Part 2:

The Conditions for Connection in the Ten- Selected Excerpts from the Sources (Incorporation in One Another. #9)

1. R. (00:28) What's happening to us in the connection between us it’s not that we're simply connecting in a way that we’re collecting and collecting and collecting together like some pile of stones or anything else, rather our connection leads us to Incorporation and the incorporation is a very very complex thing, very internal and spiritual, where it's hard for us to understand it explain it we’re far from understanding the matter of the corporation, but still we’ll go over it, there are only two excerpts here and maybe we can talk more, scrutinize more depth, and depth wise, width wise what incorporation means, because all in all we have to be as one man with one heart, we have to be in one thought, in one desire, that will really be between us, it will be Adam, resembling the Creator in one way. How can that be in one way? What does that mean? On the hands and feet and the head and the liver and everything, each and every organ connects together. What does it mean to incorporate? That's the question.

Reading Excerpt #9 (02:09) “A group has to be…”

2. S. (05:24) It seems like in a ten everyone has his own opinion, his own view, no one has his same view. What is this one view? What is it one opinion?

R. I don't know. I love sweet and you love sour.

S. Okay, so he says black the other one says gray the other one says something else. What kind of agreement do we need between us if we decide that he likes tea then we all need to like tea with him. How does that work out?

R. No. Agreement is simple we all love reaching a connection between us because then whatever lies within each and every one will be accepted.

S. I don’t understand.

R. We’re talking about corporeal things. In corporeality each one has a thousand flavors and thousands of things. In mutual bestowal, do we know what that means? Let’s say we do, a little bit, in that can we be as one?

S. In mutual bestow as one?

R. When we know that bestowing to each other, being in mutual bestowal, means that we agree, it means we have to agree that this is what we have to come to, to ask the Creator to give us this force.

S. We sit in the ten we study, I'm talking practically everyone has his own opinion. How do we reach a single common opinion, we have to start from one point, something. How do we come to this kind of agreement that we unanimously agree? What does it mean in the ten at the moment, not spiritual yet

R. That we have to be connected.

S Connected how?

R. In heart and soul.

S. How? What?

R. It doesn't mean if I love sweet you love sour, of course you do. No but rather that we, with respect to connection as we understand that it's more important than anything and for the sake of connection we're willing to do anything.

S. I understand. If he likes something I need to overcome my inclination and agree with his and have the same opinion as his so we have to overcome like that in the ten and that's incorporation?

R. Yes, that's incorporation.

3. S. (08:07) I think that I am trying to follow these rules of being together with the ten, feel lower than the friends, not raise my ego, but what I feel in my progress in the work is that the corporeal forces are throwing me out, corporeal problems, are throwing me out of advancing in connection and I understand the Creator orchestrates these problems it doesn't happen for no reason, so it always seems absurd to me that the Creator is trying to throw me out. I'm trying to cling to the friends as much as possible and to the study, and to the lessons, and friends and so on, and the Creator tells me okay now you're going to be slapped in the face and I'll throw you out again. Now it's not that I'm thrown out, I feel I’m floating there I'm not advancing I'm just working to keep holding on.

R. Why don't you hold tighter to the Creator so that His slap will throw you outside.

S. How to grab hold of Him stronger?

R. I don't know, you're saying you’re connected.

S. I'm connected with friends, I'm trying to do the maximum I can.

R. Through the friends grab hold to your friends to such an extent that the Creator won't be able to throw you out.

S. Will I continue to advance even if I feel like I'm on a plateau? I don't feel that I’m ascending spiritually, I feel like I'm basically […]

R. What does it mean to be in an ascent in spirituality?

S. What is an ascent? To feel more connected to the friends more.

R. Good, so connect more to your friends that's what I told you.

4. S. (10:19) At the end it says that one cannot connect with the friends if he feels higher. What do you do if you feel higher than friends?

R. Try to be lower.

S. How to encourage that? How to work correctly?

R. According to the height of your own nose.

S. What, exercises of humiliating myself, lowering myself?

R. Yes, yes, stop acting towards your friends that you're such a hero and you're great.

S. It's obvious that I'm smaller than them.

R. Obvious for who?

S. For me.

R. You, I don’t know, It depends on the way you're acting. If what you're thinking about them is how to elevate them above yourself you won't be thinking about yourself.

S. What does it mean to raise them above myself?

R. That you depict them to be higher than you. When I look at my ten I see how each and every one in various ways, forms, is more than me.

5. S. (12:27) What does it mean to see the merits of the friends and not their faults, because the flaws of the friends are their merits, isn't it?

R. No, that's their merit for themselves, when they feel the deficiency or their faults, when it has to be corrected it takes them forward, it acts like fuel, but if I see their faults that's the opposite. It stops me. Why should I advance at all if all my friends are so small? I want to be in an environment of bigger ones so that will pull me forward.

S. Seeing the merits of the friends, is that a result of the connection or the reason for connection?

R. The reason. It's the reason of connection.

6. S. (13:52) It's an interesting phenomenon that outside I if I fall into the crowd, it works on me automatically and there's no resistance, and here it's always the same questions: how can the society influence me how can it work?

R. Well so what? It's because you all the time you're renewing yourselves.

Excerpt #10 (14:26) “You lack nothing…

7. S. (16:31) What kind of help do we need from the Creator in order to incorporate with each other?

R. Tolerate each other, tolerate each other, see the other as worthy of connection with me and when I'll be able to come closer to him, and in this way so he won't run away from me, won't distance himself from me, and from our connection, mine and his, something third will emerge that will be a common thing, high, great, more spiritual, so that it will truly be great attainment and spirituality. Compared to the separation we were in before.

S. I'm supposed to nullify myself by seeing the friends’ merits, where's the room for this third thing?

R. In the connection of our vessels.

S. Annulment and seeing the friends’ merits?

R. Not only annulment it's incorporation, incorporation of one in the other, one from the other. This mutual incorporation not only connects us in one vessel. 1 + 1 is 2, rather it connects us in a much more essential, strong, high mechanism, compared to where we were if we were simply connected to each other. The incorporation gives intensity in such progression that it's powered by almost infinity.

S. The mutuality of the incorporation between us creates the place, the space?

R. Each one that passes his abilities to the other lets the other feel that he is connected to something alien, that previously he didn't feel that it exists already, then he has a part of the Creator through the friend that is willing to connect to him and that's not one plus one. There are no words for that.

8. S. (19:45) From the excerpt where he says you lack nothing but to go out to a field the Lord has blessed and collect all the flaccid organs of your soul. My impression is that he’s basically talking about some attitude we have, it's not just the action but a person feels that it's the flaccid organs of his soul. How to achieve such relations because the action expresses a relation that  a person actually feels it?

R. I don't really have the words here. A person discovers through connection with the other, specifically there he finds what fell from him during the shattering. Therefore, now he as if comes back somewhat to the previous mechanism of Adam HaRishon. We're going to have to read more and dig out the feeling and get to feel it.

9. S. (21:25) We're looking for the quality of bestowal of the friend or the deficiency of the friend?

R. Besides that he is including the forces, the exertions of the other in him.

S. He identifies these forces according to the ascent above his resistance to the friend?

R. Yes. There are all kinds, you have connection and the connection powered by two or three or four, that's the form. Okay, you learn that in mathematics.

S. I have no connection to mathematics but I'm trying to understand. Like the friend said before about the work with the friend, first we identify that it's a flaccid organ meaning there's no connection then we identify that the only connection is through resistance, that it's really oppositeness. Then there's a question, the contrast, the oppositeness is basically a springboard, it gives you power to achieve a request for connection with the Creator. You need to need the Creator, but the Creator is simple light, it's just waiting for my work. What’s left is the issue of whether to try to connect the two resistances or attempts to bestow, to look for His effort to bestow, to look for His efforts to connect?

R. I can't answer all these things because each one will have his own searches.

S. When we do the work in connection, we go through each and every friend and we examine the relationships?

R. Both together and each one on his own.

S. Okay, so what is that together?

R. I want the group to be incorporated in me and I in it.

S And these are the forces that allow the springboard to advance?

R Yes.

10. S. (25:14) We had a week full of incorporations, we felt that incorporation passing through each other. Is this a state we achieve or it is a state that is constantly renewing?

R. Renewing all the time.

S. The incorporation is felt. You gave an example from mathematics that it's like a formula that's built from little actions that a person makes and then the result comes to achieve an integration, an incorporation that gives birth to new actions. What are the actions that a person does to achieve that incorporation?

R. He doesn't know exactly, it's the Upper One doing that for him in the meantime. We don't reach such precision that we can examine that.

S. Do you have advice on what a person can take as a first action that will pave the road for his incorporation?

R. To simply be closer to your friends, talk to each and every one, come closer to each and every one, try to help each one and then reach states where you see that you act seemingly from the qualities of the other.

11. S. (27:15) To collect the flaccid organs, does that mean to collect the desires and the deficiencies of the friends into a single body, a single desire? Is that what we're collecting, the desires and deficiencies of the friends?

R. To such an extent that we will know the friends, bring out of them like with a comb so many discernments. Well I don't think that's possible because we're doing it with our own comb and with our own brush and every time it seems different but it's according to our own qualities. So go for it and when we advance a little bit we can talk out of our own experience. Thank you.

S. What helps us to collect?

R. To connect with them. Connect to them and maybe you can help them get rid of something, maybe we can help ourselves be incorporated to a certain extent

12. S. (29:00) Looking for the point of connection between us is it connection already or is it incorporation?

R. It's connection, incorporation is a deeper work, incorporation is a higher degree than connection. Connection is like you when you connect but incorporation is when one enters into the other in a mutual way. From such connection something mutual is done out of them where maybe it's impossible to distinguish between the two in this kind of connection, they are so mingled together. These are actions, they’re big actions and they’re gradual that should take place. It only happens after a few steps you go through.

S. So can we say that the center of the connection is the incorporation?

R. The center of the connection is the center for the next incorporation, yes.

S. And when you feel like escaping the connection there's a force that pushes you out?

R. That's good because then you examine and you see that you’re lacking the complete connection.

S. And that's called overcoming when you stay in the circle?

R. Here you overcome, you perform more actions in order to incorporate in each other, yes.

13. S. (30:48) I want to go deeper into the concept of incorporation in general. We know that there are levels of nature, still, vegetative and animate and there the jump to a higher degree, like say from still to vegetative, it's also because of incorporation, because of course there is no intention there the Creator did it, but there's some incorporation between the still elements and then there's a vegetative level and so forth.

Now in humanity there's many different groups that are in some kind of connection economically or say groups that are brainstorming, so they're in some sort of a connection between them. In any case this is not incorporation. So what's the difference? It's clear that incorporation is a tighter connection but how to explain it, how is incorporation different from all kinds of connections we can see. What's that jump, that leap that we need to make to become the next level where we can reveal the Creator and so forth?

R. We need to first of all aim everything at the Creator because in Him our heart will rejoice. Because in the name of the Lord we trust. When we in all of our forces, we connect between ourselves in the Creator, outside of the Creator we cannot connect.

And as we try to connect this way, then we start to understand what the form of incorporation is. When each and every part, each and every individual is incorporated in the other, to what extent, in what way he is incorporated, and this incorporation is so multifaceted, and it brings them to higher degrees of the Upper World. Where all the degrees, the spiritual degrees are built from, it's from us incorporating in each other, one in the other and this is how we ourselves build from the still, vegetative and animate in us, degrees until the degree of Bina, and above that already the lights, the fulfillments, that we rise above them. This is how we attain unity and the light that clothes in us in this way brings us the revelation of the Creator.

S. So we can say there's two aspects of incorporation, one is the level of interaction between us, and the second is intention. And even if the degree of interaction is very high but there's no intention then you know it's not incorporation correct?

R. We can say it this way: yes, you're a scientist so you understand it this way better.

14. S. (36:20) [No Translation]

R. That's connection powered by a few organs or single few sources that are in the connection and to the extent that they're connected to each other and how you'll be able to get them in one formula so in the wisdom of Kabbalah, it's called incorporation.

S. I need to become incorporated in the friends or they need to become incorporated in me?

R. To the extent that you pull them so you'll see that they are drawn to this mutual connection between them and you, but a person has to start it.

15. S. (37:55) Can I feel the feeling of the friend from the similar qualities in the resistance to the different qualities for me or not necessarily?

R. Not necessarily, otherwise we won't have the feeling, the feeling is always incorporation between what's similar and what's opposite.

S. And feeling the friend in the beginning, do I need to ask for what I hear him say he's lacking for in spiritual work?

R. Yes.

S. To be listening to his feeling and then ask for his deficiency, that's our work?

R. That's nice.

16. S. (38:50) What is the true need for the help of the Creator?

R. It's when we connect ourselves and we give Him room to be revealed. That's His goal by that we give Him contentment.

S. Digging deeper is basically the incorporation?

R. Yes, to the extent we go deeper into each other, to that extent we become broader that we build the whole sphere, circle out of that.

17. S. (40:12) How to become incorporated with the friend and how to feel that?

R. To begin with I feel that I have to be incorporated in the friend because that's on the way to be incorporated with the Creator, otherwise I won't reach the Creator. So, this intention when it pulls me from my place through the friend to the Creator, it will aid me and I will feel that I can connect the three of us: me, the friend, and the Creator.

18. S. (41:08) Is incorporation the ability to feel and fulfill the other's deficiencies, for the friends in the ten by the request for the Creator?

R. Yes, accordingly we later are filled, yes.

19. S. (41:42) If we identify, increasingly every moment, how the Creator creates and renews the connections between us, and try to not see our personal observations as if we're an individual, is that incorporation?

R. Let it be this way, in the meantime.

20. S. (42:30) The text says and all will be blessed, because of You, for they will bless You constantly so who are they?

R. The created beings, the ones who are connected by that, bless the Creator.

S. If we have to collect the flaccid organs, so the connection is just to feel the hearts of my friends? But the moment that the deficiencies of the friends are incorporated in me and I collect them together, that's the next stage of incorporation?

R. Yes and that's how it is one degree after another, you have the next degree where we have to be incorporated and connect between ourselves, and this is how we'll do more and more and more until everyone is incorporated “As one man, in one heart.”

21. S. (44:25) There's a condition of Rabash to see the friends as greater than me and I want to carry out this condition. I look at the friends, I examine myself and I see that I see them as not that great or just a collection of qualities, some better some worse. The question is: if I want to advance in regards to this condition, is the way to focus on the good qualities, to try to look for great things in them or say that I'm shutting my eyes and I say that Creator shows them to me this way and I want to invest in them and see them in the way they are. And if I see them differently, I'll see them differently. What's the right way to carry out this condition?

R. I can't give you any advice. You'll see that from your experience.

22. S. (45:45) We became, we incorporated with a lot of friends who came from Turkey and I wanted to ask if there's anything I need to improve, or refine or make better in a way that's more suitable, more compatible to our group, to Bnei Baruch and if there is anything missing to add, to complete?

R. Personally, I'm very happy that we have this addition this time as a result of your work in Turkey. And I see them as strong, wise-hearted people, really full of strength. I truly hope that we will keep the connection between us and that soon we'll have one more Congress in Turkey already and then maybe again here. In short, we'll see that there is great benefit for the general society of ours all over the world. I thank you very much and I'm willing to accept them. I'm certain that all our friends here, whenever they want and each and every one and all of them together, they have room here. Thank you.
