1.Rav’s Introduction: Yes we’re continuing on the same topic gradually. We will try to enter it to understand better what it is that we have to do in order to be in it truly in heart and soul, all of us together as it is written in these excerpts. We have to implement them as fully as possible, and we will see. The materials are very important, very sensitive. I would say that this is the tip of the power of the development of the person because it speaks about how to transition from the beastly degree that completely depends on the upper force to a state when this beast, this structure, this desire starts to get some independence and it can make out of itself, it can resemble The Creator. This is our work; this is what we will study now again more and more deeply and the broadly. As much as possible we will talk about it, and we will try to incorporate into it. We will not forget about the fact that we are together and to the extent we feel that we are not one individual but all of us are here together, and we want to discover in this system a new type of connection between us, and it will be a new kind of connection truly emerging out of the ego to an upliftment to feel the upper force the Arvut, so instead of me each one of us starts to feel the concept of we, us, and instead of inside of us we will discover the Creator, according to our degree of our adhesion with Him. That is as much as we try to emerge, each one out of himself and to be incorporated in the others, to that extent we come out of Egypt.

2. R. (03:22) Meaning the will to receive simply develops and it takes on a new characteristic and new form.

R. On the will to receive itself as it develops more and more.

3. R. (03:47) That means if foreign parts start to connect against nature and they start to connect between them to become as one then they reach a state where between them a new spiritual force is born above the natural rejection that they have between them. They reach a state when they start to feel that there is something more between them, a collective general essence that is connecting them. This general essence that is connecting them is called Creator, BoReh,  come and see. This concept does not exist, they have to build it. As it is written you have made me. That before we didn't have it between us, but we connect and in this mutual connection, mutual support, in this mutual inclination we start to feel that there is something between us which we hold, which we give birth to.

This is what we make, as it is written you have made me. This is called The Creator. Let us try to make it tangible, let us try to feel it. That it does not exist without us, all of us, yearning towards connection with the others and in between us is that feeling, that force that we want to be connected together and that we will live in this, we will constantly strengthen it, and this is what we will discover as the upper force, the force of the Creator. This is what we build, what we make. Certainly, there is an upper root, and it builds us, makes us, gives birth to us. But from our side to approach Him it is possible only in that way we connect. So this is what he says, as there is birth of an individual in relation to the construction of the bodies, there is birth of the collective. This is it done by a new spiritual force. Meaning when the collective becomes connected even though each one is inside of his ego, by wanting to come out of himself and to be connected with the others even though he does not feel, he does not know what this connection is.

The force that is hindering him is called Pharoah. But they nevertheless try each one of them to rise above his own state. It’s like coming out of a prison to freedom with such inclinations. He says what is the development of the spiritual force this new spiritual force meaning the development of the concepts is the birth of the collective. That through our effort we need to try to reach a state where we are connected above the rejection, above the personal, individual feelings of each one. For the spiritual disparity of form divides the world from one another, disparity of form. This birth means reaching the world of correction when above the disparity between us, and the disparity between us is in everything, but when we start to try and succeed in connecting between us above the separation the separation remains. Later on it will be called the Aviut, the coarseness of the Partzuf, the world. But we above this separation want to build new force, a new connection and this will be a spiritual force. And in it we will start to feel upon the coarseness, upon the separation, upon the rejection an inclination towards connection, holding each other in Arvut, and in this way we build the world of correction.

4. S. (09:08) It says in the excerpt that the development of concepts is the birth of the collective. So what is the connection between the two? 

R. As much as we feel that we are separated according to that we can make efforts in mutual help and with the help of the upper force, our source we succeed in connecting so much so that we will build out of all of our desires and qualities in those little groups that the Creator had arranged to begin with. As it is written for us in the Arvut article that the Creator places man's hand on the good fate and says take it, so we connect in this way between us. We try to connect according to the laws of the upper nature, the laws of bestowal as much as we understand it. This is how we advance towards connection, which is more and more with a higher quality, more and more powerful and through that we reach the revelation of the new structure between us, which is called Neshama, soul.

S. It turns out that each time we attain a more complete form?

R. We start to connect between us, in spite of or against our desire that is rejecting us from each other, repelling us from each other. By that we start to attain a new reality. Just like in anything that we feel ourselves. We don’t feel ourselves. We feel the difference between us and the  environment, between us and something that is outside of me. This is how it is always with us. The created being is not capable of feeling something on its own. He exists and he feels only in the transition between something and something else and this is how we discover our own existence. Even though we have this connection between us, and we do not feel it but when we grow we’re being taught how to connect between us, even though we don’t want it. They explain to us that the force of rejection and the force of connection we need to arrange and establish between us because these are exactly the two forces that we need. The force of rejection is the force of the coarseness, and the force of connection will become the force of the clothing. These two forces if they are established correctly according to the person's degree, by this we will feel each time in between these two forces the upper reality. By this we build a new sense, and this is how we advance more and more and more. We'll have a greater force of coarseness, the force of rejection and a greater force of connection that we will establish between us and each time we will have a new structure. In that new structure from something and its opposite, from this rejection and connection that will coexist one on top of the other as coarseness and refinement, by that we will discover the essence of the upper force, our root. This is what we are now reaching, and therefore the beginning of this construction is called the spiritual birth.

S. What do you mean, the beginning of this construction? 

R. The beginning means that we need to relate to our forces of rejection in a rational manner. We do not just look at it, they repel us, we don’t just flow along with our ego as it was before just doing what it says. But we want to add to those forces of rejection that are revealed between us the forces of connection that will be revealed between us. Then in this relation between the rejection and connection we build each time such portions of the force of rejection and the force of connection in a new state, again force of rejection and force of connection and this is how we build what we call Partzufim.

S. We are constantly in this work of separation and connection, but it is still not called birth. What is necessary here for it to be called a birth?

R. If we reach these states with awareness, emotionally, wanting to build this with our understanding, wanting to do it such that out of that we will have a new reality, that we ourselves reach this structure. Then these are already spiritual actions, and this is how we advance. 

5. S. (15:37) What is the development of concepts, that each has to have a deep recognition that there is no other way? 

R. I do not know how it should be for each and everybody but if we follow the recommendations of the Kabbalists and do whatever they recommend that we do them each will progress and develop in whatever he is, according to his root, according to how he should be and also according to the coarseness, according to the refinement, according to the magnitude and the way the specific we will see along the way. We are now getting into this work.

S. What does it mean that the disparity of form divides the world from one another? 

R. Where did you take this from? 

S. It says that because in the spiritual the disparity of form divides the world from one another.

R. In spirituality this part of your form divides from one another, these are just forms of reality that we discover that we ourselves will discover these forms of coarseness, different relations and the whole gradations, divisions that will come out of our inner structure. This is what he writes here in general, that we do not yet have any differentiation between the world and this division, but it will come, and we will see it.

6. S. (17:25) Does the development of the collective’s understanding depend on the connection between us or on dissemination? 

R. It depends on the connection between us, the most important is the connection between us, and the connection between as has to be spiritual. That is it has to take on a characteristic, a form, a force, and spiritual essence. Whereas dissemination is to the external audience according to the ability of the audience to absorb and receive our messages and come closer but at the moment to come closer from the outside. We between us in the connection between us we already build the infrastructure for both individual and also for the collective soul.

7. R. (19:13) This is how the Kabbalists describe to us these two states we need to discover, that the more we try to discover the spiritual world, the world of bestowal, the world of love, the world of connection which is a spirituality. Thereby we understand more and more what our present state is where we exist in the darkness and lacking all of these spiritual forces, and this is how we progress; this is considered that we grow. What the darkness is that we discover in states of reception and what is the light we discover in states of bestowal and connection, it is not worthwhile to imagine all kinds of things, as it seems to us that it is like the womb and outside the womb. These would be just external examples but instead it is about the relations between us, the changes in these connections between us that should bring us to a state of understanding what spirituality truly is.

8. S. (21:25) The more we try to connect the more we feel distance between us, the disparity between us, it looks like something unbridgeable, so how to work with this feeling of frustration?

R. We do not work with the feeling of frustration, we work with the feeling of joy that the more we develop we discover the differences between us, the oppositeness, the distance, which is becoming revealed more and more. Just like when we progress to something and then we discovered the details more and more so this is what is happening, therefore as we progress we will discover how much each one is opposite to the other, in contradiction to the other and accordingly hating, it will be felt in our sensations as that each hates the others. This is how it is; it is like the students of Rabbi Shimon who wanted to kill each other, look at what the Zohar writes about them, the Zohar is not afraid, it doesn't hide from us the states people go through as they progress in spirituality.

S. In this world I check the results by looking at things, how they improve, here in the connection how to check it, by feeling more remote, does it mean more progress?

R. No, it is not that you advance, the fact that you feel that you are more distant it is just that you are given an opportunity to progress not that you are progressing. Yes, you might say that you progress on the left line, but this is not a spiritual progress. Because this is revealed to you from above as a foundation, as a preparation, as an opportunity to connect above these distances and to reach truthful spiritual examinations.

S. So the work in these distances is to make effort and connection in any case? 

R. Yes, in any case we have no other direction, if I do not know what to do, I need to take an example from the friends, if I have that, maybe I don't have that, but I need to think only about increasing the connection between us.

S. We discover each time how different and distant we are but what is the revelation of the connection?

R. On top of that you need to discover and reveal your effort to be connected on top of the distance, to become connected, this is called love covers all crimes.

S. So in our current state we see that the connection, this value keeps changing, what is the connection between us now?

R. You have to check that and see, this is what you have to work on all the time that the connection will become as tight as possible, as one man with one heart, according to your understanding and feeling on each and every degree and state. 

9. S. (25:18) What is the meaning that we read, that he is born from his mother’s womb which is dark and spoiled, there with all kinds of filth and unpleasantness. Why is it dark and unpleasant?

R. This is how we discover that we are coming out of the previous degree to the next degree, that we are rising on the degrees and also that filth and all kinds of unpleasant feelings this is how it seems to our senses through the discernments that we exist for the time being. Later on as we ascend, we see that all of these things are necessary and that we specifically from them later on with the need to compose the spiritual reality, nothing was created needless or obsolete. 

10. S. (27:03) Each one has something personal, how to identify the root of each one having the ability to connect?

R. For the time being we cannot feel this root because we are just beginning and we are not in any connection, the form of connection that we discover according to our effort will give us the understanding and the feeling of which vessel each is in, it is only according to our efforts there is nothing else to do if we are not making efforts we cannot discover our soul.

11. S. (28:14) How to become … over the lack of spiritual strength, how can I realize the desire to receive responds positively to everything?

R. That fact that I want to reach the revelation of my soul, this brings me to the necessity to connect with others because the soul is built out of me yearning to be connected to the others and in the connection between us, which I try to establish, what is revealed is called the soul. In that I will be able to live in a spiritual, complete, and internal form to understand the truth in the system. It is not what we see as the imaginary world of ours, everything depends on how much I rise above my desire to receive and try to become incorporated with my friends as much as possible. By this I discover the new vessel, the connection and according to the degree of connection, according to its intensity and its intensity depends on which contrasting forces I use in order to get connected above these contradictory forces. Then through something and it's opposite through rejection and connection, up to hatred that there is a desire to kill, as it says in the book of Zohar. Until I do connect above this, and I build inside a form of love, love not just like that I feel some closeness somehow some closure but until we rise from hatred to love to that degree I build my spiritual vessel in the gap between hatred and love. This is how we reach the revelation of the upper world; this is actually revealed eventually as the gap between the desire of receiving the desire to bestow, all in all this is the foundation of the state.

12. S. (31:23) So if you understand, this spiritual birth is when we identify with the connection between us and we exist in that connection and no longer are we related to individuality is that right?

R. More or less it is right, more, or less it is correct .

13. R. (32:28) This means that each time that I receive a certain quality of faith, additional faith it is considered that I am born. So we have birthed each time and another one and another one, each time the birth of the force of bestowal that I add to myself. This is called the spiritual birth, this is why it is not like in this world that someone is born, and this is it, instead each time, with each and every time, with a new examination I have a new birth. because by this we open up our eyes, our senses and by this we begin to see anew, and we start to see and to understand everything anew. We open up our eyes, it is a new world which I did not see before, in depth, distances, in the relationship between them, something is revealed that was not there before and it is revealed with all of the details from zero to hundred percent of all the details and it is truly a new birth, and this is what is happening to us in spirituality.

14. S. (33:54) So we connect and try to feel the others as myself and sometimes we have completely different external thoughts and then we have to start the work again, each time it comes to a new birth, how should I put it, from falling out of it?

R. Yes, each time every time this is how we transition from state to state and why is this called a new birth, because any addition starts from zero and up 100% that is revealed. Then once again addition from zero to 100% review hundred percent is revealed that this called Ibur, Yenicka, Mochin and we will see these three stages that have to be in every state that develops, and this is how it will happen to us.

S. I simply want to understand the birth in spirituality. At some point there is a state when we get into it, and we do not come out of it or is it always falling out and going back?

R. It is impossible that you reach a new state without refining, without getting rid of or standing in the old state. If you do not let go of the previous state, how could you be born into the new state, you have to be in such a revolution each time, that whatever you had as the Keter of the lower becomes the Malchut of the upper level. You have to invert each time ,you have to become new because otherwise that is no new birth, otherwise you just keep on going and like most people in this world. 

S. All those states they grow in the amplitude that you get deeper each time?

R. We need to examine here where is the quantity and quality, we cannot understand it right now. It is like a little child you give him something, he cannot compare these states to the other states. When he grows a little bit more he will have the experience in each and every state and also the memory of each state and this is how we can also identify the states we are going through. 

15. S. (37:12) Also about the birth so you said that these foreign parts start to connect against their nature to become one and they come to a state when a new spiritual force is born in them, so the birth is the result of the connection in the ten or it is the renewal of the work of the individual?

R. It is only in respect to the person, it's only in respect to the person who attains, this is how we speak about it.

S. So what is birth in the ten? 

R. The birth in the ten is I who am in a ten and reach connecting with the others. I reach a certain connection with the others, a  new connection in its essence and I feel inside of our connection a new world, new Partzuf with all the elements in it, this is called a new birth.

16. S. (38:32) What is the Exodus that it is also called birth? 

R. The Exodus from Egypt is when we disconnect from the desire to receive in order to receive, we run away from this intention and we take upon ourselves only the spiritual development, we want to gather only forces of bestowal.

16. R. (40:52) Yes, this means that what happens here is that I, each one of us who is capable of deciding, that each just wants to carry out the will of the Creator and he operates only according to this desire, in that direction. Then it is considered that the person is developing the human being, the Adam, out of himself and whoever is not capable, he tries but is not capable, he is called a beast. That is a beast, it is also not just simply a person walking on the street even though it is written that they all seemed as beasts, these are two degrees. Those who are making efforts but haven't yet reached the intention of bestowal, they are called a beast and those who already can perform actions in order to bestow, according to the power of these actions are called Adam.

17. R. (43:25) So this is clear to us, this principal. If from this point on I want to resemble the Creator then from this point when I begin to work this way we can say that an Adam is born.

18. S. (43:42) It seems that the spiritual is like a non-stop process. It is like some disturbance we have that we want to reach the end of correction and we can’t see beyond that. Doesn't that stop us? 

R. Nothing stops us, and your question comes from the fact that you cannot see the path. The path is according to cause and consequence. Things keep revolving and revolving or incarnating and the world opens up each time. 

19. S. (44:58) How is the new birth revealed to us? Is it through states of fear, of despair? 

R. Yes and no. It does not necessarily have to be with fear and despair all the time. Rather in order to accelerate our development sometimes we feel states of fear and despair but it’s only in order to awaken us and advance us. It always raises you in sanctity and never demotes you. Nobody wants to put us in negative sensations but rather if there is no choice, and we do not build any systems for ourselves that would advance us quickly and correctly, then we get such  forms of awakening that are unpleasant, and they do it, and nevertheless they become the forces of our development. 

20. S. (46:15) Can we say that the difference between the general desire we have to serve the Creator and the feeling of the need to serve Him, it’s about the placement of the screen?

R. Yes of course.

21. S. (46:43) What is considered according to the Kabbalists who live on the degree of Adam, man? Also in the ten outside of daily life where should I aim my thoughts and my heart?

R. If you wish to become Adam, a man who resembles the Creator you have to constantly carry this idea with you and try everywhere you are to make these calculations of what does it means to be a man according to the states that appear in you. It is not something you have to disclose to everyone, of course not. Rather within you, you need to try to be in those calculations. How can I with the states that are revealed inside of me each and every moment, how do I try to resemble the Creator at least to some extent?

22. S. (48:03) When we give to the group do we exert an influence on the group and can we measure this influence?

R. My bestowal to the group, my influence in the group, I can measure it, not now but later I’ll be  able to measure it, yes, relative to the friends’ attitude towards me and towards the group. Everything is measured according to the merging of the forces for and against and that is how we measure it. This web of connection between us when it's built, then this network of connection gives us the feeling of a relationship between us both in quality and in intensity.

23. S. (49:29)  Adam is similar to The Creator and the fear of the Creator in the excerpts sounds like the infrastructure for building Adam. This doesn't quite connect in me to being similar to the Creator, being dependent on Him. It's not something identical to him.

R. Hold on. You have not performed any actions by which you can resemble the Creator in order to feel what is happening inside you. These are the qualities of the Creator, the true qualities of the Creator. You all need to discover these qualities in you and say this is the Creator.

24. S. (50:21) It says here in the beginning of the excerpt when a man is born it means that thoughts and desires come to his mind and heart that we should be Adam, a man. It sounds as though it comes to him from some external factor outside of the person these thoughts. So who does it depend on that such thoughts and desires will come to a person?

R. This is the upper plan in order to bring each soul, and each and every part of each soul to its purpose, to correction, to the end of Correction, and that is how we advance. A person only receives those things from above. From the end of correction each state comes down to us only in this way.

25. S. (51:27) In the birth there is the force that pushes the baby out and also in Egypt there is Pharaoh who chases after the people of Israel, and he forces them to cross. Where is the force that will help us BB?

R. There is one upper force. It is in charge of all the actions of each individual and all of us together. That’s it. So we speak of it in all of its individual manifestations, but it is one force, one desire that is working from the end of correction in all of us and each of us individually in order to bring us to the full and complete state of Gmar Tikkun.

26. R. (54:41) Rav reads -  In the Introduction to the Book of Zohar, he says, “when a man is born, born spiritually, he immediately has Nefesh of Kedusha, but not an actual Nefesh but the Achoraim of Nefesh, posterior, which is it’s posterior called during its smallness, infancy, a point and is dressed in man's general heart towards the goal to live, toward the Creator, the general desire”, a person does not know about it, does not scrutinize it. Rabash says, “that we should interpret that this point which is still in the dark reveals and shines each time according to one's work in purifying his heart. At that time the point begins to shine”, according to how much a person yearns, exerts to purify his heart, to bring it to a form of bestowal, “this means that each time a person begins to ascend once more after the descent he should believe that this is a new discernment from what he had during the previous ascent for he has already elevated into Kedusha, sanctity, and each time he begins a new discernment.” We need to understand that all the ascents and descents bring us, they move us forward. You cannot have an ascent without a descent and the descent builds the Kli, the vessels, it reveals the vessels that we would later correct and in this way we advance. “Since in every beginning a person must start over the acceptance of the Kingdom of Heaven”, what is the acceptance of Heaven? That he annuls knows himself towards the Creator, so that He will rule over him. “And it is not enough that yesterday he had faith in the Creator, that he annulled himself towards the upper force, for this reason every acceptance of the Kingdom of Heaven is considered a new discernment”, a new state, a new degree, he starts from a new zero. “That is, now he receives a part of the vacant space that was devoid”, that he did not correct yet, so his spiritual vessel, this vacant space, he keeps getting a fragment, a small part of it “that was devoid of the Kingdom of Heaven because he determined his devotion on it “so he admits that empty place and fills it with the Kingdom of Heaven”. Meaning in the form of bestowal as much as you can, more whole, more pure and that will be the dominion of the Creator and the vacant space that appears to a person.

27. S. (58:36) What is the right form to pass on to the friend in the ten our emotions, our feeling that he is the chosen one, that he was chosen by the Creator.

R. Repeat?

S. What is the right way to pass on a new scrutiny or new scrutiny to a friend?

R. To show the friend that you love him, that will cause or bring about correction with certainty, which is what is recommended; and although we do not want to hear such advice, I remember myself also, the ego does not let you hear it but that is what we have to do.

Rather the Creator places a person's hand in the good fate, and He says “take it. This is for your benefit”. If you want it you'll take it, and you keep going, and if you do not want it then He will, nevertheless, apply pressure on you until you, and the participation of a person is by trying to understand that he must understand this and follow his powers to the Creator, to be partners with the Creator. The Creator scrutinizes things, and the person accepts it, gives gratitude and advances.

29. R. (01:05:16) Now we'll go to the women on the same part we just went through. We will answer their questions and then get back to our regular material, the one we were reading over the past month. Please.

30. S. (01:05:39) Birth is something that happens to a person individually or as the whole ten together.

R. Also individually.

31. S. (01:05:52) How to strengthen the ten in the process of the birth so that the whole ten will go through that state and not just the small part of it?

R. Although birth happens to each and every one, individually, to the extent that we participate in it between us, we accelerate the birth, and the birth itself, individual birth as well, the personal one, so it is worthwhile for us to participate in the development before the birth and the birth itself just as we read in the Torah that they were speaking about this role of women, those who assist the birth and everything that belongs to it. it is a very important role, and the entire group has to be as midwives who are helping us to be born.

32. S. (01:07:07) What are we missing, lacking in order to reach the spiritual birth?

R. What we are lacking in order to reach the spiritual birth, well, we have to first become pregnant, to conceive. What does it mean to conceive? that each one would feel that inside he's got something of the Creator, and he wants to develop this discernment, to grow it, to give birth to it so it will exist, so he will be in it inside of the thing that is born. So it turns out as if a person gives birth to it himself.

33. S. (01:08:00) What is the purposeful and correct form of hatred that should be revealed between us so that we don’t become immersed in it?

R. We need to hate all of the forces of separation, generally speaking, because they interfere with even aiming ourselves toward the goal. We need to respect the forces of unity that help us, support us, that give us the form from which we can be born. Those are the things, women especially, can feel correspondence seemingly between what is happening in corporeal birth and what is happening in the spiritual birth; it is not identical, but the processes are the same.

34. S. (01:09:29) How is it possible that the hatred will not control us when it is revealed, what should we do?

R. What difference does it make who was before me, whether this corporeal character that has corporeal qualities with his external form that might repel me, what difference does it make? The important thing is that if the Creator assembled us and gathered us then we belong to the same soul, meaning to that innermost structure that belongs with the structure that exists in the system of Adam HaRishon. We need to be as an elite unit that becomes “as one man with one heart”, so I have no choice but to accept him and understand that whoever I do not want to accept him, it is my ego and I have to work against it; and the more this person repulses me, I have to work against this repulsion and try to accept him in this way, that is it, this is the nature of our work.

35. S. (01:10:51) Why do I see only my friends as moving away from me, but I do not feel that I am moving away from them? I always justify myself, but it is hard to justify the friends. What should I do?

R. Imagine that when you see them moving away from you, it is you who is moving away. This way the Creator wants to show us how we are, how distant we are and not that they are distant. It is called “each one judges according to his own flaws”, if I see the friends moving away. 

36. S. (01:11:39) If two friends want to bestow, how is it possible that hatred appears between them?

R. Each one is still in his will to receive, and he interprets the meaning of bestowal differently so a great hate can appear between them. The students of Rabbi Shimon, they wanted to bestow such a great desire appears between them that they wanted to kill one another. How can that be? Because we are advancing on two legs.

37. S. (01:12:19) What is the difference between us give us: the hatred and distance that is revealed?

R. It gives us the ability to connect and to turn the differences into a great power of connection and to turn the resistance to connection, resistance to connection and by that bring ourselves into a more beneficial, more massive more effective vessel, a bigger vessel. Because even in our world if we wish to build something strong, powerful, we need to have opposed forces to work together.

38. S. (01:13:09) Is this state an individual state or is this something the entire ten feels? Should I constantly check myself through their friends?

R. Both, it depends on the state a person’s in.

39. S. (01:13:26) How is it possible to reach the feeling of fear towards the Creator?

R. To think more and more: do I want to give Him pleasure through the ten, through my ten or not? How much, yes, and how much, no; and where do I stop and say, “up to this point and no more” and so on and so forth. This is my measurement, how I measure myself relative to the Creator, how much I allow myself to approach Him so I won't be too close that it will be above my abilities, my powers. A person has to pay attention to where he stops in spirituality, can he take another step forward or is it not worthwhile, not recommended, not a good idea? In this way he sees himself, he sees how he can protect himself.

40. S. (01:14:44) When a person wants to accept fear from the Creator, to reach fear from the Creator, what are the first actions that he has to do on the path?

R. It can't be toward the Creator unless it passes through the friends, only through the friends can it come from, so we have to take that into consideration. There is no measurement relative to the friend and relative to the Creator. We only measure relative to the friend, relative to the friends, the group, it doesn't matter. It is all measured according to the relationships in the society, in the group.

41. S. (01:15:35) During the process of equivalence of qualities with a Creator: in the beginning we overcome the rejections, but we also have to leave things that we used to be drawn to before?

R. No, not if they do not interfere with our connection, we only need to think how we need to become closer in our hearts. Then we immediately discover all of the breaks here, all of the hindrances that do not let us connect.

42. S. (01:16:15) What will let us not be afraid of that empty void that is revealed?

R. We are now speaking with women, tell me, most of you have gone through birth, have given birth. It is full of so much pain, danger, blood, pain, unpleasant situations but does anyone take that into consideration when she wants to give birth? No, and after going through so much suffering and torment in the last birth, is she afraid of getting pregnant again or giving birth? No, how come, it is illogical, it is irrational. How can it be that a person goes for such suffering and sometimes it is a place of mortal danger but nevertheless she goes for it and is drawn to it, attracted to it. We see that there is a force of nature that is more powerful than all the dangers combined, a desire to be born. The same thing is in spirituality. if we awaken this force to be born in the spiritual world, we are not afraid, we can go all in and come into the birth and give birth from within us against our nature, give birth to a new desire, a desire of connection and of love. In fact we are giving birth to the Creator.

43. S. (01:18:27) How to accept, correctly, hatred that is being revealed towards me?

R. Hatred that appears towards me, I need to accept it as coming to me from the Creator and not that He hates me or through these people He passes hate to me. But rather through these people He gives me a place for correction, that I have to subjugate myself, not that I agree necessarily with these people and with their conditions, but I take into account that it comes from the Creator, and I have to patiently cope with it and measure it and live through it.

44. S. (01:19:25) What stops us when we try to get closer in our hearts to one another? 

R. Our nature the Creator, He hinders us, He is the disturbance to us. I want to come closer to the friend. I see that something stands between us. Rabash would say “you see, the Creator puts a spike in your wheels, doesn't let you advance, does not let you come closer, why? Because otherwise you wouldn’t need His help and so you have to see that you ultimately have to turn to Him, ultimately you cry and go into a wall, but you see that the wall is the Creator. You forgot about Him, you did not take Him into account, you don't turn to Him, turn to Him, and see how He solves all of your problems. There are no problems from His perspective but turn to Him. So our whole problem is in all the states we go through in all of our world is to lower ourselves and turn to the Creator, and hinge all of our life progress, success on Him.

45. S. (01:21:05)  How can hatred become love?

R. The higher, upper awakening comes from the upper root, the upper light through two systems: Kedusha and Klipa and therefore we also see in our world that hatred and love are close to each other, it is the same intensity in both, but it depends on how you work with it, in favor or against. We just have to know how we ride both of them and this is called ‘free choice’, how do I choose what will govern me or what I will take control of hatred or love? There is no more than that,  only love comes out of the Creator, but our nature inverts it and leads us to hate. If we understand it then we transform the hate into love and we receive the final Correction, but it has to be consistent work that you are always in.

46. S. (01:22:54) Why do you also need to overcome love?

R. Typically love that appears in us is love from the side of Klipa and the love of Kedusha, sanctity, that I already have to build on my own and against my desire. Love of bestowal rather than love of reception, so in every phenomena there are two opposites.

47. S. (01:23:43) The disturbances that the Creator sends, is that like a test to see if we really remember to turn to him for help?

R. Disturbances the Creator sends us are not like a test, you could say like a test, but they are the same influences on us so that we grow on top of them like we give something to a child, and we want him to invest physical strength in that, intellectual strength and then overcome and succeed in solving the problem we presented him. Because that is the way to acquire something in our world, to rise to one degree to another, that is how we advance. So the whole wisdom of Kabbalah is built this way, that is how we advance, and it is not that the Creator tests us, he doesn't need to test us, he knows what we are. He makes us and he holds all of our data, it is a joke to say that he's testing where we are now, he creates all the states we are in, so he has nothing to test. He designed us to begin with, so it is not that I need to show the Creator who I am but rather I build myself according to that by that and that I see who I am. Towards the Creator there is nothing to be shown, we are completely open and obvious to him in every sense. 

48. S. (01:25:47) The fact that we believe that we are separated, that our perception is like that, that is what prevents us from coming out of Egypt?

R. What prevents us to exit Egypt is that we feel ourselves more convenient on our own, and not in a common heart where the Creator is revealed; and each time we escape to that state where we are isolated, I got used to it, I feel good if I'm on my own. Here I need actually the opposite, I need to feel good if I'm connected to others, if I serve others and in such a way I can bring them fulfillment through me. Something we have to do slowly, bit by bit, but give each other as such examples.

49. S. (01:27:14) What is that empty space, that new void we discover in the ten?

R. It is the space between us that we need to fulfill with a light of Hassadim and then the light of Hochma. The spiritual space, the spiritual place appears between us in the desires and the relationships between us. If we pay attention to it then we discover it as an empty place between us and then to the extent that we nevertheless want to fulfill it, and if I turn to the friend and I cannot reach him, cannot enter him, and feel a response from him, so what do you do? I turn to the Creator, I asked the Creator to open my heart and the friend’s heart in such a way that these hearts will come together, that is how it is. Only by prayer.

50. S. (01:28:54) How can I come out of Egypt to understand that there can’t be good without bad if it even took the sons of Israel ten blows to come out of it? 

R. Ten plagues we feel as we want to advance, to get closer, and there are disturbances on the path and these disturbances are deliberate. The Creator sends them so as to strengthen us and understand what the essence of coming closer is. It is like in our studies at school, our University, we have to solve problems and by their solution we start understanding what is going on; therefore we do not have a choice, we have to reach some construction of ourselves in ten degrees. These ten degrees are exactly the structure of our soul so we must not disregard this and not accept it or escape it. We have to be inside of this development until we realize what our progress is made of and that is how we will advance. It is very important, without the ten plagues we cannot prepare ourselves to exit the will to receive to in order to bestow, from in this world to the spiritual world. It is not just blows, it is blows on our ego, we are talking about the children of Israel and Egypt suffering the plagues. One time we talked about it like the Pharaoh suffers the plagues and the other time like the children of Israel do and then the Egyptians; it is all inside a person who wants to rise from an order to receive to in order to bestow and these plagues go through his will to receive while he is under the rule of the Egyptians, of Pharaoh. Then as a result of understanding that he suffers these plagues because he is still in the will to receive, so he also understands that these plagues direct him correctly towards the exit. And there is nothing else he can do, it is like labor pains, you cannot give birth correctly and in a healthy way without contractions.

51. S. (01:32:11) So a person needs to ask for blows to develop?

R. No, we just have to be ready for it, ‘ready’ means not that I am ready to suffer it, but you have to be willing, more accurately, meaning I understand that this needs to happen and I'm going for it. It is very similar to labor pains.

52. S. (01:32:55) What is this new sense that we are building, is it is a balance between the mind and heart when they become equal? 

R. It is not balance between the mind and heart that we had beforehand, it is a force of bestowal that appears inside the force of reception and thus begins to evolve.

53. S. (01:33:32) How by building a spiritual structure we are rebuilding the general soul?

R. It says, “and the Creator will be impregnated in me for your sake”, meaning that what appears in us is that a new state begins to form in us, a new degree, and that is a part of godliness that impregnates in a person that begins to develop in a person and the person helps it develop even though he suffers, even though he has to restrict his ego, give room to a new force that appears in him, and this is how we begin to enter, well not birth yet but at least impregnation, conception. Then there is a very serious process happening there, which is the process of conception.

54. S. (01:35:01) Is that state of the one who gives birth, how can we be the birth mothers in Egypt?

R. No, that is not us even though we each need, towards the friends, to be playing that role, both men and women, it does not matter, it has nothing to do with corporeal gender, it has to do with the spiritual world. We have to help each other, “one shall help his friend”, how can one help his friend? By setting an example, by showing an example of what to do and even though the friend might not understand, not see might, not respond, maybe even further than that even disrespects it or disregards it or just something that doesn't pay attention to it or even treats you worse than before, you have to continue in whatever way you can to do it better and give the friend all that he requires in order to develop. Anything but leave: if he still wants to achieve the spiritual goal even though he seems to be walking opposite, in the opposite direction, we still have to guard him and let him, give him a place to develop as long as he does not actively harm the ten.

55. S. (01:36:53) What are the blows in the connection between us, what are the ten plagues on my ego?

R. It is that we come to a state where I see that if I still remain with the will to receive even just a little bit, I cannot achieve spirituality and I never will. But what can happen though is, if I tear all of my connection with the will to receive then that is the correction I must do. Ten plagues means that in all of the ten qualities, the ten Sefirot, right? That I tear the connection with their individual Malchut and so I remain with nine Sefirot without Malchut and then this Malchut is replaced with Malchut of Heaven, corrected Malchut, Malchut of Bina and that is the spiritual birth.

56. S. (01:38:26) What’s demanded of us to do when the Creator creates a distance between us, to pray, to ask?

R. But pray non-stop.

57. S. (01:38:43) There is always a fear to harm the ten with my ego that is why I want to annul myself. The result is that the ten isn't connecting so how should I annul correctly?

R. I have to invest all of my strength until the ten will connect because that is my Kli, that is what was given to me and I have to engage in that day, and night, as much as possible, the more the better because that is the key to my success.

 58. S. (01:39:22) It is more convenient to be alone, as we said before, is that why it is written that Pharaoh did not know Joseph?

R. No, no, let us not go into Pharaoh who didn't know Joseph. I don't like these interpretations without any basis, but we need to understand that besides connection in a spiritual sense as much as possible, without that we don't come to the development of the soul. If you want to attain your soul you have to be connected to the friends at least to some extent and always try to achieve that connection.

59. S. (01:40:23) What is the birth of the whole world Kli has to reach?

R. What is the birth that the whole Kli has to reach? This is called ‘the birth’, where all the forces come together and from their connection the new state is born.

60. S. (01:40:54) When my nature is revealed suddenly a fear from myself shows up, what should I do?

R. That is good, that is actually good, why is it good? Because you have no choice, you will not be able to find the right strength to advance by yourself, only if you turn to the Creator, that is it. That is where the solution is. 

61. S. (01:41:31) How can we support this process of birth?

R. Supporting the process of birth, we can do that only by our connection and the Creator, what else? As usual there is nothing else.

62. S. (01:41:53) Through which mechanism of spiritual work is the whole born?

R. Through what mechanism of spiritual work the whole is born? The whole is born in connection between us when we try to be as ‘one man in one heart’, and that desire that we shape between us, that is where the Creator is born, that is where the Creator is revealed. If there is such a connection between us there we will identify the appearance of the Creator and if we cannot achieve such a connection there will not be an appearance of the Creator, that is why it is said, “you have made Me”.

63. S. (01:42:45) What does it mean connecting to all of the Malchut?

R. I would not interpret that, I don't like interpreting these quotes unless we actually study them.

64. S. (01:43:12) It says that “he who works on purifying his heart, his point shines more”, what does that mean?

R. The point where the Creator is the center of the heart, it shines more if a person is worried about the purity of the heart which means how much he is willing to organize all of his forces in order to bestow.

65. S. (01:43:39) How can we raise new qualities that are revealed in us, and to sanctity?

R. We don't need to bring up these new qualities, it happens from above, the general system itself clarifies and sorts out and develops and surfaces the qualities for correction.

66. S. (01:44:02) What does it mean that ‘the point is clothed in the heart’, what does the heart compared to that point? 

R. “The point clothes the heart” meaning our will to receive in it there is a point called ‘the will to bestow’ coming to us directly from the Creator and it resides in my heart and your hearts and the other’s heart and everyone's heart. If that point awakens the person awakens towards spirituality, if it doesn't then it is very difficult to awaken a person to spirituality. He can be brought to a society and by the surrounding light from that society his point in the heart will awaken as well. That is already in an indirect way.

67. S. (01:44:56) Is Birth when a new perception of reality takes place in us?

R. Of course. Spiritual birth means that a person begins to feel that he lives in a new world, a new reality where only the upper force operates and there is None Else Besides Him and a person feels how he belongs to it, and he relates himself to it.

68. S. (01:45:52)  if a friend has problems with the law where is the limit that we can cover his crimes with love?

R. I don't know. A friend who messes with the law as much as we can help him but within the framework of what is legal and also to take care of the well-being of the group so that it does not hurt any of us. So that has to do with where we live, the country, the laws there and so on. I recommend being very cautious. If you can help, help but in such a way that it will not make a connection between him and the group.

69. S. (01:46:54) What does it mean that a person gives birth to himself, how is that possible? 

R. A person cannot do anything besides giving the Creator an opportunity to do something. So it is not that the person does anything. How could he give birth to a new state he didn't have? Only by a prayer, the awakening that he is given an opportunity from above and he realizes it.

70. S. (01:47:30) If we come closer to the Creator should we feel his greatness and by that want to adhere to Him more than need Him?

R. All of that is considered advancing towards the Creator.

71. S. (01:47:46) The answers to the women do we also have to implement them between the men because sometimes it seems that there are answers that belong only to the women?

R. No, there are no answers to men and answers to women, it’s the same answers and the same system and each and every one can take it and implement it. What you hear for the men the women can implement and vice versa.

72. S. (01:48:18) What is the difference between our work by being born independently..

R. Wait, wait, I didn’t understand what you are talking about. What does it mean that we ourselves get to be born, not inside the group?

S. According to our own desire we have a small point, a desire

R. You cannot use this little desire that you have to achieve spiritual birth. Period.
