To create a new culture in the workplace, a new organizational culture must be assimilated by the management of a company. Management needs to learn about the development of the desire for pleasure, the law of nature, and how to build a new, friendly, and positively connected workplace environment. Once the management team has realized the method, they can offer employees courses in Arvut (mutual responsibility). Staff will learn through workshops, music, games, and theater. The CEO should only come when relationships within the organization have improved. Daily problems will no longer be resolved through policies and procedures coming from management, but only through change that the employees will undergo themselves.
