R. So you have to weight them anyway, for each to give the type of effort, the type of labor, the quality and quantity of labor that is equal to everyone.
S. But if in order to build something someone is required to give more excerption, what does it matter?
R. No, no, no. No one will agree to it.
S. And if they enjoy the results?
R. Why would they enjoy it if they pay more than you. It’s a big problem this is the entire foundation, that we need the wisdom of Kabbalah in order to make peace in the world.
7. S. (17:23) The constructors and the instructors is that an innate quality in the person?
R. Yes.
S. It’s like you have predators and animals that don't eat meat and none of them will give us a solution.
R. No
S. Meaning until we pass on the control to the creator a person will not move, so what are we lacking today after all that humanity went through, communism, fascism, all of the different ways of cancelling our ego, what are we lacking so that people will want to put the Creator as their ruler?
R. Our mind and heart
S. That is always what we’re missing?
R. No, we didn't see that it was missing, now we're coming to a state where we really understand that this is what is lacking to connect all of the minds and all of the hearts together and then we will arrive at the understanding of the solution.
S. When people are told the upper force, the Creator what they think about is religion. I'm talking about secular people most people don't want that?
R. I don't want to talk about the state that is happening today we have to reach a state where the heart understands. That's it; where there is today?, still in diapers; and it depends on us. Soon we will arise at such degree that they’ll see through us how it is possible to do.
8. S. (19:45) In the modern society, there is more destructors or constructors?
R. The modern society, the proportion of the constructors to the destructors is not equal, it is not equal, and it doesn't need to be equal.

R. That the mind and the heart are connected between them in the correct way, this is called ‘that the heart understands’.
S. And what is the right way?
R. That they measured correctly, one with the other, and then they are acting in a good way.
10. S. (22:28) Will it be correct to interpret this article internally as well, in the ten, and if so what are the destructors and what are constructors, in internal discernments, or in the ten?
R. In each there are those two forces, both constructors and destructors.
S. So can you give us an example: what are these actions that we can interpret as the destruction or construction?
