were before us, it also stands to our disposable, and we can use it and it influences us and arranges us just like a child, a baby that is born. Today the whole world is already prepared for it in a system by which he can exist so that he'll have all of these things that are ready for him to take care of him so that he can grow in a right way, and he can learn and later on become incorporated as a great person a grown up in the  society. We need to understand everything that happened before us the Kabbalists have prepared you might say the small groups or even individuals, but we are already the first great system that has been established that rises and disseminating itself to the whole world, without any difference between people, inviting everyone to truly get to know what is it mean the purpose of creation the essence of creation, how to reach it, how to open up the secrets of nature and use them in order to be human beings Adam and how to realize what is happening and change whatever is necessary.

8. S. (29:48) I live not far from our great friend, and he went through a chaos here. Where I am it's a bit far from him but the whole place was underwater. Many friends lost houses, we lost our business cars, whatever we were left with nothing like in the old days. But what I have to say is that the community here is now so unified, loving, and helpful. Everyone is talking about mother earth and the upper force and how we have to connect and help each other literally. They are words without saying Kabbalah or the Creator. I hear them because I own a restaurant. People come and talk to me, and I talk to them. How do you take these deficiencies of people who lost their houses, sometimes part of their family? How do you bring that to the ten to a prayer? How do you help them change their perception and see that it's coming from the upper force?

R. I don't know what to tell you. I am not built, I am not intended to take care of people who come to a restaurant and to explain to them what the purpose of creation is, the purpose of this flood, the purpose of the suffering that they're going through. For certain it does advance them towards correction to some extent. They become softer, less snobs, they get closer to the truth, but it is a  long way. It is the path of suffering and therefore as much as you will have to go through all kinds of other natural disasters, I don't know but certainly it is all for the better. Therefore, the way you should talk to them I don't know, that is your business. I don't know. We do not turn to people usually during times of distress. This is usually done by religious people but rather we are looking for people who have a yearning to discover the essence of creation, the purpose of creation, who have a yearning out of their heart that they want to know the essence of life, the purpose of life and not just to find out what is the reason that I am suffering. The reason that one is suffering, well that reason goes away, and then the question also goes away. We need people that even though they awaken as a result of such disasters, deficiencies, that their desire is truly to discover the essence of life and therefore I have nothing to tell you, just realize where you are relative to those who come to your restaurant. It doesn't mean that you shouldn't do anything, nevertheless maybe it is possible to publicize something and maybe there also you will find people who awakened out of the blows, but I don't have anything to say.

You should find out in your place. That's it I'm not criticizing the Australians and all of their pride in the fact that they are disconnected from everyone. These are the conditions in which they grow, and this is how it is everywhere in the world. We are looking for what there is inside the heart of the person. Is the heart already ripe? That is the question? Is man's heart already ripe for correction. It  doesn't matter where he is living and the disasters that awaken him or not. We are searching for friends who care to know, “what am I living for?” Maybe he's living in a palace or maybe hang living in some shack. It doesn't matter but the question of what the meaning of the purpose of my life is a question that has to awaken in him. Nevertheless we are all human beings, we need to start from corporeality, so you need to talk to them as well so try. But I have nothing to say in which way which form the people of Australia, they need a special local approach.

9. S. (35:31) Just as the condition of love for her friend is formed the condition of hatred arises. I believe there is no one else besides him. How will I turn that anger to love what is here?

R. Only the Creator that we want to be incorporated in him to the extent that we come closer to him, then we connect. We begin to understand that our work is that to the extent that we connect we are also getting closer to him. That's it. We have to pray, to ask. Even though my heart is a heart of stone, and I cannot feel any one that I don't want to feel them, and I don't want to get closer to anyone, if I go along according to the qualities in my heart I don't need anyone I want to be the only one in the world. The only one in the world. That's it. As I remember myself in my childhood, I used to dream that I would wake up and go out to the streets of the city and there's no one there. I don't see that they died or something. No, everything just disappeared. I go into the store to buy all kinds of things and it's all there before me freely and I walk around, and I can do whatever I want. This is precisely the small ego that exists in a small person the way he depicts the world to him it's all for you. 

10. S. (37:58) It says that the good and bad become good in the future, and we don't have such bad states here in South America so how can we feel the suffering of the friends in the other part of the world, this strong demand and prayer that they have?

R. Look, we are one body, one structure of the whole of humanity even though we don't feel it, the force of our ego doesn't let us feel that we are connected. However, even if you speak even with scientists still tell you that the whole entire universe is a single system. That all people on the still, vegetative, animate and speaking all of those are just a spark of the single system. This is what we should take into account. We will discover that, we will discover how much everyone depends on everyone. Nowadays in the state of today with the science and everything that is revealed it is truly becoming revealed more and more from one day to the next more and more it's just that we, as we exist in our egoistic former egoistic perception we cannot yet admit to ourselves that we truly belong to some system which is one. 

We don't want to accept that. Therefore we don't see it. Even though it exists, and we suffer because we do not accept it correctly, this is our ego that doesn't let us, or it discloses to us more and more the problems troubles as a result of our connection. This is how it has to be until we agree that we have no choice, and we have to agree with it that we exist in connection and this connection is becoming revealed more and more each and every day. If we do not accept these connections that we exist in then we suffer. This is the entire reason for all of the suffering that we experience even though we exist in a single system just like those metronomes that each time we are nevertheless connected to each other. We all have one brain, one heart, the entire system is one.

This is as it says that 'There is None Else Besides Him'. That we are all incorporated in that force so gradually we will have to get to know it and the wisdom of Kabbalah helps us to discover that system that we are in as one so that we will discover it and out of ourselves we will want it to be revealed to be established and we will become incorporated in it. In that way we will work. This is called to discover the Creator. The general force that includes within it all of the parts seemingly parts of creation. We need to discover this synchronization between them, the force that links them, that reveals the only operation in all of them. That general force that activates everyone like those metronomes, that that forces the Creator. The internal force in nature.

S. I understood what you explained, so in Latin America how do you awaken the friends or influence people so that we can act and feel as one and move towards peace between people even in this world, and even if we can imagine what our Ukrainian friends feel, how can we do something about it?

R. Besides connection in which we discover the single force which connects everyone together which is the creator we have nothing else to do. Imagine to yourself that there is this vast system that includes everyone and as much as we want it to reveal the single force that is operating in it, by this we unify the system. By this we bring ourselves closer to that truth. That the system exists and is operating in such a way that we bring the entire system, the whole of humanity, which is the internal part of the system closer to wholeness to the Creator. All of our work is to push all the pieces of creation to harmony, to complete complementation, mutual complementation such that we will see that we are as one man in one heart and we call it that is our work and the Creator wants us to obligate ourselves in such a way and below us the still, vegetative, animate and speaking be in mutual harmony so that all of us all of us will start to feel this force that is keeping all of us. This is the Creator who will be revealed to us, that There is None Else Besides Him, that he's the one who is turning everything inside of us he is managing us. 

11. S. (45:22 ) I'm moving towards the state like Rabash says I see the suffering of the world but except for prayer there's nothing to give. This feeling that you can't give anything besides prayer, what is that state?

R. This is a state where you see you cannot do anything except prayer meaning that you acknowledge that the Creator is managing everything and indeed even though on the corporeal plain we have to do all kinds of actions, but above it we have nothing to do but only to pray. In all of the spiritual states above the physical state, where we can do things by our organization, we can only activate a prayer to the Creator. This is the most important thing in our correction. 

12. S. (46:37) How can we as a ten consider ourselves partners of the Creator?

R. When you are connected to the extent that you are connected then you are partners.

13. S. (49:06) It says in the previous excerpt that one who pushes a previous moment before him places his folly openly. What is Baal HaSulam explaining to us?

R. That if a person does not awaken within himself such sensitivity that he can awaken, then he is displaying his folly. That he doesn't yet want to activate himself towards the right work. This is how it is in general. 

14. S. (50:50)  We always said that the ten is the compass. How should I relate to the entire big group so that it will be a compass?

R. Through the unity of the group we can feel the compass in the direction towards the North.

15  S. (51:11) Ever since we started the common prayers all the women in the world  Kli together for half an hour a day it's felt how much warmth is entering to us the women, how much we are inspired by each other but still there's a feeling that the heart does not completely open up. What do you recommend that we do to reach an opening of the heart to reach a single heart?

R. The prayer in the public, the prayer of connection that is what's needed.

16. S. (51:42) How should our prayer change from one day to the next?

R. To the extent that the heart opens up and we feel that we need the closeness of our hearts.

17. S. (52:02 ) As part of our dissemination should we publicize to humanity the group of Bnei Baruch that includes thousands all over the world to connect above all differences?

R. It's possible to publicize it but the question is how and what will it give you because all in all when many women from many languages and cultures all over the world, so it doesn't confuse us so it's not like some sort of a tsunami that comes and throws us from one side to the other. We have to be well organized and know how exactly to disseminate in a way that if the great addition of the people come from public we will know how to work with it and what to do. 

18. S. (53:06) What is the navigator, the compass for a person during his correction?

R. That the more a person is incorporated with his group more and more, he discovers in that incorporation, a more accurate direction towards the final correction that we call North so to speak.

19. S. (53:36) What does it mean to pour out your heart to the Creator?

R. That man's heart becomes so soft like liquid, like water that it has no hardness to it. He feels no forces of self-control. it becomes so soft that it pours. It's an inner feeling it's hard to describe this.

20. R. (56:08) Meaning that the main thing for us is to always organize the prayer anew. To feel how we're going through changes, both inside of us and outside of us. Therefore we have to rise above what unfolds and lack of connections and lack of adhesion raise it to Creator and be in that each and every moment. This has to be a work undoubtedly like he writes day and night without cessation.

21. S. (56:51) On the one hand he writes that he can be adhered to in the day and in the night. On the other hand he says that he needs to feel the deficiency of the sensation of Dvekut, adhesion?

R. Yes, one thing doesn't cancel out the other. I am in adhesion with the Creator and therefore from within this adhesion  I feel that I have more and more to add in adhesion.

S. Where does this addition manifest all the time?

R. In the addition of adhesion.

S. Is it in connection with the friends or in the prayer that we raise?

R. Both. One thing doesn't cancel the other. The fact that I am always into Dvekut adhesion doesn't prevent me from feeling that I can always add to the adhesion.

S. To ask for that also for additional forces?

R. Yes, of course, of course, and that means that I am into adhesion. Specifically from being in adhesion I feel that how much more I can add to that adhesion. Then it doesn't mean that I wasn't in adhesion. From adhesion I feel how much more I lack then I go and add because adding to adhesion is non-stop. I don't know what happens in the final correction, but it doesn't stop. It doesn't defy the lack of adhesion that I have now specifically by being in adhesion I feel lack of adhesion. One thing doesn't cancel the other, that's how it is in spirituality. These are things you want to think about. But each one should write down on the side that it is an important thing. It's like that if I feel now that I am in a lack of adhesion, lack of desire, and so on it pushes me towards connection towards progress. Do these things reveal the lack of progress? How can I attain anything without discovering the lack? I can't. Then the lack also joins the attainment of adhesion. It is a necessary part that's in the process. It's like the posterior that forms the basis of the Partzuf.

22. S. (01:00:12) Yesterday I heard from a friend about another friend that he's leaving the path because he says he doesn't feel any results.

R. Results meaning that the Creator is not paying him what he thinks that he should be paid in other words.

S. Yes.

R. Did he demand it? Did he ask of the Creator ? Maybe not feeling the results is a good result. The Creator is expecting him to turn to him. It's like how we sometimes try to awaken people to awaken a lack and him, so they turn to us.

S. The person who doesn't feel any results for a few years?

R. What does that matter?

S. He turned and turned again and again and after a few years he felt no result.

R. What is the result?

S. I don't know if I can't answer on his behalf. Lack of fulfilment of some kind, dryness. 

R. Oh, so he wants to fulfil his ego. He wants to fulfil his ego and he's not fulfilling his ego and therefore he leaves. All right. Then he'll go to a place where he can fulfil his ego.

S. Yes, I guess so. The question is how do we answer him? Everyone must have this question.

R. Answer that the deficiency that he now finds that he wants to receive something, that lack specifically needs to be filled with the force of bestowal, with the force of bestowal. Bestowing to  the friends, bestowing to others, doing something outside of himself. Now clearly by studying the wisdom of Kabbalah he has a greater will to receive. But with it, he has to learn that this desire is never going to be fulfilled. What will be fulfilled is only in the intention to bestow. Is he growing it  by cultivating it, correcting it, and installing it? If not then he's not preparing himself for the reception of the upper abundance and the upper abundance is a force of Bina a force of bestowal. Perhaps he's studying the wisdom of Kabbalah, but he intends towards becoming rich or becoming smart or something. He doesn't want to be in the quality of the Creator. What can I say then?

If there are such people who still don't understand and don't feel that our work has to be above reason, which means above our ego, above our egoistic mind then they have to incorporate the environment, the group. There's nothing else to do and the Creator helps us in every circumstance. Look at what he awakens in life in our world and everywhere around us. If we can't approach correction in a positive way then he helps us. He makes our path worse, making it more difficult for us. Then we will want to escape the difficulty and we must connect. We need to think I don't have anything to say here. We are moving into advanced states. We advanced towards emptying, that I don't need anything, and in the empty place that I make in such a way, I then fill it with light of Hassadim ( mercy) with the light that corrects the will to receive and in it I then receive the light of Hochma (wisdom).

23. S. (01:05:08) How can I have a desire for something I have never felt?

R. You're right it is difficult. It's even impossible. But you can't say that you can't yearn for it because you have a point in the heart. Meaning there is a small desire within us to discover the essence of life, the purpose of life, the upper force, everyone each one describes it in some way. That desire doesn't let us leave or live peacefully. It tells me that if I don't attain this small yet central desire, I have no reason to live. All the other things are just to stuff myself with some pleasures.

I'll drink some whiskey, I'll go and hang out somewhere, and dance or watch movies or whatever. Just confuse myself until the end of my life until I die. That's what's going on. Next to that I have an opportunity here, as it says, “you shall see your world in your life”. Meaning that we can reveal the essence of life, the secret of life, the goal of life, which goes beyond this level of corporeal life. That's what we can do. Those who want it, attain it. Those who don't, what can you do? They can go back to being like a beast. Meaning to fulfil oneself as much as possible and suffer as least as possible in every moment. That's the goal of beastly life until, you're done with it and that's it. No one will force a person into the spiritual life. There is no choice like that there. It's only to the extent that a person awakens himself even though he goes into this weakness, and scrutiny of why my life and what for and yet continues.

24. S. (01:08:04) I didn't understand what Baal HaSulam wanted to tell us here about these three things. These three tactics that he talks about faith or confidence in his prayer are these tactics or results of what?

R. Rav reads excerpt #31: “One who assumes the complete burden of the Kingdom of Heaven”, meaning complete control of the Creator, finds no labor in the work of the creator. Because he is entirely in helping his boss and he is giving him the work and only that way he comes to the conclusion of his life in the right way. Therefore, he can adhere to the Creator day and night meaning in various states, meaning whatever seems as day and whatever seems as night, in light end in darkness and the rain which is Incorporated in coming and going will not stop him, meaning the corporeality that keeps confusing him this way and that way with exchanges “since the Keter which is infinity illuminates to all completely equally”. Meaning, there's no difference between us, the light shines on everyone from above, the fool who walks under the flood of preventions, that where he sees that this bothers him, and this hinders, and disturbs him from reaching the goal. We're talking about a person who is moving towards the goal, but he doesn't have enough mind to understand that these preventions are just directing him to reach the goal better and better. That poured on him from before and from behind, meaning he sees these preventions everywhere around him. He says to all that he doesn't feel the sensation of the lack of Dvekut that specifically the Creator is running his life through all of these problems, through these problems he understands that is coming from above. That is as a corruption or iniquity on his part. Had he sensed it, meaning had he sensed that he's governed by the Creator specifically through all of these seemingly limitations and confusions, he would certainly have strength to find some tactic to at least be saved from the cessation of Dvekut  whether more or less. This tactic has never been denied of anyone who sought it, either as in the thought of faith, or as in confidence, or as in pleas of his prayer. The thought of faith meaning that he always goes above reason, or by way of confidence meaning that even though he is in darkness, or as in pleas of his prayer, that he's certainly adhered to the Creator through the request which are suitable for a person specifically in the narrow and pressured places. These are the states that happen to us on the path for even a thief in hiding calls on the Creator,  similarly the person in every state and every place where he sees the goal in front of him and he sees a difficulty, so he turns, he turns, asks, and receives. That's the main thing.

25. S. (01:12:13) I can understand that a friend has doubts, he's not certain on the path but what do we do if this friend wants to pull friends in the ten to another place that he feels that it's better. He says, I don't want to give up on the ten I want to give on the spiritual path that we're on today. What do we do then?

R. How does he take such responsibility upon himself, how? If he is in the ten and before him is Baal HaSulam’s spiritual method, so I don't think what can he find? Where are we not going towards implementing what Baal HaSulam says? Connection, concession, adhesion what else is missing?

S. He's missing to feel progress on the path.

R. Why can't he do it here?

S. This is something we have to ask him. I'm thinking for sure he can do it but what I am concerned about is why is he pulling the friends?, if you don't like it go somewhere else but try on yourself, why do I hurt the ten?

R. That kind of person I would just completely throw him out of the ten right now, immediately and forbid him from getting close to the people because he just wants to ruin it for them. They're holding on to a certain direction and most importantly there is already a ten and he wants to sell them to someone. That's obviously not the path of Kedusha. I would never push people into Bnei Baruch, I never did. The thought about how I can take people and push them into Bnei Baruch if they are already in some other place. We have to give people their freedom, freedom of choice and they have to choose the state that they are in, and if it's right for them or not, and free choice must take place, and no one can force the others, that's what I learned from Rabash. 

S. What do I do if it was a giant friend, he was a personal example. He was a friend that operated for years and gave his whole life and really the heart is torn?

R. We have seen such examples. This friend has hugely worked for years and gave his heart and suddenly he turns around and walks in a direction that is the opposite of all of the principles of Kabbalah. If he is correctly applying the wisdom of Kabbalah it is impossible for him to do something because here if he has a society that keeps the conditions of Baal HaSulam and tries to elevate itself to faith above reason. Then there is no room for this in a certain group or a different group, in this ten or in that  ten, the direction towards spirituality is one direction. The fact that he was huge, he was huge until he learned, and we learned with him some states and we went through certain states with him that were in reason, when you come closer to spirituality when you go above reason there are problems because there the intellect really does not count and then each one has his own doubts.

It is clear that it was always this way, from this all kinds of groups were made in the past, that group of Jews that other groups sprung from, different religions and everything, at the beginning there was one of the group of Abraham, a group of Kabbalists then different groups fell of it, that is why we have nothing to do about it. Either we bring him out, take him out and do it immediately or the whole ten should follow him but do not let him stay in both ways. It is like an operation where you have to cut off the sick body. If you have this sickness you have to cut it off. I will not hold any one and you can be certain that on the path we will stumble upon all of these things but on the other hand everyone has freedom. Go ahead and do whatever you think, it is your life, however, here we have a group, a big group, a few thousands of people that has a life and a condition of its own and we won't let these things happen. On the contrary, we have to get stronger every day.

That is one thing, another thing is that if there are truly such big problems, we have to discuss it, discuss it, call me, write to me, I'm also willing to see what is going on. The fact that there will be doubt and problems and I diversions to different sides that is clear but if you feel that this can really practically happened with the whole ten, that one person has such control, and he wants to control the whole ten and lead them to a different direction let see what the direction is? Let us learn, call me, and tell me but do not keep it quiet. Everyone has doubts, everyone has problems. We are in the scrutinies every moment, but we must not just be silent about it. It is like a sickness that you do not take care of. 

26. S. (01:20:30) I'm afraid to show a negative example but you said that just like your beastly body doesn't want to suffer and just receive some feeling at any given moment, but I have no feeling and I'm here in Ukraine and I really am feeling like a beast. I cannot find my point in the heart. I'm assuming that somewhere in my friends and I need to seek it and if it is not in my friends then how can I awaken it?

R. What everyone here together is missing today and specifically because of this special situation in Ukraine what we are missing is connection mutual bestowal, mutual confidence between us that we can give each of us can give to any of us and by this we need to wake up, to find these materials from Rabash maybe Baal HaSulam but he wrote it pretty high, so maybe Rabash to find these excerpts to find also maybe Psalms many such things because King David wrote it out of pressure, out of his frustrations that he was really in the war all the time. We should find this.

27. S. (01:22:49) We want to be more precise, what is the difference between confidence and knowledge and faith?

R. We have confidence, confidence should be a result of the upper light that bestows upon us to the extent that we work against the ego that wants to separate us that is called confidence. Above confidence, we have faith that is when we ourselves establish and demand and we accept, receive an additional illumination for the confidence. This is how we should distinguish between them, we should find materials, there's faith and confidence. It is a subject of itself and there we can find the answers. We need to learn this; these are major parts of the wisdom of Kabbalah and the method.

28. S. (01:24:04) We learned that in the previous generations Kabbalists used that method through mortifications, laying on the ground and drinking water and the confidence that they had  difficult times. My question is that the path is still difficult for us to be also have a way to smooth this path somehow?

R. I didn't understand. We have a path what was previously was before you had the clear method of the wisdom of Kabbalah where we can buy connection awaken the light that reforms and then the correction will be much closer to the corporeal actions when we limited ourselves in food to bread and sleep and all kinds of such stuff since we have been married with a light that were formed when there is a method already and there are more writings of Kabbalists and the writings have come more clear were scrutinized and that is how the Creator shows it to us. We started to use the upper light more and more where we reach a state where the whole method becomes not through us taking care of the ego directly, when we want to ruin it but when we call for the light that reforms from above to take care of our ego. That's a change. Meaning the change is instead of beating ourselves up we awaken the light from above and with it takes care of us.

S. That is clear my question is we simply see that the path a lot of friends are having difficulty my question is can we make the path easier, can we do like an upgrade of some sort?

R. What upgrade? Are you through with this? Are you done with this? Have you connected already? Have you done everything already for the light that reforms? Have we done this already? Are we praying for it, are we asking for it to happen? I do not see how every day we are so successful at that. First ask, have you done what is required?

S. That is why I'm asking because we could see that it is difficult.

R. This is something that I agree with. This is something I agree with. Baal HaSulam writes that many friends walk and will fall. Still their reward is great because they have invested something and their desire to advance but about it being easy there is no question here we are not talking about that.

S. We will not be able to make it easier as the Kabbalists  have made it easier for us. It will always be this way.

R. I do not think this makes it so easy, it is simply because the ego, our ego has developed corporeally but what also developed was coming closer to the upper lights and then it turns out that we can change the forces that correct us. Instead of the corporeal troubles, the upper lights. The upper light is also trouble it a narrow place. I don't think it is easier I think it would be easier for us if we would take upon ourselves all kinds of mortifications, limitations but it doesn't work as it did before because the development of the vessels of the scrutinies we are doing, we are having. Adam HaRishon is such that we now scrutinize more subtle vessels. That is why we need higher lights to bestow upon these vessels to scrutinize, them to connect, them to correct them to bring them into a spiritual action. That is why all of these things where you eat only bread, and you drink only water, and you sleep on the floor it does not work anymore  you can have as many mortifications as you want but it will not be any good. I have seen such Kabbalists, when I used to live in Rehovot and also in  Bnei Baruch. They were dealing with such modifications and tortures, but it did not work anymore it doesn't work on the new generation.

S. I asked if for us and Bnei Baruch such a mission stands to somehow make this path easier because nevertheless we are working developing all kinds of tools and approaches.

R. Only prayer, only prayer ,anything we have to do, whatever we have to do. The only thing we have to do in corporeality with all sorts of limitations, all kinds of methods. it doesn't matter only prayer. But we can reach a prayer soon by connecting between us the preparation for the prayer, the greatness of the Creator, the greatness of the group that is praying, asking, and demanding. What is it that we are exactly asking and demanding? Meaning our homework is to scrutinize those details that we need to raise by prayer to the Creator the clearer they become we can raise the elevate them to pour them out to him.

29. S. (01:31:22 ) I don't understand anything in TES, the diagram that held me for a long time. that the Galgalta Eynaim pours through to the AHP? When will that happen?

R. Well that is something that we first need to reach a state that we have Galgalta Eynaim. Galgalta Eynaim is not in the Partzuf. But rather for us. Galgalta Eynaim is called the desires that we can unite and adhere to them to the Creator. Our purest desires are the weakest but the ones that can already take upon themselves the form of mutual bestowal by that to be adhered to the Creator. For us this will be called Galgalta Eynaim, and everything depends on the request.

30. S. (01:32:37) The Creator awakens us, we wake up we come to the morning lesson, and we need to turn on the connection with the friends, during the day we try to do that, we connect with our demands during the day, doing this action with the intention to connect with the friends to connect around the sources is that called connection? Something is probably missing.

R. What is missing is the need to feel the Creator in the connection between us, when between the friends, a force of bestowal, a force of connection will be revealed. That is what is required. Not to pay attention about the bodies but rather the desires. The Creator demands our mutual desire when even though we are different, we are in different desires we are still, all of us, connected in the connection with him, connecting to him. This is what we need to do. I really hope that we are coming closer to that, to understand, hear, learn and the states he awakens in the world around us also help us very much to understand that only the connection between us and the address to him is what is required. It will not do for us to be smart or anything as we have read more than once, only the prayer to him, but it has to be as much as it comes out of the common, mutual heart.

Excerpt 32 (01:35:13) 

31. S. (01:38:52) We see in nature that before the dawn there's the greatest darkness. How not to turn around and run away from the darkness and the strain that is being revealed now and not miss the opportunity and make the most of the situation now?

R. It is written that before the final correction there will be such darkness in the world, Armageddon, such terrible states that people will not be able to hold on to their connection with the Creator. They will run away, and they will fall to all kinds of methods, states, other states, other methods, and this is what is going to happen. There's something called Hoshana, we read this in Sukkot, the holidays of Sukkot. It is written that over there, that this is a very difficult situation before the final correction because the worst vessels appeal there the heaviest ones that have to be corrected. Well we are not talking about this now, but in truth now what we need to do is simply know how to come overcome the darkness when we need to hold on together we have no other means besides holding on together and the connection between us and then we suddenly see that there is light, that there is the Creator and the more we connect between us in the connection between us then the Creator appears and is seen more and more and this is how we can this is how we can discover the light. We have no other way, I don't even understand these questions, they pop up all the time. Only to the extent that we are connected together we discover the Creator and this law to begin with from the beginning of creation to the end of creation is the same conditions.

32. S. (01:42:16) What do we do when we feel that the prayer for connection of the ten as something strange and incorrect?

R. What should you do? There's nothing to do. There is None Else Besides Him. The Creator does these exercises intentionally to teach us the difference between darkness and light, between separation and correction and that is the main thing in this general system that we are in. That is why that we have no other choice but to discover the light and to discover darkness and darkness and light have the same importance basically. To the extent that you discover light you discover darkness to that extent that you discover darkness you discover light, that is how we always walk on both feet left right, left right and the darkness always comes before the light, that is why this is how we should teach ourselves to accustom ourselves to the fact that darkness is accepted as a good thing because it comes to show us that we are about to reach the light.

33. S. (01:43:43) How to help a friend that feels like she is not advancing or even going backwards, her heart used to be open and now it is kind of closed?

R. Find such articles by Rabash and read them together and see how much he writes about that and Baal HaSulam. I'm happy when the evil is revealed because when it is not revealed there is no hope for it to be revealed but the ones that are revealed you can be certain that they will reach correction just pay attention to them and they will be corrected. That is why a person should bless the bad just as he does with the good because any evil that is being revealed is for it to be corrected and to reveal the good.

S. In article 30 he talks about getting accustomed to the Creator. Do we need to create habits?

R. I do not understand what you mean about habits. I think it needs to be the opposite; I think it needs to be the opposite just like in your family when you live with a spouse. The more you find new discernments between a man and a woman, they have a better chance to keep on going with a better life, the good life.

34. S. (01:45:25) There are friends that have awakened to the horrors of the world, they are scared they are suffering, what can we do in addition to connection in the ten? How can we include those friends?

R. Dissemination. There is nothing else, connection between us to induce a connection in the whole world is by dissemination.

35. S. (01:45:54) How to differentiate between a lack of desire and indifference?

R. Lack of desire makes me suffer, I do not have enough desire to be awake all the time, on fire all the time towards the corrections and along with that I feel weakness, inability like an old man but you can only take care of that through the environment, we learn is also by the articles of The Freedom.

36. S. (01:46:) You said yesterday at the writers meeting that we can be proud that we have thousands of women in the lessons but there are no correct actions in which we activate the correction, what did you mean what actions are lacking from the side of the women?

R. Read for an hour or can be ten minutes, that through this hold ten minutes you think about the connections of the hearts to be as one heart, we want to reach a state of one heart and in it we want to discover the force how can I share the love between us which is essentially the Creator. (01:47:47) Before that about the common prayer that we have as of now Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, meaning from Monday through Friday between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Israel time, a world prayer men are meeting, women are meeting separately on two different channels, and this is happening now every single day. In addition we were asked to ask about the evening prayer when it is convenient for the friends because we want to do an additional prayer in the evening for the peace of the world either between 7:30 p.m. Israel time or another option eight to eight-thirty in the evening p.m. Israel time so if it is possible we would like to do a short survey in order to figure out how to organize it.

R. Whoever is comfortable this way or whoever is comfortable that way.

S. We want to do a prayer where everyone enters at once, hundreds.

R.  If it is possible, go ahead.

S. One option from 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Israel time two or to 8 p.m. Israel time to 8:30 p.m. Israel time for a prayer. 

38. S. (01:49:41) Twice a day we met for an interconnection in the ten now in the addition to things there is the world common prayer, how to arrange it with preferences because we could not do everything?

R. I don't know what to say, I am not in favor of you filling your times with all sorts of events because it can confuse people and bring them all together out of the desire to be connected each one to others because they are confusing them and bringing him out of the necessity to bring him out of his workplace. That is why we have to do it in a very balanced way when everyone agrees to it. 

S. The common world prayer all together is that a necessary thing at least once a day half an hour where the whole world Kli and men and women praying together reading sources their place for that, validity for it?

R. Yes, but I do not think that half an hour is good, it is too much. It is too much, I don't know what you are doing during this prayer, is it a prayer or just talking?

S. We read sources together in four languages that we are reading now and about prayer.

R. Do they read it in different languages?

S. Yes and then there are friends who share prayers about the well-being of the world especially prayers about Ukraine and Russia and then we share a song.

S. Yes from 3-3:30 Israel time and also 7:30 to 8 p.m. Israel time.

40. S. (01:52:03) Rabash writes or wrote for us the Social Articles for the work in the group. If these are things we should see as laws, should we keep it in an organized way in our ten? Is it like an envelope, that it holds us all the time when the situation is not clear?

R. What rules, what laws?

S. What he writes there in the Social Articles is to collect these rules?

R. If we are talking, I will tell you. What I was impressed by Rabash when I was next to him was not that he organized the environment or rather when I was next to him. There are simple rules, connection until love erupts from it. Nothing except for that. First of all, especially since we are in a time at the end of correction, at the time of the last generation where everyone can enter into that same group from 10 to 10 million to ten billion, where there are no limitations upon anyone. Just as Baal HaSulam writes black, white, yellow, red, all people, meaning that it has nothing to do with citizenship or nationality it has nothing to do with whether or you are a man or woman even, it has no discernment between human beings. Then we, what we must do is aim our heart for connection and to the Creator so what additional rules, laws do you want us to have as social laws, rules of the society. 

S. Still the difference between the ones who take part in our method and the ones who don't are the writings of Rabash and Baal HaSulam. So what I am asking is should we have some condition, all these rules that Rabash wrote for us, should we keep them on a regular basis or to write them in a certain way so that we will have a base of a work?

R. As an example, what rules?

S. I cannot think but now but let us say to awaken the friends.

R. Well of course, yes, these are the society rules, how to connect between our hearts so that the Creator can be revealed between our hearts.

S. Yes but sometimes we forget about it, sometimes we forget these things.

R. Then remind one another, he writes about these things as well. I don't quite understand what you want.

S. I'm simply trying to understand because there are states that feel as if everyone forgets about how to work.
