1. Rav’s Introduction: Yes, indeed our progress can be through the upper force. It is clear to us that only the Creator brings the force of bestowal and this addition of the force of bestowal in us, in each and everybody and all of us together is what brings us closer to the purpose of creation. There we all exist together as one man in one heart but in order to promote ourselves towards this we can do it through the work between us. All the work that we need to do is for us to discover the necessity of connection for uniting, crossing or adhesion, for us to discover in this each time how necessary this thing is and how in that it is necessary and how necessary it is to get help from the Creator because without his help, without the addition of the force of bestowal from him which is his nature, it should enter us and it should connect us and unite us. Without this we won't be able to come closer to this state which is called the end of our correction where we are so united that we are also united with him, the upper force, the force of bestowal. This is why, whatever happens from above, we will talk about it. Also by which actions does the Creator awaken us and how he advance us, moves us from one and which is the complete shattering, to the other end, which is the complete connection between us. However we need mostly to talk about the states of how we elevate ourselves, by ourselves. Where is our own work, our participation so that we will be the partners of the Creator? This is most important.

Scrutinizing what it is that we need to do, what is upon us to do in order for us to wake up the Creator so he would perform this action on us. On the one hand, we say that we need to correct ourselves, on the other hand, we say that the Creator is the one who corrects us. Where precisely is this combination between us and the Creator? Certainly here there is participation and this participation is not simple, it's quite complex because in the end of this participation we reach Dvekut, adhesion. Such a connection where all of our elements, desires, thoughts, actions, our dispositions, everything that is in us, they all come together and reach a connection with those same inclinations from the Creator towards us. This is how he created us, shaped us. Therefore, we are coming closer to adhesion, thereby it seems that we need to elevate ourselves, it is quite complex and in this, this is where we are each time, in that process. This is our development, our spiritual evolution and this is how we need to locate it and to see how much from one day to the next we are on that, we are operating, active, activating ourselves with mutual help between us and in this we will see how it will be realized.

This topic is very important because actually we might say that all that we go through is important and it is true. However, bit by bit we move towards states that are all more inclusive, more practical. Raising ourselves this is truly a very important state. Why? As it says, elevating ourselves which is to begin with we feel ourselves fallen, that we are down below, what we mean by down, that we are in a feeling of distancing from one another. We don't have an inclination towards each other. We do not feel, we do not appreciate the connection between us as something important, as a purpose of our spiritual development, not only ours but the whole creation, the whole mankind has to come back and become once again a single integral mechanism. This is why the state that we feel and we determine it to be a descent where we have no forces, we do not have desires, feelings, we do not feel that we lack coming closer, connecting through an inner connection. We are satisfied with whatever we have right now on the physical, external level, Well we do have some group, we have some organization, we seemingly have a big ten with thousands of people, men and women together and then we do not feel that this state is not complete and we have to do it with our emotional sensitive more than that. I don't have this inner feeling that all my bones shall say that I am drawn to internal connection to others so there would be no space between us, there would be no distance between us. We won't be speaking about the connection of the physical bodies and the distances in this physical world where we are, but we will feel ourselves as above the physical level and only in our desires that will become commons and it will add and be combined all the individual desires to the point that we find that the desires of each and everybody how much we need them for completeness. Another desire and another and they all become integrated and become one single desire.

We need to scrutinize this term called unity, that unity that we will make between us when all our desires become adhered we established in them and fashion all these desires precisely in this when we start to see the essence of the connection between us, by this we start to discover the concept of the Creator, the essence and the power of the Creator and this is how we come to it. In all, the Creator is, well this is how he is attained as the result of us uniting. This is how he is built as it says "you have made me", and we will attain a lot more in that, however the most important is to reach from all of these states, we reach a state as it says raising ourselves. Where a person elevates himself to that state where he feels there is no need for unity and connection. This is what the person feels He can say yes, I realize this is how it has to be, we need to be connected, certainly this is the purpose of creation, as the Kabbalists have written and I agree with them, because I agree that they were smarter and that they understand it and have attained the whole of creation and I do not understand what's going on. I am living like a baby in some external form, of the perception of reality, but I do not understand what is happening.

However nevertheless, we need to raise ourselves to a state where in our disposition in us making an effort and more and more to detect where we are not yet connected, where else we have the ability to be more connected, internally out of our hearts, out of our soul, the internality of our desires and thoughts. According to that we will be able to bring ourselves to a state where we must elevate ourselves, we must move ourselves toward connection towards internal adhesion between us. Even though there are states where we are very far from this. However when we discover that we are very far from it, this is a great help from the heavens. The Creator is helping us and promoting us. This is why here there is a complete method for how to raise ourselves and it includes first of all that we feel no need for this but because it is us each in his own framework we can officially begin to raise ourselves. We can show t our hearts need to be more and more close to each other. I’m that getting closer in our hearts we can raise ourselves and we should feel that the Creator is giving us these states where we are disconnected from each other how necessary it is for us to be in progress that is in inner closeness between us. How much other and we feel no need for us to come closer we can seemingly continue this way. We have a framework, we come and study nevertheless we understand better what's happening in the world how the upper nature or the Creator doesn't matter how we call him but he does with us and with the whole of humanity, we nevertheless feel ourselves as being able to see a bit further in our development in the whole of mankind which is seemingly below us and here we need to try to actually do the opposite to see ourselves now in the state which is not in respect to mankind but in respect to the goal. That we are helpless, having no feeling, no ability to come closer, no desire to come closer to each other to unite our hearts. Then we are so indifferent however we have already discovered that we are indifferent and this is already a great privilege to see this state. As the earlier teacher writes that I'm happy with the wicked ones that are being revealed and so on. Also on other such excerpts, discovering to what extent we are indifferent to connection. We are indifferent to coming closer to each other to feel ourselves together not in a physical way but truly in one heart.

What is this one heart, what is the meaning, one heart? I do not know but this is already a spiritual state. We need to try to depict this state for ourselves and then later on to the extent we start to feel that we do not have it and how to reach it and what we should do and what kind of tactics we can activate here, and ask what are we going to do? As a result of these from above through the upper Mercy we begin to feel that yes it is the upper force who created how we can depict this distance, this disconnection, this release is in our senses in us so we are truly without any feelings and now he is lifting us up a little bit, he is shining a little bit of his light to us and it says “in your light we shall see light”. We will start to see how much we lack connection and unity. And coming closer and mutual bestowal and most importantly is how can we depict that one heart. It’s not that we want to connect our hearts, that’s one thing connecting our hearts, but rather we want to have a common single desire and then inside this desire we start to discover our inclination towards the Creator. So that single living desire, a truly living heart of flesh, feeling it's alive, its saying, its joy, but it is one for everybody. This is what we need to try to want and to ask the Creator we need to want this and we need to ask the Creator to do this great favor for us for the time being in the ten and later on and more and more and this way we will discover the primary vessel, the collective vessel for the whole of reality.

This is how we will progress. This is called raising ourselves for a person. When he is praying for the time being for himself out of the point of this connection, he discovered how much he is not connected with his ten, how much we are all not connected and also with the whole of mankind with all the hearts, with all of the souls and with the Creator. Out of this inclination we can turn to the Creator and ask and demand and cry as much as possible for us together that he will do this great favor for us. Once again I am repeating, going back to the beginning of what I said, that we need to depict two things: a state where we exist and to see in it how much we nevertheless are not in the inner unity of our hearts, our inclinations for the same goal which we have. We need to unite them all together to the extent we are not in this and how much we need to elevate ourselves to recover from that state of great fogginess, the darkness to the state which is more advanced. Meaning we are more connected together to some extent and the Creator needs to perform this action for us and this is how to reveal from within the state of the darkness, the light which is the exile and redemption. At least we want to detect this thing where we are and always see ourselves in being in trying to elevate ourselves to the desired state in such a disposition, constantly in an ascent. There is no other state but constantly being in an ascent as they say I wish you would pray all day. This is our work and let's hope that we can explain this to each other. There are very nice passages here which our friends have gathered for us. We will go over it and study it. The most important thing is to be excited truly to try to massage your heart to feel how much if it does not feel something but it has to feel. It doesn't feel different but it has to feel the friends in this way. We have to work at least as the words this state not physical beating of the heart but with this spiritual heartbeat. Distancing and closeness, distancing and closeness, rejection and attachment, so let's read the first passages and then let the friends ask.

2. R. So if the help does not come and nothing happens to him, he can simply run away from the spiritual development, find all kinds of other tactics for himself other than changing himself through help from above. Instead he will go to all kinds of other methods, a little bit of philosophy, psychology. There are many of those that exist around the wisdom of Kabbalah that developed specifically from people who would not stay on the path persisting, staying until the Creator helps and brings them through both the state of darkness and light. Between the darkness and light they begin to discover the way and through these changes they discover the Creator. So these grey states can sometimes reach a state when the person simply exists, he comes, he does something according to routine, what can he do? Not everybody can be like Rabbi Shimon or Moses or Baal HaSulam and Rabash, but this is not correct. Specifically about this it says that each one has to reach the level of Moses, the greatest degree we can reach, the greatest degree a human being can ever reach. Each one has to reach that and indeed it is so. It doesn't matter who it is, we all come from the same source, all of us, and this is why the person must not say that, ok, whatever happens, and I just go along and usually before one turns to the Creator and cries out asking to be elevated, he is in the state where he agrees with the state, whatever happens let it be. As much time as they have left in this world, in this life, I just stay in it. Let's hope that the Creator has some plan, some program and an order of activation which includes me as well, so whatever happens, happens. This is incorrect, this is precisely that place where we have to act and we will learn about this through these passages how we can raise ourselves to correction.

4. S. (28:48) Is our request to the Creator to elevate us...

R. But he agrees to remain in the state he's in, the friends call me, I go to work, I have my home and the group and the lesson, what else can it be at least I have this.

5. S. (30:08) How do we not cool off and nevertheless to be like Moses and not to agree to something minimal?

R. First of all, we are in the hands of the Creator and He is progressing us, however our progress depends on our participation. It depends on our participation, the fact that you are in an organization and around you nevertheless there are thousands of others, a few thousand men and it is many thousands, according to what I see around the world it is tens of thousands, it is not just the number of people that we see who are connected through the Galaxy system, but it is truly tens of thousands surrounding us. We should all feel that we are in a process, however this process nevertheless depends on our prayer, on our request, what we call MAN, elevating our own deficiency. It is not what the Creator performs on us like on the still, vegetative and animate levels, Human beings raise their own deficiency to the Creator and requests from the Creator to develop him, to take care of him, to educate him that He will explain to him and bring him closer. This is called being Adam, wanting to resemble the Creator, to adhere to Him through prayer. This is what He wishes to hear. That we have no other choice but to pray to the Creator to get him some light so this way we try to advance. We try to go in one direction and the other direction. We want to progress, we constantly have to see how much this is inside of us, the inclination towards connection, because this is the most important. This is only through implementation of our correction so that in it we can discover a state, a vessel, that in this vessel we discover the spiritual state. We have to put together the pieces of the ten Sefirot. Why do we need to connect them? Because in these connections we lose some of our selfish egoistic force, we process it and shift to the force of connection, from the force of rejection to, the force of connection, and in that force of connection that exist above the force of rejection we establish the conditions for the Creator to become revealed, above this place, above this world with this ability to go above the ego He begins to be revealed. We have to start to build that state

S. (33:30) How do we connect those ten Sefirot?

R. The upper light does it, but we need to know how to ask, so the Creator would unite our hearts into one heart, into a single desire into a single heart to feel Him. This is it, through the connection between us we have an inclination towards Him to discover the force of bestowal, the force of unity, force of connection between us, and then we will know what is the primary force in creation. What is managing us, who is managing us, for what purpose, who am I, where do I come from, you cannot know anything about yourself or about the world or about the Creator unless you connect yourself, the group and the Creator together to some extent.

S. (34:30) These tendencies, these intentions of the friends to the Creator are these what build the ten Sephirot?

R. Yes, they build the intentions. They are built by the influence of the upper light on the selfish desire, where each friend has a desire and the upper light influences us, because of the way He arranges us in the ten, we don't yet see that this is His work. He connects us, He arranges us together, even though it seems to us that we are doing this, that maybe it could be done differently, but it is not right. We need to progress towards connection and we will see that this is how it should be, and whatever is happening is how it should be, and then we'll see how much in that each one is acting each time a different role in the ten, and how he begins to differentiate the spiritual manners between us that later on will be called the Sephirot. We will see all of this, I do not want to confuse you now, how from the selfish desires it will become Sephirot, in promoting through us special connections, and then also they will become special combinations between us, different parts of the Partzuf like Rosh, Toch and Sof there will be different and different manners of connections between us that exists because each and every Sephira is in it endlessly incorporated into all the other Sephirot and if we delve inside any separation, or any detail that exist in each and every one, we will reveal, see more and more the collection of the qualities of the friends and we will see it later.

S. (37:03) Can we ask if I can deal with the friends with their desires with their intentions?

R, You need to do it inside your heart not your intellect, if you do it in your intellect you will just confuse yourself and the others as well.

S. (37:28) How to do this correctly from the heart?

R. Only through praying to the Creator, only through the prayer. Then you say I now want to get into this into the heart of the friends but how are you doing this? How can you do that through your selfish qualities or through physical actions? Only through prayer that means that we have nothing more to do, but to constantly turn to the Creator, asking and requesting from Him because this is already an area, a territory where only the Creator can do it, from us the only thing required is the prayer, the request.

S. (38:22) The prayer is for friends?

R. We need to examine what it needs to be, but it's not that you are praying for them, most important is praying for the connection.

6. S. (38:52) How can we raise a correct prayer together for the sick soul?

R. A sick soul is, when it doesn't feel that it needs to connect to the other souls to reach a healthy state. When one begins to feel this, already there is a more advanced state, and that state comes from the connection of the desires and then the connection can be only with the condition that these desires aim themselves to the Creator. What does it mean to connect? In what desire do they connect, in respect to what task, for what goal, for what? So, therefore, we need to locate this as Rabash writes in his social articles, we need more and more for each one to subjugate himself and try to incorporate between the others and in that way to activate the common desire, the common desire. Each and every day we need to try to activate a common desire for the Creator. However, not superficially, but instead as much as possible truly from within what is a unique lack, a unique deficiency with a special manner of connection between us, and what manner of attainment, the feeling of the Creator that we want to discover.

7. (41:13) The person is in a state of unconsciousness, it doesn’t pain him, he is indifferent. Can we pray from that state or the friends should pray for him?

R. We learn that in that state, we are like dead, without any feeling, any lack. So we study this state in order to nevertheless from here, that maybe from such a state that we exist in, we can rise or at least if not to rise at least internally and physically to connect more to the friends, and begin to hear from them, and to be impressed by them, and to regret the fact that I am not in the same state like them. This is how we need to begin and the states are states that we have to go through and we have to study them. We have to learn how to work with them.

8. S. (42:40) If I find myself in a state of indifference, when I do not care, if I connect the state to the work of the group, what does it give me?

R. Yes, you can join the10 if you feel yourself as indifferent to the entire process you go through. However try as much as you are capable of to feel that you are indifferent, that you do not care and nothing influences you truly, and that you are willing to remain in that state until the end of your life, you can even die right now or in a few years it does not matter to you, the Creator will save you or not in that state and in general from all of the ups and downs in spirituality, you do not care, they do not pertain to you. You seemingly are not in this state of caring. It is a very good state because it specifically indicates the beginning of a new state, where the person begins from within to turn to the Creator and he realizes more and more that only the Creator can change his state, only the Creator can help him, and He should help him to be more connected to the friends. All of his progress is to the extent he can incorporate into the internal qualities of the friends, to build the spiritual vessel and this is what we need, so what can help us in this I said a long time ago, not once, that what can help us in this is whatever Rabash writes in all of his advice on the group, and besides this dissemination. That we nevertheless perform some actions inside the 10, but mostly actions outside of the ten towards the other people. Towards mankind, with this we can get other forces that help our connection, and if we help the external audience than we seemingly by us wanting to promote the world we demand forces from the Creator, we want understanding, we request forces, so I understand that the other people can advance. This external form of bestowal that can help us to connect inside as well. The most important is to constantly elevate ourselves through all the means we have, and besides that even in a state where we exist, where we do not feel any progress and any need for progress, we do not have no need for advancement and you are willing to stay like this, to me it doesn't come. I just live the way I can, since not everybody can be great, and the person agrees with this state already, so in such state if he also remains in the framework of the group and tries even mechanically to exist in the group, and we need to understand that this is a very important period of time just like with children the way they grow through the first years of the life, it is like animals how they get up, they run around, they cry, they eat, they sleep, and then this is how they exist, this is how life starts, this is why it says that men and the beast the Lord saves, that we need to give importance to that as well, to be in it and not to run away, this is the most important: not to run away.

9. S. (47:16) There is a feeling of urgency that we need to help the 10 to come out of that prolonging of the exile as it says, however we don't always have the forces as we see each time a new degree of staying put. How to help the ten to come out of the exile, how to accelerate coming out of the exile?

R. Only by feeling yourself as the representative of the 10, with all your might you have to ask from the Creator to save us, to save the friends, to save all of them, and only by this you will be able to realize your role in the 10, and each one in the 10 has to do this, and then you will very quickly raise yourself.

10. S. (48:39) In order to raise myself, to devote efforts, if I do not do it then I do not have the importance. The question is where to take the importance in order to be an example to the friends?

R. There are several states here, one is that I feel that I am deteriorating and I have less and less desires, and accordingly the strength to advance towards connection, to study, to do anything. Another state is when I am already in the state that I don't care, I am disconnected from the others, I am not really thinking about the others, or even about myself, I get up for the lessons, I am a present, but I am present only physically. My body is there but my heart is dead, and I do not feel anything. That state can take a long time and what is the most important is to try and try and try to come out of it with all kinds of physical actions, which are mainly connecting to the friends in all kinds of superficial or external actions like dissemination, or teaching and so on. As a result I come to a state where I feel that I am a beast, I am alive but I am willing to finish my life like this, and I don't care. I can even plan my life from here onwards like retiring, and whatever happens, happens, this is it. But if I still do not allow myself to completely decline and this is done mainly to prepare prior to this fall, preparing all kinds of supports. What helped me personally was writing books and articles in my time, my main salvation was dissemination and then comes another time when we receive a wake up call from above, an inspiration from above, some small illumination, but here it connects the person to life's purpose, to the purpose of creation. Then the person starts to understand that all the states that he experiences, feels them more and connected to the present state more. This is how we progress and the most important is here how he ends this writing, to pray to the Creator to give the person some life, some vitality, meaning a feeling of bestowal, so he could turn to be friends, turn to the world, turn to the Creator, so he already has this disposition from here onward although he has nothing to give because he himself is empty, he just got revival from the death, but it still this disposition builds in him the right vessel, and by this he will receive a fulfilment from above.

11. R. (54:12) This means, as we said about the previous state, that the person comes to a state where he really cannot move, he cannot feel anything but at least he has some connection left with his 10, and he is with them in some physical connection. They are working on something, something in dissemination, writing and article, tending for new students. There is something in them, just like in families, as we raise children because this is our future, Likewise we need to understand that in every 10 there also needs to be some external addition like a group or a class, that we are promoting, that we are treating, tending to, and in this way we are engaged in bestowal in dissemination. As a result there is a connection between the friends who are tending to the new students, in that state, just like children give no rest to the parents and force them to work, to advance, to think about the future, so are we with our students, because when we tend to them, what happens is that they tend to us and that's how we advance. So as much as possible we need to be among the friends not to criticize the friends in any way but rather all of us have to be directed from within the connection between us. Wherever it is, whatever the Creator gives us, with all the qualities with all the states, with all those elements we are all incorporated together, to the extent that each is incorporated in the friends, and from this to the Creator, this is our main activity.

12. S. (56:37) How, in one of these low states, with lack of feeling, can we disseminate or care for someone?

R. This is possible if we do it together, several friends, even though we all do not know ourselves, we do not understand, but if we want to do something together we will do this, and doing this, the action will be on the path, and if you'll do what is important and you do it together, and of course it is according to the dissemination of the authentic sources. Not that we are writing our own materials when we are completely disconnected and we cannot think about spirituality. We have enough material we can disperse and spread, or we can sit together and we can study with the new students who want to know something about some article of Baal HaSulam, or about the creation of the world and so on.

13. S. (58:04) How can we reach a true demand out of real pain so it won't just be mechanical all the time?

R. There comes a time when a person feels the spiritual development depends upon the opening of the heart and such a time comes not immediately, we have tough hearts, a big desire to receive and we need to take it into account to advance in this way. The whole world is also with us. We need to try to see that from day to day the connections between us and the rest of the world are influencing how our states and the states of the whole world will become more and more interdependent. We will also feel more responsible for the state of the world, you will see how this will happen.

14. S. (59:37) What is in the force of the ability to speak that helps a person to raise himself?

R. Speaking influences everyone when I hear the friends I recover, I wake up, and I begin to rise into spiritual actions. In speaking you have the power of the speaker of his heart and his mind, his inner strength and spirituality. This is why words come out in speech to impress us.

15. S. (01:00:37) What can I do? How should I behave when I am in the ten, when I am in a state of decline and I don't want to drag them down with my negativity?

R. Our negativity, although we want to hide it, we don't like it and we would like to remove it altogether from us, from ourselves we must not ask the Creator for the negativity to disappear. We shouldn't ask that they will die but that they will be reformed. We have to ask about all of these qualities and desires, thoughts that are negative, that they all come to us from the breaking of the vessel. They must all be revealed and it is mandatory that we will feel them. In all of their interconnections and above them we should just ask for correction, we shouldn't make the question but to ask for it because asking is making the correction as the Lord will finish for me, the Creator is the character we only asked.

S. How do I keep the ten from my personal negativity?

R. You can't guard and watch over the ten if you are in a negative state, you should with all of your might join the ten in the effort to join them is already a great help for the ten as well because it has now a negative force that participates with them and you can't do it without the upper force. The Creator who created the evil inclination did this out of necessity because otherwise there would not be creation. What the Creator does is only putting an outer coating on the evil inclination that he created.

16. S. (01:03:12) During the preparation a friend can connect only through the friends so should this be any group or a particular environment?

R. If there is a group where I really build myself as a part of them and all of us as an integral system among ourselves and in this we discover the upper force, the connection with the Creator, the contact with the Creator. What we do around us are already secondary degrees below us which we have to tend to like children, like our offspring. They are not under the same treatment the way I treat the ten.

17. S. (01:04:23) We now want to scrutinize the state of indifference in the ten. If this collective is indifferent is this relevant or should we focus more on the individual indifference of each one?

R. We need to discuss both and try to turn to the Creator's so he will tend to it, not that you yourselves are doing it as this won't help. Rather turn to the Creator on top of the revelation of those states of disconnection between you. Try to discover the Creator so he will connect you and maintain the connection and by this you will advance.

18. S. (01:05:28) You said that we should compare our state with the state of the whole world, so what should we pay attention to and work with?

R. We are still not talking about this in detail, we are not learning it yet. It is so that you will see that we are getting closer to the world and we are in the waves of the pandemic together with the world, going up and down. There is a kind of general force that is tending to all of humanity and the waves from its operation go around the world and we are also incorporated in them. Gradually, we are beginning to feel that we are closer and that all of humanity and the nations are getting closer to each other. Regrettably for the time being this is done through problems and diseases but it depends upon us so we will start seeing the connection between us in a positive way. Not only that we are transmitting viruses to one another but that we should want to transmit to each other connections and love, help this will happen soon but in the meantime just pay attention to it and every now and again I mention it and you should pay attention to the fact that there is a connection between the tens and the rest of the world. What connection, what types of connection we should just keep this in mind on the back burner.

19. S. (01:07:31) What should we do in order to awaken the Creator?

R. In order to awaken the Creator, we have to be connected in some way together and direct ourselves to Him. One person cannot activate the Creator. It takes at least two, as this is the least amount. The Creator doesn't need anything other than our request for help so that He can help us, that He can correct us. Without asking He does not perform corrections, these corrections, negatively upon us because we are not asking. Then the force that we are not activating towards correction, penetrates us showing us the correction that we ourselves are causing. It is like driving in a car and some parts in it are broken so you are saying I will fix it later but in the meantime I will drive. So you keep driving on and on. By this you are causing the rest of the parts in the car to break until you have no choice and you go to the garage. It all depends upon how alert we are and ask the Creator for the correction, as the force to correct comes from Him.

20. S. (01:09:33) You are talking about what I see each and every day in the clinic that I engage with this in my head and there is some reciprocity between our state and the state in the world as I speak to people who come to me not because they're sick, because they feel disinterest and despair, does this affect us?

R. Of course, we are part of the world and we remain connected to all of humanity, connected and we have the ways to influence humanity that they will become more able to influence us. This is what will happen toward the general correction as we are awakening great numbers of people that many thousands already want to know how to correct the world, that it is a way to correct ourselves. The correction of the world depends upon the correction of man. We will have to explain these things and they will be willing out of lack of choice and through the development themselves, they will be willing to hear. We will come to a state where we will help each other but there is always a part of us, some who will be indifferent to the inner correction yet it is enough of 1 or 2% out of the number of all of the people in humanity to engage in internality and among them too you will have many degrees. This is how reality is built until it corrects itself until at the end of correction there is a state called ‘Rav Pe’alim va ye Kabtzeho’ it is this operation where everything connects into one and then you have no Rosh, Toch, and Sof, but that everything becomes a circle and everyone is equal and receives the same light of Ein Sof and we will see.

21. S. (01:12:14) Later you said it's better to do dissemination as a ten is this true?

R. I don't know I don't manage these things and in each ten there might be people who have more tendency to do this, with some understanding dissemination more and they should take upon themselves the role of teaching the 10s how to disseminate. Not to disseminate things just like that but to send them to be examined, to be reviewed because you are disseminating in the name of the organization so you have to be responsible not to damage the organization. (01:14:23) There is one condition that is not a simple condition, he says if he likes these people according to the grace and importance he gets from these people he receives what is in them and he doesn't have to work on himself to trouble himself as it gets from them such qualities he doesn't have and cannot have unless by incorporation. It is a wonder that is in the mind and heart of the friends that through the grace, the warmth that I have towards them that I can acquire and by that I can get through their minds and hearts to enrich myself in this way and become more and more a person who contains within him all of humanity. This is the purpose of each and every one because in the breaking we have a spark of our own and everything else we acquire from everyone else that each one becomes a kind of Adam HaRishon.

R. Convince yourself that is all.

R. In other words, the main thing is to work together with the group because a person needs to understand that the mind and heart that he has are the mind and heart of an individual, meaning corporeal. If it connects to the group then he has the mind and heart that is spiritual that comes from connection.

26. S. (01:25:51) When a person inside disregards the connection, the Creator pulls him even stronger to wake him up and this is not a desirable state?

R. Why is it not desirable? If I am unconscious or I agree with, I don't care, the Creator brings me more problems that I already know that with these new problems I will not be able to continue as before where I didn't care. I have to wake up and come to and deal with it, so why is this not good?

S. How does a person notice or catch his states of indifference or apathy on time?

R. It is very hard to say normal and you can't do anything with it if they are such states that one can look at himself from the side to see how he doesn't care about anything in life, nothing, even if they kill him, let them kill me. Whatever happens, indifference is absolute total indifference toward all possible states, he doesn't care about the Creator or anything as it is given from above and we have to understand that such states are not regular states, they are spiritual states that a person who is on the way is given. None of the Kabbalists went through this whole path without going through such states as you can see what they write about it here and there.

26. S. (01:26:53) In excerpt number one he says the only council is to turn to the Creator and in the others he speaks about incorporating in the friends in the grace and importance that he ascribes to them, is this one and the same?

R. The only advice is always to turn to the Creator but the question is with what preparation, so to connect with the friends, to locate the way and the direction, the common way and the common goal, the common deficiency and from this to turn to the Creator so that He will fashion the common deficiency and give it a direction toward Him with the strength to realize the deficiency to reach the goal. In the end it should all be directed only through connection to achieving the goal of adhesion between us and the Creator.

S. A person who is in a low state, what should you focus on to get out of it?

R. First of all you have to examine this lowly state, how much he doesn't care, how much he doesn't want, things are blurry, as these things are important as well to incorporate and scrutinize them as these are called the letters of the work. After that as we learn here he tries to lift himself out of this loneliness and turn to the society and to the Creator as we always learn, the main point is that he feels this point of indifference that he has to go through and from it to begin to grow once more.

S. The friends in the ten that detect that a friend is helpless to some extent what is the best way to help him to go through this?

R. To help mechanically because perhaps he doesn't hear anything or shouldn't hear anything, mechanically or externally bring him into all kinds of activities as it might be a meeting, or a meal or maybe learning something special it doesn't matter, whatever is available. Also perhaps to get him involved in dissemination.

27. S. (01:20:04) We gathered at a friend's place, why does he call it unconsciousness when he is in a low place?

R. Not in a spiritual awareness, when a person feels that he has no part in spirituality this is a special state when a person feels he doesn't have, we don't have and he doesn't even want, that he has no tendency of or desire, or deficiency. Rather he is in a human body with the force of a person in this world and that is all.

S. This is because he feels he is in that state, what if he doesn't feel it?

R. Before that he was not in awareness, he could not feel and later because he somehow is connected to a ten and he acts with them even artificially, externally, corporeally, out of this he receives a feeling that he is in a disconnection.

S. Why does he say that it only happens sometimes, it sounds like it's every day or all the time?

R. If it is every day then you have not reached awareness yet, the recognition comes in the end when you recognize the state and think how can I come out of it.

28. S. (01:32:01) How to find the forces to act correctly in the ten if internally I'm criticizing in the ten is there something to do besides waiting till the Creator lets this stage pass?

R. One needs to work on that, maybe you should even talk about it between yourselves to what extent you are in the will to receive. How direct you are to you in criticizing each other and by that you become further away from each other and it's not that you too are to blame for it but that it is the result of the breaking of the vessel of Adam HaRishon. This is how you need to open your hearts towards each other, who you are but at least if this is the recognition of evil, talk about the spiritual form if you want to attain the opposite force of what's in you, that's the first of all, the Creator that's the opposite of what's happening inside you. Then you need to try and reach a connection between you, how can you reach a connection? You need to learn that from the wisdom of Kabbalah. You try to realize it between us and this realization depends on talking about it, try. According to the articles of Rabash about the society, how can we come closer to each other. Coming closer is the tendency of the heart and till the heart starts feeling by the upper light that we are truly connected between each other. We will advance, everything depends on how much you try to be in it. Coming closer this way in your hearts to be one heart, that's the main part of the wisdom of Kabbalah, of the method because everything else relates to religions, beliefs, all kinds of psychological methods. But the wisdom of Kabbalah says there is nothing in life except for the internal connection. Meaning in people's desires to be in one heart to such an extent that we will not feel that we are so many but rather in one desire. It is hard to depict it now but this is our purpose, our development.

29. S. (01:36:09) In the goals of preparations for the state of indifference, is it worthwhile to perhaps turn to the wife who also studies Kabbalah to help with such a state?

R. We learn from the Kabbalists that a man should have a 10 of men and women also have a group, maybe not exactly10, for men also it is not exactly critical that it is 10 or not. For women they also have groups that support each other. But the groups of women are helping the woman and the groups of men will help the men and they are not interconnected. We should try to do it in a way that is not instead of the friends. It's good if you learn all these things both the man and the woman are studying it but they build a relation between them just like spiritual men and women. But you should do it in a subtle way, in a gentle way so that the spiritual sense will not affect the would not affect the ordinary conducts of a corporeal family

30. S. (01:38:00) To receive a desire for spirituality to be impressed by the friend is that part of Reshimot or is that the inner work that needs to be done?

R. Everything comes from the records and to the extent that a person realized it correctly in the ten and with the Creator.

31. S. (01:38:31) How can the group help when they see a friend is in a lowly state? A state of lowliness.

R. Usually we help and the help comes usually as an example. When we take him into the group we perform a mutual action and in this action our intention is for him to feel, to understand what he should change in order to reach a new spiritual state.

S. How to understand or how to gently bring the left line into the ten?

R. We never bring the left line into the ten. That is completely incorrect.

S. But the lowly state, is a left line?

R. My lowliness is not a left line. The state we are talking about is either left or right. It is just a person who completely leaves the spiritual course and he doesn't feel that he is part, and he has part in it and it is worthwhile for him to advance in it, even this way. That is not left. Don't build systems for yourselves that are incorrect

32. S. (01:40:35) What does it mean that we need to get closer? We have activities during the day we read sources and so on, and yet I still feel that the 10 could be closer. How can we reach that closeness?

R. My advice is to read articles both by Rabash and Baal HaSulam, actually that will understand the purpose of correction we’re trying to attain, feeling the upper system and acting in it, along with this whole world that will be the ones who manage this situation. To the extent that we connect with the Creator, we become the ones who determine the way the world is managed. It's a problem for us. When will we reach that? We need to scrutinize that and how to realize it. That's why we don't want to stay in our current state. What are we lacking? We are lacking much. Reaching such a connection between us that the Creator will be revealed in us, that’s all. How to reach such a connection, such an intensity, unity, quality of connection that we will feel as one force from which we emerge from above, downwards and we want to focus, connect ourselves from below, upwards to reach Him.

33. S. (01:42:52) What happens when states of separation appear while working in dissemination? We talked about it in the 10, what happens when people work together and they discover this gap between them. How should we relate to it?

R. It's a problem, they might also ruin dissemination if they are separated and they’re working in dissemination. They should first correct that situation between themselves so that the state will somehow be connecting, understanding, somehow mutually helping each other then they can come out to disseminate. Even writing an article together is something they can't do if they’re hating each other and are separated. So first of all, their whole work should be group work. It has to be only once you attain connection, that’s it. Be cautious not to perform actions that do not come as a result of connection. You see what happened in our world. Agreements, connections between countries, between governments. All kinds of decisions and what’s the result? Nothing happens, nothing is executed because they don’t reach it with a desire to be in a connection but rather each one comes with his own ego, to realize his own ego. Therefore, the moment you sign something, at the same moment you are starting to look for a way to break it and how can I profit and the other one, he may die, I don't care. That’s what is happening with the politicians and their agreements. They’re just doing the work in order to confuse each other and on our account. We are the ones that suffer from their games, all their disgusting games. And so if you are performing actions of dissemination, teaching someone, taking care of someone, please, do this quickly, first connect between yourselves and then you can reach it. You need to complement each other and then these two drops of semen make a baby.

34. S. (01:46:13) In the excerpts we’re reading, it turns out that the main salvation of a person is the importance he has towards the friends and the greatest he receives from them. R. No, no. The true answer to ‘what am I living for’ is only revealed in high spiritual degrees. Because we are not dealing with that yet. That’s why the true purpose is that we shouldn’t know yet. R. That doesn't stay if you do not relate to it correctly but it's good that it disappears. Nothing should remain. If someone wants to hold onto something it is like being moved towards death. Everything that stays even if it's the best, if you want to use it to the goal of life then it has to pass if you. If you don't use it correctly at this moment, in the next moment it will become Klipa. R. R. You have to go with a screen all the time the screen means that you are willing to receive from the host only in order to bring Him containment and that you don't receive anything in order to get fulfillment and if you've done that and you have received in order to give Him contentment you sent Him that contentment you bring Him that contentment then you don't need to keep on receiving that now you need to start working on something else.

S. How practically do I get the pleasure from receiving?

R. That is from your intention if you received in a vessel in an order with intention to bestow and you aim to the Creator that's how you are doing.

S. Why does He have to enjoy my joy?

R. You want to bring Him contentment you want the Creator to be enjoyed by you

S. But a second ago you said that I need to do pleasure for the Creator not for me?

R. No, you can't do anything without the Creator the goal of creation is to give Him containment in to bring Him joy.

S. So what comes first is the connection between me and Him or the pleasure?

R. The main thing for me is to open the connection with the Creator and in order to open the connection with the Creator I'm willing to open myself to receiving from Him in order to give Him contentment and that's a restriction that means a restriction and I need to keep the restriction and if I bought the restriction I can turn to Him and I can bring Him contentment then I am willing to open myself up and receive pleasure in order to give Him contentment just like the gold standard.

S. To what extent do I open myself to pleasure?

R. As long as I can hold onto the intention to bestow to give incontinent?

40. S. (02:13:10) What does it mean that our ten needs to build its own deficiency upon what's happening?

R. The ten needs to have its own deficiency that the friends need to talk about it what sort of a comment deficiency they have any to agree about it and according to that deficiency the common one they turn to the Creator and how they can establish it with the help of the Creator and that's how it happens and that all begins from establishing our common deficiency in the ten.

S. If I understand correctly in the beginning of the lesson you said that we should build the deficiency upon what is happening, what does that mean?

R. That out of the states we go through we have to build a deficiency from that not something philosophy or fantasy. That's from our states that we build this deficiency, this one common correct deficiency which then turns to a prayer that we turn to the Creator with that deficiency.

41. S. (02:14:53) We know that a friend should only bring high spirits to the ten, happiness and a good feeling. How can I know that my friend has a deficiency? Maybe he is only acting. How can I know his inner state?

R. That you need to talk between you and establish it may be from the beginning till the end all the deficiencies that you have or the deficiencies that you want to have in order to reach the Creator so we realized that we want to be in connection with the Creator and for that we need efficiency so what do we bring do it lets imagine to ourselves how we put together our deficiency for connection together between us think about it like it's in the air and you want this deficiencies to come together and you want with that to turn to the Creator try to do that it's not difficult and that will build within you some common effort and a common work in a common feeling and by that you'll start feeling how you turn to the Creator together and maybe you start feeling that the Creator is answering you and in this way you will start building your connection with the Creator don't disregard what I'm recommending for you now.

S. How can I know that my friend has to come out of jail out of his imprisonment if he doesn't express himself?

R. You do your actions and then you see how from a state he will join you.

42. S. (02:17:30) How should the dissemination be in countries like Turkey?

R. I don't know. I was in Turkey three times and all these times I was in Istanbul I was twice I was in also in Anatolia we had a congress there I don't know what to say I don't know and also when I was twice in Istanbul I don't know I can't say what is happening because that was there a long time ago now it's a different world and everything's different very great country strong country on the other hand what is it situation right now I don't know I'm just warning you watch out because she's and make it so that you will be ok and then think about dissemination of Kabbalah Bnei Baruch and all that usually we try to disseminate about the connection between people that's why it shouldn't be in conflict with any political or economic issues and try to do it in a way that is well accepted. R. This I don’t know, already. You have to get into that and check. This is what it means to be a disseminator, if you don’t know this, don’t get into that, don’t do it if you don’t know it.

44. S. (02:21:15) What should we do with friends that are this way for years? Meaning they agree with the situation, they don’t have a deficiency, ‘I’m here and that’s enough.’

R. We reach a state where the world, whether it wants it or not, will advance. It will advance towards necessary connection from above, or if it doesn’t want to advance toward connection, the connection will be pressed from above but we will be feeling ourselves opposite to that connection which means we will find ourselves in great trouble, that’s it. So same as with a relationship between parents and children: if the children want to be well connected and play nice together, then great. If not, the same relationship with the parents who want to do good to them, that will be felt in a bad way by the kids. So right now, we’re in a very special state. For the first time in history, the human society is going through a great global transformation, and it's not like what happened World War or something like that. We’re talking about something that is encompassing the globe, like this pandemic, there will be more with the climate crisis and other things, both good and bad. Mostly bad in order to necessitate us, to feel that we have to be more connected and that we have to face these blows of nature, and when we say ‘God’, it means ‘Nature’, it means the same thing. By the way, we have to explain this in our dissemination too. That what we are going through now, will not stop, it will only continue to move ourselves towards this feeling that we are dependent on each other. Look at how within a year all that tourism stopped and the international connection, everyone stays in their corner. We're dreaming about going back to have some “great life'', like we had before, but it's not going to happen. That kind of life is not going to happen anymore and we're not going to have to build so many planes and ships, and many other things are going to change in the world. Until we correct the connection between us. If the connection between us will be the kind of connection that brings about unity and not just to connect to each other in order to benefit from each other. Then it will happen and if we don't have the right form of connection, then it won’t. Then the higher Providence will teach us. This is going to be beautifully and tangibly felt. We will see this on the news. Not that they’re going to give us the same kind of conclusion but that’s how it’s going to be. The Creator silenced our ego and will silence our egoistic activities until we will learn within the global framework of the world, how to work with our ego in the right way. He's not going to just let us go wild anymore. He let us establish in the last century all these global, international systems that encompass the world, the corporeal systems such as the internet, industry, commerce, and the international flights, business, globalization, connections and so on. Now we're going to have to learn how do we work with these systems in the correct way, for the benefit of others and for the benefit of the Creator. And so these systems, some may disappear or freeze, until we learn in what way we can activate them. So then we developed egotistically and now it's time to correct what exists and this will happen in the next few years.

S. This subject of working for the sake of connection, for the sake of the Creator, form the sake of others. This thing, how do we pass it in words that it can be more attractive?

R. This I don't know, I'm not the writer, I'm not one of the writers. I don't know, maybe it can be gradually explained. It's a topic in and of itself. This also, we need to determine some Kabbalistic materials with regards to that and so on. We need to discuss that but not right now that we have a few minutes left.

45. S. (02:27:53) In our explanation that we have to connect, how can we in a plain language, explain what is the right form of connection between us?

R. The correct form of connection is that each one is trying to complement the other, complete the other, that's it. Then connection will happen. Connection is like what's between male and female, plus or minus, this is how things can co-exist. So I need to see what the other is missing that I can complete and the other sees the same in me, only in this way. Now, that’s against our ego. We try to make connections between us as long as we can benefit, profit from each other but we’ve come to such a level of development that this method is no longer working. I can’t connect to the other in order to build such a business that will just make a profit, it’s no longer working. It doesn’t work anymore. It’s especially evident in the monetary systems, financial systems, it’s no longer working. They do it virtually, of course you know, adding more numbers in their accounts. But true profits like it was before no longer comes from it. It used to be a true corporeal benefit, now it's all on paper.

R.
