Lowliness and Subjugation - Selected Excerpts from the Sources
1. Rav’s Introduction: Our previous topic was annulling ourselves before the upper one and this is a continuation however in order to truly prepare ourselves even more correctly to enter a connection with the upper one and that comes only through lowliness and subjugation. We need to go over these excerpts to be impressions from them and along with that we will also feel what else we need to do about it and then we will progress, all in all, the whole direction is to reach Lishma, for her sake. Let's go forward, if you have any questions then let's ask as much as a possible but to the point about what the study and then we will progress, we will hear what friends are saying, asking and what I am answering to their questions, this helps us to incorporate together more and more which is our goal. It is not about how much we know the writings but how much we feel that we together want to carry out those writings and then we will implement them in practice.
Excerpt 1 (01:49 - 03:37)
2. R. What is special in these writings, in each and every situation the person is in, he should first of all discover and feel inside and not to forget it depends on the degree the person is in, that this state has come from the Creator. The Creator wakes him up, “I am the first I am the last” says the Creator. Therefore, this is how the person begins what I feel but I think everything that is revealed within me comes from the Creator and now after I determined this then what should I do, this is already the second part of the examination. First of all, whatever I feel is there I think whatever I want to do or I am about to do all my thoughts and desires are coming from the Creator and even if I feel in them the lowest possible state, it is the Creator that brings it to me. If I am confused it also comes from Him directly, everything comes from Him directly it is not that someone along the way corrupts it for me but instead it truly comes straight from the Creator. Now, there is a question: how do I respond to this? First of all, to be impressed to be certain in the feeling in the mind that it comes to me from the Creator from a single source the entire state, myself, the environment, everything is established by the higher force and from here on there is already my part.
3. S. (06:10) When we are aware of this loneliness and that it comes from the Creator then should we be in joy? Can we be in joy in the state?
R. If I truly depict it correctly that I received it from the Creator is already a joy. Even the worst possible state because I received it from Him and if I received it from the Creator, I received it on the way to the goal therefore I already have in that some joy.
S. (07:04) How can I be sure that it is not a selfish calculation?
R. You cannot be sure about anything, but if you imagine to yourself that you received this from the Creator now if you attribute this thing that you have inside your mind, your heart in short everything that happens inside of you, you attributed to the Creator already you can aim yourself correctly with a response, with certain action and if you do this this way then after a few such actions you can see that you begin to feel that indeed specifically this way you have a correction in connection with the Creator.
4. S. (08:13) I have difficulty to understand why he speaks about the degree of the lowest quality and making a link with being entirely above reason? Why is it linked automatically with above reason; can I be above reason without being low? Or do I have to be low to be above reason?
R. First of all this is how the person feels when he is at the lowest degree and he accepts this, that it comes from the Creator. For him, that degree along with it becomes a precious possession because he received it from the Creator. So, it turns out that this state of the lowest degree feeling that lowest degree and the recognition that he received it from the Creator those two things begin to live within him simultaneously. They are felt simultaneously in him and they do not contradict each other. It comes from the Creator this way and then the person actually is capable of being grateful to the Creator for this examination because outside of the degree itself he has nothing to be happy with. To be joyful there is nothing in his actual state but from the other side that he received this state of from the Creator even the smallest thing even if there is nothing to it except this tiny determined that he received it from the Creator it is already considered the great possession for him and then the person is happy with this examination so in one state in the same state he has both the feeling of the loneliness and the happiness and the two actually support each other that for certain he already has something here which is clean of the selfish ego it is clear from his attitude in his desire to receive because he is going to enjoy whatever he received from the Creator. It is not, only that he wants to enjoy and not from the fact that no he has something from him inside his vessels but from whom he got it from and this is very important.
5. S. (11:14) The lowest state is the point of entry because I can attain the taste and the feeling for potential above state, for a potential higher state?
R. Let us try to keep what I said now and from that it will become clear, but it is, we are doing.
6. S. (12:19) It turns out that what I received is not so important but what is important is that we feel the Creator, how to feel the Creator to such an extent that it becomes truth?
R. It does not matter how much I feel the Creator, the thing is about how much I appreciate the Creator, how much do I value Him above whatever is happening inside my vessel. If I am connected with the Creator even with the tiniest string then against that let me have the whole world that I lose it, I miss it, it is still not related it does not matter to me the most important that I have some tiny connection with the Creator I do not weigh one against the other. It is the opposite, the more we begin to rise on the ladder of degrees the Creator will be more and more important for me than that loss that I may feel in my vessels of reception. What do I have in them because all these vessels of receptions were built, they were arranged in order for me to on top of them to learn how to have the importance of the connection with the Creator that I am willing to cancel and nullify everything in order to connect to Him only.
7. S. (14:28) How to use a state between heaven and earth to progress the ten?
R. This is what we study now. Let's go along with the writings and then we will learn more.
8. S. (15:11) If we always work and look for the nullification, how can we examine between lowliness and the fall? How can we distinguish between these two states?
R. This is also something we will study along the way but the difference between them we cannot learn about one thing only one opposite the other we always learn something from its opposite.
Excerpt 2 (15:58 - 17:24)
9. R. This means that we are always actually in tight connection with the Creator and there is no one else. l cannot connect to anything else since None Else Besides Him, He's always managing us, arranging us in our mind and heart in all our states. We are never in some kind of freedom from the Creator. It is like a little child who is running around in the room and thinks that he's by himself so nobody's watching him and he's left alone there is no such thing with the Creator. He is always there watching us and we are actually inside of Him, inside of this general force of bestowal and the fact that we imaging to ourselves that we are alone are free and whatever way we are connected with Him and then if He doesn't want you can come out of this connection this is completely a huge mistake by each and every person it is a grave mistake. Therefore, what we need is to actually see ourselves all the time in which way we connect to the Creator in a constant eternal connection, however this connection can be in the Panim, face or can be in the Achoraim, posterior. In the Panim we feel that He wants to be connected with us, He is doing good things to us and in the Achoraim it is the opposite but we are always connected to the Creator.
10. S. (19:21) What helps the person shift from the state of lowliness to the state of nullification is it this subjugation?
R. Yes.
11. S. (19:37) The question is in regard to this lowly state is it the Aviut?
R. Yes, this is what we feel that it does not cool as down because the fact that I am connected to the Creator in the state of anterior or posterior it depends on how I arrange my vessel but the way I am truly I am always truly inside the Creator in contact with Him, but it is non-stop, it is a permanent connection and we discover it later, but we only talk about the way the Creator is revealed to us and how we feel more and more our progress towards Him as if, but it is according to my senses. We can look at it with children or babies, they do not feel this but they are connected to us and more and more and this is how we reach the contact that the Creator intended for us from above and He arranged it and then we need to arrange our contacts from below this is what it is all about that from the side of the Creator inside of him and there is no problem with our connection. The Creator feels us 100% that we belong to Him and there is no separation between us at all but from our side we need to arrange this connection until we detect that we are actually connected with the higher force and the Creator wants us and we want Him and our relation reach full-contact, complete attachment.
12. S. (22:29) What's the difference between the state that only I subjugate to the Creator and when the whole ten subjugate?
R. In our state of course even I by myself if I work that too is beneficial, however if I do this through the ten then it turns out that the I already brought myself closer to the system in which the Creator exists and the group exists, meaning the entire created being and I can work with this system with the force that is 620 times greater it is a huge difference and if this ten also connect to me and it is also in the same inclination and we also all connect between us then it is truly a spiritual action and we are truly progressing. It is impossible to compare this whether the group is doing it or when ten people who are not connected do it or when only one person does it the differences are truly great, they are essential differences.
13. S. (24:24) In the states of Achoraim, posterior, how can we look for the face of the Creator should we look for it? This state is very difficult and it is hard to tolerate so how can we come out of it? How can we continue?
R. First of all we need as much as possible to attach to the group we have to attach ourselves to the group and in the group, I need to persuade myself to locate myself that even in a state where I am in darkness, that state is also even though it is considered the state of Achoraim, posterior there is a connection with the Creator and out of this posterior we actually exist also in contact with Him. However, what is missing from here on our side is another action that I have to accept this Achoraim, posterior as Panim, posterior, face because I am still not ready to accept the Creators attitude to me as Panim. Why is this so, what is the difference? The difference is that now He is presenting Himself, He is waking up in me a great desire to receive and then I am not capable of seeing this as Panim but it all depends on me and therefore the more I connect to the friends and I get from them support and we operate together in relation to the Creator's concealment we demand from him revelation but not revelation that He reveals in the same vessel but instead He elevates us to be above the concealment so we could receive this state as revelation meaning that I want to be connected with the bestower in my quality of bestowal in similarity from me to Him and then I discover His Panim on a higher degree. The Creator deliberately is hiding from us let's say there was a certain state and I feel that it is entering a concealment spirituality does not attract me I do not want anything I crumble like a plant together I with it and then I need to make efforts to rise above my feelings of reception to the feelings of bestowing, and then I can discover that it is the Creator who is in contact in connection with me and now He is playing with me in such a way in order for me to rise to a higher degree of bestowal and to be in contact with Him face-to-face, He was hidden and now it is revealed, because I have reached with my vessels also as state of bestowal and reached similarity with Him.
S. (28:23) Should I look for the anterior in this posterior?
R. Yes because the face is being good and doing good. You should look for the face because this is what He wants to show to us, and out of this attitude of His He is reaching out for us and building in us all these states of Achoraim, the posterior and these posterior is created in us so we can invert them each time to the state of Panim, the anterior so this is how we also study in the wisdom out it is a back to back than face to back and face to face we will study it.
14. S. (29:27) Can you explain in more detail the qualities or attributes of lowliness?
R. We will study it from the writings we have here. I cannot summarize it for you now. You need to learn these things from these writings about lowliness and subjugation. You want to jump in a short way to the end, but this is not possible only according to the extent of the examination of these things, degree after degree.
15. S. (30:19) Can the will to receive agree when it feels the posterior that he is the good who does good?
R. The desire to receive never agrees to anything, it stands on its own because it is a desire but to the extent we play with it, that this is worthwhile, the most important is to be in the right environment so this environment can influence the desire so the desire surrenders to the environment and in such a way the desire to receive eventually will agree. This is why even though each and every day we feel disconnected from the environment and once again we return and once again, we disconnect, we have to realize that only through the right influence from the environment can we adapt ourselves to the Creator.
S. And then we discover that there is a connection and behind every state there is the Creator what does the person feel? What fills him, what feeling?
R. This is something you need to discover that desire to receive discovers that behind all the actions upon it that it goes through, all the states it goes through, that behind everything stands the Creator. Everything comes from above there is None Else Besides Him and then more and more the desire becomes ready to surrender.
16. S. (32:23) You said that we should shift from posterior to anterior but how is it possible to work above reason in the interior? Aren't we supposed to work only in the posterior above reason?
R. If I accept the posterior as anterior then I can say this is the anterior.
S. So it is anterior, it is no longer posterior?
R. We discover like that but who discovered that this is actually the face of the Creator in my attitude that I relate to the Creator in the opposite way.
17. S. (33:19) If everything comes from the Creator both in mind and intellect so in the perspective of our work what is that not coming from the Creator some emotion, some thought, some direction?
R. Everything comes from above, the Creator is the foundation and the root of everything, the good and evil and in general everything that happens is coming in reality from him, there is None Else Besides Him. We can only talk about what is in favor or against our emotion and intellect, whatever fulfills our emotion and intellect, we think that comes directly from the Creator. While what is against our mind and emotion that seemingly comes not from the Creator, it comes from the other side or from some other source. In truth everything comes from a single force and there is no Klipa, there are no evil forces, this is what we discover eventually. However, the Creator plays in such a way that are seemingly evil forces, very evil forces in reality and it is all in order for us that through something and its opposite we could reveal Him. Because otherwise we would not have the sense that the recognition of evil, not recognition of good, not His recognition. We have to be connected, we have to incorporate and we have to be composed of two opposite discernments and in them we feel reality.
S. When I feel fulfilled, I cannot determine it comes from the Creator, I just feel the fulfillment. Even suffering I also don’t say it comes from the Creator, so where is the response. What responds that the Creator did not establish?
R. What you have inside of you so that you cannot yet determine your own point is that you have to rise above yourself, your “I” to the infrastructure of the line from there on you start to grow on that line towards the Creator this point is still missing, this is on one hand. On the other hand, it already shines to some extent pulling you to itself and this is your state for the time being, that is you have to enter this line, you have to enter the connection with the Creator and establish, stabilize the two forces one opposite the other. They are in a way that is clear, consistent and progress in that way, it is actually a good state, this is still not established on one hand. On the other hand, it is already some kind of an entrance. It is not clear yet but it is already the entrance to the line, to the pipeline which eventually brings us to the end of correction so just keep going and you will succeed. I am certain about you.
18. S. (37:32) You said that we are missing actions in order to receive his posterior as face. What are those actions?
R. Lowliness, subjugation, nullification and then I accept the anterior as posterior in the posterior as an anterior and this is the point of truth for me, that it does not matter to me what I received. The main thing that I receive it from the higher force, this is the point where I progress to the next point, where I will have even more difficult conditions with all kinds of confusions. There also I have to determine that it does not matter to me what I received either yes or no, either the posterior or the face, either good or evil, the main thing is that I am connected to the Creator.
S. These actions, this is actually my prayer?
R. Yes, about the main thing is to what extent you go into Arvut because holding onto the path only by increasing the Arvut between us when this force is what leads us. I am happy that you are asking already both yesterday and today a few times and many times in what way we can progress. We can progress only by the force of Arvut, don't forget about this because we are heading towards establishing and directing the system, the broken system of Adam and this is why we should not lose this from our focus. 19. R. (42:27) This means to be thankful in the states in the difficult states that come to us directly from the Creator as the posterior of the next higher degree, that specifically this difficult state when we feel ourselves lowly and we don't want anything, we have nothing, so specifically by us rising above it we reach the next degree. The degrees of descent, lowliness, feeling no taste in life, having no strength, these are very essential things on the path and we cannot rise to the next degree without feeling the posterior, what we call when I feel darkness, helpless, without any strength, wanting nothing and I simply...well whatever happens. In higher degrees you will see to what extent helplessness, having no strength, having no desire, as if you were an inflated balloon and all the air comes out of it, there’s nothing there. I agree to just lie down and die. And maybe this will be the best state. Not that there is the strength to be angry about the Creator, to be angry about the whole world, no. There is nothing, that’s basically the state that is between the degrees and this is a good state from which later begins the next degree. What do we need to do in this degree? There is no question because if you can do something you have not yet reached a zero, so you still have some air in your balloon. But if you do not have any air left, zero, what should you do? Nothing. What can you do? Let them come and kill me, do whatever they want with me. I cannot do anything. What can I do? Only one thing. To determine in advance such relations in the group that can take care of me. And this will happen with each and everybody on the path in various ways specific for that same person, for each one. And this is why each one needs to help his friend and only in this way through the mutual guarantee between us can we move to the goal. It is possible like with the oars of a boat when one takes an action forward the other is as if moving back, forward and back, forward and back. This is how we advance. This is our way of work. This is why we need each day, each and every day and a few times a day to renew our connection in the ten because without it, it seems to us that we’re advancing, but this advancement will only be in mind and emotion but not in the connection between us where the Creator must be revealed. 20. S. (47:13) Is it considered as a reward from the Creator that we get out of the posterior and get to the face by the connection between us?
R. I’ll tell you. It is hard for us to say what the Creator likes or does not like. If we all the time think how can each one come closer to the others so He can be revealed in the connection between us, like the 10 connects as one, that by this we raise ourselves to the degree called One, that we’re 10, and now it’s One. In the next degree by the new will to receive that appears, the broken one, we become 10 again, and then we’ll rise upwards again and connect ourselves to One, and we’ll discover the Creator in the next degree. Then again, a new broken will to receive is revealed between us. And this is how every time we elevate ourselves, this is our work.
21. S. (48:36) If we don’t feel the state of lowliness is it a sign of the lack of annulment and if so what to do?
R. To the extent we are capable of annulling, each annulling himself to the 10 as much as possible, this will give us the scrutiny, we’re doing it right or not, in what way it’s more beneficial for us to do. According to the extent of my annulment to the 10, this is how I advance step after step.
22. S. (49:46) How can we depict the Creator to ourselves on the right and on the left?
R. I cannot answer this in the meantime, and I don't think you need to engage in that. Because everything is in our vessels, there is no right or left yet. It is good as a question but I do not have the ability to give you an answer yet.
23. S. (50:35) You beautifully describe the state when we fall from our state and the importance of the renewing of the heartfelt connection between the friends but how do we do it? If we fall from that, then the friends feel that you are missing and they take care of you because you need them and they need you, so how can we renew this connection?
R. Only by experience, only with experience, and the more we talk about it, the more we discover we don’t want it, the more it pushes us away. There are many manners to this. Some people come and they are willing to hug everyone. I remember in general in my life I could never touch a person. Touching another person for me is an idiosyncrasy, I was repelled from it and I couldn’t hug at all. Some people are actually...I remember we once drove to some place and people were sleeping together embraced, one with the other so that it be warmer. I don't even think there was a need for it, but this is simply how they felt, that they were close to each other. I am not thinking anything bad about it, some people like me, if you touch someone you already feel it’s unpleasant.
Then bit by bit we start rising from the physical contact, you can be close or far away, to an internal heartfelt connection. So don't be despaired if you cannot come closer to each other or if you're not thinking about each other or the group. Each one has his own will to receive and accordingly he is capable of coming closer or distancing from his friends, it will come. The main thing is us having to talk about it more and more practically and to examine during the day how much we are drawn to this, nevertheless. And it is not like in the street for example, there are all kinds of different circles, let's come closer, let's hug, no. For us it won’t work because there is the evil inclination between us, which is being revealed, and in higher degrees it will be like the students of Rabbi Shimon who wanted to kill each other. Let’s see that when the connection between us reaches a special extent of connection upon the rejection, when we nonetheless do overcome it and we connect, more rejection and more connection, we reach a state that in the tolerance between the connection and the disconnection, the delta, such a difference between them that we start feeling the Creator there.
The Creator means come and see. He appears between the good and bad, is not part of the good or part of the bad. With respect to us the created beings He is revealed in the gap between the two. That’s why He is considered the one who makes the light and creates the darkness, etc. But He is specifically between the two to the extent we can ascribe both states to Him, to what extent we agree to be in them and only to be on the path towards Him, connected to Him. This is how we discover Him incorporated in because we as created beings, we cannot feel a single one discernment. That is why the Creator is considered and called “come and see”.
S. If we can focus on this, the internal connection between the friends, sometimes it comes but it is not in our control, it happens randomly, so I pray but the direct connection is...
R. What are you complaining about? It comes from the Creator as well. He wants you by that to examine your relations in the group more and accordingly the relations between each one and the Creator. And as much as you can connect together, the group begins. It starts from you starting to feel that the connection between you, you build, you are building something to feel the Creator. When you are building a vessel to feel the Creator there is no other state here. It doesn't exist here, the Creator without the created being. And the created being has to generate, to establish the vessel to reveal the Creator with respect to him, with respect to the created being. This is why you should connect between yourselves in a connection upon the force of separation and then you will see that the difference between separation and connection, between these two discernments, when these numbers come to a sufficient number then you discover the Creator.
Then you discover at least as the light of Nefesh. This is considered, you reach the root coarseness of Aviut Shoresh, when you overcome your root coarseness to connection. To that extent you discover Him. Because the coarseness that has been revealed in you is the root coarseness, you overcame it, meaning you've built a screen despite the separation. You built the connection between you and in this connection, you discover the upper light that fills the connection between you called the Creator. This is how we will continue building the Partzufim and discovering the Creator in them until we come to a state where the entire will to receive that He has created and broke and arranged in us, we'll organize it all in such a way that we will discover Him filling our vessel, this will receive.
24. S. (58:52) Is there a way to know truly if I am coming out of this state or help my friends when they are in such states?
R. Don't know what you are talking about. Sometimes I come to the lesson completely without strength, without intellect, without emotion, the main thing is without the emotion, even though I wake up an hour and a half, sometimes two hours before the lesson. And I read and I look at the various excerpts that I have. If you are bigger than your friend your inclination is bigger. I feel that I am dead, and I have a lesson. How can I prepare myself for the lesson and how will I seem to you when you want to learn, to know and reveal new things, so where is my responsibility? And I can't control myself, I can do nothing. The Creator plays such tricks on me and this happens every day, it may truly be every day I wake up like a beast, truly so. I can't come to the lesson this way, right? So, I take another cup of coffee and read more and do all of these things, it is very difficult. Anyone who is bigger than his friend, his inclination is bigger. Then I discover how difficult it is for me this day to correctly wake up for the lesson when I want to come with all of my strength, with all of my brains and my heart, and I can't. This is how it is every day and this is correct to do this work. This is why I am explaining this to you and saying this openly. We have to prepare ourselves for the lesson to recuperate, to connect. Maybe 15 minutes we have before the lesson is not enough to connect, sometimes it takes me an hour and a half when I am in the excerpts and all kinds of things that I read and I don't feel anything, that I'm changing in some way, that I'm going through something to more emotion or more mind or being sharper with the discernments. Then when I come over here after 10 minutes, when I hear what you're talking about, I change, I feel that that’s it. I now received some degree of sensitivity that is right for this lesson. This is why we have to make an effort to try to be ready for the lesson and accordingly you will get more.
25. S. (01:02:56) How can we be feeling that we're in a circle that never ends? You spoke about that when we come closer that we will always find greater degrees of coarseness, not so how do we know they have corrected the previous degree of coarseness and are advancing to the next one?
R. You are coming to a spiritual degree when you release yourself from all of the future. Do you hear this? Otherwise, your will to receive will always guard: what am I receiving? what am I receiving? And you will never be able to reach spirituality. Spirituality you only reach when I don't want to know the truth, when I want to incorporate in the upper one and to do what the upper one wants from me without any mind or emotion. What you are asking is the opposite. How I won't lose my mind or emotion and control the situation, no. We have to rise to a degree called faith above reason in that we will be under the force of bestowal rather than the force of reception. Here there is an internal revolution that has to happen in each and every person. All of us were intended for that, were made for that, were built for that. We have taken many steps but here before us there is an entry to this degree above reason. This is why the main thing here is to be released from who am I, what am I, what’s going to happen to me, etc. Whatever happens to me is a result of what happens to the group, to the extent that I invest in them, that’s what I am going to have. It is not yet Lishma, for her sake, but still I start to somehow build discernments outside of me for this state, that is what we are going to come to. If I want to know what is going to happen to me, this is what will happen with my group, that’s what's going to happen to me. Not simple. However, I am talking about this with utter seriousness and without any choice. You’re going to see how much the world as well is changing and pushing us to such a form. Everyone is looking for what to do and how to develop and how to be in this world, which is entirely in darkness and helplessness. Only connection between people. Later they will discover this. They don't yet have sufficient deficiency for that and bitterness. When they have no choice, they will accept it and they will understand that this is the solution. We accept it out of the development of the soul, of each and every one. They will come to it not in the positive way but in the negative way, but they will come to it. This is why we will get from them an additional desire, not processed or corrupted, an additional desire. They carry the desire of the whole broken vessel and we have to discover in us only GE, only the force that elevates us like a balloon with helium, a light gas that then raises us upwards in order to raise the entire humanity to the degree of the Creator. This will come.
26. S. (01:08:02) We said that we want to feel our lack of force of desire in corporeality and also in spirituality but what happens if the Creator awakened in you a great passion for something corporeal?
R. The Creator wants to show you that you are still scrutinizing your desires and what you need is to scrutinize what is important for you in life. It may be that you are not yet part of the spiritual elation, but rather you haven't gone through the recognition of evil in your corporeal advancement. Like all of humanity still thinking that they will come to a richer life, better life, that they will have something out of it. Soon we will start seeing how much everything is withering more and more, that people are not interested in this or that, and everything is turned down more and more. What should we live for, and how to fulfill ourselves? They will understand that it is only possible by the recognition of the essence of creation, the purpose of creation.
27. S. (01:09:46) When we are in the state of Panim, and subjugation does this mean we arrive above reason, is this the state we call above reason?
R. Not yet. It is one of the components. Above reason is considered when I am already in the degree of Bina above the degree of Malchut. And then I may hold onto Bina and be in it at least for a while and not be immersed in the will to receive, but rather all the desires to receive that appear in me, I may be above then. Specifically, by them being revealed I can rise above them and increase the degree Bina in me.
28. S. (01:11:01) You describe the state where there's no air, that all the air has left and you can’t do anything. You said only the states that you determine by connection in advance can save you. How can we organize these previous states in advance so no one will be lost?

R. I cannot tell you. First of all, I do not have small children. I don't have commitments towards my family. Basically, I am the boss of myself, that is what I do. The more that he invests in a balanced manner, that also belongs to the spiritual work.
S. You have a certain commitment and what gives you the strength to do all of these preparations is the commitment as you said. You have to come to the lesson to answer all these questions to be alert and be very clear.
R. And each one of you also needs this. Any student wherever he's from has to come to the lesson. First of all, everyone is before me, I see them in one panel, one screen. R. You don't begin to enjoy in the state of Panim.
