1. Rav’s Introduction: I am very happy to invite all of us to the new year we are starting today, and let's hope that we continue with the Creator's help to see good results we expect from studying from the Torah, the Upper light informing, connecting us bringing us to identify with Him in order to bring Him contentment.  We need to discuss a few things as we enter the new year, what do you prefer to study, it is important as the person studies where one's heart desires, so each and every friend’s desire might need to be addressed with the study material.  Then we are obligated to learn what we learned in the times of Rabash from his articles and from TES.TES includes Pticha and TES and similar books like Beit Shaar HaKavanot, Gate of Intentions, talk about it and if you send your opinion to given email. I ask everyone, it doesn't matter in what language, just write short letters about what you think about the study material, the form of the morning lesson which is divided to study from Rabash articles, Baal HaSulam articles, Pticha, TES and something else.  We will try to  create a relation each part to each other, what to study, how to study and what to put into those portions of study, what to study from Pticha and TES, there are those who studied much TES while others don't even study Pticha, so what to do.  I want all to advance like in general society with babies, kids, young adults, adults, old people according to their individual connection to the wisdom of Kabbalah.  I don't know what to do I want it to be organized, we need to understand that it belongs to finding the connection between us, the closeness.  So write to the email address and tell us what you think how to organize, divide the morning lessons, to understand what to do, also in relation to evening lesson as well, but evening lesson is an addition compared to the Morning Lesson.  So how to figure how many parts what to study not to leave anyone behind, and the main thing other than the study is how to reinforce of connection into the tens, between the tens, this is the main point, and the more we advance the illumination we feel will spread over humanity and they will feel and see that we have a foundation, plan, purpose, all flowing together with purpose of life and they will know that we know the path to attain purpose of life.  We don't have clear plan for today, we continue with previous plan, we didn't have much study from the wisdom of Kabbalah, we learned a lot about man's work, the work of the Creator, but not from the wisdom of Kabbalah from Pticha and TES, so how to introduce it now during the daily lesson.  Let's see how we go with the study of the weekly portion, as the Torah is divided into portions and we learn a bit about them about their essence that belongs to our inner work and I think we need to start with that.

2. R. Get a feeling that we are reading from the Torah, the 5 books of Moses, although it will take time to interpret all the material, for example the Zohar interprets it very emotionally.

3. R. It is written that the final act is in the initial thought, like how everything that is serious has a plan, the Creator also shows us how it was done in the entire process unfolding before us, where the final state dictates the beginning and the entire process is leading to the final state. Hence the act of creation Bereshith, Genesis, contains the final destination, in thoughts not in action, already in initial thought.  That same form that the Creator wants to see it is already present in the beginning of the act of Bereshith activating all, if in our world we don't know exactly how we work what comes out at the end, in spirituality it is the opposite only the final state is what dictates what we do now, in the beginning. The initial thought is always present, it determines manages the entire process from the beginning, if we try to do that in our own lives as well, it will turn into something different, serious, and it requires the Creator as we don't know the end of the act, regarding the adhesion, all the states we read about, but what way we need to reach those states to be in us understanding, feeling, recognition about it, so they direct us from very beginning from the very first steps how to build our life, what to do.

4. We need to understand that the purpose of our development is to reach adhesion with the Creator, meaning it is expressed not in the desire that always remains the will to receive, created as existence from absence, but the correction is to resemble the Creator, to identify with Him through the intention of bestowal.  So everything depends on the intention we learn what I want to do towards the emanator as the emanator acts towards me, all our work is in the intention only, this is our entire work.  There is no need for mechanical actions, all we need is to exist physically to feel ourselves alive let our thoughts and desires arrange and organize the intention to know how to bestow through it, how to bestow to the Creator, then we reach similarity with Him.  This is what we need to do and the entire act of Bereshith is to learn from Him the intention of creation, the purpose  of creation and to realize it, and one who studies from the Creator is the wise disciple.

5. S. (15:02) He explains that if the goal of Bereshith is realized, this is the return of creation to Tohu vBohu?

R. Of course, it was all given to us we receive this unrestricted by time or actions, if we don't change reality to resemble the Creator, to bestowal, which means that we need to be in mutual bestowal, all the created beings, the entire desire and each is part of a general desire that was shattered, we need to reconnect the parts.  So need to reach a state where we are connected in same role, purpose, to give contentment to each other in order to unite with the Creator to give Him contentment through mutual bestowal between us and to the Creator, this is the goal, bestowal between us meaning love of the created beings and bestowal to Him which is the love of the Creator, these are the two states we need to reach till the end of correction.

6. S. (16:55) Why did the Creator create earth why did He need this planet?

R. We are not talking about the planet, earth, world, we feel those only in our will to receive, entire desire is in us, in our imagination, inside the corrupt desire, to the extent we correct the desire then in the corrected desire we will feel a higher, corrected, better reality, more spiritual until we discover the force of bestowal, the Creator's reality there, and the universe wit all the strs and planets we see doesn't exist except in our imagination.  Without man with his feeling the whole thing wouldn't exist, it is only in our perception, we can read about it in Perception of Reality, see it in the archive, I am certain you also have it in your own language.

7. S. (18:46) How can we in every action aim towards the act of creation?

R. You are in that state, except that you need to locate it properly, each and every moment we are at beginning of creation, we feel disconnected, feeling only ourselves, just like after the shattering each one by himself.  From here we need to imagine what is the end of our development to reach through the good or bad path, hastening or suffering, arranging ourselves towards the goal quickly, easily, that's what Kabbalists advise us to do, what we want to learn and to do, there is no choice we have to do, but we need to know how and in what way.

S: But this issue of the act of the work of creation emotionally adhering with the Creator always?

R. Adhesion with the Creator is not the beginning of the work it is the end of the work, the beginning of work is when we begin to discover ourselves as opposites that we don't want to reconnect the broken state of Adam HaRishon, the broken parts don't want to return to connection.  They also don't want to discover the Creator dwelling in us, we don't want love and bestow towards others, we don't want it, this is our opposite state form which awakens in us after the shattering of the vessel. The Creator created the final state and shattered it, made it opposite, and we are in the state seeing an opposite world and start from that, each moment we have to locate our current state, the hate and rejection, distance from each other, the separation as our nature.  We also need to know the desired state which is the connection between us and with the Creator, to the same extent we connect between us we attain our connection with Him.

S. Turns out that during the lesson, if I want to aim towards the beginning of creation first we discover the shattering?

R. No, we can't discover shattering if we aren’t drawn to connection, we don't have to discover that we are sinners, egotistic, no.  The moment you try to perform any acts of connection towards the correct state, then you immediately discover the opposite form, that you don't want correction, in those actions when you try to connect there will be a little light there and shows you how opposite you are compared to Him.

8. S. (23:23) Rabash writes that if we don't have the intention to bestow, we don't have upper abundance, if we take this as the goal, can I bring evil inclination in the ten closer to this?

R. We don't fight the evil inclination we want to take the good inclination, to accept that, make it control us, always wanting to connect and we discover we are incapable, but we don't regret this failure, we are happy to reveal the evil, as this is the sign of right work.  There we can ask Him to correct, connect us, to dwell among us, this is part of connection with the Creator, His revelation to the created beings.  We don't despair from feeling evil in the will to receive, the rejection, rather we feel in that correct state, so we can ask Him to come and connect us, the Creator is the force of connection.

9. S. (25:17) What does it mean that the Creator renews the creation each day?

R. Broken desires awaken in us, Briyah, creation, from the word, Bar, outside of the good state, the Creator renews the act of Bereshith each moment, each moment broken desires awaken, all coming from the shattering of Adam HaRishon. These broken desires awaken in us, so one by one we try to correct them, asking the Creator to connect us, in short we need to work on this we have nothing else to do, except feeling distance and drawing His force to connect us, nothing besides me, ten, Creator, we need to concentrate on this.

10. S. (26:39) Act of creation is the beginning of whole work, how to make sure we understand it?

R. We are talking about that exactly now.

11. S. (27:02) You mentioned that from the love of the created beings to the love of the Creator, we reach the love of the Creator, we need to reach the state of one man with one heart, all one, so what state is the love of the created beings before we discover the Creator?

R. There is the action we need, the love of others and the state we reveal as result, one heart,  it is the same with the Creator, we discover how much we need the Creator's help to correct us and in this intention we come closer to Him.  We go from the action to the state, actions and states.

S. Initial action of love of the created beings and when the Creator dwells there becomes one?

R. No, the love of others we have to attain as we want to bestow contentment to the Creator, love of others is the cause, the means by which to give contentment to Him.

12. (28:49) What actions to do?

R. I don't have time for this, do what Rabash writes about the connection in the ten, I can't explain it again and again, it is clear that you don't know how to connect and this is what Rabash writes about.

S. Can we know in advance what is a beneficial action?

R. You need to perform the act as written, do not to check it in your mind how to act, do as written, none showed you the end.

13. S. (30:18) In each action I try to do it for friends and the Creator but it all depends on the intensity of the desire?

R. Intensity of the desire is for the connection towards friends and towards Him, and you receive this from the society, environment by envy, lust, honor which helps when you are looking at the friends, seeing them more successful and I am grateful to the Creator for showing me this, advancing me this way, seeing that I can't do it but the opposite I am behind them, and those who want to advance and see themselves unsuccessful in connection this is a good state advancing us forward.

14. S. (31:42) If there is no intention to bestow no reception of abundance?

R. The intention is the main thing, actions can be anything, the important thing is what is your intention, what you want to see as the end result that counts.

S. How to realize the intention?

R. In the action, the end of the action is in the initial intention, you need to know what you want to attain and work accordingly and you might need several actions to finish it, but you aim at the result, which is to connect in the group until the Creator is revealed in the connection.

S. Is something common between thought and intention?

R. We will learn about it.

15. S. (32:58) We started a new year and in it we started from Bereshith, can you explain why?

R. I want us to become familiar with what's written in the Torah, the Zohar was created according to the Torah as its interpretation, Rabash also writes articles accordingly, I am not inventing anything new, only following what we have been doing, but going deeper into the material trying to implement it.

16. S. (34:04) You said that there is the Creator, the will to receive and all the questions we study means solely to be aimed at changing my actions in order to receive with the right intention, otherwise we have nothing to ask?

R. Correct.

17. R. We are talking about earth (Malchut) and not the heavens.

18. R. Before the act of creation, Bereshith there was no heaven and earth, everything in the act of creation begins from a reality that comes from nothing, from absence towards us, some upper force divided reality into two parts, one is bestowal, the Creator's part, Shamayim, Heaven and another part that belongs to us, to the created beings, which is Ratzon, earth, desire, outside of the Upper force and we have to come to a states where all the qualities, intentions that appear on earth will be according to what happens in Heavens, why is it called earth, Eretz, Ratzon, in order to be in the earth just as in the heavens, in the Creator.

19. S. (37:16) Who is she, the original Eretz, Ratzon but Malchut didn't want to do what the Creator wants as it is opposite, no?

R. We don't speak about Malchut of Ein Sof, the act of Bereshith it will be clarified much later, the heavens, earth are in the world of Atzilut and all the forces we learn about how they accumulate, descend through the world of Ein Sof through the world of Adam Kadmon to the world of Nekudim, into Atzilut and they build the system of world of Atzilut, Briyah, Yetzirah, Assiyah, (ABYA) and a special structure called Adam HaRishon, and they break Adam and build around him the system of heavens and earth, and then Adam that is shattered into many fragments begins to start to correct in order to reunite heaven and earth.

20. S. (39:10) We talked about intention, both in intention to bestow and connection with friends the will to receive is always mixed with it, is it ok to work with it?

R. For the time being it is ok.

21. S. (39:43) Bereshith we can say is also the Kli that is filled with light of Ein Sof and also a compression, the lack of correction from this world of action rising up?

R. Let us scrutinize it first, don't jump, we will see where it starts from, we are only talking about the forces of the Creator cascading down to Atzilut and only in the world of Atzilut after the shattering of the vessel of Adam HaRishon we start to talk about a creature, before it is only forces that add up and interact with one another, building an upper layer that belongs only to the Creator, and later inside we build something sustaining the system of Adam HaRishon, and much later we can recognize where we exist outside of Adam, outside of Godliness, as parts of Adam HaRishon which separated due to no similarity of form, each existing in their own bodies alone  in this environment, we will talk about the general picture each time. So have patience, in general we will attain the complete picture of reality and how we rise through this towards spirituality and adhesion.

22. R. The topic of shame is very great thing, we can feel something that is separate from ourselves, and the gap between the states, discernments when I feel that I am opposite of something, this evokes the feeling of shame and the gap towards that other, higher state pushes me to reach the second state, shame is very beneficial to one who wants to advance.  This is also how we awaken kids as well, pointing out other successful kids to push them forward.  So if we feel the the Creator is guiding us from above, when we are not exactly like the friends as they are better, then we have to thank the Creator for pushing us to advancement, so we need to find others who are ahead, and I can already advance, we have plenty of possibilities, there is no problem to advance, I just need to see friends as better than me.

23. (46:24) We hear the shame is reserved for higher souls, what does it mean that it is upon the creation to correct the shame, what efforts do we need to do, to reach the quota to merit shame for correction?

R. We need to be grateful for shame, understanding that there is none else besides Him, He awakens in us the feeling of shame to advance us only, not to trip us.  So we need to hold onto the group to encourage each one to feel that through shame they can advance, so don't feel like a failure but as success.  One who feels shame is a success, the Creator awakens the feeling to advance the person, so we have to be joyful for the spiritual shame, that's in direction to connection with the friends and to bestowal to the Creator, this is how we advance.

24. S. (48:13) Why is the correction over shame why not over the evil inclination?

R. Exactly the difference between the good inclination and the evil inclination, this is shame, we don't have anything to correct about evil inclination, only the relationships matters between what's present and what's desirable.

25. S. (48:43) How to correctly use the shame when sometimes it paralyzes the person?

R. It is not good, think about it carefully, to feel shame is as leverage for advancement, not to be paralyzes on the contrary to be happy, as the Creator wants to advance you through revelation of evil and is completely evil from the onset but doesn’t surrender to the evil, is happy then from this revelation you can ask though ten for correction.  To see before you the plan, as there is a plan of development, advancement towards goal, it is simple I discover myself, and see that I am all bad, I have the opportunity to correct myself through the Upper force to create an opposite form from my original form, by joining group and discovering Him there, this is the correction of Adam, what you want, do you want to get rid of the awareness of evil? Instead I need to be happy about it, without the evil inclination I am not man, he who is greater than his friend his evil inclination is also greater, this is the general spirit we need in our huge society, we reveal the will to receive, we recognize how bad we are and we are happy to take a step forward, not like criminals, we attain who we are and see that we can take a step forward, this is why the Creator reveals our dissimilarity to Him.

26. S. (51:28) The ability to advance in seeing friends as successful but the ego doesn't let me see this, how to overcome this?

R. In order to grab the ego to try to see them as better, more successful and that you don't want to integrate with them, you don't want to be inside them, we need to be like entering the wrapper as smaller and then enter and feel the connection in them.

S. Is there room for praying if I can't succeed?

R. First you need to do, to put all the effort in and from that if you don't succeed, then you pray otherwise you have no reason to pray.

27. S. (52:52) What role do the sources have here in the work of creation with regards to shame?

R. I count everything from the act of creation, Creator and created beings and that the created beings need to come to similarity with Him and the fact that we haven't reached this similarity yet with the Creator is the feeling of shame.

28. S. (53:38) Rabash writes that the creation has work to correct the shame, is it about the intention to bestow?

R. When we do this we feel instead of shame, we start to feel pride, instead of sorrow, joy.

S. But I don't feel shame.

R. That is a problem that you don't feel worse than other friends, you can imagine to what extent I tell you they are way more advanced.  They are quiet, work inside quietly and you miss that, you don't see how far ahead they are, you stay behind you are laughing, crying, making a lot of noise, try to scrutinize the work that is internal and then you will succeed.

29. R. Only the intention is missing for will to receive to use the intention to bestow and then we will be able to receive all and the more it receive from the creator and other than receiving he can’t do anything which is only act it can perform, he applies the restriction, I receive only with intention to bestow and before that I receive nothing, we actually live in such a world as we are not alive yet, we are outside of spirituality.  When we have the right intention then we will receive directly from the Creator with clear recognition that we receive from Him with the intention to bestow, our action is bestowal, the deed is always receiving, we can't do anything else, but to receive in order to bestow is bestowal from the created being.

30. S. (1:00:03) To attain the correct intention is the whole work, how to build it?

R. We build the intention between the friends, need to work with someone as we can't work with the Creator directly, we don't feel Him. That's why I am very worried about my relation to friends, as that is the only place to build relationships of bestowal, I bestow to them they bestow to me.  This is why the group is the only place where can realize this, and from building the right relation to the friends from that I can learn, how I can relate to the Creator, it is called from the love of created beings to the love of the Creator, this is how we arrange our advancement.  Without organizing the ten, without considering the ten as the Creator, and He will indeed be revealed there, without organizing this state I have nothing to advance with.

S: We are building the intention, what kind of matter is it?

R. It is the attitude towards the ten, only to help them advance towards spirituality, I need to see them in each moment as how I can help them advance towards spirituality and then I see myself as opposite to them, as the most little, to embrace them, awaken them, in all forms.

S. So this means that I have the will to receive that changes and I discover myself as more evil each time and building the right intention over this, how can I use this recognition of evil towards the Creator and how does this work for the intention to change?

R. The intention is the quality of the relationship between us, the essence of connection between us.

S. Does the intention change all the time?

R. You can change it, increase, improve it, what you do is not considered, the intention is result of the actions, like what intention you started life with and with what intention do you finish.

S. Intention remains or accumulates?

R. It depends on the person, the question is what does he want to get out of life.

S. The connection of the efforts to change the intention where does it accumulate, do we start from zero each time?

R. It accumulates in the vessel, this is the difference between animate and speaking, the addition of the intention on the speaking level, otherwise we are like animals.

31. S. (1:04:35) You were very excited about starting to learn from the Torah, 5 books of Moses, will we go into the biblical story as well and interpret it?

R. We need to understand, feel our place in the system, and the 5 books of Moses is the foundation for all, you will see how TES , Zohar, writings of Rabash all rely on it, and accordingly the study of the Torah the intention is to learn the whole wisdom of Kabbalah uses it as this is foundation.

S. Do you think we need to bring to study from biblical story?

R. We might, but not sure but, we need to equip ourselves with correct attitude, view and to see it through right form when we read biblical text.

32. S. (1:06:30) The evil can be revealed only through shame, seeing the better states of the friends?

R. Yes, correct.

33. S. (1:06:49) You said that I should improve my relation to the friends to improve the intention, how?

R. There is a lot written about it I can't explain it, focus on the simple attitude to reach connection all the way to love.

34. S. (1:07:23) How does the shame from lack of similarity bring equivalence of form?

R. Shame is the entire leverage by which we change ourselves, shame is the cause for first restriction, showing a person how different he is from the Creator, so the kli performs restriction, the feeling of shame is necessary, in this there are many modes depending on what we feel shame about.  For example wanting to rob bank and I was caught, I feel shame before the friends as I am not a professional bank robber, or ashamed that I am a criminal, shame exists in all degrees, feeling the gap between my reception and the Creator's bestowal, all states are measured by the shame and according to the amount of shame we rank ourselves, there is no other way to weigh, rank the differences between us and the Creator.

S. This causes us to reach similarity?

R. Yes.

35. S. (1:09:22) Where do you get the division of desires of a person?

R. Man's desires come to us from the difference between us and from the Creator from shattering of Adam HaRishon there is no difference between the system the Creator created and this is the meaning of man is in the Garden of Eden and the creator would fill man himself all of his desires and the Upper light and the Kli are equals and then the shattering took place through the revelation of the snake, will learn about that special desire.  Since then we can feel the shame the first, is when you wanted to require a covering over the will to receive which wasn't in order to bestow that's why they required a covering Adam and Eve meaning both Malchut and the upper nine over the corrupted by in order to receive will learn about those things they're not complicated.

36. S.  (1:10:59) According to Excerpt number 4, I understand we are all participating in the work of creation, it's a very big responsibility so from what degree will we begin to see the implications of our deeds, is there something a sign that can help us do something right?

R. Yes that's how we need to learn.

37. S. (1:11:42) If I come to the lesson and at the end of the lesson I see all the friends correctly is that the right intention?

R. Excellent.

38. S. (1:12:06) It is said that the sanctity of Israel is the beginning of the crop?

R. Think before you ask.

39. S. (1:12:35) The shame is it the feeling of the receiver as opposed to the giver the shame is it the sense of the receiver opposite the giver?

R. Right, shame is the difference from the receiver and the bestower.

40. S. (1:13:05) You said it's very important and it's effective to see the friends as greater than me but many times it looks like two friends see themselves greater than another one, how is it off?

R. Why not? Each one can do it, this is an individual feeling, what can you do? May everyone, each one feels himself the lowest and on the other hand feel himself as the greatest to bestow to them, that's great.

41. S. (1:13:48) How is it possible to prove that his desire is to do good to the created beings in his did that does good?

R. Come to a state that you'll discover it then you can prove this is revealed only to one who can see according to equivalence of form, according to you you'll be able to bestow otherwise you'll have the right vessel to receive.

42. S. (1:14:31) What does Rav recommend his students in terms looking at the weekly Torah portion?

R. We will learn it together and as much as you can repeat it during the day and accordingly will advance. I am not dropping something on you, we simply wish to organize in these lessons everyone if I work together in a correct view of the goal, how we advance and come to a decision with the Creator that's it. To realize what already exists inside of me, inside of creation to realize the plan of creation that's what we will do.

43. S. (1:15:31) It's clear that all this work, in the ten but when we experience the state of shame our work is to always push the ten constantly but when we feel this feeling of shame and blame how can we think that every day you and everything is recent how can I reach that state?

R. You won't believe it, but I'll tell you I'm an extremely shy and also according to my character I'm willing to be locked in my room and never come out not being in contact with people that's my nature but there's a goal, and I don't know why the Creator has dropped it on me and on each one of you, and you have to go out and you have to do it. Be sometimes insolent and make these actions, appear before people, speak before people and it's totally out of character. You can ask them sometime Chaim Ratz, he's coming to me and pressuring me to see people, but I don't want to see them.  According to my nature I want to be locked off in my room and never come out, but what can you do? That's what each one of you should tell yourself what to do, can I advance all of creation like that? Didn't keep my role no, it's written everyone has to be like Moses, all those who yearn for the Creator he's their leader and each one has to be like that each one. In truth when we come to the round form of the Kli of Adam HaRishon we see that every cell every person from that cell, It's called Keter towards the Kli as to be as the connector to the entire Kli, the entire soul towards the Creator and you have nowhere to run to you have to do it. you have to so there's no reason to feel ashamed, it's simply our obligation and I'm asking you to see reality in this way.

44. S. (1:19:24) What does it mean that if we don't make actions towards bestowal then we are outside of life?

R. Outside of spirituality means outside of life, our world doesn't exist only in our imagination because it exists entirely in order to receive an in order to receive does not exist in spirituality there is this some bubble outside of the Creator where we seemingly exist outside of the Creator it's a seeming bubble to help start existing in truth.  That's the meaning of our existence, let's put it this way, we exist in potential. Just like you have the seed inside a man and egg inside a woman, it doesn't matter until they connect and give and launch the new life.  So we exist in this way meaning disconnected from any realization we exist only in potential. This is our form of existence in the form of in order to receive in a tiny form outside of the true desire the true outside of the Creator and everything.  Until we connect for the first time between us in our ten. It means that we are preparing ourselves to enter Ibur, conception, the Upper one the Creator is like the womb and we are then entering him, but we have to connect. The masculine part and the feminine part together and we connect in the ten that's how we do it there is our will to receive the will to bestow that comes from the Creator and we connect to there.

45. S. (1:22:03) How do I envision the world at the end of this current year? What would be considered progress?

R. Complete adhesion I can't say any more than that.

46. S. (1:22:40) The state you talk about we come to it also with restriction and shame?

R.
