Greece and Rome developed barbaric Europe; their philosophy came from what they learned from the sages of Israel. They drew the power and the wisdom from Israel and when Judah fell, Rome rose. When the spiritual power that was in Israel disappeared, Rome took away the crumbs and developed Europe. The role of Europe in the development of the world was to bring spirit, religion, science, and culture.
