1.Rav’s Introduction: Yes, progressing through overcoming means to constantly go back to the correct state. Maybe to return is not the best impression or expression because we are never in the correct state, we are the vessel of Adam HaRishon, which is starting state, the zero state from there the whole process starts and from that state we move away from that by the entrance of the great will to receive, which we call the shattering of the vessel, the forming of a sin. Meaning the making of the will to receive that was the plan and our work is to correct this sin which is revealed to us. The will to receive that the Creator created as evil inclination from the beginning of creation and correspondingly I created the Torah as a spice, special force against the desire, which is revealed as repulsive, rejecting, and separating us, as this is I created evil inclination. The desire, it is revealed as a different desire to the side of the upper desire for connection. This is the desire of the Creator and we need to grow and there attract the force of the Creator, the connection and unity for the Creator to connect and correct as this is the revelation of the Creator to the created beings that has to be in this world.
This is how we need to do that really give a great contentment to the Creator by this as Kabbalists say what they discovered, as they discovered in all those lonely states, helplessness, confusion, which appear to us, this way we reveal the broken state that the Creator arranged according to the whole state we have to attain when he is revealed between us in the force of connection. Then between these two states we have to include them in us, the state of separation between us which is called the coarseness of the state and the state when we connect between us it is the purity of the state and we each time rise from coarseness to purity and coarseness to purity. Each time a new level of coarseness will appear in us called the broken Reshimot from the shattering of the vessel and on top of that we need to draw the force of the Creator called reforming light and on top of that that both connects us and fulfills us. It turns out that these two states, the state of separation and the state of connection are what we have to go through, they are called in us, ascents, descents in each and every state. Each state is included from these two separate states then they appear inside of us, they appear in different ways because we receive these things through our vessels of feelings. In each degree, each state there are substates that include each and every state and this is how we learn from each thing and its opposite what is the quality of the Creator, the degree or virtue, of bestowal we learn about and we discover. Only since in us appears the quality of reception the opposite quality and this is how we advance. This is what I have to say, let's go to the verses and see what our teachers are telling us and try to understand them and to implement their advice.

2. R. (07:04) Meaning along the way we have to reveal the broken states one by one from the lighter to the heavier until all those states will be revealed and each time we expose them, call them the states of descent into the broken will to receive. This has to be this way, it is a fall into the desire to receive, it has to be recovered and discovered and begins the state. Then we try using various means, we try to reach as state when we invert this, where we turn this from the state of baseness, lowliness to the pride and exertion and inclination to connection between the different parts of the broken vessel and the revelation of the Creator is the result of melding those pieces together. The state of correction depends first on the understanding, the awareness of the state where it stems from, where it comes from, to be aware of it and then the person begins to understand how he needs to wage the war against the force of shattering. When the person understands this, then he relates differently to his10 and he understands that the 10 is not simply 10 people in the 10, like all other groups that form in this world, to be easier for them to be comfortable to work with the ego but here it is against the ego. This is how we have to wage war and work here and it is recommended to connect in a very different form, style altogether. We look at the connection as something that has to be born between us with the help from above. Since this connection has to be helped from the upper force that gives birth in us a new form, a new feeling, a new world, we discover in our connection a new spiritual world. To the extent we connect, we discover the spiritual world, spirituality, until the Creator himself appears there.
It is written you have made me, so it says even if he is in the lowest state and has the most basic desires, still he has the strength to overcome. Meaning from the point in the heart he craves for the help of the Creator. The Creator arranges all this of course, because the broken Reshimot already contains connection with the Creator and then with this force, the connection with the Creator is very important. This is the point in the heart even if the person is in exile, this point in the heart is placed under other governances called many things. like problems, disturbances, hindrances, all kinds which all come from the shattering. As it should be, this is called Divinity in exile which means that I cannot connect, I cannot reach actions of bestowal. I am placed under these forces of other desires and is why even when I am in a state of Divinity, from my individual point of view one more moment he overcomes to sanctify the Creator. Meaning the Creator is more important, specifically for these forces, from these states I can reveal him. We lift, we elevate the Creator above all the circumstances, above everything that is happening.
The Creator is more important, our struggle over the greatness of the Creator compared to all other states that appear to us in the shattering, revealing the broken state, this is truly the main thing as much as that greatness of the Creator as we have to elevate it from the current state from the broken state. If we arrange it in such a way, that the Creator is above all the broken states, a desire revealed right now. This means that we sanctify the Creator. Even though he's already certain from all the experiences that he will fall again, maybe again and again, still it is very important that the person can say the truth openly, that's right now, from this moment I cannot place the Creator in the state higher than all other states specifically from the shattering. This means that the person is correcting a part of the shattering and this way each penny is added to a great some until the person reveals and corrects the entire broken vessel.
3. S. (14:11) When you discover that you are truly under the control of the shattering force and that force takes you by the hand and does not ask you anything how to fix that state?
R. You cannot connect with the Creator from the state of a fall, a descent rather, only when you are to the extent you are in connection with the friends. We spend years & years in that process in that vortex, we rise a little, we fall a little and we rise a little and I don't look down on those states that we go through. I also went through them nevertheless, in the state when we are under the rule of the evil state, we have nothing to do but to use the connection between us or the ability to connect between us in the 10 so that only this can help us, only this can save us. And this is how we see the creation of this world, this reality, which is the imaginary reality, it’s not a reality all the Kabbalists explains to us, but it appears later, but for the time being in this we can help on another and all of us together and this was given to us in our corrupted vessels. So we can connect between us to develop a certain connection between us so that this mutual inclination, even when we are doing this artificially mechanically like a children because it is written, not because we want it but because this is what we have to do but gradually from the states of disconnection and darkness we can never tell us come to a certain form of connection in order to draw the reforming light, the force of the Creator, who will correct us. Since all the states that appear have many records in them and if we want to progress somehow even in an egoistic form, nevertheless it helps until we get there in this process it helps. That is why the help of the 10 and the artificial connection this false connection, in this we can draw the reforming light that can take care of us gradually until the Creator is revealed and this is all attained through the breaking of the vessel of Adam HaRishon. This happens before us, the Creator prepared for us the world of Ein Sof complete vessel which he broke and consequently we can start our correction from this shattering.
S. A very egoistic state appears. What exactly do we need to scrutinize the Reshimot that has some kind of a match to a spiritual degree?
R. Of course it is a broken record there is nothing else than that, we are already in a spiritual state but we cannot speak of the spiritual state only according to the feeling of it according to the level of the revelation so we say there is no spirituality for the time being only corporeality but corporeality is also spirituality, it appears in a certain way in are egoistic vessels in our broken vessels and we simply need to be aware of all the states and correct it and advance more and more and this way this record we will advance.
S. Is there a possibility each time against the record that appears to position the connection with the Creator?
R. We cannot reveal the connection with the Creator, we can only talk about it, according to what the Sages tell us about the connection with the Creator is the result of the connection between us. Hence as much as we tried to build a 10 and this 10 will be more and more internal nevertheless advance to a state where I get excited about the connection between us. Then I want and ask the Creator to do and form this connection between us. When we have important friends that become more important for me then the Creator, this is what has to be there, from Love of the Created beings to the Love of the Creator. That’s why I have to attain the love of friends and only then can I relate to it as a vessel where I reveal my attitude to the Creator. The Creator is integral, all-inclusive in the relation between us and it cannot be a better relationship, our attitude to the Creator than what we have towards the friends there is a lot written about it. Our entire work is to connect between us and this takes a very long time until the person starts to ascribe importance to this and the greater his soul, the heavier his soul nevertheless we advance and there is nothing else to do about it.
4. S. (21:16) How to wage war against this broken state, how can we start this war?
R. We see these things in the connection between us in the 10, how it can be connected emotionally to one another. We are not able to be close and connected and adhered to each other, not able to feel the importance of the goal. Feel the importance of attachment, the importance of the connection between us. This is what is lacking where the world is built in such a way that intentionally, it blurs out the connection between us and in truth it is revealed from the broken Reshimot. Nothing is accidental even if it appears and the picture of the world confuses us and blurs our connection with the 10. But over time we begin to see the form of the connection between us in a more qualitative way not just in quantity but in quality and not through other terms but through the connection between the broken parts. I am not looking at each and every friend but as much as these desires, these thoughts can be connected together and bring them closer to each other, until we connect into one heart, one desire from all our broken desires into one single whole desire. And then we discover in this complete desire the one force which is the Creator. And of course, we reveal Him on the degree of Nefesh, later Ruach then Neshama, Chaya, Yechida, everything gradually. It is exactly according to the nature and the quality of intensity of connection between us and this is how we reveal the Creator. And to convince ourselves specifically in this way, we advance the correction of all of creation. This is a very important thing and a very difficult thing and before we start to feel and understand these things, that's already great help from the Creator who is arranging us in this way.
5. S. (24:34) We say that the person can perhaps succeed in feeling these feelings against all odds there is a single Creator, how can we use this to create more and more moments like that from that single moment?
R. Only through perseverance, persistence in feeling in mind with the help of the friends, we have to try to work somehow and something on the connection and one way or the other through all the states that come to us. We are in a system and even though it is a broken system nevertheless it is still connected in a broken way through all these parts and we have to try to connect these parts and attach our cells to each other as much as possible but the in a spiritual style and we try to connect one to the other in a way that somehow wakes up the correct form of the vessel of Adam HaRishon as much as possible.
S. We of course, going back to the past, because every connection to the past is unique, not going back to the past because going back to the past is not good, so can we use the fact that it was successful in the past, that it was done without getting stuck in the past and taking it to the future?
R. There is none as wise as the experienced where we learn about what we can and we cannot use and how we approach each other, how from this closeness we can wake up our spiritual progress, all of this we learn from experience. Even if I say another thousand words it will not help you, you have to implement them even if I say thousands of other words.
6. S. (27:10) Then the person hates the friends doesn't matter why or it's just we have to say that there is no force of the Creator in the 10?
R. It is always the force of the Creator, always feel the Creator it's either in the form of concealment or in revelation so when we feel the hatred to the friends, it is also the force of the Creator, we also be always having to connect to the Creator and work with him except that this is failed as a revelation or not.
S. So how not to justify this hatred?
R. Of course it is justified, we went through the shattering in our root and there was the start of creation, outside of the degree of creation, that is why all of creation starts from darkness, there was evening and there is morning as one day.
S. So I have to turn hate to love?
R. You don’t have to turn hate to love, you have to come to a state when the hate and the distance will be hated by you and there will be felt as distance from the Creator not only from the friends but you are asking the Creator to correct that state for you.
S. It doesn't matter if I can justify the hate, it doesn't matter if I justify your next experience?
R. You have discovered how there is no justification, there is nothing, it's only the right, healthy attitude to the state that it all comes from the Creator, there is none else besides him and you have to seemingly correct it as you are before the Creator in his presence and you ask from the Creator for a correction. The correction through the group but from the Creator through the group to the Creator there is none else besides him. I perceive the Creator before me always, that the Creator has to be before me always and the group, society the 10, a broken vessel it is all only that you find in each moment and strengthen your connection with the Creator.
7. S. (30:33) I am afraid that if I take upon myself too much effort, if I take the work of a friend who did not come to the lesson?
R. We must not criticize the friend who didn't come now, so we have to start from the right side, we have to start from blessing from the Creator who wakes us up to come to the true full form of reality that we are in connection with the Creator. We are now in a certain degree of connection to the Creator in a certain measure and I'm not thinking about anything else that is not complete for me. When I entered the lesson, I constantly discover the vessel that has to be corrected, this is how I relate to it, I do not start from criticizing others. Where do I take it from, why would I do it is the result of my evil inclination, it is not good. We always have to start from the positive and then we have a certain degree of connection between us then we can start to examine the negative things that did not make it into the connection just yet and this way we can correct everything is where we return, we have to turn to the right side, this is a law.
8. S. (33:06) Is it possible to ask about asking questions, there is such an impression lately that when you ask a question, I want somehow to connect to the teacher and it disconnects me from the 10, so should every thought that comes to mind should I write they ask the teacher or clarify in the 10?
R. It is recommended to clarify the questions with the friends then you feel that it is necessary for you to examine something then you can ask there is no problem. Because each and every question will come in one way or another through the friends because we are all in a broken vessel where it is possible then a question comes in you then it will help others to make corrections as well. If you do not ask then at some point it will be asked by someone else between us in a secondary way. Meaning a question wakes up in you that wakes up from the broken state and then if you do not examine it and the friends don't hear it and they don't incorporate into the question then it comes to them later when you did not correct it and who knows how long it takes and nevertheless it wakes up in them and they have to correct it if you do not ask it yourself. I think it is worthwhile to ask questions and clarify them as quickly as possible before everyone but be a bit more practical with your questions.
9. S. (35:21) Let's say I wake up and I want to pray for correction, so what exactly do I pray for, what needs to be corrected?
R. I want to feel the friends more emotionally and as a result I want to feel the Creator closer to us. I want to feel the friends closer than yesterday and I want the Creator to reveal Himself between us to the extent we push ourselves out, we exit Egypt, and move closer to the Creator. Although on the way there are many forms of escaping the ego, the difficulties to approach the Creator and approach bestowal, nevertheless this way we can make it.
S. So if I feel that I am separated from the friends, my emotions are separated, so you say that I need to pray that I feel emotionally that the friends are closer to me? What does that mean in what way can I do this?
R. So you don't know what it means to be closer or more distant from someone? Those things are very clear to us in this world, so try to understand the system this way. Read articles, in many places in our literature they speak of the connection, they speak of those states. There is no other way we have to do this, we have no other correction, we simply have to know this. It is called either the group and connection or death, either we come to connection or I come to spiritual death.
10. S. (38:12) How to feel the state in order to know for sure that we come to correction?
R. When the concept of the society, the group, the connection between us becomes for me, in my feelings more important than anything else in each and every moment, when this concept becomes more attractive, more important more highlighted and I pass the importance of my life to the group, to the extent this group looks before me as the place where I can reveal the spiritual world and the Creator and the end of correction.
11. S. (39:33) Are descents always necessary to increase a spiritual connection to the friends?
R. Descents are the feeling of the broken state which wasn't obviously revealed before and there it is revealed. As Baal HaSulam writes “I am happy about the wicked that is revealed”, I'm happy to see the friend in a fallen state, because this is a beginning of the new state beginning of each and every state, when the breakage appears, something from the general shattering, and on top of this broken record that is revealed we come to correction. There is no other way, the person cannot stand in the place of the Mitzva or correction except after he fails in it first, so the person has to see how incapable he is of doing anything with his broken state and he has no other choice but we try to connect to the friends and we also not capable of doing it, and then he has to turn to the Creator. Also, here the person says that he's not capable, but at the same time there is nobody else to turn to. It turns out that you and the group and the Creator have to be together, and you simply have to shout out because there is no connection between anybody, and then you'll receive help.
12. S. (41:36) The size of the coarseness can appear in a very weird manner, that persons who had economic problems and studied for many hours and then life started changing, for example, I started working 3 times less and earning 3 times more. Does it have to do with the growing coarseness somehow? How to work with these states?
R. You constantly have to think about the goal, why am I alive, what does it mean that the Creator is giving you something, that the Creator is giving you all these different states, and this is it. Don't pay attention so much to what is actually happening, only to the necessary form of existence. What does the Creator give you, suddenly He gives you as much as you want, everything or even more, and later He can take it away again, to give it and take it away again and again. But you have to constantly aim at the most important thing in your life very few have. You need only what you need to exist, to survive as it is written, the necessities are neither condemned neither praised, if there is no flour there is no the Torah, so the person has to leave like an animal on the animate degree, the person has to sustain himself and all the rest is not important. The important thing is the connection through the friends to the Creator, and as quickly as possible to discover this connection with the Creator, this is it. Everything is arranged only according to that.
13. S. (43:55) Many times it feels that we overcome the beast that is hungry or tired, that wants to play with hobbies, so what does it mean that the overcoming is a spiritual overcoming?
R. Why's that not a spiritual overcoming?
S. It feels that there is a bodily overcoming and also there is a spiritual overcoming.
R. If I received the burdening of the heart because the Creator does not give me something in physical life, and I make a calculation in physical life whether it is right or not right, if I relate to it correctly or not in a correct way, and there is no spiritual state that would be greater or more important than the physical state. Spirituality is dressed into physical life and that's why I don't really care much about how it is dressed into. But I tell you only one thing Rabash told me once. In the evening before going to bed he already started to fall asleep and his 6-year-old girl came and was standing next to Rabash’s bed and looked at him and when he asked what's up, what's happening she said, “Daddy I want to eat”, and there was nothing in the house not a slice of bread no onion nothing, there was nothing to eat. So Rabash told her, “Maybe go to sleep now and tomorrow morning we will have something”. He did not share more about this state but imagine yourself the states people had to overcome, go through these states to discovered that the Creator is good and benevolent, how the Creator created the whole reality and when children and the relatives in the friends suffer, so you would be able to raise the importance of spirituality more than the importance of the physical life, in order to not to speak badly or slander upper Providence. It is very tough. It is very difficult and everything is arranged like this from above.
14. S. (47:20) According to what you explained before about questions, someone who asks a question has a great responsibility to the whole world Kli, so what is the required examination for the person before asking?
R. I have to consider how important it is, if I have someone to consult with, because I haven't articulated the question yet externally, but I have to imagine how important that question is, that it has a place in the lesson and then to progress this way. So, we have no choice, this is how we progress, what can we do? Each and everybody has to be responsible that he is not just asking questions for the sake of it and that this brings us to a state that I will not let him ask.
S. When there is a lack, is it important to express it in a question?
R. Again, this is a scrutiny and there is no answer to this. You have to examine your deficiency, your desire, if it might be for everybody and it is not a private individual problem, but it is something that can wake up everybody else, so accordingly you ask in the hope that it can help others.
15. S. (49:12) What do we need to understand and how to say that truth in an open way, so that it brings more connection in the 10?
R. I did not understand the question.
S. How to understand what we read in the article about the need to open up the truth, and how to do this so it brings more connection between the friends?
R. We have to try from starting from the physical level and then go deeper all the way to the spiritual level, we have to take care of the connection between us. Besides the connection between us there is nothing to correct and when we achieve a certain connection between us in terms of intensity, strength, tendency, artistry that we know how to hold onto the connection between us, if we try to position the connection between us as quickly as possible after each and every state that appears, then accordingly you get closer to corrections. Then in the connection between us we start to discover the Creator in a more broken way or more corrected way, because the Creator appears in our vessel and we discover Him as you are looking through some glasses or binoculars or you are looking at something or somebody, and according to the corrections we make we can then progress, so there is nothing here that cannot be done. The whole wisdom of Kabbalah in general is the most practical wisdom, very practical because each and every detail you discover is discovered by the changes of your desire. Your desire is your internality, it is the physical spiritual data that is most internal for you, each and every change is in your desires reveals to you a new vision, a new sensation on all the five levels of sight, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching, so try to connect and relate to the spiritual states with the physical states together.
16. S. (53:01) Clarifying the previous question, is it important for the person to say the truth openly to others to help the connection in the 10?
R. Because what we discover, it is according to the level of connection between us, the more broken or corrected the connection is, the more we discover the essence of the correction which is basically the form of the Creator that appears. Afterall, we make the Creator, we build the Creator out of the desires of disconnection and connection, from darkness and light, we shape the Creator in a way that we can feel and sense and therefore we are not overwhelmed by the roller coaster, the constant ascents and descents.
17. S. (54:15) So we have to take care of our physical necessities so we have time to take care of our spirituality, so you have to forgive me Rav because I do not understand the story which you told us. I know that if it were my little girl, I would do everything to give her something to eat, so I'm sorry but I do not understand the story.
R. What do you not understand? They lived such lives, it was such an era in the country, in Israel where there were many people that had nothing to eat. It was such a time in Israel, especially at night when they went to bed. It was already a time when there was nothing left at home to eat and he had nothing to answer to his little daughter. But this is about what the person feels in his heart and yet he continues in his spiritual work in justifying the Creator above all these states, even though the little daughter tells him that she has nothing to eat. So, can you bless the Creator for everything He is giving to you? This is why I gave you the example which Rabash gave me. Let's hope it is an example you don't have to live through actually, but you will understand it from positive states.
18. S. (56:28) When I begin to work in the 10, constantly I am preoccupied and try to create more quality in the connection. What do we need to add, more activities or we try to make each activity to be more essential, coming from or from the heart, more emotional? So, the question is how to work with the right intention, is it a separate kind of work, our effort?
R. The question is how much all of us in quantity relate to our goal, and the treat the goal in a more qualitative way. This is how we can measure these states and then accordingly afterwards when we discovered Reshimot of coarseness and Reshimot of connection, and this is how we discover the screen we can work with and what kind of records will appear in the screen and how we can overcome the coarseness with bestowal although inside the desire to receive we only feel the desire to receive.
19. S. (58:29) In which cases can I allow myself to bestow to the friends or influence the friends to come out of their state of a flaw that I see in them?
R. I don't see, add things in my friends because one judges through his own flaws, if you see a certain flaw in the friend, you see it through your own otherwise you would not see the flaw. Look at how a mother who loves her babies, how she doesn't see them as having any flaws, everything is excellent and great. She loves each and every detail of them. When you look at them you can see many flaws but she does not because love covers all crimes. The flaws that you see in the friends you need to realize that all comes from your broken vessel. The Creator sees us at the final correction on one hand and wants to bring us to that final correction and this is how He relates to us. Our work with the group is not a simple matter, how do I accept the friends, how do I relate to them, we need to read about this more and more what is written in the sources about this as I think that our friends, they need to try to put together such a document for us.
S. If we are looking at an opportunity where the friends might take the group in an incorrect direction?
R. How do you know that? You have no answer?
S. I am certain.
R. Oh, you are certain you checked and you saw that you are right then it is better to throw away all your righteousness and not disturb the others because by that you are definitely doing harm. Only by increasing the connection can we clarify what we need to do. Don't follow the mind of people like you who are certain that they have the right form of criticism. If you want to help the friends, show them an example of connection in such a way that from your positive, beautiful, convenient, pleasant example that they will see how much you are drawn towards connection and they will accept it nicely. If you pressure them the way that you're speaking about just now I think they will not accept it and they will be correct for not accepting it. First comes love and then all the rest.
20. S. (01:02:55) How do we come to the lesson, to the meetings of the 10 and do not consider corporeal states, only to focus on the connection between us?
R. We need to try to be connected to our corporeal states in order to build the correct relationship to the spiritual states above them but it is not that we just throw away all of corporeality as if it does not exist and then we relate to spirituality. This is not the way to build spirituality; you can only build it on top of corporeality, so do not disregard corporeality and just say why did the Creator create this world, no. Everything is only made for progress.
S. Together we need to forget about it?
R. Not to forget, I just told you but you take it into account and build above the corporeality to build to spirituality. I give you an example with Rabash’s little daughter who asked him for something to eat. Can he just throw that all away from his heart and his mind? No, he can't. What to do? Above the corporeality, above these things to see that this is how the Creator awakens you by such a very negative influence on the person and yet he transcends it to justify the Creator for everything that he has in life and wants to connect to Him. This is how he wants to build his spiritual state, it is very difficult. Because every moment you fall once again into corporeality and this is how it works. I hope that you will understand from our discussion what you need to do.
21. S. (01:05:35) To ask what to do when you don't see each day that you are coming closer to the friends?
R. See that as the increase of the states that the Creator is gradually showing you the true state, showing you more of the shattering which means you probably have the power to overcome these states of difference, conflict, hatred even, rejection and that you are capable. That you are capable of overcoming them and building the connection, that is it. You can't let go of these states.
S. How do we turn this ...?
R. First to understand this is how I correct myself, how I correct creation and how to incorporate with everyone and bring everyone my corrected strength and this is how we advance.
22. S. (01:07:10) We are studying all the lessons and we love each other, does God love us day by day?
R. The Creator is only a force of love and He has no other inclinations, sensation besides the force of love and therefore the fact that He needs to relate to you not with love is hard for Him just like it is hard for you to relate to everyone that you feel outside of yourself, to relate to them with love and your attitude to them is hatred or rejection, different shapes of it, it is the opposite with the Creator. Try to imagine His state, try to take an example from His state as you can imagine your state and then try to envision your future.
23. S. R. I don't know, I am not familiar with all of your beginner courses but after they study for a few months maybe half a year or more, it doesn't depend upon the amount of knowledge, it depends on how much you prepare them to be connected to each other and advance towards each other until we understand that all of the correction is in the connection. Then there is no other choice, we have to be together in the 10, to connect with each other, to build from our 10 some group where we assemble such states that we are not even aware of how that provides us with the entry to eternity, to the spiritual world. It is not by chance that the Creator arranges us this way as He puts the person's hand on the good faith and says take it, we just need to strengthen in the connection between us until we bring the connection to a state where the Creator can be revealed.
24. S. (01:11:39) What does it mean that the spiritual clothes the corporeal?
R. That we see in every state that there is None Else Besides Him and that the Creator, the single operating force in reality works through each and every plant, each and every animal and certainly every human. It all comes from the Creator, from above downwards everything starts from the Creator but after He activates us, operates us, then we have to know how we respond to that. Accordingly, the more I want to resemble the Creator, to be a partner with the Creator then I will be called Adam, similar to the Creator and I will complete His work with my work. How? R. Because from experience, look what he says when a person accustom himself to work by way of rejection, meaning he knows he is facing the Creator and that means that he is opposite to the Creator and so all of his work if he wants to resemble the Creator, to be like the Creator and he has to move away from himself. This means to work in bestowal, if a person accustoms himself to that then the mind also operates in the line of bestowal. S. I didn't understand the mechanism by which I enter the quality of bestowal that neutralizes the mind?
R. The mechanism is simple when you tie yourself to the lines bestowal and we enter a new kind of habit of working in bestowal and here there is a question, how can there bestowal so here we have to understand that the corrections happen gradually and they accumulate until you become experienced or able to bestow and that is how you advance. Then it is impossible that the mind will ask the “who” question as it is written, meaning who is the Creator that I will listen to Him. When the senses have already grown accustomed, that they get used to working in bestowal there is also a matter of habit that turns into a second nature, you can say what do you mean have it as there is no such thing in spirituality? In truth there is no such thing, but the vessels that you have already corrected, they are already in the form of bestowal and therefore they help you, these corrected vessels, they help you to bestow now as well. Meaning our senses no longer ask the question what this work is because they already work in order to bestow and naturally the mind does not ask the “who” question, these are the vessels, the desire to receive which grows accustomed to working even in bestowal just as we see in this world. If I have gotten used to through education to be an educated person in a society that is as a civilized person, I don't behave like any other dog or cow that would just come and be in between the people. This is called have it turned into a second nature and this brings out the question: what does it mean that habits become your nature, that I don't have to put in more effort to behave correctly in connection? Very true, exactly you no longer need to overcome what was already corrected in you. Pay attention to this as the more we design the correct relationship between us, the more they become a habit, it would be easier to relate to each other this way and we will get used to it. Why? R. No, we never need to desire suffering, we need to reach the Creator as the good that does good and we also want to develop between us this tendency toward good that does good, that we also will be as the good that does good and according to equivalence of form with them, we will get closer. Try artificially to relate to the friends even in a corporeal way, in a way that is openly revealed to your eyes, to treat them well and you will see how much it affects spirituality. Try it so, let's say today everyone comes together, meaning virtually coming together and only speaking nicely to each other and not opening your mouth, your mind and heart or any criticism for anything bad, only connection with praise in the group and you'll see how much it helps.

R. In spirituality there is no coercion meaning when you are in spiritual state there is no coercion you bestow.
S. But it says one has to custom and course himself into this habit?
R. Yes, so what, we do need to overcome but then there is no coercion in spirituality as if you are already in spirituality there's no coercion on the contrary only light.
S. So what does coercion mean?
R. Coercion means when you make efforts to connect to the friends and through them to the Creator you do this coercively.
29. S. (01:26:06) The discernment between habit and a routine scares me because sometimes I lose that impression… (Cut off by Rav)
R. No, it is not like that, you are right there habit and there is routine. Habits means that I am used to doing actions by force, by efforts and I have grown accustomed to that, that is habit. That becomes a second nature meaning that I always make these efforts and in that I even gotten used to overcoming each time and it increases each time more and more and without it I feel that I'm not advancing in spiritual life. This is how we need to work.
S. When we are working in the 10, in contact with the friends, in the Zooms and I often know what the friend might say I also know according to his behavior, his voice, the way he speaks. I lose the impression, the inspiration that I used to have a while back when I started on the path. Compared to that we had a gathering of friends where a few came in and they mixed the friends from outside the 10 and they were speaking the same words and I was so happy. The feeling was being renewed again, we're missing that in the 10 doing it daily I am losing the sensation towards the friends. I don't know if this is advancement or disconnection?
R. First of all there is nothing that repeats itself. Everyone is in a new state every moment and every moment is new. That is one. So, you are always scrutinizing new states, secondly if you were more in love towards them you wouldn't criticize them so much, you would just enjoy whatever is happening to you with them, you would be happy about the situation. So, it all depends upon the measure of love that is between you. This is what you need to take care of and not what you heard of them before or after, if it is the same or not, this is not it. We measure everything according to internal love. If I love someone then I can listen to the same things and they will be new for me.
30. S. (01:29:46) You were saying that we have to be like children before the Creator, we have a friend that is in bad health conditions and we feel helpless. How can we as a 10 help and connect around this? How can we as a 10, turn to the Creator?
R. Turn to Him, it is written about it in, there are many articles about it. So, look in the articles how you need to connect, how you need to ask the Creator to help the friend. The state of the friend really depends upon you. So, it is as if the friend is in your hands, take responsibility for it, seriously, and it is a place for prayer.
31. S. (01:31:04) What is a habit in bestowing becomes a second nature if the ego grows the next moment?
R. You are already used to overcoming so the ego grows, so if you lifted 20 kilos before now you want to lift 21 kilos, you already know what to do, maybe not exactly but you are used to overcoming.
S. Can we get used to connection, bestowing and seeing the Creator in all of reality?
R. Yes, that is a different question so he will not be a foreign God to you even if you get used to it and when you connect even if you fall you don't fall all the way. We will talk about it, just accept it as it is written.

As it is written in his mouth and his heart are equal so I don't relate to the friends in an artificial way, I act before them but rather that I want to truly, with my heart and soul, connect to them so that I will not think before I speak to them. This is called speaking directly from my heart to theirs, just imagine that you don't criticize in your heart, in your desires are in your mind, or in your thought but that everything you have passes to the friends and the same goes from them to you and this is called being connected. Then the Creator who is revealed is revealed in these desires as in one desire.
S. So what is that artificial beginning?
R. Initially it is done artificially afterwards through exercising we come to a state where we want it to happen.
S. So we still want the relationship to be real but we start artificially that it will be real?
R. No, I don't want to twist the sentence, I just say it and that's it whatever each one understands he understands, I don’t think if you twist it in a way that seems right to you it'll be right.
37. S. (01:44:26) If I hear a friend that has a complaint towards the other is that he criticizes the others I get a rejection from that friend. What is my work in that moment?
R. To show him that you need to love the friends and that is it, in such a way that he will feel that you are not teaching him.
38. S. (01:45:02) It says when a person gets used to working by force in bestowing how does coercing help in spiritual development?
R. Coercion is the right attitude to my nature. The Creator gave me a possibility to coerce myself, to force myself. Let's take the attitude of an animal it operates according to its desire. If it's afraid it moves away if it, isn't it gets closer. It is all according to its desire which determines instinctively what it should do and then it follows it. That there is no work here in the mind or in the heart, that I have to change what I feel. With a human being it is a different problem already, we feel that we in our mind and heart have to change ourselves. Meaning, in me it is if there are two people in each of us, one person is the evil man meaning the way that I am naturally and the other person is what I want to be, but I am still not in between the two personas, we have to combine them, or complimented them. It is as if with the binoculars you have to bring them one on top of the other so that they will unite together into one circle. This is what we need to do.
S. Is that intuition, is that the difference between intuition and intention when one is the beast and the other is man?
R. I don't know about intuition as there's no such word in Kabbalah, it is not related to the spiritual work. It is a psychological term that there is in the person according to where he is in sensitivity according to his inner feelings but you can't really scrutinize but he works accordingly because he doesn't have any choice. We don't take it into consideration.
39. S. (01:48:49) There is me and my 10 that are connected to the Creator and the rest around are like enemies, a man constantly has to go to war. Why does the Creator give this to a person how to connect so that everyone really becomes the Creator's workers?
R. It is very simple if I look at others as a correction of my soul and they are all inside of me and what I see outside are billions of people, the world is all a projection of my internal state and there is nothing on the outside but only the upper light and the Creator and on that background of the upper light, the Creator, I see all of the forms that are still not connected to the Creator in my perception. If I advance correctly to the perception of reality, I see that every single one is in the corrected state, gradually. That there is nothing to correct in the world except my relation to all of reality and that all of reality is in me. If I determine my relation in this way that I have no problem with anyone in the world, I made that person, I made the whole world, I caused it, I caused them to be good or bad, that period by not controlling the parts of my desire, I see that there are 8 billion and maybe 10 billion and tomorrow 20 billion people, it all depends upon how my inner vessel is scrutinized. Then I just have to see the world outside of me as me. It just comes as the Creator comes and He is the healer of all of the sick and He opened up my internality to reveal to me the whole world outside of me as if this is your internality. Now learn how to bring back all of your internality which is now external, bring it back inside, how do you do this? The Kabbalists tell us this is done by love and love for the whole world is called love of the world. This is what I need to do and I will see that there is no bad in the world, that there are no evildoers in the world, it is only me with my uncorrected qualities, this is how I see the world as spoiled. This is what is written all who fault, fault in their own faults and the Kabbalists discovered this years ago when the internal desire appeared in them to determine what a person sees and feels and wants to see and feel.

R. There is no worse state than the 10 that the person is in, if he corrects the ten correctly, he sees that besides the 10 there is nothing to correct. It all depends upon his own correction. You are responsible for the world, for the whole world and you have to see to the correction of the whole world. This is what you will be asked about, don't say what does this have to do with me, the 10 is one thing see, no. It is not like that. You are one out of the 10, you are 1 out of 8 billion and you are responsible for all of the 8 billion. They are pieces of your own broken soul otherwise you wouldn't see them. R. Yes, nothing is revealed unless it is drawn from the necessity to be revealed in the 10 now, we still don't see the connection. It is written about it, that the whole world comes to serve me and I can serve my maker.
