To Welcome the Bad as Much as the Good - Selected Excerpts from the Sources

1. Rav’s Introduction: This is actually the natural thing, that as all that we receive we receive from the Creator who is good that does good and it is impossible that he will do harm to anyone because he has no evil inclination. Evil inclination only exists within us so only good things emerge from him and so even though we accept it in an opposite way according to our nature, according to equivalence of form or disparity of form. So accordingly we need to make some correction here so that everything that I receive from the Creator which comes to me as good within me according to equivalence of form or disparity of form I invert it or transform it to good or bad. That just indicates to me my level of equivalence with the Creator but in fact it turns out that it doesn't matter what I feel, whatever comes from the Creator is good and so I have to bless for the bad as much as the good and I have to welcome all of it because outside in my feelings all of it is good. Let's learn from these quotes a bit and this is a very big issue, a great matter that we have to try to correct ourselves to the point that the whole world seems to us as good.

Reading excerpt #1: (02:21) “One must welcome the bad as one must welcome ...”

2. R. (03:15) In all our vessels that is in our heart and mind, all our thoughts, our feelings, all our qualities, we have to feel ourselves as receiving only goodness and if not it indicates that we have to correct that quality until it is filled with good. So that's an indication for us, it's the direction to which we have to advance in our correction, that if I don't bless for what comes to me as good, it is a place for correction, it indicates my brokenness. Therefore this obligation that man must welcome the bad as much as the good, this indicates that we have to reach a state where I don't just say it's good but I come to a state where I feel that only good exists in the entire world and there is nothing bad.

3. S. (04:39) When I connect with the friends, I can feel in this connection, in this love, the quality of the Creator who is good and does good but here it says with all your qualities, all your desires and thoughts, with all your might, how can you do it sometimes I can't see it?

R. When we will advance with whatever we can, this will open up more and more parts of the field that's between us and the Creator and we will correct further and further these parts as well and so we will advance until we will clarify, scrutinize all of it. In each and every discernment we will only feel good things the Creator doing to us, even though at first we felt it as only bad, only back and so we from the beginning of our reality in this world we exist in falsehood and we are being shown just a little bit of the truth out of our whole life of falsehood. Bit by bit we are shown the good qualities which are not what we thought of at first, they're all opposite to how we were initially born and then we began recognizing what it means to bless for the bad as much as the good, what it means to love the Creator with all our heart and soul and mind and all of it.

S. For us to be able to justify everything that's revealed we connect all of it to the connection, to the Rav, we discover one part?

R. Certainly, we correct everything inside the ten, if I understood you correctly.

4. S. (07:10) What is the meaning of what is written here that even if he takes your soul?

R. Meaning even if you feel like you're losing your life, it doesn't matter, what's important for you is to remain bonded with the good Creator and even though you think that this good is not happening, you have to hold on to the Creator as good. In the meantime, it's not that relevant for us because we're advancing like little kids, that we are only given good things to feel, to try, to taste, only good things so that we will grow by that.. Then the more a person advances then he starts to receive things that are not that pleasant, not that tasty and thus he continues to grow and that's how we get rid of our will to receive.

5. S. (08:48) When we have global problems should we or how can we maintain the ten without breaking meaning if we have to build a common attitude to global problems in order to avoid crashing?

R. It's according to the movements, inclinations, actions, that we make in order to hold ourselves together, there's nothing really special here, whether it's a global problem or a personal problem, it doesn't matter.

6. S. (09:44) What is good, when I feel good I feel fulfillment, what is the definition of good?

R. The good is what I feel in connection with the Creator, when I feel a connection to him that connection itself, that I feel to the Creator, that is what I refer to as good, this is like a baby that clings to its mother, that's good.

S. And until then I feel bad in my heart and I have to convince myself that I feel good?

R. It depends on what state you're talking about. I don't know, what do you mean until then? We always have to try to feel ourselves in connection with the Creator, that anything that comes comes from him and it's good that does good and the fact that we feel bad simply indicates to us what we have to correct in order to reach the good, the truth, that all the bad states seemingly bad as they seem to us, they point to our lack of connection with the Creator, that's our whole correction.

7. S. (11:14) I heard that a person cannot correct himself, the Creator must do it, he's doing everything so if a person cannot give himself the feeling of the Creator, the attainment, what can he do while he feels only?

R. A person must in each and every state describe, depict to themselves that he is close to the Creator, bonded with him and therefore he has to feel good, he should feel good and the fact that he now has a feeling or a thought opposite to it, then that thought or feeling needs to be corrected, that's all.

S. You say that we can feel good and happy before some attainment?

R. From making such actions one will then feel himself as good and joyful.

Reading excerpt #2: (12:38) “One must bless on the bad as he blesses on the good ...”

8. R. (13:20) The Creator each time opens to us more and more the form of connection between us and certain that connection is completely, completely broken and this is called “I've created the evil inclination”. We each time have to detect this connection,, even measure this connection to the extent we can and try to correct it, that is our whole work but when we reveal the lack of connection that needs to be joyful to us because, all in all, now I'm just covering how I can connect to the Creator, cling to the Creator. Therefore these states are joyful states, one must welcome the bad as much as the good because the Creator is playing this to us for better and for worse, for better and for worse and we have to play along with him and accept this connection with him of farther and closer and accept it joyfully.

You know how kids are happy and laughing and joyful when they play that way, so that's how we have to play with the Creator because all in all, by this game that we're getting closer and father, closer and father, we have to recognize it's all literally a game. It's only in order to teach us how to hold ourselves in all the states and adhesion with the Creator in whatever states that happen and the final correction is that, in that all the evil joins to the good.

Then we adhere to the Creator both through the good and through the bad and so that everything then becomes good, all in all our entire work, all our corrections are about clinging to the Creator that it all comes from him and it's good that does good. Then we don't have anything left to do but rejoice from receiving this work each time more and more and that as quickly as possible we need to achieve adhesion with the Creator both through the good and through the bad, in a complete manner, that's all. If that happens we don't need to correct anything else, this is already the form of correction and the final correction, certainly there's many discernments here but they're all in front of us and they are all solved, with this way, in this form.

9. S. (16:47) It says that a person has to believe that this evil is for his own good, the word believe, does that point to a higher degree?

R. That he believes means that in the meantime he accepts and he accepts that what he receives as bad but he has to accept it in a way that it comes to him in order to correct him, so that he can rise to a degree or he identifies that the bad is good. So that's how we first have to correct the situation but then we have to begin work with that bad, with the evil inclination as coarseness of the spiritual level and then with the help of this coarseness, we actually begin to receive the light of Hochma in order to bestow and by that we begin clarifying the Creator, revealthe Creator but not just the saying that it's good but working with it.

10. S. (18:10) We start to hate gradually the reception, what's the first thing we begin to reject from ourselves?

R. I wouldn't say that we need to reject something away from us, we don't need to reject anything, we need to accept whatever we have and determine our attitude to it, our relation to it. I don't need to reject anything, I need to determine my inner attitude to what is becoming revealed and the correction is in seeing in everything that appears to me that it comes from the Creator. Not from people, not from different actions, not from nature, from the Creator and everything that comes in order for me to correct myself. Then I don't try to correct others I can give some advice or some opinion that I have to my friends but to try to correct others, no. I just know that whatever comes, whatever I feel in my senses and my mind happens in order for me to direct myself more and more toward equivalence with the Creator. That whatever appears to me I'll accept it as good as for the better and what he orchestrated for me before and after I just go with it as much as I can in adhesion with him, that there's None Else Besides Him.

S. Receive everything and justify the Creator yes?

R. Right, yes.

11. S. (20:46) So you can say that a person corrects of the evil to the good and by that he rises a degree and he does it all the way to the 125th degree?

R. Yes yes of course, the Creator said “I created the evil inclination, I created the spice of Torah”, all kinds of means in order to correct ourselves so that we receive the evil inclination so we accept it as that we discover that it actually was never there. We read some source excerpt about that where he says that the evil inclination actually never existed, it exists because within us the Creator created such an observation and that's what we have to correct, all in all it's to correct our perspective.

S. No translation.

R. Yes, yes.

12. S. (22:02) It's clear that there's great work in ascribing everything to the Creator but it's not clear that meaning why is there anything else that we need to do in addition to ascribing it to him?

R. There's more work to do don't worry but ultimately they are all against the Creator, why, because there's no other source None Else Besides Him.

S. The question is when the person ascribes everything to the Creator isn't there a danger that it will turn a person passive?

R. No, no, because you have to do it. it's a very active work that whatever you receive. you receive it from the Creator and you have to accept it in such a way that you give back to him, that you connect to him that is the whole work in bestowing in order to bestow, receiving in order to bestow.

S. What about the work to the reality around us?

R. What reality.

S. Let’s say something happens to a person, and he says well it's from the Creator?

R. All the incidents that happened to us are happening in order for us to aim them towards the Creator, what else. I'm just asking you one thing that did you hear there's None Else Besides Him?

S. Yes.

R. So what else are you saying?

S. So that's what I'm saying. what more is there besides None Else Besides Him?

R. Besides None Else Besides Him there's nothing.

S. What is in a person that he receives something unpleasant?

R. Only to relate everything to the Creator, yet you don’t know how to do it that is why you're confused. How can you take all these incidents back to the Creator, you don't take them back you take what you feel from them back, how you are impressed by them in different ways, that what you're tying to the Creator linking to the Creator.

13. S. (24:37) We ascribe everything to None Else Besides Him that good that does good to all of reality. In practice our reality is divided into two, the reality of the ten where everything is the good that does good and the second reality outside of the ten which is completely opposite, the question is how do I connect, combine these two worlds into one?

R. We attribute them to the Creator, the Creator is one both towards the ten and towards humanity.

14. S. (25:12) I heard from what you said that the good is when I feel connection with the Creator and in all the states I have to feel exactly that. I admit that I don't think I ever felt a connection with the Creator so from here is the question. Can you tell us a little bit about that sensation so I can yearn for it emotionally and obligate myself, my body, my reason to feel this way?

R. You need, you just need to describe to yourself that you are always connected to the Creator and to try to always go back to that and in each and every state, especially the unpleasant states that the Creator orchestrates for you. Specifically there he shows you how much you can aim towards him and tend towards him, that's the only place you have to be and the best is if you take the friends and with them you long to be connected to the Creator, along with them. Because all in all when you long and yearn on your own your it's a very small force but if you long together with the friends it's a very big thing because each one has to concede himself in order to connect with the friends and each one has to long for the Creator, that each one is depicting in a different way and so you're beginning to paint the picture of the Creator, that form in a very unique way, that's what I advise you to do.

15. S. (27:37) You're emphasizing the action of correction of the thought and the action, what's required in order to perform an action called correction?

R. What's required is to be together as much as possible and aim ourselves to the Creator, that it's coming from him and that it's always the broken form that comes from him and when we begin to aim ourselves towards him, to that extent the broken form can invert to the corrected form, the sweet form. But it's not that we turn to him in order to sweeten it but in order to bring him contentment because through the bad we relate to him as good and we're in a struggle to transform the bad that appears to us as a negative connection between us and the Creator to a good connection, a sweet connection between us and the Creator and then we transform the bad to good and the bitter to sweet.

S. In our states where we can display a great deal of patience over time so in the end we'll see that everything was in the good. How do we continue to hold on to faith, to the states that last a long time despite the doubts that awaken?

R. Doubts have to arise because that means that foreign thoughts, foreign desires arise in us and we correct them by our relation to them, we have to be happy that they awaken these thoughts and desires and thus we will advance. A person has to always be working in inner scrutinies and so it poses no problem for him, what's the problem, it's good that it happens that way. So what it would be better just to have some truth, in some apathy, no, we have to try and always be in inner and outer scrutinies with ourselves, with the group, with humanity, with the Creator and always correct ourselves, sharpen our attitude to it as much as possible, that's the path of correction.

S. If the level of the difficulty as we advance, the level of difficulty requires greater faith of us, as we advance it will it grow more?

R. Of course it will grow, otherwise what does it mean that we are advancing, of course there will be states that are much more complex, confusing and we will advance with them but we're already learning like for instance with the incidents that we are going through right now, especially myself, I learn a lot from it and if you are bonded between you and to me and if we study these sources and really want to undergo them in practice then it works, then we're already correcting many shells through that.

S. On the topic you described we are going through states and you said that the states will become harsher as we advance, now a Kabbalist he corrected his will to receive which is in order to bestow. The question is can a Kabbalist fall into receive in order to receive or is there no such state?

R. The Creator typically guards and gives the person, each and every person exactly that portion that one must swallow so to speak and first feel it as bitter but then through his inner correction, in relationship to the Creator and the world and the group, transform the bad to good, the bitter to sweet.

S. There's no guarantee, to the end of correction, that's why we will remain in the will to receive to bestow there's always that danger that we will always fall in order to receive?

R. So how will you advance if you don't fall, there's always darkness, light, bitter, sweet.

S. The falls of the Kabbalists are so difficult?

R. What are you so afraid about but then do what you have to do, what are you starting to think about what will happen to me there that will make me fall. What's going on, what are these questions, you go forward and that's it you have to proof, you have the teacher, you have the method in your hands. So go what fear do you have from falling, you'll fall of course and then you'll rise again, all in all there is the Upper force above you that wishes to bring you to the final correction and all of us, all of us.

16. S. (34:20) What kind of agreement should we have in the ten so that we should use the evil inclination as feel, how are we going to keep that?

R. That we have to be together in each and every state, that together is the best state, the highest state there can be, that's it because it says even an abandoned city can't be destroyed, that's what we have to understand.

17. S. (34:25) To what extent I can ascribe everything to the Creator without forgetting my responsibilities with all the actions I'm doing?

R. It all depends on man's degree, you first have to incorporate with the group and with the group incorporate with the Creator who's at the center of the group. However we can envision him and then as much as we can, we demand, we ask from him and accordingly he helps us that's how it is.

18. S. (36:22) We just had a great, great Congress with a great feeling of connection, love of friends and I have a very great feeling about it. I did not feel let's say any rejection or whatever is this let's say I missed the opportunity for correction, how must I interpret this?

R. When did you miss it during the correction, during the Congress you missed the correction, how is that possible it's the best place for correction because you're connecting with others.

S. Okay. What would a sign be?

R. You have nothing to be afraid of.

S. It is already correction you say.

R. The Congress is already a correction itself. The convention is a connection, connection is our whole direction to the complete correction.

S. So you say in the state of continuous feeling of a Congress that were truly there for each other then we're constantly in a feeling of that we are already in connection and we don't get any signs of rejection or will later on?

R. I think that every day we have Congress that we are simply in a continuous connection, we have the morning lesson, the noon lesson and then some connection between you and we advance all the time through greater and greater gatherings between us, the progress is very very good.

19. S. (38:44) I realize that when I'm doing an internal scrutinization the ego wants to escape from it because the more I do inner scrutiny, the more I reveal pain and difference of form between me and the Creator so in this state how to find internal powers to justify the Creator?

R. Inner power is hard to find out on your own because where will they come from so the most natural is from the connection, the more a person feels that he's willing to embrace his entire group and the whole world wide Bnei Baruch group and everyone, everyone together. That gives him strength only that because in the multitude of people is the King's glory so the more he's connected to more and more groups and connects with them, through that he receives strength from the Creator. We have no possibility to connect to the Creator in a large conduit, in a large bandwidth, but through connection between people.

S. Asking the Creator inside me, what is the point of all of this trouble, all of this mess?

R. In order to bring you to connection, to bring you to connection, there's no other way.

S. What is the point of connection?

R. The goal of this connection is that you will connect in a true correct way to the whole vessel the Creator created and from that vessel you'll be like the point of Keter that connects to the Creator. So this way each and everyone in this vessel of Adam HaRishon has to be connected to the others and also connect with the Creator as the point of Keter, of his Keter and thus everyone comes to a point of contact with all the other participants, that's what we call 600,000 souls and with the Creator.

S. Joy and harmony?

R. Sure of course, harmony and joy.

S. But not inside will to receive, harmony and joy of giving so it will not have an end?

R. In the will to receive that is corrected in order to bestow, this corrected vessel the will to receive this corrected vessel, I give that vessel an intention to bestow, that's how it is.

S. This whole story, this whole connection between man and the Creator, it seems to be like a connection between man and woman, like a flirt, so on the one hand you want to give everything, you want to give satisfaction, happiness to the person you love but it doesn't feel that way.

R. That's on the way you still can't say that you still don't have all the experience required.

20. S. (43:20) The sages said that we have to believe that this evil is not actually harming us, is this how to justify the Creator?

R. There's nothing in the world to our detriment, everything is to bring us towards the final correction, if we accept that in advance, a priori, and we go with that then we are certain to succeed because we say about the Creator that he is the good that does good and whatever he sends us is in order to advance us towards the final correction.

21. S. (44:15) Seemingly there's a contradiction in what the Kabbalists advise us, on the one hand we have to welcome and the bless the bad as we do the good, on the other hand they teach us to hate it, he who loves the Creator should hate the evil, how to reconcile it?

R. I have to hate that form that appears until I transform it to good, that's all, more accurately I have to hate the feeling that this bad thing awakens in me and until I correct myself and through the bad I relate to the Creator as good and then I discover the bad as good. That's the work and through such actions like that I then look at all the bad and the Creator and me, that we are all connected in good.

S. If a person in any given state ascribes everything he can in his feeling, in his mind, he ascribes everything, all the states to there's None Else Besides Him, the good that does good, what next?

R. That's it, he concluded this correction for now, now will come a greater disturbance and that too needs to be corrected and in such a proportional way, he has to reach a state where all the bad that appears in the small portions he attributes it to good so it's NRNNY over NRNHY over NRNHY until the final correction.

S. So what is it, he only waits, what does it mean?

R. He's working on himself to relate everything he's got only to None Else Besides Him good that does good.

22. S. (46:33) We have such a thing called trying to, insisting on, understanding everything with the intellect, and I remember that the sages also told us because my thoughts are not your thoughts and my path are not your path, this is my word so we have to take into consideration that the Creator is an Upper system whose plans are not something we can grasp completely with our intellect.

R. We don't need to understand intellectually, we need to carry out what's written for us and from that we come to the right perception.

S. It's an inhibiting factor?

R. Let's say so.

23. S. (47:38) How is the method of Kabbalah different from all the other methods that say everything is from or for the good?

R. I don't know, I don't know all the other approaches and I don't want to know them.

24. S. (47:59) How do we work with corrections that our ego doesn't let us do them out of pride?

R. We connect more with the group and then we can overcome the ego.

25. S. (48:18) It says I've created the evil inclination, I've created the Torah as a spice, is the evil inclination something good?

R. Of course, there is no evil inclination, it's only in order to show us a direction towards the Creator from the broken states that the Creator initially created in us.

26. S. (48:42) You said that there's a need to imagine the Creator in a special way, in what way should we imagine the Creator?

R. Only as the good that does good that takes care of us loyally.

27. S. (49:02) When I go through states that leave behind wounds of pain and tragedy should I think that the Creator sent them?

R. Everything is sent by the Creator, it all depends on how we accept it. If we're not ready, then the best states become opposite accordingly.

28. S. (49:29) When things happen to family members, children, spouses, it seems like it's hurting more than when it happens to me, is this done on purpose?

R. Yes and we still don't know how to reply to that and how to accept that, I understand that, when relatives are harmed, but we have to understand that it's also a correction at least intellectually if not emotionally it's too hard but that too is a correction.

29. S. (50:05) How does the blessing over the bad actually happen when you're incorporated in the Ten?

R. That we connect together in the Ten and we can discuss all these things that appear as bad. that seem bad, through the scrutinies between us we can come to a state where we accept them as good things that come in order to connect us in order to advance us to raise our level of thinking and desire and scrutiny to a higher level than before and then we see that it's actually not bad it's actually all good.

30. S. (50:57) What's the difference between ascribing everything to the Creator and equivalence of form?

R. It's the same thing. To relate everything to the Creator, to good, means to achieve equivalence of form with him.

31. S. (51:21) What can we do with the feeling when I feel bad, I feel hate, what to do with such feelings?

R. We have to understand that there's no loss. nothing's lost in our world and even though we feel someone is not with us anymore it's, on the contrary, it means we have an eternal friend and we have to advance with whatever we’re given and feel that he's with us and we'll come to such states where these friends who fell or disappeared on the path or are no longer in this world, who have passed away, we will feel that they are with us. In the meantime we can't engage with what's hidden, but it will happen, the connection will come.

32. S. (53:00) The level of intentions when I relate everything to the Creator that changes the feelings in the body, the organs. What is the mechanism that connects the level of intention to the sensations in the body?

R. By body do you mean flesh-and-blood body or spiritual body?

S. Spiritual body, the will to receive begins to feel happy even when I only have the intention of relating to the Creator.

R. So everything is interconnected, it's all connected.

33. S. (53:50) In the German Congress we felt this power, the power of together and, in this feeling of together, there's also a feeling of repulsion, although there's confidence in the Creator but there's also a feeling of repulsion, although it's covered. What to add, how to accelerate the states in order to not remain in the state? The Creator will accelerate the state? How not to remain in this feeling of confidence?

R. We have to follow the rule that love covers all crimes, all crimes are covered by love, and if we go that way then we reveal the crimes and we're happy that they appear because then we can rise even higher, raise our level of connection that needs to be above all of the details, differences, feuds between us and so forth.

So it's not for no reason that Rabbi Shimon’s students came to each and every lesson in the state where they wanted to kill each other, so much so, because during the lesson they were able to make such a connection between them and rise above that level and that's how they rose, these are the degrees by which we rise, so let's say now that we have between us all kinds of feuds and misunderstandings and between men and women also, women and women, and so on. We have to understand that this will happen more and more that we will be like a stew that's cooking on a stove constantly cooking that's what will happen in us, but along with it, we have to understand that we're above it and that specifically by that we keep rising we keep rising and rising and to greater and greater connection. So be happy in reaching a state every day where we disagree where we even don't want to be to look at each other.

Reading excerpt #3: (01:00) “There are two ways that ...” Twice.

34. S. (01:03:51) no translation

R. Don't ask me, ask yourself why the Creator sent me this, and then answer, why are you asking me? Ask yourself why are you getting such states and who is sending them to you. Of course the Creator because there's None Else Besides Him, he is the only one who is sending them to you. Why does he send them to you? Ask him, clarify it, perhaps in order to advance you to him. How can he advance you to him? By having you according to the states he awakens in you, having you start looking for the most correct state, the closest state to the Creator, meaning you have a place for work right now. How can you, above what he sending you, bring yourself closer to him? And then you will see that what he did to you is actually nothing but wanting to pull you to draw you closer to him and then you won't have any questions.

Try to go according to what he awakens in you, he constantly gives you his questions, it's exactly like when we're standing with a little child and we wish to teach him how to walk, so we move back and we let him go, we move back and then he cries and he doesn't know what to do, and how is he going to fall now. We have to do it in order to awaken him to take another step forward, another one and then another one and then another one, that's how it is. So look how the Creator is teaching you how to take those steps in spirituality, then you won't have any questions but only to do, only to play with him, specifically you and him who can be together in this one game where he teaches you how to come closer to him all the time.

35. S. (01:06:48) What is the reward of repentance written about in the article?

R. When we receive a reward, it's for choosing to approach the Creator over the obstacles, then this approaching, the nearing itself, is the reward. Is that clear?

36. S. (01:07:34) Many people went through a lot of suffering before they got here. Was that in order for them to start to study?

R. Yes, of course. Many people, when they came here, they went through many unpleasant states, difficult states, they were looking for something. They knew what they were looking to want to get out of life, and that's why they came here.

S. Is there value to the suffering in a quantitative and qualitative sense?

R. This is all part of the calculation of attaining the goal, and when we get to it you will see how beneficial it truly is to the correction of the soul.

37. S. (01:08:32) What is the trigger to hasten the time?

R. Only the connection between us, only in the connection between us.

38. S. (01:08:49) According to the excerpt, it's not exactly clear what's the difference between the first and second path. It seems like the second is that I justify all the troubles because I saw that everything leads me to good, and in the other path it's like the trouble itself is . .

R. That's called bestow in order to bestow, and the other one is called receiving in order to bestow. That's how it works in spiritual degrees. We have to accept everything for the best, you're right.

39. S. (01:09:36) A friend from Africa also asked you, if None Else Besides Him, where is the personal responsibility, meaning things I do, and the result, that has to do with nothing?

R. Personal responsibility is when I'm involved with the Ten and with the Ten, with our entire great Kli, I try to include everyone and to pull everyone. And don't think that it's only me, the one who is delivering the lesson that I pull everyone behind me. Each one of you is doing it even if he is quiet all during the lesson.

S. I'm not just talking about that, but let's say we do some dissemination action together and let's say that it is not succeeding and we tried to start a campus, of course, and students don't come. So do we say we've done everything, None Else Beside Him, or do we try to understand where we went wrong?

R. We need to understand where we went wrong.

S. So how does that work with None Else Besides Him?

R. Because the Creator wants us to connect more, to be more prepared, to learn more, to prepare ourselves for this new absorption and then he will arrange it for us to have students.

S. I'm not talking about more connection. I'm talking about, just as an example, advertising something, starting a campus course. In this way, the way I hear it, we remove all the responsibility from us. We did something, it didn't work, okay, we're going to connect, whatever we did was certainly good, that's how it sounds.

R. I don't understand you.

S. As an example, we did an action of dissemination and it didn't succeed.

R. So?

S. So, it didn't succeed. Do we need to make conclusions about what we did, whether it was wrong, or do we go into the Ten and make an action of connection and say that the Creator will correct it?

R. Both. We continue on the path getting a summary, conclusions of what happened and also you need to bring it closer to people, to make it more attractive, and also to do it in practice. You are proud, you are putting a condition before the Creator. No, we won't advance because it's not working for us. Why isn't it working for you? Maybe on the contrary, maybe the Creator wants you to make a greater effort. You say it in such a way that of course you won’t succeed in this way. I worked on this for years in order to attract people, to put together the group, and more and more. What do you mean? If I didn't do it now, do you think that you would have come to the group and connect with them and study by yourself day by day every day? I'm not so certain.

S. I agree 100 percent, that's why I feel that I don't want to criticize anyone. I feel like this topic of drawing conclusions and changing direction and trying to do things anew, I hear more None Else Besides Him; whatever happened happened, that's why I asked.

R. Incorrect. You are telling the Creator seemingly what you can't do. No, you need to do everything, everything and on top of that to say the Creator will finish the job for me. What will be, will be, but I have to continue, and then again you fail, and the Creator will finish for you. I have to be like a fool, like a machine, I have to do those things. Look what's written about Baal HaSulam on how he has spent hours in the printers and his hands were poisoned by lead, nevertheless he would sit there to put together the text to prepare it for printing, and that's how he printed his books, what are you talking about, I heard about it from Rabash, how the whole family, including the little girls, would all work on those things, and that's how it is, can you know if it doesn't work? We won't go there, we won't go. What form does it have?

40. S. (01:15:03) Rav, you talked about corrections. What is corrected in the world Kli?

R. You're doing a great thing. Day by day about 3,000 people, more or less, even more, are connecting to the lesson, then in the afternoon and throughout the day we are influencing ourselves and the whole world, all of their reality really, and of course there are people who disagree with it, they hate it, they don't want it, that's how the Creator arranges inside the shell, inside the Holiness, and they wish to do harm, and each day we connect more and we become stronger. Of course there will be more problems, more troubles, all kinds of things, and the Creator is arranging for those who advance many things along the way because, specifically on top of that, they rise, they deserve a reward, so we will continue, we are going to continue. We have to respect the lesson a bit more and participation in the lesson a bit more.

41. S. (01:16:34) Thank you teacher. What influences the speed of my response to the attitude of None Else Besides Him with a problem that I feel?

R. What affects it is the connection between us, between all of us and to him because, in the center of this connection, we give the Creator room to be revealed between all of us and he will lead us to a common embrace, a common connection, a common correction. I believe everything will be corrected quickly and we will all be together both physically and spiritually. I am really waiting for this day, but, spiritually speaking, we're together now as well. So let's not forget about that, on the contrary, let's enlarge the opportunity before us. It is very hard for me to actually think and speak of it, but I believe this will change faster than what we think.

S. We are going through certain corrections right now, especially you are showing us according to your example. How can we be closer to you to support you in this? Maybe you will tell us what stage it is that you are accordingly here?

R. I am not doing anything special except for one thing, to be closer to you and with the Creator, because there is no reason for things that are happening - it doesn't matter if somebody is, God forbid, ill or someone is locked in somewhere, or somewhere it's taking different shapes between us, there is no other reason for all these things between us except to bring us closer and lead us to connection, to such intensity that the Creator has to be revealed, we have to reach such intensity of tension that the Creator has to be revealed, and the Creator is starting to unite the connection between us.

This is why this is all we need, all we need to do is to learn things from what we're going through, believe me, I am very happy with these different states we are going through. There is a verse about that. “The paths of the Lord are straight, the righteous will walk on them and the wicked will fail” and this includes everyone - some with what we're going through some are becoming stronger, it affects them in a good way and some run away, they have all kinds of excuses, so they run away, they distance themselves, this is what we see and the wisdom of Kabbalah is really being revealed and it shows us examples about ourselves.

42. S. (01:20:52) Thank you teacher, for allowing us to ask for this degree of confidence and decisiveness where we rely on the friends, even if we are doing something, the smallest of things, we nevertheless advance towards the Creator?

R. Yes, if what we're doing is towards the connection between us, despite the disturbances, even a small motion is a motion towards the final correction, a motion towards the revelation of the Creator. On the way we have to discover him as the good that does good, and then as the one that controls everyone, that there is None Else Besides Him.

43. S. (01:22:00) You talk now about the power of connection which brings the eruption of the Creator between us. What is that power of connection?

R. The intensity of the connection is revealed upon resistance for connection, the coarseness that is revealed, that is a resistance for connection, and the intensity of the screen is the intensity of connection upon the coarseness. Yes, and this is how we discover the vessel. When according to the great coarseness that should be, at least in the certain state, and the screen, meaning when we shut, we close all the coarseness between us, all these egoistic desires that are in collision.

As if there are in the closed space hating each other, and we close them down together in order to restrict them, and above them control with one intention, one screen, one direction towards the Creator as the one cause of it all, when we want to be connected despite all that, and we hold the bad in us in the way that it won’t run away, that it won't jump, this is how we hold it and reach identification with the Creator. Inside there is a fire burning and we're sitting on them, on all these desires and thoughts of evil, and above them we connect and we then reach adhesion with the Creator. To the extent that we close them down, to that extent a screen comes.

S. Can we say that it’s the intensity of our pressure?

R. To the extent that we put pressure on all the thoughts of separation, according to that we reach connection and a tendency towards the Creator. It is real practical, that is what we have to do now, and according to that we will discover that the Creator is before us. It is not about talking and talking, it has to be real between us, we are close to that.

44. S. (01:25:28) Good morning. First of all we want to thank you for the example that you are giving us every day, and the question, if I say that what I feel, no matter whether it's good or bad, that it comes from the Creator, is that already truth and good?

R. Of course. Of course. That is something already.

45. S. (01:26:11) Dear teacher, the separation that you're talking about right now is the coarseness, it comes from the Creator, and the screen that we build, the love between us, where does that come from? What do we need to do in the Ten for that to appear?

R. That too comes from the Creator, but according to our exertion, yes? By wanting to connect between us, we awaken the light that reforms, and then we feel that there is a connection between us, and this connection is really coming and strengthening us, gluing us together. Now we're building this, for instance, because we have all kinds of misunderstandings, disputes, maybe we can even say distances between us, and we are working on it in order to connect, so the two opposite forces, the force of separation that exists between us and the force of connection that we would want to have between us, of these two forces.

When we start working on them more and more, and the force of separation grows and the force of connection has to grow, and then we come to a state where the Creator organizes us for a situation where the force of connection will be above the force of separation, below the force of separation will be revealed as coarseness and above it the force will be revealed, the restriction, screen, and reflected light and we’ll feel that by that we are connected to the Creator according to the law of equivalence of form of to the extent that all of our coarseness by our action, connection, action, screen, and the rest to the Creator will resemble the Creator, and then I to my beloved and my beloved to me, at least in the first and second degree that is how it is revealed, it is simply before us.

46. S. (01:28:40) I have a question about the sufferings that Rabash talked about. We are aimed at ‘in haste’ because in the state of ‘in due time’ we need suffering to reach correction. What is the specificity of these sufferings that Rabash is talking about?

R. Each one feels the suffering in a way that is personal to him because each one has his own root of his soul, and each one has a different point where he's connected to the others. So you can’t say there's only one thing, even if we call all our different states be one word, each one will interpret it differently and he puts in a different feeling into that, that is why there is a verse, as their faces are not similar their emotions and actions are not similar, so one person cannot resemble another completely, there is no such thing, otherwise there would be one.

47. S. (01:30:44) If the Creator is sending us these obstacles, should we send these obstacles back to him in the same form it came to us, or do we need to do something ourselves with these obstacles?

R. We need, how should I say it, what word is it,we need to incorporate all our different states to talk about them, to be incorporated by them, and then to decide how we are addressing the Creator in return.

48. S. (01:31:30) Could you tell us please how to connect everything to the Creator? How do we practically do this?

R. You simply need to all the time think, all the time that there is None Else Besides Him and that we are truly in a world that is entirely governed by one force and this is something even scientists talk about, everyone, there is one force. The problem is, if this is true, we have to agree that this special force, one unique and unified is the force of the thought, the the force of the thought, and the truth is scientists agree with that, that the whole universe is the force of a thought there's only one thought in general, it's like one computer and we're inside it and it is governing us. So, we have to think about that, but we are certainly under one force, this is how we are all activated, that’s for sure.

49. S. (01:32:52) How can we help people who lost their faith in the Creator because of the bad things that happened in their life?

R. We need to strengthen each other that everything comes to us comes from the Creator, there is None Else Besides Him, and we learned that from the first day when we came to the wisdom of Kabbalah, that there is None Else Besides Him, and this is why, this is how we need to continue to understand, to believe and understand and later to discover. We do not have any other way to discover the Creator, that he is the real one, the only one and unified force in all of reality.

50. S. (01:33:46) What is the difference between the bad that I should bless upon and the bad in me that I should hate?

R. Everything comes from the Creator. It's only that there are all kinds of means that it comes through, that's why I need to discover my relation both for the bad and the good, when it comes as it comes from one source.

51. S. (01:34:15) By what does this turning point happen from suffering to understanding that everything is good?

R. From what it happens? I don't understand.

S. What’s that turning point from that feeling of suffering that we feel, to the understanding that everything is good?

R. Oh, if I feel that it's for my own good or maybe even it's above it if I don't accept that it comes from the good Creator then I am kicking him, that is how it is. I have to make sure that I am guarding my connection to him, that it is straight, when I am before him I have to be open, I have to be naked.

52. S. (01:35:28) Justifying the Creator there is a gap between identifying that it comes from him to justifying him and then also rejoicing from it. How can you close that gap in the word between us and the Creator?

R. Only by us all the time trying to cling through the friends to the Creator that closes everything for us. You can bring me thousands and thousands of questions, but all of them in the end come down to one solution: be connected between us, and out of that, reach a connection with the Creator, all in all,l that is it. These stages are very clear, from love of others to the love of the Creator, that is our path, if we start dispersing, we lose the direction.

53. S. (01:36:25) Will we be able to come to such a connection between us that there will be no troubles on the path?

R. I don't think so, I don't think so because our will to receive is very cunning, it's big and we need to correct connection with the Creator through this will to receive, that is why it doesn't seem to me that our path will be ever more pleasant or easy, on the contrary, the more we advance, that's why they say wars before the revelation of the Messiah will be very difficult very serious but we have to shift them from being physical wars to being spiritual wars because with spiritual wars we can and all the problems very quickly, it's in our hands it's not that we're bringing it out of our hands to the public, many people, and so let's hope we'll finish all this wars with the revelation of evil and correction of evil in a spiritual way and fast.

54. S. (01:37:51) How can we support the states that are happening to Rav right now and to the friends?

R. Just strengthen yourselves, that we are getting it from the Creator in order to rise above it, and to connect between us and the Creator. That is all. There is nothing else besides him, and besides that, and believe me I don't feel these sufferings. I feel it is an opportunity for a greater connection, that is what I feel, that's why the more and more sufferings appear, the more we need to correctly accept them and to hasten the connection and correction.

55. S. (01:38:55) Is there a certain expectation from the students right now?

R. It's the same with the students now. I am certain that women can do spiritual work here no less than the men, connect and support the connection and come close to the Creator, that is all we need, all in all our goal is connection between us and the Creator. There are those external forces we need to fight, these or those? no, only connection between us, that is all we need and externally, as if you don't hear it, you don't see it. I just accept it as an incentive for connection.
