1. Rav’s Introduction: Yes, we are still in the Ibur. We are truly standing at the opening and we need to make efforts in order to get in, to push ourselves in, to take upon ourselves all of the conditions to order to be inside spirituality, inside of the Creator. This is truly a revolution. There is no greater difference between the degrees as from whatever is before Ibur and after we enter Ibur, conception, and we can see even in this world to what extent these things are difficult for science, difficult for our appreciation. We don't quite understand what it depends on. This is why we need to try more and more, many times each and every day, try to see ourselves that we are entering conception. That we are connecting to the group and to the Creator in the form of conception. That we annul before them, and this is the main thing. Rabash also tells us that our behavior in the group, that everything starts from the annulment. The annulment of the person towards his right environment which then becomes actually the womb and in it the Creator already works towards this person who annuls himself. These things are very subtle, very important. We can't quite talk about them with our words, we don't quite have the experience and the emotions between us. However we should try as much as possible to depict to ourselves these things and out of us depicting it correctly or incorrectly it doesn't matter. There is none as wise as the experienced one. And the experience includes within it all the different states. Therefore don't be as afraid, don’t be embarrassed, but as much as possible, more and more times push yourself forcefully into that state of conception. Ask, there is nothing that you can do about it. All of these questions and answers they remain in our archive. Later we will sort them and we will make out of them truly a complete text so that other people will be able to learn from it and shorten their way to reach spirituality through that degree that we are now paving for the whole of humanity.

2. S. (4:03) How to truly depict this state of impregnation?

R. This is what Rabash writes about in all these excerpts. Conception means that he annuls himself and he takes upon himself what the upper one wants. The most important is that he will feel that he is incorporated in the upper one. It is not important for him, it truly doesn't matter to him to what extent he needs to change himself, but rather to adapt himself to the upper one in everything. That form is called conception, impregnation, whatever he receives. And in this way he will advance more and more until he will take upon himself more discernments that the upper one is passing to him. These discernments as we see from corporeality depend on the actual matter, the substance of the embryo, meaning the desires that he can receive and give them the force of the form of bestowal, like the upper one. Then it is considered that he is growing inside of the upper one because he is no longer hindering the upper one, to the contrary he adheres to him and develops inside of him.

S. What is that quality that the upper one passes on to us?

R. The fact that we annul ourselves is not that from that we get the form of the upper one. We just annul our will to receive and we want to be adhered to Him that is we want to annul ourselves. Truly, it’s as though I do not exist. But later on there is more. From the side of the Creator as it says He makes a form within a form. That the Creator takes each time our will to receive and He makes of it as if from play-doh the form of bestowal and this is considered that the embryo is growing inside of its mother. The mother, it’s Malchut or Bina, it's the womb, the upper force, the force of bestowal in which we gradually grow, according to our congruence with that force of bestowal. And we need to try to feel it in our body, in our skin to the extent that the Creator is doing it over us and to the extent that we are willing to annul ourselves and be in His hands and let the upper one do whatever He wants. We just need to be ready for it.

S. I understand correctly that, first annul ourselves before the 10 and the Creator gives us some manners of bestowal we can realize to the friends?

R. That’s right. Let us approach the verses.

S. You said we should forcefully bring ourselves into the state of conception. Isn't the Creator doing everything?

R. The Creator doesn’t do everything. He is expecting the person to start doing it. In order to get from the person the correct actions, the Creator presses the person. He takes him through different states in order to force the person to want to annul towards the Creator and by that to give the Creator a possibility to make the person a spiritual quality.

S. To forcefully bring your state into the state of conception. I invest my effort to do all changes in me… (Cut off by Rav)

R. That is incorrect. You cannot make any change in yourself. You can only annul yourself toward the friends, toward the group. Make a 0 out of yourself as though you do not exist. And then you ask of the Creator that he will help you in that and later on that he will make an embryo out of you. Your actions are only to annul yourself, to persuade the Creator that He will cancel you, annul you and make out of you a new form. From where will you take the forces to make out of yourself something spiritual? You never have such forces.

3. S. (9:45) Why is the entry into conception more difficult than all the other spiritual degrees?

R. All the other spiritual degrees that later on we pass through are similar to one another to some extent. You don't change in them your desires, yourself, from let’s say straight to opposite, whereas the entrance to conception is truly a miracle. That whatever you didn't have before, that earlier you existed only in the will to receive, now it starts to take upon itself suddenly the form of bestowal. It is above nature, it’s something that does not exist in nature but rather only the Creator can do it. He makes an exercise, a miracle, such an action over the person. If He’ll want to He’ll do it, if He doesn't want to He won't do it. This is what it’s like seemingly, in that there is no cause and consequence. What precedes the impregnation is a sort of annulment so that I do not exist. I have nothing to begin the impregnation. Therefore the entrance to the impregnation is such that it is impossible in advance to say it’s going to happen, or it won’t happen, or when will it happen, none of it. Rather when it happens then we understand that it is happening. Just like in our world with impregnation. If it is done it is done. If it is not done then we need to try again and again.

S. How to distinguish between a fall which is in the impregnation state and abortion?

R. We have no abortion. Everything simply means lack of complete entrance to conception. An abortion can happen later. An abortion is when we get into the conception and later on some accidents happen in the development. Then it can have a miscarriage, an abortion. For us that’s not how it is. For us it’s simply lack of correct entrance to conception.

S. In the preparation there are no abortions?

R. In order for an abortion to happen we have to be truly in conception, in connection with the womb, inside of the womb, in some kind of development over some time, meaning a few degrees. And then, God forbid an abortion might happen. We haven't yet entered the impregnation so our lack of success in entering conception is not considered an abortion.

4. S. (13:40) I can't understand if this stage of conception is a kind of Loop that repeats itself all of the time because we haven't reached or built the screen as a 10 or is there a different reason for that?

R. In conception we build everything. This is why we are all in this action called conception. Everyone, even the little ones, the young ones, the new ones, it doesn't matter. We are all in conception.

5. S. (14:32) From the moment we started talking about conception it seems that the whole spiritual work is realized specifically in this action?

R. Yes.

S. Is this the beginning of spirituality for a man?

R. Yes.

S. So how not to blur this state and to actually realize it?

R. You see how I’m staying on this point, I’m not running ahead? I am truly patient and waiting until everyone will understand where we are. And we will be ready to perform common actions in participation between us in order to enter the conception. This is actually our whole role.

S. What is realizing this conception?

R. Realizing, actualizing the conception means we will be willing to give up everything in order to annul before the upper one. The upper one for us is the group towards which we annul according to what Rabash writes.

6. S. (16:19) Annulling myself is something that I should understand in advance or how to do it? When I do it will it be revealed from above?

R. It will be revealed from above according to the efforts that you make below.

S. Before it is revealed what are these efforts?

R. To annul before the group, read Rabash's articles. I have nothing else to tell you. You are asking the same thing all the time and I'm answering you the same thing all the time.

7. S. (17:22) When Kabbalists used to ask to come down from the state they were in, into a lower state, did they come down to a state of conception or even lower?

R. No, this is not for us. We don't understand these states. This is special work that they wanted to take upon themselves. This is after the Ibur and Yenicka and Mochin when they already have adulthood and they want to come down to some smallness or infancy in order to do some special work. Don't take that into account. You should read what we are studying and don't tie it in with any other verses that you heard. It will confuse you.

S. (18:27) Is the feeling prior to conception a feeling that I am always missing something, that I have to annul, or do we feel we are completely annulled and we are waiting for a miracle?

R. We need to try to annul completely and if there are additional discernments we should try to annul them also, but again this is all inside of the 10. Not pressuring anyone, but rather to truly be, well... imagine this to yourselves as Rabbi Yossi Ben Kisma toward his students. He didn't pressure them or anything, they didn't feel his work.

9. S. (19:29) How to awaken the force of annulment to annul myself? To not wait one more day?

R. It all depends only on you. When you’ll be able to annul yourself you will see that the whole world is as the Shechina and you are already included in it. The Shechina is the force of Bina and you of Malchut ascended to the force of Bina, you entered the womb. If you don't have the force to wait, ask the Creator for this force. But you should know that with respect to spirituality a person needs to see that only he needs correction.

10. S. (20:48) Is there a state that a person or a 10 enters conception without knowing or understanding that they are in the conception?

R. No, in true conception no. But the entrance meaning getting closer to the conception, yes it happens in a way that is rather quick. In a few steps the person suddenly begins to feel that, yes, apparently he is being pulled to enter the conception by the upper force.

S. Meaning when I enter the conception, when the 10 enters conception we will certainly feel it?

R. Yes, of course.

11. S. (21:48) For a moment we are able to feel the annulment of the friends and we go in and out of this. How should we relate to this, should we want to be happy about these moments?

R. We need to be happy, to rejoice. The fact that the Creator is working on us and all of the time He is raising in us new corrupted records and each time he is connecting us more and more, and in this way we study the work of the Creator, the work of the Lord on our corrupted desire. What we have to do in the meantime is only to annul ourselves. As much as possible let Him work on us. To be in joy over the fact that He is doing it.

12. S. (23:05) What else are we missing to enter the state of conception?

R. Only annulment. Each one towards the friends and all of us together towards the Creator. Through these efforts we forcefully bring ourselves into the womb that is all.

13. S. (23:45) Can we see the effort to go into the 10 as the prayer, as the effort toward annulment? Are these parallel things or am I missing something?

R. We can't yet measure our efforts, but we need to feel we are doing it.

14. S. (24:17) You said this week that there are friends that are coming closer to conception, if they enter the conception how will that change the World Kli?

R. Any such entrance of course gives the overall sum total of the general vessel of Adam HaRishon a new status. Through them, when they come close to that degree of no longer even conception but Yenicka, through them greater light comes. And through the connection between us it does come down and somehow it shines on us. And this is how each shall help his friend, this is how we get closer. This is why I have to be interested in my friends’ success as much as possible.

S. How can we help them?

R. Each one must help everyone. All in all we need to realize that we all belong to a single vessel.

S. Among the thousands of friends and students there are many that are new, how do we make this path easier for them, they prefer to learn in their mind?

R. It’s true, they prefer intellectual to emotional study but we were initially also drawn to intellectual study. I used to draw many sketches and I was teaching through the intellect for many years also, because these were different times. It wasn't so necessary and the state of the world wasn’t still as ready for correction as it is now and this is therefore how we begin. We all begin from the vessels that we have and these are the corporeal-minded emotions. That we want to depict spirituality in a corporeal form because we can't do it any other way. Until, bit by bit, as we work together, we operate together, we talk about it, this is how we get closer to the form of conception. This is already a form before which everyone should understand where we are, what is ahead of us, and how should we, continue onward. Here, now in our state, we should all arrange ourselves already towards the entrance and we should explain this to the beginners and also have additional conversations and lectures and explanations so that it would be easier for them to understand what it is we are doing and how to advance. This again is according to the same materials that we are studying, however with an easier explanation a more accessible one.

15. S. (28:01) You mentioned bringing Malchut to Bina. Is this a one-time event that the 10 needs to aim towards?

R. No, there are many parts of Malchut that we need to bring them to be used in order to bestow, which is Bina. There are many such actions.

16. S. (28:37) How are we to evolve in the womb so that we come to a complete conception condition?

R. Before the conception we are not in the womb. Before conception we’re before the entrance to the womb. Before conception we are in a state where the environment, we do not define it as a womb, it is something that is complete, one, an upper one, so that we annul before this environment and then it works on us from the degree of Bina. We are before that. When we want to depict to ourselves as being in conception we have to connect between us, we have to annul ourselves before the upper one and to agree with whatever the upper one will do upon us. Then we enter the months of pregnancy as we call them. Meaning the process that is already called conception. However this is on the condition that I want to connect with the friends and that I want to connect through them to the upper one, and I annul myself towards the friends and towards the upper one and this is how we are in the group and by that we are entering a state where the upper one starts to work on us. I think that all of us, we are not little children, we understand what conception means. In corporeality it is the same as in spirituality, however the qualities, the forces we need to call them by the right terms, and then we will not be mistaken. It is something that relatively is not complicated. The depicting force, the detaining force, those forces all together, there are not that many. We will study them but the most important for us, is connection between us and annulment before the upper one. That is it.

17. S. (31:20) The moment this happens we're already in joint forces?

R. Let's say so, I don't like their clever sentences. Speak out of your emotions, out of the fact that you want to feel it, to live in it, not that you are calculating it like in mathematics.

18. S. (31:53) Since the action of conception is a creative action we should live this with some happiness. Why do we live it with suffering?

R. Why out of suffering? No, it cannot be suffering, it has to specifically be out of joy that I am delighted, happy that I am becoming like an embryo inside of the upper one and now I will constantly discover that the Creator is in control. He is managing me in each and every step that I have in my mind and in my heart and in general, in each end everything. He determines it. I just more and more annul myself so that he will determine His control over me even more. This is what we have to do.

19. S. (33:08) I would like to ask about crossing the Machsom and entering conception, are these two actions the same?

R. Crossing the barrier happens multiple times but entering conception happens once.

20. S. (33:45) All I can give depends on what I can receive in Ibur?

R. What giving on your side?

S. To the friends; depends on what I receive during the conception?

R. Well let's say, it's not for now but yes. Let us enter the conception and we will see.

21. S. (34:24) You said before the world is more corrected than in the past, ready for the process of…(cut off by Rav)

R. Ready for correction not corrected.

S. Yes, so how will we identify people outside that are ready for the process of correction?

R. Well we can't detect them and we must not sort everyone in this way. We just need to sow, you know the way you spread seeds on the ground and then the ground absorbs them and starts to work on them. As it says those who sow in tears shall reap in joy, this is how it is.

22. S. (35:20) Should we accept anything that we go through in corporeality in daily life? Is that also conception?

R. No. We will see all the incidents in corporeality as assisting us to enter conception. We will see to what extent all of these incidents are pressuring us, seemingly they are pushing us into the womb. They’re compelling us to be in bestowal, mutual bestowal between us and toward the Creator, annulling ourselves to the Creator, so the upper one will make of us whatever He wants. We will feel the forces of nature are actually working on us in this way. It will be in our society, in the human society. There will be problems and troubles and resistance and conflicts between people and also in terms of climate. You’ll see what problems and blows we will have and also in terms of the pandemic the way it will be. Also in terms of hunger. Famine in the world. It is approaching us. Hunger, thirst, lack of water and also heat waves all of these things will come. These are the 10 plagues of Egypt. In order to emerge from the rule of Pharaoh, the rule of our ego we need assisting forces and those assisting forces are the blows that the Creator is establishing over us in order to help us emerge from our egoistic desire and enter bestowal. In bestowal we don't feel these things, these limitations do not work on Bina. It is a will to bestow. So the will to bestow doesn't feel any pressure. It is above the pressures and this is what we will have to go through and it is all in order for us and also humanity that we will advance toward the spiritual birth. We will see it with our very eyes to what extent this is working. We will look at what is happening in humanity and what blows are approaching us, and the way that they are working on us, and the way that they will help us to get closer between us to build a certain degree, a certain measure of the vessel, and to annul before the Creator. Otherwise we stand no chance of surviving. It is very nice to see how it is approaching and how we are very close to the exit. And this exit can happen with great speed. As it says that the salvation of the Lord is in the blink of an eye.

23. S. (39:14) In order to understand, better, the conception/Ibur, can you explain the difference between the transition to conception and the transition to another degree?

R. I will explain this to you. Entrance into the conception includes detachment from the will to receive in order to receive and connection to the intention in order to bestow, and development in this intention to bestow. Meaning the entire will to receive that I have I now pass it on, reformat it according to the intention in order to bestow. I take it through this intention in order to bestow and then the will to receive in the coarseness of root 1, 2, 3, 4, Shoresh, Aleph, Bet, Gimmel, Dalet and the next degree again, root 1, 2, 3, 4, it goes through this process where with each and every desire it clothes upon it the intention in order to bestow. In this embryo there are three chambers, 3 months, 3 months, 3 months, that’s how they’re called, NHY HGT HBD. Three sections, this is how we call them. When we reach complete 9 months then there is the upper Sefira of Keter and we are then inverted from the feet above the head, that’s how the embryo grows, and then it goes upside down with the head down. What does that mean being with the head down? Losing everything you acquired in the months of impregnation. You lose it all and you are born to a new degree. A new degree is coming out of the womb into the new world and it starts to develop in new spiritual degrees which are no longer the nine months as they were before, it is 12 months, a year.

That is already divided according to the new degrees and he already starts connecting to the upper one in a way that is outside of the body of the upper one. The upper one takes care of him, but he can respond to the upper one. Bit by bit it happens. Then he begins to receive the feeling of the upper one, when the upper one is no longer in complete control over him like in the conception, but rather when the embryo in his mother's womb sees from one end of the world to the other end, all the lights go through him, and we call this that the whole Torah is taught to him. Now he starts learning how to relate, learning how to relate to the upper one being outside of him. He starts learning how to resemble the upper one being outside of him, that’s a whole new degree. This is called smallness. In smallness we also have some kind of 3 degrees of Ibur, Yenicka, Mochin. These three degrees are called differently here but this is how we grow. So this is how we should grow up with you, until we reach the age of 12 years, then later 20 years, then 70 years, etc. until the final correction. This is all before us. That’s why we have to hurry up as much as possible to enter the conception. To annul ourselves as much as we can to the Creator which is practically for us the 10 and to the Creator along with the 10, together. It’s easy. It’s before us. All we have to do is put pressure on it, to give an example from one 10 to another and by envy and honor we will come out.

24. S. (45:30) What is it to give an example of conception?

R. As if you are already there, it doesn't matter. The main thing is that I awaken in them the forces of envy, the fire of envy is the greatest thing. This is what King David and King Solomon wrote because envy is so important. It says that envy, lust and honor brings a person out of the world, meaning from the degree that he is into to higher degree. Specifically by it, envy, lust and honor, because these things act on our will to receive, on our ego.

25. S. (46:20) The question, can the study of the book of Zohar help us draw such reforming light?

R. Yes, of course.

26. S. (46:51) We need to try to be an annulment but we need to pressure forcefully in the beginning to try to enter the state of conception, so how can we combine these two points?

R. I want to, as much as I can, to annul myself to the other one. The upper one for me is my group. What Rabash tells us about the group, I must forcefully realize it. We have to read the articles by Rabash again about the group, and to make short summaries for ourselves out of that, and to remind ourselves about them, and to realize them, these actions that he tells us we should. He doesn't write anything in vain. I am telling you, after years I discover every time how correctly, how decisive and how obligatory are his words.

27. S. (48:35) If the state of embryo is a new state that this is a miracle that doesn't exist in nature, how can we relate to the examples you give us from this world?

R. We will learn this in practice. Because I push myself to annul more and more towards the Creator, when I look every time for more means, states where I can annul to the Creator, when I am willing to do whatever He wishes me to do. First of all it’s towards the 10 because the Creator has no deficiency. Then from these actions of gradual annulment towards the 10, that’s where we meet with the upper force. Suddenly I see that it is really us who make the Creator by our annulment as it is written, you have made me. And every time the more we annul ourselves and connect above the annulment, between us in mutual connection, by that we basically establish and build the Creator out of our connection above the ego, above the annulment. This is how we make Him. The Creator is called Boreh, come and see, because the more you perform such actions the more you will see Him, discover Him. It’s all before us.

S. (50:59) In the end we don't understand the example we can take from nature so how can we do it?

R. I am certain you will succeed. I am very pleased with you. You are persistent, you come to the lessons, you take part.

28. S. (51:39) You talked about envy and how much it helps. Which actions or what in general can cause envy, good envy?

R. I want to evoke envy in my friends by understanding more, by feeling more, investing more. I should show them how much I'm trying, not how much I’ve attained already. That’s also possible but the main thing is I want to show them my exertion because I’m interested in their advancement, in their investment, in their exertion. So I set an example for them.

S. Yes, but why should a friend be envious of me?

R. Because it's a good example, it's correct. In my ego I don’t feel good. Yesterday I heard that the friends performed a certain action, and they connected, they also helped a friend. I hear all these things and it evokes in me, envy. It’s written. Where is it written that envy, lust and honor brings us out of the world? Send it over to us. We’ll learn this, we’ll advance and we’ll see these things. We shouldn’t do it until we advance according to our intellect, according to our experience. We can’t. We’ve been in this process for thousands of years so let's use that. You have no other method, no other wisdom that collects every time these forms by which you can advance. It sorts them out and presents them to everyone. You have no other wisdom outside of the wisdom of Kabbalah because only the Kabbalists are concerned about the correction of the world and they’re willing to open up everything to help. And they don't manipulate this for themselves. This is the opposite of what's going on in any other field, in any other thing. Here it's above the ego.

29. S. (54:54) Is there a difference between annulment in inner work in the thought of holding onto the friends in the Creator versus the work of annulling externality? Should there be a difference?

R. Annulment in externality I don't know. In externality I make the calculation about what’s worthwhile for me. What I’m going to receive in my will to receive. If in one job I got $10 and in another maybe I got $20, it’s the same desire in which I get the payment. In spirituality it’s different. In spirituality I annul myself and in return I get a new quality. A quality of bestowal in which I discover a new world, a new life and that's my reward.

S. Since we want to show the friends our work, so in inner work do I tell the friends about it so they will be envious of me? Because this is inner work and we are told not to say anything about that.

R. I think we can talk about it more or less but it’s better if we talk in verses that are not really from us. But we can also use our words. You’re not talking about what degrees you’ve reached, what you’re talking about is the general things, what we have to realize to perform, and that’s OK.

30. S. (57:07) What is the criteria which we need to use in the 10 or between the tens, so we enter conception?

R. The criterion to enter conception is how much we feel the need, the necessity for the connection between us, because that’s the only place there can be to conception. It’s only in the connection between us because there I want to annul to the Creator, I want to attach myself to the Creator, but I can't. The glue is in the 10. The Creator Himself is not before me. On the way to Him, there’s a 10. I have to clothe myself in the 10 and to the extent that I push them forward towards there, then I reach adhesion in the Creator. Then I become an embryo and where do I realize this conception? In the 10. To the extent that I annul myself more and more, I am an embryo more and more and it's all towards the 10. The Creator is a general force that acts in this whole system, this complex, but I have no other way to build myself. That's how it comes to us from above, from the general Kli of Adam HaRishon. We want to reach a state that this vessel becomes one again, complete.

31. S. (59:05) It seems as though we need to be in two states, simultaneously: one is demand, and a strong prayer, and the other one is deep annulment. How do we keep them simultaneously?

R. We can keep them, each and every thing with respect to the opposite form, we can keep them together in one vessel. In one vessel we have, as we learned in the Four Phases, you have a desire to bestow completely, which is Keter; a complete will to receive, which is Malchut; the force of the Light, which is Hochma; the force of bestowal, which is Bina. It’s only there you have Zeir Anpin making this special combination and then everything falls into place. We have no problem to connect opposite things, if we aim them to the same source from which come both bestowal and reception, and the Lights, as Hochma, Hassidim, no problem, the source is one. That’s why you can aim everything at it.

S. What should I do if I notice that bad envy awakens within me and I start to hate a person who seems to me more successful than I am and the hatred is stronger than me. What should I do?

R. We should imagine ourselves, depict ourselves as being in one commando unit and then, if you come closer to him, you can use his qualities, he can use your qualities, and then you’ll succeed.

32. S. (01:01:05) Everything will be with the person cancelling one’s self against the 10 but should the person should I know but should a person accept something from the 10?

R. All you can get from the 10 is examples, how to annul himself. All the rest he receives is from the Creator. And then they’ll also discover that these examples of annulment are also brought to him from the Creator through the 10, and everything is only from the Creator. Then in these 10 Sefirot in width and height, meaning 100 Sefirot, we begin to discover the upper force. Even though we discover Him through the connection between us, we discover in our desires where we connected together in mutual bestowal, we discover there the Creator which is the force of bestowal. Alone I can’t do it. To the extent that I connect with the friends in mutual forces of bestowal, there we discover the Creator as the higher general force of bestowal. That’s how we understand and feel the Creator.
