Part 1:

Rabash. Article No. 41, 1990. What Are the Light Mitzvot that a Person Tramples with His Heels, in the Work?

https://kabbalahmedia.info/sources/eCoy5wXp

1. S. (40:36) It says here therefore a man has close contact with the Creator meaning that he feels that he has no other counsel but only the Creator can save him and deliver him from this lowliness. Then he says, that is that he feels how far away he is from the Creator, that the Creator seems to him as something strange. Are These two different states or is it the same state?

R. It's the same state. On the one hand he discovers how distant he is from the Creator and the Creator feels totally for him to him on the other hand he attains that purpose of his work. Specifically to put in more forces and then turn to the Creator and pray to Him. Okay?

2. S. (41:46) He writes that the serious Mitzvot can cause them the Mitzvot where the reward makes him important in his eye of the Creator because of the reward this is why he values them. Whereas with the light Mitzvot he actually doesn't have the strength to keep them for things that are above reason, things that in his mind don't seem so important. So where will he receive the strength to keep these light Mitzvot? He writes therefore, if you shall listen to the light Mitzvot then the Creator will be able to keep this promise to Abraham. Which force does he keep the light Mitzvot?

R. Whatever is before him.

S. What does he have before him?

R. He sees that he must, he must come closer to the friends, to the Creator and one depends on the other so he's looking for ways to do it.

S. He actually says that the only thing that he needs to ask for is to annul his own authority so that he will remain with the singular authority. Is this the force? I mean annulling his own authority, is this a force?

R. Yes, it is that he wants to be entirely under the authority of the Creator.

S. Then he starts to receive parts of the will to receive that he corrects, and this is called an inheritance of the land?

R. Let's say.

S. Pretty much this is how it works?

R. Yes.

3. S. (43:44) He writes to us that first the Torah reveals to a person his self-love, is the criticism that a person has towards the friend? Is that also considered self-love, is that also considered something that must be corrected?

R. Yes but you can't say that it's always a bad thing that the tendency toward criticism could be such that actually pulls a person forward.

S. We need to be distinguished between good criticism, versus bad criticism? Is it possible to do it?

R. That's with the help of the light that he receives.

S. We should ask the Creator to give this distinct distinction whether it's good criticism or bad criticism, then correct it according to that light?

R. Yes.

4. S. (45:00) He writes that the reason He gave the inheritance of the land to Israel was because the wickedness of the nations. If not for the wickedness of the nations the Creator would not be able to keep His promise to the Forefathers. How do we not get confused by saying the wickedness of the nation or those that hinder me from receiving the fulfillment for myself in the will to receive. This for me is the wickedness of the nations, they hinder me in receiving. So how do I find the nations that hinder me from reaching connection, bestowal. How can we distinguish between them?

R. With the intention to reach connection to the friends with the Creator and relative to that you begin to sort all your desires and intentions. You see that they're not in that direction.

S. This means that I need to develop such a desire, a new desire that I want to connect in the direction of others and then those hindrances they are actually the nations, they are the wickedness of the nations?

R. Yes.

S. Okay, so today in our reality within the person himself he truly has obstructions, and these obstructions actually cause a person to remember the purpose of creation, what connection means and the direction towards connection. There are obstructions that weaken the purpose of creation, the idea of the greatness of the Creator. Is it correct, I mean today I realize that it's actually the wickedness of the Nation is actually the desires that are enclosed in a person, that are seemingly from within him. So we have to have the right focus and not get confused about it.

R. Yes.

S. Last point. The wickedness of the Nations that they push us and remind us about connection and the purpose of creation, that's actually not the wickedness of the Nations it's actually help?

R. Everything is help it just depends on which side you're looking at it.

5. S. (47:58) He speaks about amnesia here. That there's a state where a person completely forgets all the good things and that appears from amnesia, and he forgot everything, and he does only remembers the bad things that he did?

R. Yes.

S. How does the connection in the ten help a person in such a state?

R. He is incorporated from desires, thoughts inclinations of the friends and that gives him a direction for the correct development.

S. Then seemingly he doesn't completely take advantage of or exhaust the situation. It’s the state where he's told you look, there's actually nothing good in you, above everything there's nothing good in you. He’s in the ten and the ten is entirely a good thing so seemingly, he needs to reach some sort of despair and ask for help?

R. Yes.

S. Where is the request for help?

R. Well as you said he hasn’t reached despair yet.

S. If a person is by himself and he reaches a certain despair then he's despaired that’s it he has nothing, but the ten is something that always exists you’ll always have it. How does it help you direct your despair correctly?

R. Correct despair is when he doesn't agree with the despair and he understands that behind all these forces that despair him, you find the Creator.

S. Where are the friends here?

R. Inside the picture of despair that he has.

S. His relation to the friends, this is clear, but how the friends relate to him?

R. What can you do? You obligate the friends to treat him as corrected.

S. It seems to him that the friends do relate to him in a good way, but he does not relate to them in a good way.

R. Not clear, not clear.

S. I'm asking as follows, if it's between a person and the Creator seemingly in a flat way without any depth to it and then I can understand it this is what it’s about, it’s about the connection between us and through that we have to discover the Creator.

R. Yes.

S. Where's the despair here? How is it manifested in the person in his relation to the friends and the way that the friends relate to him?

R. If that state is revealed that he doesn't feel the friends enough and that's it?

S. In that state he is despaired of the friends, but it also seems to him that the friends do not relate well to him or in that state he sees that he's not okay, but the friends are okay?

R. Those are two steps. One step is of the friends don't treat him correctly, but the other side is that they treat him correctly but it's not correct.

S. What is the end of that state?

R. The exit is that he's connected with them, and he wants to reveal in that the connection that he has with the Creator.

S. In this end state it also seems to him that they're not relating to him correctly or?

R. No, no in the final state he justifies the friends and justifies the Creator and it in truth he also justifies himself, but he discovers that he's in the process of development.

S. This is already the corrected state, but the vessel for that deficiency for that and the state of the deficiency of lack it seems to him that everything is black, him and also the friends or it's only he is the black and the friends are okay?

R. Only he is.

6. S. (53:35) How should a person work if he is in these two systems of Israel and the nations of the world within him? Is it simultaneously with both of them or only with Israel?

R. If he is aimed at receiving a reaction, a response from the nations of the world then this feeling is a negative feeling, a bad feeling. If he continues that he comes to reveal it as a compass that brings him to the right decisions and brings him to the quality of bestowal.

S. If I understand correctly you have to hold both ends?

R. Both ends are good, both ends mean you're in a state where you are running yourself inside with two reins, you use them to advance the horse forward.

7. S. (55:20) Rabash writes that the order of the Torah, the spice, first of all it notifies him how much he's sinned, how much he’s immersed in self-love and the spice gives him the deficiency of how much he will need the Creator?

R. The Torah is the spice it reveals to him the correct deficiencies and from that he understands the lack he's in.

S. When does the feeling come, when does it tell him the deficiency?

R. After his exertion, the prayer.

S. Then a new deficiency will come each time and it will shine forward?

R. Yes.

S. Where in the feeling and that he needs the Creator?

R. Yes.

8. S. (56:19) Why when we’re talking about the connection, why is the connection with the Creator built on a person always asking Him for help?

R. I didn't understand.

S. Why is the deficiency built on a person always asking Him for help?

R. Well, where will he take the powers from, the direction?

S. It's not natural to make a connection in such a way each time and what kind of form of connection is it that the person is always asking for help does the Creator drops them down what he asked for? It’s not natural.

R. It’s not what?

S. It’s not natural.

R. It’s not? I think it’s most natural. Look how children are learning to walk and do everything, it's a natural place to learn through their mistakes, he falls then a person learns.

S. But we're talking about a connection that should reach love and adhesion. So where is that?

R. It’s in development first he understands what he has to attain, then how to attain and also on what this attainment depends, who he asked, to turn to, but it's not within his powers. That’s how he advances until the Creator reveals him.

S. Why can't a person look at the good actions that he did and how he felt the greatness of the Creator and out of that took approach the next action. Why should he approach the next action from the evil why the actions opposite the Creator are not built out of the good?

R. Both in this world and in the spiritual world a person cannot advance except through discovering his extent of his mistakes.

S. If you feel a lack of forces and an inability to do anything simply search for the opposite of the Creator and then where to start?

R. You can search for it, but it will be revealed, nevertheless.

9. S. (58:49) He writes a person sees that he cannot overcome the body and Baal HaSulam explains just like a person cannot come out of the wheel to receive the Creator did it purpose so that by this a person will require a need for the Creator's help otherwise he's lost the question is it will never be able to overcome the body's desires we will stand like this on purpose so a person will fail.

R. Of course with what force can you over?

S. No there aren't any flower forces all the time. The question is if the Creator is doing it all the time so you will turn to him anew each time?

R. Yes.

S. What’s the reason that this struggle is so difficult because you're constantly fighting and tired it’s hard to turn to him.

R. Well you need the Creator ultimately and everything this brings you to adhesion?

S. The moment you come to that adhesion until you come to that adhesion the Creator will trip you in those struggles with the body?

R. Well he doesn't fail you it teaches you in such a way.

S. It’s a kind of study that.

R. How does it happen to us in our world?

S. I don't trip my kids he falls I help them.

R. No, no, no that's not a good study he has to learn from his life, and he questions how does he get out of his states in which he falls.

S. Why is it difficult the feeling is that kind of it's a struggle fighting with the desires of the body we try, and the Creator brings us to failure. Why is it hard for us to summit ourselves?

R. Because we're not ready to fail we're not willing to fail.

S. Why are we not ready? We're not ready, willing?

R. Because we always think about success and not about the goal.

S. Yes,’ but when you reach these words you see that in the end the Creator is stronger you see it you feel it every time I knew is it difficult to let go to accept it and see and understand that this is how it is, and you turn to him?

R. Because you're not thinking about adhesion but rather you're thinking about success your success does not depend on your connection with the Creator but rather on your connection with the goal that you have established.

S. The Creator we missed the Creator here?

R. Yes.

S. We have to go there are many states until you get to despair?

R. Until you will learn which, where it's worthwhile for you to turn to Him and adhere to Him.

S. Until the stubbornness breaks?

R. There’s no other way otherwise it's not going to work.

S. On the other hand you have to keep insisting and not give up?

R. Yes.

10. S. (01:02:49) About this point where you always think about yourself, the person has a problem an illness the sons are serving in the Army a person has a request, and inside this request for this problem that was created for him, how does he Place into this request the requests for adhesion for the purpose of creation for His sake. How to arrange this request that it doesn't remain a request for myself, today we are all asking for some problem that is created for us how to arrange the request to be complete what do we need to arrange?

R. Try to see your request as a national request.

S. So what will enter into this request? What does it mean National request?

R. That includes all of us together that we are all in the request.

S. To feel that everyone is asking I feel that everyone is asking for themselves something that pains them?

R. Fine.

S. How should I feel it so that this request will I need to feel in my request that their pain will be resolved is this a complete request?

R. Yes.

11. S. (01:04:52) If the Creator is the Good Who Does Good relative to me what can I ask of him what can I demand of him?

R. I don't know what is it you think that what is it you can demand whatever you need, you want you need to sort your request your States, and demand from him truly, what is necessary for you.

12. S. (01:05:34) It says we cannot dwell in the same Abode what can we dwell together?

R. Where you will have the intention to bestow.

13. S. (01:05:47) What is the building the construction Pithom and Rameses in the ten?

R. In the ten.

S. Can you say that when we are working with the intellect we discover that the work disappears?

R. The work disappears, it's not because we start working with our mind with our intellect, no. We reach vessels of bestowal we want to develop them, we are drawn onwards with them, and this is how we awaken them. that's it. Certainly, it is all through resistance.

14. S. (01:07:13) He writes here several times the belief in the sages that you have to believe that the sages the Torah constantly reveals to you your sins.

R. Right, so what's bad with that?

S. The advancement is always through the revelation of evil?

R. Usually yes, how else can it be, if a person does not feel his mistakes?

S. What is the role of the Torah here what does it do to a person?

R. It's the Reforming light, through the recognition of evil that I have and now I discover it, this evil and I begin to advance according to this revelation.

S. What is correction if what the Torah reveals to you is only your sins where are the corrections?

R. After it reveals to you then what you do is corrections..

S. The revelation of the sin is that already the correction?

R. No it's not yet the correction you have to take it through yourself and examine it, and go through it, it's not yet a correction.

S. Clear, so in order to take the revelation of evil and turn it into a correction what is required and how can a person leverage the sins into corrections?

R. By checking how these qualities awaken within him how much they bring him closer to the society or maybe they push him out.

S. He also says that on the way they give the person the holy soul Lishma, what is this thing? How are you helped by it?

R. It is help that a person receives and feels that forces of bestowal are being added to him.

S. Is this under the control of a person to receive it or is this happening to him?

R. Certainly the creator gives that, but a person receives it, he has to want it.

15. S. (01:10:15) We constantly discuss the kind of desires a person is in with something that's called the sin that something called the not a sin or a transgression we understand that a desire is to feel liveliness if he doesn't then he feels depressed the head doesn't work first he wants to feel liveliness this desire is not a sin or is it?

R. The desire.

S. Yes to feel good to feel lively, to feel alive to feel this good feeling in life.

R. There's no desire without an intention, to feel good for what for?

S. Why do I feel good?

R. Yes.

S. I understood it differently meaning all other things are the means for attaining the good feeling, the question is where he's getting this good feeling from, is it from corporeality or is he going to spirituality to receive this feeling but the end goal is to feel this good in other words to not feel this good he can't connect he can't think he can't do anything first he wants this entire mechanism to work?

R. Meaning this is the final feeling that you're talking about the person is drawn to it if he reaches a state where he comes to a good feeling that's the end of the way.

S. When a person wants to feel good then he discovers that there are things that take him to the good places that that's part of his natural desire to take to the good places and parts that take him to the bad places so he's looking for a good place for what she can extract a good feeling and then to develop I can still feel good for a while and then troubles will come because I took it to a bad place, so they tell us the only thing you can feel good with is going to continue to develop and grow is to if you cleave to the Creator, stick to him and you say this is the way to adhere to Him?

R. So continue.

S. So this basic desire, is not a sin yet it's a person's nature?

R. Yes.

16. S. (01:13:04) The process here described here when a person studies Torah and it's revealed to him the evil it's a relatively easy process, as far as what's happening here because a person identifies the evil he understands he is dealing with the Creator but what we see here with us is that we receive a descent a person feels that he has never put any effort is disconnected he doesn't feel the Creator doing this action to him, and this state is much more difficult to come out from compared to already having a connection you just work in the revelation of evil. The evil here is revealed in such a way that you simply disconnect, and you have no connection and you've never had any and that's the feeling it brings a person to despair, how to work with that state when you're receiving a descent and you're totally disconnected as if you had nothing in spirituality?

R. Start with the connection with the friends.

S. When I came to ask the question it's clear that this is the answer but even the connection with the friends at this point seemingly doesn't exist it doesn't help it's only because we come here, and it happens it happens of its own almost but it's not like a person is doing when can a person do something?

R. You are operating, you came here, you sat down in the chair, you opened your book, you heard something that was being spoken, of you did something, you started with things that are very foolish and corporeal in nature and gradually you are elevated and jumped up.

S. This form gives a lot of lowliness to a person that this is the way you can connect?

R. A person knows he learns from this not the loneliness he learns how he can do these actions his earthly simple actions to elevate himself one degree to the next more and more and more.

S. The fact that it goes through complete disconnection is the beginning of I feel that it brings you a state that a person is completely frustrated he can leave the path because he goes through a state as if he never had anything and in the will to receive it's a very difficult to go through these stages. Also the connection with the friends isn't strong enough to hold a person through that state and to give him a feeling that it is the creator doing this action on him, and on that point I have no answer how to help friends because the connection to what we have isn't in a way that I can affect a friend or influence him to go through it quicker.

R. No, one such a state only the Creator can help and move to the next state.

S. Thats where the cash question came from the frustration of the friends that see the states we see it on each other all the time that we can't help us stay a friend go through a state we all go through it in the ten we feel that disconnection we don't really help them except for being passive at least come to the ten it will happen but there's still not an active way to bestow on one another in such a way?

R. We learn about this in every article we read that there's such a state in which only the Creator can take you from that state and move you to the next state?

S. Then we feel that it's too bad the ten doesn't do it because the ten should?

R. The ten cannot because you're not connected to the ten.

S. Right, that's what I'm saying that I don't have that first connection to do the right discernments and then it turns out that our work we want to be in a state where we can help each other but we're not in that state it's very difficult and very frustrating.

R. That to begin with is intended for us to be able to move from one state to the next because there's a certain disconnect between them.

17. S. (01:17:58) It is written that if you heard and did the dreds and the Creator kept the Covenant and the mercy that he give him the father's and Rashi interpreted it that if you will hear the light Mitzvot the Creator will watch over you, how can we hold this renewing of the Covenant and the mercy every morning every day, before we come here and I'll tell you why I'm asking because that will help a person shake his stay off.

R. That I understand but how to keep this by the society, the society is inanimate it's still let's say, but when they are drawn to a certain state, they are already vegetative, and when each gives to the other direction, then they already have a way and on that path that they are looking at others he can also connect to this and thus advance.

S. So to continue between the still and the animate there's something in a person's character that he wants to bestow and holiness not to move.

R. Yes, well not to move it’s pleasant.

S. Well it's pleasant, but there's an inner knowledge that we have to move we have to advance, so how do we go from still to the vegetative?

R. By us constantly developing a stronger connection with the environment, look at how plants grow, only out of being connected to their surroundings, to the earth, to the air, to the water, to everything.

S. To look for that same state and connect it between us?

R. Yes.

18. S. (01:20:30) I heard that we're always thinking of success and not of adhesion and that's the heart of the problem. What does that mean?

R. That's not the heart of the problem that's the center of our development, why is it a problem? If I’m in a tendency towards my development corporally then from that I already begin my spiritual development, everything comes from the inanimate.

S. Let's say a person tells himself today I want to be in thoughts of the friends instead of myself, thoughts of bestowal and love instead of being concerned about nonsense and he discovers that he fails, so what does he do?

R. What does he do he prays, eventually he understands that besides help from above nothing else will help.

S. What help can he get?

R. Help in that the Creator will show him what he needs to adhere to.

S. What?

R. To his society.

S. He'll say okay I will try to be more adhered to society and then he'll check himself again and the next station where he can check, and he'll see that he failed again so what does he do now?

R. He does the same thing, but it's no longer the same failure and not the same examination as he had before it's higher now.

S. From one check to the next he becomes rich with failures.

R. No, not just in the failures altogether in the results also.

S. What are the results?

R. It's a question on what degree I'm failing, there's a difference between failing in first grade or second grade or third grade.

S. What's the benefit of all ascending on the ladder of failures?

R. That I can reach correction each time after the failure.

S. I don't discover I'm reaching correction I'm only going to greater failures.

R. No by me failing I'm also learning. I'm learning what state I'm in and how I can emerge out of it and where to come to.

S. We need to reach states that have to do with equivalence of form, right?

R. Yes.

S. In all the articles and in life I don't recognize that I ascend on degrees of equivalence of form. I'm ascending on degrees of disparity of form.

R. No. Why do you think that way? I am discovering more and more how much I am in a disparity of form like you said, but that's on the other hand, explaining to me how and in what form I am in relation to the Creator. It’s not because I fall deeper but it's from me discovering more refined or delicate results. We will continue with this.

19. S. (01:24:41) The problem isn't that a person discovered his nature and he's despaired, that’s okay the problem is that nothing shines in front of him he doesn't want to come out of this state the fact that you reveal the evil that's clear but there's not enough motivation to go out and to bestow it doesn't shine on you so, it turns out that in the end a person is despaired but from the despair no new degree comes out of it.

R. Your question is why don't I see in the despair a new degree.

S. No supposedly I know the answer you have to get greatness and importance and this illumination comes from society and the bestowal will illuminate but for some reason this cause isn't strong enough compared to the temptation and the vessels of reception and what it gives you so then there's a state that a person on the path sees that he's in the vessels of reception he understands that his state is to reach love bestowal and so on, but his fuel the force to make that jump from despair to the next degree?

R. There is no attracting force here.

S. Correct I'm afraid of your answer to tell you the truth I have to get it from the society and connection but also that's despairing so where is it, what?

R. First of all I'm hearing here a problem that you want to receive an answer from outside, outside of you, from the society.

S. I'll tell you what a person doesn't want it enough that's why he's not turning to Him he doesn't have a plea he doesn't want it enough.

R. Yes.

S. So where does this desire come from?

R. From the society from the collective request, the request needs to be common, and the people of Israel sighed from the work. Do you understand?

S. I supposedly understand supposedly understand, I'm lacking something here.

R. The whole descent into Egypt and the whole exile of Egypt is in order to show them that alone, no one attains the goal, rather only everyone together.

20. S. (01:27:58) Maybe we have a problem with the definitions of the words maybe we have to feel the states of despair not as a failure but as a success maybe that's a reason that we’re afraid to get there because if we do it’s as if we fell so we didn't do good work but maybe it's the opposite that we did do good work and the friends have to tell us in that state wow good for you that you came to a state of despair, and you feel that nothing’s important and society not the study how great you are and that will help us switch again, maybe that's the reason that we're a bit stuck because we don't want to give the next step because I don't want to fall, maybe that's a state?

R. Maybe.

21. S. (01:29:15) The plea has to be a common plea the friend just said he doesn’t have forces to jump from despair, so he has to come to his ten and ask for that that he’ll be in a prayer all day?

R. Yes.

S. So just to knock on that point of the friend’s deficiency.

R. Catch the Creator adhere to Him and don't come down from Him.

22. S. (01:29:50) I understand what's written in the article that our goal is to develop the vessel to despair through suffering, so when is it considered that we got to a whole vessel a complete vessel?

R. A perfect Kli is when it's exactly aimed at the goal, and he turns to the Creator with this request.

S. He has to reach despair?

R. No, why in despair? In despair then he has no deficiency he needs to be maybe in despair like you're saying but he needs to be in a deficiency that he's demanding the correct Kli.

S. He has complete despair on one hand and on the other hand he has the greatness of the Creator on the same level. Isn’t that considered a state of a whole vessel?

R. Here there’s another question, what is a whole Kli called, this is a great and empty desire in which there is no hope to fill it, and then a person cries out in such a cry that it causes him the Exodus from Egypt. Altogether, what state does he have to come to so that the Creator will take him out of Egypt.

23. S. (01:32:01) Pleasure with a screen is 620 times greater than pleasure without a screen, the question is how did the holy Rabash through this wonderful article how does he help us reach that?

R. I don't know how he helps us, but it is he probably has such an intention. yes.

S. When does dissemination become spiritual work?

R. When a person can manage it.

24. S. (01:32:58) On the path Rabash is showing here the classic explanation of despair and prayer when you see what the friends are going through there's like three paths one is that a person is despaired and leaves, the second is that a person goes into his pension plan, he stays but he dies inside and he just keeps going, and another path that he advances and is able to reach the prayer, now the three paths here that you have to turn to the Creator and come to society and get importance what is the difference between those paths and helps a person to really come to the plea to come out of Egypt and not fall under his load?

R. To the extent to a person changes his attitude towards the society and it changes him, that it moves him from one side to another until he starts crying, it's like you can depict where a person is like a patty on a frying pan and you heat it up, and you flip it and it's like that until he cries out that every state just not the current state could be better. That's the state we have before the escape from Egypt.

S. There has to be some measure of pain that every state is better except for this?

R. Yes.

S. How will this pain not become an asset sometimes he just feels that nothing is painful?

R. No at that point you cannot hide it anymore, you can’t hide the pain from yourself. You simply don't know what to do with it and the people of Israel sighed from the work, and then they cried out to the Creator.

S. How not to bring the pain, not to calm it, not to silence it but to increase it until you reach the prayer, the cry?

R. In a way that's something that the Creator cares for more than a person but here a person needs to express his persistence, in which anything but leave.

25. S. (01:36:06) What's painful to a person in such a state?

R. Pain from, how can I define this, pain from not being able to rid himself from this state, it means like according to his bodily sensation he's willing to do anything in order to not suffer and according to the spiritual feeling, he can’t tolerate, he can’t stand this corporeal feeling. Meaning why is he in a state where his bodily state impacts him more than his spiritual state?

S. It's not clear what his bodily state is?

R. Where he's uncomfortable it's not good for him, he's impatient etc. Actually the state is completely bodily in the feeling in his organs and here he sees that he has no exit from it.

S. Does that bring a prayer, a cry?

R. Yes.

26. S. (01:38:08) There's a feeling that the Creator first answers a prayer and then gradually the answering is stretched out more and more in time, that the Creator checks your adhesion according to the time that he answers you. How not to fall and reach despair when time is gradually stretched and adhere to the Creator more and more? It's as if the Creator is giving us a test like a little child that first he answers and then like a day after or a month after you see as much as he deals with this problem but how not to fall into despair in this stretching of time?

R. This depends on the extent to which a person understands that he has no choice, that he is simply expecting for the Upper grace for the Upper mercy.

S. Can he shorten that time, or will the Creator constantly extend it?

R. He needs to do all that is needed to connect more to the friends and to the society and to perform all kinds of actions by which he will certainly feel worse but on the other hand it will push him forward and the people of Israel were in exile even before they reached the final stage of their exile in Egypt but they didn't feel that they were in exile so they start to go down to what they called exile and they started to feel it as a true exile, at which point they couldn't stand it so we need it so between us to develop as much as possible acts of bestowal against them we will discover that we are all in acts of reception, and for this to push us forward for us to hate our state.

27. S. (01:40:57) What are tears?

R. Tears are overflowing of Reflecting light that cannot clothe the Direct light.

S. What's the mechanism and what's the result of the tears?

R. The results of the tears are a great thing, as let's say it's the same reflected light that doesn't have the possibility of clothing the direct light in a simple way.

S. From that the vessel grows?

R. Yes that eventually composes the vessel.

S. The screen will be stronger?

R. Yes.

28. S. (01:42:21) About the need to reach the plea when a person is like a burger on the frying pan, if a person is in a state of despair or very troubled with some problem and he cannot remain in the state like you said, so what then is the plea to the Creator to have forces to do what?

R. This depends on his environment, a person alone cannot decide. It depends on the environment to the extent in which we come closer and closer to exit Egypt, the more we feel how dependent we are on one another and here there already needs to be an examination, bestowal, etc.

S. It turns out that a person eventually sees that except for a plea that the Creator will help him agree with the state surrender to the state see that it comes from None Else Besides Him, the Good That Does Good that's the first thing we need to do some doing towards any state that comes.

R. Yes.

S. Then the moment that a person is in such a plea or understanding so there's no more cry?

R. Yes.

S. So how do you combine complete surrender and justification on any state, on the other hand you don't lose that drive to not agree with the state? How do you agree and not agree at the same time?

R. This is under the condition that he is connected with a friends, you know the answer to this, that all of our advancement in the right direction and the right pace, the right power, it all depends on the society. We're constantly receiving signs the we are missing the society that we’re lacking that social pressure.

S. What's special about Bnei Baruch about this wonderful group that we have, you teach us like the kabbalist that taught through thousands of generations continuing Rabash and Baal HaSulam, but we don't learn in a small closed group of kabbalists it's a very different method, there's a lot of advantages with thousands of people spread all over the Earth, but there's something in the dozens of years we are here that are not succeeding in making that small switch, that is demanded of us and supposedly we can. I remember you told us once that we were in the old building that if you would now, if you weren't connected to the world you would already be in attainment something like that, so what characterizes the spiritual work of Bnei Baruch in this time on the background of this crazy reality that we cannot implement it?

R. Again to say that it's connection.

S. But it was always connection what is special now?

R. The conditions change, the conditions that pressure us from outside demand of us to be tighter to one another, to feel to understand each the other. We have to see that there is no other way to understand this state.

29. S. (01:47:08) You continue the scrutiny we hear, we have to connect, we’re trying to connect all the time and the reality and the feeling of that you see more and more that you need a miracle that you can't there's a shell on your heart that closes you in on yourself and you can't feel the friends where there you try you'll drink you'll eat you'll try you'll pray in that shell you from that shell you can't come out and we feel we need a miracle we need the Upper Force to come and take the shell away and this feeling strengthens that we need a miracle here. That's it.

R. So what do we do?

S. Will you tell us what to do?

R. How do we come to the state if it has reached its final straw?

S. The feeling is there. To come out sorry for saying this but to come out of the s*** we're in we have to come out to everyone we need the help of the Creator to come up out of this is clear to everybody. That's it. That's the data everybody's doing you see look how everybody's sitting here prepared from the heart. I don't know what we need to happen, but we need it.

R. We need to obligate the Creator to answer us. That's what Rabash would usually answer me, you have a problem turn to Him, that's address Him, there is who to address, address Him. That's it. This is the whole obstacle.

S. That we're not a turning to Him enough that we won't help The Plea that... what connection?

R. A little child is not crying in his corner so that he won't be seen he runs to his mommy and cries to her like on her knees, why because he feels that that's his source in his mother and we don't feel that. We can't develop that feeling that we have a source, that's a problem.

30. S. (01:50:46) You said we have to obligate the Creator. In our state in one way to say it I'm a person of deeds, to obligate the Creator according to what I feel is that I say that tomorrow I'm going to come to the morning lesson too, as simple as it sounds I think that's what Rabbi Akiva taught us that he said that the water is penetrating if I'm prepared to go through this process every day upon this feeling and to commit it that tomorrow I'm going to come to the same place. I think that's what's going to help us with the commitment that we're going to come the next day to receive the remedy.

R. I agree 100% that is also how more or less I told Rabash, and he was happy to hear it, yes eventually that's what helps a person, that's called you engaged in Torah, and you expect salvation, where a person is asked when you he reaches after his passing to the Upper courthouse.

31. S. (01:52:19) To continue the questions of the friends. I want we talked about suffering, about feelings, what you feel you feel despair or not but I saw in me that I'm not afraid of suffering, so in truth I love suffering meaning according to the sufferings I have a connection with the Creator, so when I feel Joy I'm also happy because the confidence from Joy to strengthen the faith and I know this comes from the Creator and also in sufferings I'm happy because I have a demand so I want something but I can't attain it, so I have a connection with the Creator but what I'm afraid of is emptiness, emptiness that is you don't feel suffering or torments you have no connection with the Creator. So why, why is emptiness felt so heavily? That’s my question.

R. It's something wonderful what you're saying that the fear of emptiness, meaning the fear of disconnection from the Creator that I can ask and get an answer from not having any connection with him and I feel it as emptiness in me, that that there was a connection and it was torn, yes but that feeling we need to fight it and demand instead of it a feeling of connection and turn it into such a connection between us that we will be able to receive through it, we're able to receive all of the answers through it, all of the attainments of creation.

32. S. (01:55:14) It is written, and it is known what our sages said one who comes to purify as aided and the holy Zohar asks in what is he aided and he answers with a Holy Soul. How does a person come to such an outcry that he receives help from the Creator to give him a Holy Soul?

R. Also that cry comes from the Creator the revelation of the deficiency comes from the Creator. How to reach it? Only through persistence only through persistence, meaning that day after day to cry and cry and cry as much as possible even if it's tears with no meaning but through them we will reach a true deficiency, just like little children that they cry and still we see that it's nothing but afterwards where we get sick of it and still because you have to give the mercy we just give them what they want even though their deficiency isn't true.

33. S. (01:56:46) What does it mean that one is aided with a Holy Soul?

R. What helps is that a person doesn't deviate from the path when he holds on to nothing but leave. In no way does he ever leave the group and just keeps going forward. In that way he continues.

S. What does it mean that eventually he was helped with a Holy Soul? What happened with him actually, with that help that he received?

R. They open his eyes a bit they raise him up the degrees in the ladder and that's how he is.

S. Is this revealed as a gift for the work that he did? Or simply that I have labored, and I found meaning I was rewarded?

R. It's this way or that way we can determine precisely why we get a certain attitude and another from above.

S. This help with the Holy Soul does this happen once in a life or like The Exodus from Egypt or does it happen like every day for a person?

R. No no it happens on special points on the path.

34. S. (01:58:56) We are trying with all our might to come for a demand for her salvation, is my salvation dependent is my salvation dependent on other salvation then how can I implement this?

R. If my salvation depends on the friends?

S. If so how can I implement this?

R. Through the friends yes of course if I will never come out of Egypt, like we see according to the story you don't come out of Egypt alone but only through coming out together okay.

35. S. (01:59:52) What is upon us to do to correct our sins, can we say what we're to do is to observe the process we're going through?

R. No we don't have vessels to observe this process correctly we read about it we see it but to actually observe and research and keep going with the common decision together we still can't. What we can do is to just continue according to a few rules we have on the path that's it.

36. S. (02:00:56) There was something that confused me. A friend asked whether our final action, our final goal, is for it to be good and you said yes, and it's the opposite of what I understood that the goal, that can't lead us to the goal that we want because I want to do something good to someone who is great outside of me.

R. The Creator is the Good That Does Good if we eventually come to the state of incorporating in Him our state will be good too.

S. That's clear but the goal is not for it to be good for me is it?

R. Everyone.

37. S. (02:01:54) We are observing Mitzvot because they are important and in order not to receive reward and punishment. Where do we get these light Mitzvot from? Are we capable of observing the commandments when we discover His face?

R. Also true.

38. S. (02:02:34) And the people of Israel rose their side and their outcry came out. How can we come to this collectively? We see sometimes the friend is hurting and crying or is in pain but how do you come to this ideal condition so that it will happen in the whole society?

R. We don't need to wait for it to be revealed in all of society but the fact that we're connected we need to increase this feeling of the exile in our common heart. That's it.

39. S. (02:03:46) How and in what way can we compensate for the feeling that the Creator is our source, and we need to always turn to Him only, just like with the example of the son and his mother?

R. If we are connected together and we want to connect in order to come out of our ego’s control, we're constantly in contact with the Creator and we can turn to Him and demand of Him a spiritual ascent, that's it.

40. S. (02:04:51) We need to constantly hold on to that point of connection and act from it and operate from it and every moment in life. What is that point of connection? It sounds very much like a certain description that is very obscured. How to find that point of connection?

R. The point of connection is the central point to each, and every group and we need to depict to ourselves that we are in it and to ask, to demand, to pray that that point will connect us all together, all of us, and in this way we can come out of Egypt.

41. S. (02:05:44) I wanted to know how it works out. You did everything in wisdom in an outcry?

R. I didn't understand, read it again.

S. How is the state in which you have done everything in wisdom and the outcry?

R. How do the states work together? Well, that's because it's in a person. If a person can receive them together so it connects and if not so no.
