Ibur [Impregnation] - Selected Excerpts from the Sources. #5

https://docs.google.com/document/d/13hgsqxIPQhuJWdSfaeoMI6_LIPYUB0CnusieKSmBkOE/edit

1. Rav’s Introduction: (00:17)) Ibur is the first state that we need to achieve in our spiritual path, and we understand it to be the first stage where we nullify before the upper one, connect between us and reach the first state of being as one man in one heart.

Reading Excerpt 2 (01:35) “At the beginning of the entrance into the work of the Creator..”

2. R. (02:58) Ibur is when a person wants to nullify himself like he was before the first will receive was impregnated in him.

Excerpt 3 Twice (03:21) “Wanting to exit selflove and begin the work of bestowal…”

3. R. (04:05) Yes, that Ibur, impregnation is indeed a very unique state, entering a new world and so what he had before he doesn't take into account anymore, he goes above that with other conditions. Like it says here, it enters a new area where he has never been, and this is called Ibur: Every time we enter a new area that state is called Ibur and in each and every degree this matter takes place.

Reading again excerpt 3 (05:20) …

4. R. (06:02) Yes meaning what he went through in life now it is a whole new thing, something different, something that didn't exist before; and it is foreign and it is contrary to what existed before and therefore it is a new kind of work.

5. S. (06:40) He says two things that are very interesting, I didn't actually understand them: one, in each time that we come and enter a new area this is called Ibur, and two is that the state before that this desire is developed in the will to receive is also called Ibur, that is not clear can you please explain?

R. Well in general when we enter the new state every such entrance can be called Ibur, impregnation; that a person enters and clothes into to the state of the new place, and that means he enters impregnation, that is one. Secondly is that here he begins to feel what it means to be in impregnation in the upper one, he nullifies himself towards the upper one, he acquires qualities that the upper one give to him and in such a way he begins to be connected with the upper one like the embryo in its mother. We will go through a few more details about the Ibur and it will be clear to us what is the context of these terms.

S. This new state that we are entering into each time, what state is that, is it a state of bestowal, a state of love, what is the new state?

R. Of course that I am on a higher degree, I am certainly in a higher spiritual state, and that's how I ascend, that is how I improve; and those degrees of improvement are what we can call Ibur. I am still an embryo.

6. S. (09:40) He's speaking about leaving the things that are connected to our past. What are the criteria that we need to understand, what should I keep from the past and what should I let go of in this new state so I can go on the easier way towards a future state?

R. This we will have to learn, we are not going into details yet. Of course our will to receive that we had before has to work in a different way but that is still not for now. You should stick to what we are studying and not what you are thinking and what to ask.

7. S. (10:42) This Congress brought us to a new degree, and everyone feels it. We have these kinds of new senses, new feelings of this connection that exists, a new world. How can we as a tin hold one another and feel these new measurements that we have that we all feel?

R. Yes indeed the convention that we had raised us to a higher degree, to a new degree. Those who were in it, those who participated in it properly. What do you need to do? We need to increase our connection more and more and in this way we will achieve what is written about the degree of Ibur.

S. How can we start feeling this new world of this complete unity?

R. Only by connection there is nothing else here, but through the increasing connection between us. this connection that is shaping up we will understand what it is about; how the embryo grows inside its mother literally; its mother being the will to bestow and the embryo gradually begins to restrict his will to receive and absorb the will to bestow and cling, adhere to its mother, then he grows more and more in degrees of Ibur.

8. S. (13:03) What kind of incorporation needs to be in the ten so that we feel this deficiency of this state of Ibur and where does it start from?

R. I am reading all of these excerpts and I see that I'm not yet there. But with envy, lust and honor; that I oppose the friends or towards the friends, that pushes me forward and therefore I begin to think how do I achieve these states that we are studying about? It says it has to be a connection so I am willing to approach connection, It is written that in some way I have to get closer to the friends so I am willing, because I have no choice, I don't have a choice. I am studying the laws of nature; either I carry them out in advance or I don't and then I fall from that degree to the animate degree, it is one of the two.

9. S. (14:38) The expression, leaving everything has two fears in it that I also feel with the friends: one is a fear to disconnect from or separate from old connections, cool them down, and the second maybe awakens hatred from the fear that maybe one friend will seem superior to the rest, how do we possibly navigate these fears?

R. Only by getting closer to the friends. You have no other choice or path but just more and more getting closer to them until you all begin to build the first form of Ibur, then you'll understand what it is; that only the connection is building the new state.

Reading Excerpt 4. Twice. (16:44) “Ibur means a person temporarily shifts or removes..”

10. S. (19:33) Yesterday in the evening we got together with a few friends, with two tens as preparation towards the trip we're going to at the end of the week. A few things happened there that were really special and I kind of just want to scrutinize with you: the first thing is that there is a feeling it's like you are looking at the friends and anyone who is there if I were connected virtually or physically they were in this overcoming really like it was this meeting where it was like this inner overcoming of each and every friend, you could really feel it. this is called Ibur,  this is called annulment, what is this?

R. You should say what it was, how do I know?

S. How do we know that the action we are doing is either in Ibur or …?

R. You are reading about this now, Rabash writes to us: as you read quote after quote you can say whether you are in it or not, before it or after it, does it happen to you or not; It is written for you.

S. That is exactly why I am asking because I don't know. I have this feeling and maybe the friends can add to it but yes it is starting to be, It's not like the sentences that we are reading and we don't understand…

R. Disconnected from you.

S. Yes, It’s not disconnected, it’s not separated from us, it is starting to become something that is really felt on the flesh.

R. Well...

S. And, honestly, I don't really know what to do with this feeling?

R. Go deeper. Delve into it more and more. That’s it. Very simple. We want to go deeper and deeper into it, to strengthen that.

S. Yesterday one of the friends said that he was in a state that he wanted to stay in forever. It's a feeling of let's stay like this. Is that the right feeling to be as an embryo, or you always want to go forward or what?

R. Well, he felt some ascension above his regular state so he wanted to stay there. But certainly there is no state in spirituality that a person can say that he wants to stay in for eternity. None. Even the final point that we read about, is also not the final point; it also keeps moving away and pulling us, attracting us towards it more and more. Just as we think about Infinity, that's how we think about our final connection which is actually infinite. There is no limit to getting closer to the Creator who is Infinite.

11. S. I wanted to ask in relation to Ibur,  is this action an action that we are doing in a conscious way, actively or does it happen to us?

R. We are being taught about this action and that we can get closer to it by ourselves, if that's what we already think but in truth we are making an action here an action of connection between us stronger and stronger and by that we feel that there is a force that attracts us to The Creator more and more.

S. What's the edition in the connection between us that transforms this connection to become an embryo?

R. We obligate the upper body, the Ima, the mother to take care of us. As much as we connect more we actually cause her, the general Bina to take care of us more and more; we  necessitate her. This is the raising of MAN.

S. But out of this obligation we are invested in is called our entrance into Ibur and whatever we did before it and nothing came out of it?

R. No, Ibur is a process, it is not like a single incident, rather a whole process until we become an embryo in every sense and ready for birth; all of that is considered Ibur, It is all the nine months of pregnancy.

S. So in the process of Ibur what kind of efforts are we doing and that are considered as part of the process?

R. Only connection between us. All the rest we receive from above.

S. Each effort in connection adds to this connection, to Ibur

R. Yes, of course. There is nothing else to do. You can also read everywhere that only the connection between us, and also we don't know exactly what kind of connection between us and what we need to do, but the tendency to connect actually advances us.

S. I am not able to grasp it here because we are making efforts, everyone is exerting in connection all the time but I can't really grass what the edition in this exertion and this effort that at the end of the day it will turn us into an embryo, or the state of embryo just doesn't depend on us at all it is just an extra thing that happens to us?

R. The truth is that the state of the embryo, like all the stages of the Ibur, the degree of the impregnation doesn't depend on us, meaning we don't establish ourselves in Ibur, we just want to connect; and in what way and how we are established, or you can say the way in which we are aimed towards each other and what happens to us? that, we cannot determine but when we will discover that we will see how fascinating that is.

S. So what do we yearn for?

R. Only connection. It doesn't matter in what way.

S. We are yearning for connection and then what the upper one does with us, He does?

R. Yes of course.

12. S. (28:28) I wanted to ask about the except four, I feel like it is a change in our approach to connection. This congress was a bit different than normal, like the state that comes out is sharper. Do you agree?

R. Yes.

S. So, ok there is an intensification, but the mind cannot process it and normally what we do we have a very sharp point about the scrutiny upon a new state and we start living it, and this excerpt speaks about not to use the intellect so this congress is pushing us now in this state of Ibur and not to use our intellect?
R. Because we need to receive a new degree of intellect and that is why it appears this way.

S. So this article speaks about how to use the faith above reason for the first time. Is this actually the true impregnation?

R. We will see that. All of these things don't shape up, establish all at once, they incorporate with each other and give birth to new states.

13. S. (30:59) About this, certain time: he says that this limit of a certain time is so that the ego agrees, is that why it says for a certain amount of time?

R. He has to give himself some period of time to establish the new state.

S. How much time? It says that I am defining a time.

R. As much as he wants to determine, as much as he wants to determine.

14. S. (32:05) It says here that he annulled himself and then started activating the reason again. When do we start activating the reason again after he has annulled himself?

R. When he came to the conclusion of the state.

15. S. (32:47) Can we view Ibur as a process like a healing process that we gradually increase to improve the connections to reach a stage of Adam HaRishon ……..

R. Again.

S. Can we heal, break down old structures and create new ones? Is Ibur a gradual process that we improve our connection until we reach a stage of Adam HaRishon?

R. Basically that’s how it is.

16. S. (33:44) In the passage I'm able to do everything but he needs to understand the benefit of it. What does it speak about there that according to bestowal or to understand the benefit of the importance of bestowal?

R. Well of course understanding worthiness according to getting closer to the goal. That's the measurement for you right now.

Reading Excerpt 5 Twice (34:32) “When a person can go with his eyes shut..”

17. S. (38:05) How can you go with your eyes shut if the heart and the mind do not support it?

R. It goes above that it goes above that. He wants to enter something new of which he has nothing, he has to incorporate with new conditions and therefore he accepts it upon himself.

18. S. (38:53) It says he has no mouth. Does that mean we don't use the vessels of reception it’s bestow in order to bestow?

R. He only works with vessels of the upper one.

19. S. (39:18) A person who goes against his mind his reason. How does he know he's going above reason?

R. Because he's going above his mind.

S. Maybe he’s below reason.

R. This we have to check above or below. Is he using his mind go against it in spite of it or he surrenders.

20. S. (40:08) What is that and the Lord was impregnated in me for your sake?

R. Well how can you translate that and the Creator was impregnated in me for your sake, meaning when I enter impregnation and I become part of the Creator for the sake of all of my other friends.

S. I’ll be the embryo in the Creator?

R. Yes of course.

S. What is it that he is impregnated in?

R The Lord was impregnated in me so that I will impregnate in Him.

S. It’s a result of us connecting in the ten and trying to bestow to one another?

R. Yes.

S. Okay, and from that we’re impregnated in this quality of bestowal, so it turns out that the quality of bestowal is kind of impregnated in us?

R. Yes.

S. So we can bestow like Him?

R. Yes, she says everything correct.

20. S. (41:40) What does it mean that I am using the upper screen in the ten?

R. That I connect to the upper one and want to be with Him as a single body.

21. S. (42:12) During the work we can feel problems but they are problems that the Guf the body is expressing somehow, so is it always when a person comes to these states he always has an opportunity to enter into Arvut or Ibur? This is the path to deal with these obstacles that are coming to them?

R. Yes, yes.

23. S. (43:05) It is not that clear why the Ibur is referred to as Evra anger and Demin judgements.

R. Because a person has to work against his will to receive to always keep restricting himself more and more and more.

S. But it is talking about some complete total subjugation, self-annulment. Where does this Evra and Denim come from?

R. In order to nullify before the upper one has to be very, very compressed, and restricted. Understood? Okay.

24. S (44:23) In this process of Ibur we are looking to nullify and become very small, but are there different ways of doing that? Does it have to be through a fall? If I know that I want to nullify, can I do it without going through a descent?

R. You can’t determine the route or states or ways in which you advance forward. You have to close your eyes and accept in advance what you’re going to go through and in such a way you achieved the right realization of it

25. S. (45:25) Is the realization of Ibur appears as greater faith above reason and greater will to bestow? Is that correct?

R. Yes, yes of course certainly.

26. S. (46:00) Yesterday we had scrutiny in the ten about this passage and there was a question. What does it mean to go until the end, because everyone gives a different question and we wanted to scrutinize what it means to go all the way?

R. Going all the way means to be adhered to the upper one with all your strength. To nullify, if we are talking about the state of Ibur, to nullify completely towards the upper one as much as you can depict that to yourself.

S. Meaning above what you mentioned earlier, a person needs to go against his will to receive all the time.

R. Yes.

S. We know that a fetus which is in the womb of his mother, how do we know that he's alive and he's always moving, right?

R. Right.

S. Continuing this scrutiny, when a friend says I want to stay in this state all the time, at least I feel I feel this movement this motion through the connection another rejection another repulsion something else a little more this feeling of intense connection. Is that really correct what I feel?

R. Yes, yes.

27. S. (47:43) The feeling of the fetus gives a person, kind of calms a person down a little bit. It’s like this external feeling of the ten and on the other side in the internality there’s this kind of this burning it’s like this pressure maybe to work more to exert more. How do we keep this balance the correct balance between annulment and effort?

R. Between effort and annulment, I don’t know I don't know what to tell you.

S. I mean how can you not rest too hard and cause this abortion or miscarriage?

R. No, I completely don’t understand you now. Say it again in one sentence what do you want to scrutinize?

S. I want to scrutinize the work. This state of the embryo it’s clear it’s felt but from here you get this extra effort without harming that state?

R. In that same direction what you did before I do not have anything else to say.

28. S. (49:17) There is anger when I incorporate with Ibur, but I have to set an example for my friends. How should I maintain a boundary between these two conditions in order to attract the light of the Creator?

R. You annul before the friends show everyone that you’re annulling and that you don’t want anything from them very simply. You don’t have any calculation with yourself just however much you can serve them. Even more precise, serve them for the cause of the connection between everybody.

29. S. (50:29) What does a person overcome actually?

R. A person overcomes his rejection towards connection with the friends.

S. What’s that feeling being the most restricted possible, the most restricted Katnut possible.? What is that? What’s that feeling?

R. Try to get closer to that and then you’ll feel it.

Item #6 (52:15) “Ibur comes from the words ‘anger and rage.’ That is, a person must overcome..” twice

30. R. (55:16) It means don’t be afraid that it won’t influence us in all kinds of states that we’re going through of course it’s not pleasant sometimes, it's not open but there's pressure, it’s a little stressful but we go through it it's not terrible it's okay. These are things that also the women know from their experience from corporeality what it needs to be in impregnation. It’s not always pleasant but they really want to be a mother but together with that these states themselves they are not exactly pleasant all of them. We need to learn from them.

31. S. (56:24) [No translation].... pressure so that a way to test myself if I don’t feel pressure it means I'm not nullifying? What kind of pressure should I feel? Pressure of the light I can’t pass through myself?

R. Yes, from the surrounding light you will feel pressure.

32. S. (57:06) About what we read item six it says in the end that he sees how much he’s far from the Creator and it hurts him and this is called the lack of Kli and from that extent he can then obtain the light. The more we feel distance from the Creator and the more it hurts that means more light can then enter afterwards?

R. Yes

S. That state, this kind of pain, usually feels like sadness and he writes that we need to be in gladness, how does it work out?

R. It all depends on the goal. What do you think it can bring you? Maybe now you feel that you’re hungry but that happens to you according to your knowledge before and a very nice meal that maybe pretty soon you’ll enter and enjoy and therefore you don’t rely in the past you rely on the future.

S. Their remoteness makes the pain stronger each time?

R. Everything is always for the future because in the state of impregnation this whole process is aimed at birth.

33. S. (58:50) If you can explain, Ubar is a process the embryo is a state, so is that how a person is called Ubar, the embryo?

R. I don’t know what you mean, don’t know what you mean. Ibur is a state of a person this embryo goes through these states of impregnation, and Ubar embryo is something that changes, it’s a result of this process.

34. S. (59:44) What to do when the will to receive grows and it leads to a feeling that the state of Ibur is also moving away?

R. The state of Ibur is distanced?

S. Yes, that’s the feeling that it’s getting further away.

R. The more and more you connect to the friends you want to hasten the time so I connect more.

S. How to respond each time you feel that the state of Ibur is less and less felt?

R. Connect more I told you. There is no other option to do anything besides connecting more and ask from the Creator.

35. S. (01:00:44) As in corporeality in the corporeal pregnancy we have to maintain the right conditions. What are the conditions we have to keep so that the Ibur will take place?

R. You need to keep and maintain this connection between us that we are all connecting in order to reach the goal that in it we are all included in one another, as one man in one heart, and then we give birth. From that this embryo that there was this offspring.

S. It’s personal work of each and every one? For instance I feel there are different desires and thoughts that come to me with no control.

R. I get it I get it, so you also need to enter them, check them, examine them, and bring in with all the other desires and thoughts of the ten in order for an offspring to come out as a result.

S. In what way that I need to reject them or what?

R. Connect them connect them together as much as you can together and then you will see how much they can be in connection yes, no, but the main thing is this tendency toward connection.

S. This is the personal work of each and every one that adds to this process?

R. Yes this is the individual work of everyone when they bring it all together.

36. S. (01:02:58) In our work we see states we describe states of pain and sadness and so on. Is this a momentary state or a birth?

R. There could be different states but you can handle them as long as you support one another only if you come closer to one another. This is how you can overcome those states.

37. S. (01:03:39) A corporeal impregnation is nine months. Can we predict how long the spiritual impregnation can take?

R. No no, it’s also divided into seven or nine or twelve months, but it is not our month. We’ll learn it.

38. S. (01:04:21) It’s said here that the upper Malchut doesn’t shine on him so that he’ll be in gladness, and this is called Ibur. How to make it so that man will not just feel some bad states but that it will really be goal-oriented that it will be Ibur and not just sadness?

R. Everything that is for the unity of the ten it is correct. so check it accordingly and go forward because in that you build this embryo.

S. It has to be felt by the ten as it is written here like a state of sadness and all kinds of deficiencies like that?

R. If it reveals it reveals if not, the main thing needs to be in unification of all the friends together.

39. S. (01:05:42) As far as I understand the embryo still doesn’t have a Masach. It’s not what we call crossing the barrier to true spirituality.

R. Yes.

S. The embryo in that state can testify that he is an embryo? Can he somehow determine his state in a clear way? It’s all in darkness and complete annulment and only afterwards he can say what he went through?

R. No, we can’t scrutinize this yet, right now we can’t. It’s not exactly as you’re saying.

S. Can the embryo say that I am an embryo? Can he be aware of his state already?

R. Who would he say that to?

S. To himself, to understand it ,

R. It depends on what degrees. Ubar is not just one state, it’s seven or nine or twelve months. Months is from the word Kedusha renewal.

40. S. (01:07:22) If  I understand this correctly from the excerpt  that entering the state of embryo happens in sadness without gladness and only in calculating the future connected form.

R. Sadness and lack of happiness I cannot say that we will learn about that and then you will understand.

S. Because it says in the first paragraph that receiving the Kingdom of Heaven does not aluminum to him

R. It does not matter even though he feels he is still above it, happily,  whenever he is entering into Ibur. Since the state of impregnation is more important than his feeling

41. S. (01:08:) Is a new Ibur happening in every degree and how can we go through these processes without pain?

R. Only through the increasing overcoming between us, only by connecting only by increasing the connection between us.

42. S. (01:09:09) If Ibur is a process, is the result of it the degree of Lishma?

R. The result of the degree of Lishma, yes but limited it is limited.

43. S. (01:09:35) The feeling is that the connection with a friend in the Ten does not nullify me. It actually strengthens me in resisting the pressure of the light to what  extent can’t   resist that pressure?

R. As much as you need for connection.

S. What can we call an embryo in this process?

R. Whatever comes  out as a result of the connection.

44. S. (01:10:36) in our work there are these two kinds of inner to actions, either you nullify and disappear into the friends, or you have to include them into yourself. In this process of Ibur is there an emphasis on one of these two or do you have to work in both?

R. In both of them

S. The person both impregnates in the friends and the friends impregnate in the person?

R. Yes yes it's the same thing.

Item #7 (01:11:20) “A person should be happy with his share, meaning whatever grip he has on Torah..”

45. R. (01:12:34) Meaning  that now you have two forces working on the person. The depicting force that develops him and the detaining force that restricts him, limits him and whatever he comes to some kind of state, to some height you can even say, a certain height and then he is born, and he can already begin this state of Yenika nursing and is growing. That is how it happens.

Item #7 again ( 01:13:13 ) A person should be happy with his share..

46. R. (01:13:28) and it doesn't matter whatever state he is in. It could be that he is in the lowest  state possible. He is still happy that he is in it, and he is somehow connected and that he somehow connected, and he belongs to it.

Continue reading items #7 again (01:13:42 ) A person should be happy with his share..

47. R. (01:13: 10) Meaning that if he is satisfied with all the states that he has and even if he is a little grip on this process of impregnation he continues, he is already in the process.

Continue reading items #7 again (01:14:26 ) He will also be born later…

48. S. (01:15:07) What are the Ten Commandments or conditions do a thing impregnation

R. We do not talk about the ten commandments, that is why it is not a question.

S. The conditions?

R. What conditions?

S. To achieve Ibur. What are the conditions to achieve Ibur?

R. The Creator impregnates himself in me, means that I annul myself completely and then I become completely annulled passively. In such a way I can be incorporated in the upper one. This is how it is in each and every degree. When I go to degree 100 to101 it's also annulment except the conditions are different.

49. S. (01:16:20) When we do the work to attain Ibur  how can we say that a month has passed out of this process?

R. We cannot say because a month in spirituality is not like a corporeal month.

50. S. (01:16:57) Sometimes does a person always need preparation activities in order to stay in bestowal?

R. Yes, he requires support and help from the group.

51. S. (01:17:26) Is the Ten of the Ten the power of the .

R. How can you not understand as a woman, it is in order not to have an abortion, you need a detaining force. One force develops the embryo inside so that it will grow up and develop and a second force that is one that holds him from getting aborted.

S. What is this holding power?

R. The detaining force we will learn about it. These are two forces with the help of which the upper one develops the lower,. On the one hand he develops him  and on the other hand he holds them in place, detains him and by that it determines its form, its qualities, their internal characteristic, its nature, everything that exists in that little human. Also extremely it builds the organs, the body, it is all resolved over a mutual attraction between the forces, the force of restriction and the developing force.

S. No translation.

R. The force that detains for us we have to define for ourselves. We want to be together with friends and build man's spiritual form. Then we need to develop ourselves, the connection between us, more and more close, tighter, clearer in the way that was felt in each one of us and for this whole one thing to be as one man in one heart. This is what we need to do on one hand. On the other hand, we need to think how through this while connecting, all of this will continue to grow and evolve, and these two opposite forces will balance each other and will continue to grow and balance each other. The force of restriction will grow and it will determine the external form of what is developing in the womb and the force of development should grow.

These two mutual forces should balance one another. This way gradually throughout nine Sefirot, 9 months they will determine the process of development of the embryo. After that the process of birth begins and the embryo inverts relative to the upper one and turns with its head upside down, it does not want to remain in the previous relationships and he begins to advance toward the exit. Then completely new forces, completely new forces appear. They do not develop it but rather they push, they push it . We will learn it. This is the process of labor. In the beginning everything happens as a result of this adjustment between coordination between two forces, do not worry we will talk about it. It is a long extended process and extremely important because the birth happens out of nothing out of a Reshimot only.

52. S. (01:21:46) We will speak above birth, or can I ask about it now?

R. No birth is not now

S. I wanted to ask about Ten. Is it like a pregnant woman so delicately we have to treat it, to relate to it?

R. I do not want to talk about it right now, you will get confused. You do not need it, just like we learn things in school from we go from class to class, lesson to lesson, everything needs to be in order

S. The building, the constructing force, that formulates us here we need to annul? We it says that forms us we hear need to know

R. We did not talk about lines so I'm not going to answer it. Try to use the same words that we are using

53. S. (0:22:59) Can you depict what is the Arvut before us in order to enter the Ibur?

R. Arvut? This is a  good question. Arvut, Mutual guarantee as we enter impregnation means that we become guarantors for one another in order to understand that  we get to such a level that we understand that one cannot exist without the other.

S. You guide us mainly to connect between us above the various negative states. Is there personal help that when I see a friend that retreats can I help him personally?

R. Example, give an example . Arvut, mutual guarantee you something extremely important in those times,

S. Can I turn to him? Lean on me, I feel strong.

R. I do not know if that is correct, but an example is definitely correct

54. S. (01:24:24) It’s  interesting the excerpt here he says that Ibur is the beginning of the work that there are two lines ,meaning the right and the left. How do I hold myself in Ibur for there to be two lines, to the left in the right?

R. We came to the Ibur not from nothing from zero, we first work in the group we wish to connect we know exactly what for and why. They teach us all of this and that is why we we are in this for certain predefined shape arranged elevated form that is what we come to it. You are talking about a group of people individuals and then later we begin to feel that we complement one another internally, we work together mutually, maybe not exactly in the same way that it is described in this spiritual impregnation but nevertheless we work together, that is how we reach the state of Ibur; gradually slowly from Ibur, impregnation it become Ubar, an embryo

S. This is clear generally but here he writes that I have to be grateful that I'm receiving the thoughts about the spiritual work and I'm holding myself at the beginning of the work and here he writes about the two line that there is necessarily the two lines of the right and left, what is this work in the ten that we are holding ourselves, detaining ourselves and there are two lines?

R. Meaning in both, the will to bestow and the will to receive we are doing actions; we are working with these two forces in order to advance spiritually, one cannot exist without the other, it has to be dynamic balance between the two.

S. How do I maintain this dynamic balance?

R. what so you mean how? It’s very simple, you understand that one cannot exist without the other; there is no night without a day and so on and so forth. We understand that we have to exist in two opposite states and these states have to replace one another, support one another even if they are opposites.

S. Rabbah also writes that a person has to be happy with his part and his various states but there's still a connection between the Torah and Mitzvot, and how to cultivate this in the ten, hold it and up keep it?

R. For this you have to learn, although in principle we are moving towards it in to some extent.

S. So Ibur it’s not that I'm being thrown from state-to-state but on top of these states I need to be in gratitude, that is my state of Ibur?

R. Ibur is this entire process, all the time that a person undergoes and developing in the uterus in the womb; all this time you annul yourself towards the upper one and you exist in it. in this way specifically thanks to that you develop and then you are called an embryo and this ends after nine months, meaning you go through all nine Sefirot up to Keter and then you are born.

S. For some short period of time when I am successful in annulling myself before the ten in the work, there this is clear, but in the rest of the states when I'm being thrown out when I am not connecting, here it’s written and you you’re saying to that this is also included as part of the development forces?

R. Of course. Nothing is redundant, don't worry. What appears to us what we go through it is all planned and pre-calculated by the Creator.

S. He will you not throw us out in part of all of this states?

R. We have to be afraid of it. From that we have to be afraid and it’s good that we will be afraid of it.

55. S. (01:30:05) What does the Ubar, embryo depends on to be in gladness is it from the Creator from the group or both?

R. Gladness, happiness is what he receives from the connection with the friends, where he feels when he exists as an embryo and then he feels what surrounds him, the surrounding light that builds him.

S. The fear is it also the detaining force that doesn’t let him fall?

R. Fear helps us to maintain ourselves, hold ourselves, relate to the others correctly and so on. Without fear we would never feel the need for the connection between us.

56. S. (01:31:34) If I'm happy with my current state and in addition I’m thinking about the gladness of the Creator, does that mean that I'm getting close to Gadlut, greatness or I’m still in the state of in the state of Katnut, smallness?

R. No, I cannot say. Here there are a lot of questions that need answers first, we need to examine that state; the fact that you are happy is one thing and the fact that you want the Creator to be happy that's another thing, how correlated they are that is a third thing. I cannot answer that.

57. S. (01:32:33) Yesterday we read these excerpts in the ten and we tried to clarify where is exactly is the Ibur and annulment with the ten and after a round we understood that practically other than stop and pray that the friend will be adhered to the Creator in the center of the ten there's nothing else to do. My question is let’s say that I prayed, and I could hold it for a few minutes but I have nothing within my reason that shows me whether I did the right action, if something came out as a result of it? Is that what the Creator expected from us? So what do you do with that, even if it says to continue we continue but it's not clear maybe we're just wasting time?

R. I did not get you.

S. We understood as a ten that we need to stop and pray, that this is the best annulment to my ten that I can do during the day?

R. Great. Pray for what?

S. For the friends to be connected at the center of the ten with the desire to bring contentment to the Creator.

R. Yes

S. After I did this action it was good for five minutes that I pray and then since I do not have an answer within reason I'm asking myself if I did the right action, is this something the Creator expected of me at that moment?

R. Yes

S. How do I know if I'm making mistakes, maybe I'm not in the right direction?

R. Even if you're not and even if you are wrong and not in the right direction; you spend five minutes out of your precious life to turn to the Creator and try to be more in adhesion to Him.

S. Yes?

R. So what's wrong with that?

S. Ok, so now if we want to advance just add in quantity and more in quality? How do I know that I'm doing what the Creator is expected of me?

R. The Creator always expects only one thing: connection with the friends, and connection through the friends to Him, Blessed He. That is the two things we need: connection between us and connection with the Creator. Two degrees we have; love of the created beings and love of the Creator.

S. So, today I want both me and the ten to advance more than we did yesterday, so I need to add more moments of prayer, delve deeper into it?

R. First of all, think about it all the time. This is the general good goal, that is one thing. The other thing is that all of us will participate in it, each one from the ten, from the group and every once in a while we need to stop ourselves and examine, how much work we have done? What we have attained and what we are thinking of attaining next?

S. And what have we attained? What is the ideal outcome?

R. The ideal outcome is that we think we did the maximum to get closer to the Creator and show Him our love through the connection between us.

58. S. (01:36:58) I want to add to the previous question: normally this action of prayer and annulment is something that we at least try to be in it, all the time. But before you were asked about the connection between annulment and interconnection, and during the years it seems like you do not have much to say about interconnection to increase the impression of the ten and to focus on the prayer, how do I not steal from the prayer and give the friends the part of the impression that greatness?

R. We need to feel ourselves as cells in one body; where each and every cell connects to all the other cells and provides them everything they need. Only so that everyone will live and allow everyone else to live around them. This is in essence what I would like to happen. And we talk about it twice a day for example between us, two minutes at a time, as long as we get back to it with some excitement with a small inner explosion that each one goes back to it, and in this way we will advance ourselves to the state of a healthy embryo.

59. S. (01:38:55) I wanted to finish what the previous friend asked, how do you give the impression when you do not have words?

R. You can sing, you can whistle, you can do anything to show the friends how  impressed and excited you are.

60. S. (01:39:30) Is impregnation an active state?

R. Extremely. Extremely active.

S. So how is a person or the ten in mutuality with the Creator in that state? How does it influence or bestow to the Creator in that state?

R. There are films about it, where they explain the different parts that make up the embryo are in constant movement, and how the general embryo grows out of that.

S. And out of us composing that state the Creator enjoys?

R. Of course. What do you mean the Creator enjoys? By that we put together the system which keeps, maintains the laws of the Creator, the qualities of the Creator; that is the meaning of “you have made me”. I do not have so many words for it, but we need to connect in such a way in the relationships between each and every one of us to all directions in the relationships of bestowal, of love,  of connection, of warmth and the sum total of that is the quality of the Creator.

61. S. (01:41:49) Is a friend who leaves the ten inhibits the process of birth, or everybody continues with Ibur without him?

R. We need to try and help everyone and not to leave anyone outside of the ten, and later we will understand why the Creator gave each one their own special role.

62. S. (01:42:40) You said that we need to feel like two cells  in the body. The cells in the body feel one another through the body or do they feel each other directly?

R. Through the body.

S. Meaning that we in the ten need to feel ourselves through the ten and not in direct connection with one another?

R. Correct.

S. Meeting in this way that we built the Creator between us.

R. Yes.

63. S. (01:43:15) First I wanted to express gratitude for all the friends who prepared the lesson, we yearn for the lesson. We really want to draw this out of each lesson, I'm trying to feel the question of each and every friend and connect to everyone. Is it possible that all of our friends around the world did this during the day we would come to the next lesson with one question?

R. I think it needs to be the way it needs to be. Meaning each one of us needs to do whatever he understands, whatever he can, whatever he does and what we get is exactly what we need to get for our work tomorrow, that is it.

64. S. (01:44:33) The prayer can be for a couple of minutes maybe five and you can be connected with friends and maybe disconnected but I wanted to say that I asked for what I don't have in the heart I'm writing my own prayer book, I don't necessarily have the desire for Arvut, and it feels very bland.

R. Write. Write. And later it will work itself out, the heart eventually opens.

65. S. (01:45:20)  After the congress we understood that we have an additional force in the Arvut, mutual guarantee between us and that on this Arvut we have this relationship system and after, I only clarify the detaining and depicting force, the creating Force. So the question is, is this the detaining force that starts throwing us into questions of who and why and what and all the doubts where we begin to weaken and we start holding one another up, this is the detaining force as part of the process of Ibur that we are in right now?

R. Keep going, keep going.

S. This is the question in essence because I want to know if the detaining force so that I can hold it and not disappear in it.

R. I think that after this Congress there is actually a greater awakening and even more stable connection, and the groups and all kinds of circles that we have, they are tighter and more stable. That's how I think that's how I feel. That is how I feel, so I tend to disagree with you that as usual after the Congress we have some dispersion.

S. What I want to clarify as part of this process is to understand what is the detaining force, that very force that I want to know how to work with, so if we are part of the friends begin to feel tiredness the heaviness that is characteristic after the Congress, all the doubts of what's happening within the ten, is this the detaining force?

R. I don't think so. I don't want to explain it if you don't feel it you don't feel it. There will come a time when you will feel it, otherwise you will start imagining that this is one force and this is another kind of force, and you'll start to work with them as if they exist. It's not recommended, when you will come to your feeling, when you feel it then you will understand how it is.

66. S. (01:48:30) Can I clarify if Ibur, conception is when I fully annul before the Creator and then I received the strength to build a screen?

R. Yes, but not directly towards the Creator but only through the group.

S. Yes through the group. So the Ubar, the embryo, is when all the desires are clothed in the intention in order to bestow and then we begin to develop as the Ubar?

R. Yes.

67. S. (01:49:28) We speak today a lot about this pressure that exist within the system out of which this newborn is born, and after we came back to sit here in the hall I feel that there is a new force and I can't even explain, the friends here that are together they give just some special force, that when we were virtual I didn't quite feel it. What is special about this thing that is happening here, because it's different than if I were sitting at home in the system, I sat there for two and a half years and I didn't feel that, and suddenly PT35 came into the hall and I got such an impression and such excitement from the strength that exists in the society. I don't even know how to exactly ask this but the fact that here we feel it, what is special about this physical?

R. There's a difference, there’s a difference. Even when I came to Rabash and I met there several old men and they would gather several times during the day and during the evening also, and they would look very highly at the time of gathering; in the evening they would have some bread, onion, oil, and salt, that's how they would spend the time. So, I don't know what to tell you except that the time of gathering during the lesson, during the meal, are very important things. These things are extremely important and let us hope that we will try and see everyone there during the lesson and during the assembly. I'm waiting for the approval to come down there, to sit in Amit’s place [missing translation] and for all of us to sit together and also the meal hall.

68. S. (01:52:33) You said that the nature and characteristic of the embryo begins to be shaped in the impregnation. Is this the stage where a person acquires his place in creation?

R. Yes, of course. Of course this is how it's happening.

69. S. (01:53:13) You said that the Arvut is very important for the Ibur, impregnation?

R. The Arvut is what's connecting the cells into one body.

S. That's what I'm asking, does it depend on me, is it my responsibility?

R. Yes, as much as you're connected to the friends to that extent you will compose that foundation to the connection of all the cells into one whole.

70. S. (01:54:01) I want complete the scrutiny about friends who are having a harder time now: you said that we need to set an example and help friends this way the thing is that is that when a friend is in a descent the whole problem is that he doesn't appreciate the group and he doesn't value the friends the descent is a descent in importance so the example is less effective because he's not looking at the friends. So, how to help such a friend that is now the examples are not really influencing him, how to touch his heart so he will wake up?

R. I don't know, it's a big problem. If he doesn't feel how the friends wanted to bestow to him from all directions, all sorts of friends who want to explain to him how disconnected and distant he is, and expect him to connect and he doesn't respond to that then, whatever the mind doesn't perform, time does. We need to continue, but he will receive from above, not immediately, the sensitivity to our influence.

71. S. (01:55:44) It says that the person sees that there are people to whom the Creator didn't  give even the thought or desire for the little bit of a hold and this is called the detaining force, so these stages before give us the power of the detaining force and then the results is what we're going today we receive the detaining force tomorrow?

R. It varies. It varies.

72. S. (01:56:39) The thing about the end of the thread, as long as I have the tip of the tip and I hold on to it, is there a minimum condition of threshold for the end of the thread?

R. Yes, physical connection. I don't know what's going on? I don't know how to hold a hold on to the group? I only know one thing, they are gathering for this time until this time, I come to the place where they gather and I am there. I don't understand the language they speak, what they study, I'm not connected with anyone, but I am coming and I am there with them. This is the tip of the thread.

S. If the person wants, he even asks his friends, come, and help me, take me, but he can't wake up the beast, what does he do?

R. To come there or what?

S. Yes he can't even get out of bed.

R. I don't know, I would bring him a speaker to the bed and for him to hear us, so try that for a week or two until he understands that the most beneficial thing is for him to be among us physically.

S. What happened that he had such a sudden drastic change? For two and a half years we can be studying virtually we feel equality so what happens now that suddenly physically is rising?

R. The opportunity opens. I'm not saying this to other groups but at least those who are close to our center of Bnei Baruch, and they can come and participate together, in this we are disseminating and spreading and sharing to the whole world that we are gathering. In this way we don't just have a gathering between us but we are doing this for all of our friends around the world.

S. What opportunity opened up?

R. An opportunity opened up to be together in the lesson, still it’s not the same thing as being distant from one another, virtual but we are together, and the info and we influence one another; as Kabbalists gathered always.

S. How to help friends who this virtual reality became a habit, a second nature for them?

R. I understand that, I, myself in some way in this. But we need to get used to that if there is an opportunity for something old new, you can come here and you can participate let's say for you it's 5 or 10 minutes you can walk or drive in the car even, and not under the pouring rain and snow but normally, nothing is going to happen if you come. But you are included with the friends and you do a few actions together with them, you sit with them, you drink coffee and you listen and speak, still it is beneficial. It’s beneficial.

73. S. (02:01:10) How can the ten know that it did everything in order to protect a friend from leaving?

R. There is no such border that the ten has done everything to keep or hold on to the friend, there is no such limit. The limit is going to be in the final correction; until the final correction we are always receiving new states and opportunities to come closer to one another, and this is how we will advance. The ten cannot know that it finished everything and that it can leave and stay home quietly. No, no.
