Reading Item #155 (00:25)

1. S. (02:35) He writes above the difference between AK and the Partzufim of Atzilut, what is it?

R. In the Partzufim of AK we had complete light and a complete Kli, and the Partzufim of Atzilut when they start from Tabur and below, we have a Kli which is incomplete, and the lights in it which are incomplete. That is what he wants to say. Do you want to read again?

Rav reading: The main difference between the Partzufim of AK and the Partzufim of the world of Atzilut is that the Partzufim of AK are from the first restriction. Meaning, there are ten complete Sefirot there with the Massach, screen, that does the direct light, the returning light that builds the Partzuf.

where each degree contains ten complete Sefirot. Also, there is only one vessel in the ten Sefirot—the vessel of Malchut, but the first nine Sefirot are only considered lights. They do not have the vessel yet, the vessels begin from the Malchut.

Conversely, the Partzufim of Atzilut are from the second restriction, as it is written, “On the day that the Lord God made earth and heaven,” What does he mean what He did there? When He associated mercy, Rahamim, with Din, judgment. The quality of judgment, which is Malchut, ascended and connected to Bina, which is the quality of mercy, and they were conjoined. Thus, a new Sium was placed over the upper light in the place of Bina. When Malchut that ends the Guf ascended to Bina of the Guf, which is Tifferet, at the place of the Chazeh, and the coupling Malchut at the Peh of the Rosh ascended to Bina of the Rosh, called Nikvey Eynaim.

Thus, the level of the Partzufim diminished into GE, which are all the Partzufim from above onwards from this Tzimtzum Bet , second restriction, came from GE which are Keter, Hochma in vessels, at the level of VAK without a Rosh. In other words, they have only VAK of the lights, which is Nefesh Ruach in lights. Hence, they are deficient of AHP of the vessels, which are Bina and ZON, and the lights Neshama, Haya, Yechida. What is not clear here? Ask, ask.

2. S. (07:00) He writes in the beginning that the Partzufim of AK from the first restriction that every degree has complete ten Sefirot and only there's only one vessel which is Malchut and the first nine are all considered lights, so what does it mean that the first nine are only lights compared to the state of the next vessel in Atzilut?

R. I don't know what's in Atzilut, i hear what he's saying here, that until now we were with the vessels of the first restriction there was a restriction that Malchut can't receive, only to the extent that she does it in order to bestow; and that is why all of the vessels are ten Sefirot and to the extent Malchut can adapt to the Sefirot to that extent she can receive in order to bestow and that is considered she builds a new Partzufim. What happens from this moment and onwards I have not learned, but from what we spoke now is it clear?

S. He gives an example of a different pattern, of the Partzuf of the first restriction and the second restriction; it's like a new chapter, so the first restriction is the classic drawing; we can imagine the Massach the Malchut, the direct light, reflected light, it is a structure we know we repeated many times. I don't want to ask a drawing if you don't want to draw but…

R. I have no problem, I can draw.

S. How can we draw the Partzuf of the second restriction?

R. Let's see. Rav is drawing: this is the Partzuf, ten Sefirot, divided to Rosh, to Toch and to SOf. Here is the Rosh, Toch and Sof. What was decided in the Rosh is ten Sefirot, what is accepted in order to bestow is called Toch, and what can not be received is Sof. Ten Sefirot.

So what is the question?

S. That's the Partzuf of the first restriction, now he's explaining the second restriction. Could you draw how the second restriction looks like?

R. He said it right here?

S. I think he does?

R. So in Tzimtzum Bet, in the second restriction, we have Keter, Hochma and Bina that are on a degree, and here it is in Rosh and Toch, and in the Sof in the end. That is why we have Rosh which is GE; Keter, Hochma and Gar of Bina. And there is Massach, it rose from Peh to Nikvey Eynaim, and here is a Massach in NE, and then from here onwards we receive in order to bestow as much as can be received in this Massach, and this is the Rosh, this is the Toch and what was not received becomes the Sof. Well, Mr. Everything is clear?

3. S. (12:18) It is written that in the Partzufim of AK are the first restriction and on every degree are complete ten Sefirot, and in them there's only one vessel which is the vessel of Malchut? What does that mean?

R. Yes, it means Malchut receives all of the lights by rejecting it, by clothing it in returning light. This is the direct flight, this is the returning light, and accordingly she receives the inner light and that is how she works.

S. And then he continues that the upper nine Sefirot are only lights, and not the Partzufim of Atzilut, they are in Behinat Tzimtzum Bet and so on. So what in the Partzufim of Atzilut if there isn't one vessel of the Malchut, there's something else?

R. We will learn that later, before us there's a lot of material.

4. S. (16:08) What caused the raising of the worlds, is that the Massach?

R. It is still not the ascent of the worlds, it is still the restriction; that took place in the vessels of the Partzufim because they don't have forces to receive in order to bestow.

S. What does it mean that the Rosh receives Gadlut and the Guf doesn't?

R. I don't know but look at what he writes. It has been explained above,,, in Item 124, I guess we have to read it item 124 again.

Rav reading: That by raising MAN to the second restriction, the Partzufim of Atzilut obtained the illumination of Mochin from AB SAG of AK, which lowers the bottom Hey from NE back to her place at the Peh, as in the first restriction. Thus, they regain the AHP of the vessels in Neshama, Haya, Yechida of lights. Yet, this helped only to the ten Sefirot of the Rosh of the Partzufim, but not to their Gufim [bodies], since these Mochin did not spread from the Peh down to their Gufim (see Item 138).

Therefore, even after the Mochin of Gadlut, the Gufim remained in the second restriction, as during the Katnut. Hence, all five Partzufim of Atzilut are considered to have only the level of the ten Sefirot that emerge on the coarseness of phase one, the level of ZA, VAK without a Rosh, called “the level of MA.” They clothe the level of MA of the five Partzufim of AK, meaning from Tabur of the five Partzufim of AK downward.

That means, that annulment of the second restriction did not help so much here.

S. We learned that the Rosh plans what the Guf can't receive?

R. What's in the Rosh expands in the Guf; that we have a rule, it is always like that.

S. Right. So here's something that takes place in the Rosh that doesn't spread to the Guf?

R. Right, because of the lack of the Masach, and the Masach is because of the lack of the lights that bring the Partzuf back to its correct state. So the whole problem is, where are those Partzufim and why do they not receive the light that corrects them now, in order to reach the correction of the second restriction?

S. So it says here that it benefits the Rosh and the Guf. What's the benefit that the Rosh gets Gadlut but the Guf can’t?

R. It's very beneficial; because it shows as much as the Rosh understands what it's lacking, that it itself is in greatness, knowing its greatness but also an awareness that in the Guf it can’t perform actions.

S. Then from here it can plan what's next?

R. Let's see. I am reading again 156: It is being explained above in item 124, that by raising MAN for the second impregnation, the Partzufim of Atzilut obtained the illumination of Mochin from AB SAG of AK, which lowers the bottom Hey from NE back to her place at the Peh, as in the first restriction. Thus, they regain the AHP of the vessels and Neshama, Haya, Yechida of lights. Yet, this helped only to the ten Sefirot of the Rosh of the Partzufim, but not to their Gufim [bodies], since these Mochin did not spread from the Peh down to their Gufim .

Therefore, even after the Mochin of Gadlut, the Gufim remained in the second restriction, as during the Katnut. Hence, all five Partzufim of Atzilut are considered to have only the level of the ten Sefirot that emerge on the coarseness of phase one, the level of ZA, VAK without a Rosh, called “the level of MA.” They clothe the level of MA of the five Partzufim of AK, meaning they don't raise themselves above the Tabur in order to clothe wherever they supposedly were supposed to receive, Galgalta AB SAG MA BON, but they clothe on AB SAG MA BON from the Tabur and below. Meaning by working on the second restriction the Partzufim don't attain their degree as they did in the first restriction.

6. S. (24:40) What's the matter of the connection between the Partzufim of AK and the Partzufim of Atzilut?

R. First of all they clothe on one another; they come out of one another.

S. What does it mean clothe?

R. Partzufim of Atzilut are born from the Partzufim of AK.

S. We learned that the Partzufim of Atzilut were born as a result of the shattering of the world of Nekudim and started the process of all the parts that broke in Nekudim?

R. Correct.

S. What's the connection between AK and the first restriction?

R. It doesn't matter that it's the first restriction, but what matters is that the Partzufim of Atzilut come out of the Partzufim of AK. First restriction, second restriction, that is not the matter; the matter is as much as they can aid the Partzufim of Atzilut to receive the light in order to bestow and expand.

S. And how do they do that?

R. They do it according to the laws of the second restriction.

S. In other words whoever governs the world of Atzilut is in fact the world of AK, the Partzufim of AK?

R. The world of Atzilut is a result of the Partzufim of AK but it comes out with a lot of limitations.

S. Now what is in between them, the world of Atzilut aspires to be like AK so what is happening here in this relations between them?

R. They want to keep all the Reshimot that awaken in them.

S. Who?

R. The world of Atzilut.

S. How is that connected to the Atzilut?

R. It all comes from the AK; the upper light comes out of AK and gives birth to the world of Atzilut and the world of BYA, and awakens them that they will ascend to higher state, to their Root.

S. So they aspire to be like AK, the Parztufim of Atzilut aspire to be like the Partzufim of AK, is that correct to say that?

R. We can say that.

7. S. (27:22) In Malchut the AK, in that condition the light was more active because Malchut didn't understand what's going on with her and the purpose of creation was to fill up the Malchut. Now, Malchut felt that here it doesn't have her own action and it’s just a desire and she felt that she wants to resemble the Creator, that was already Tzimtzum Bet?

R. I don't understand?

S. In the first restriction, she felt how different she is from the purpose of creation?

R. Let's say.

S. That she doesn't have any action there, it is just a vessel that the Creator wants to fulfill? And in the second restriction in the meeting of the desires of Bina she understands that she also needs to be similar to the Creator in His quality, to be bestowing? And in the same way the Creator treats her, the same proportion she wants to treat the Creator?

R. Right.

S. And the second restriction started building in the state of the second restriction, the constant thought of what happened in the first restriction but the limitations the incorporation between Din and Rahamim, starting to build the world of Atzilut accordingly, that it'll be a constant corporation in the equivalence of form?

R. So?

S. So that's the point?

R. Could be.

8. S. (29:27) Just to make sure, the desire to be similar to the Bestower it is already appears in the first restriction, otherwise what's the restriction made for?

R. Yes.

9. S. (29:46) What is the addition here in the world of Atzilut? there are ten Sefirot in the Guf they're still nothing there, so where is the addition if it's only in the Rosh?

R. We still didn't learn it.

S. He wrote here that the addition of the ten Sefirot was only formed in the MA, in Rosh, and not in the BON, in Guf. So how is the correction made if the Guf doesn't have this correction itself?

R. It's still not there. In the end of corrections when everything rises to the Rosh, to the Partzufim of the first restriction, and then there's a descent from the Rosh Toch and the Sof and then, the end of correction.

S. So part of AHP will remain permanently empty?

R. Yes. We still have to read it. There are still a lot of paragraphs to finish the Preface.

10. S. (31:14) For the limitations in the second restriction are to discover the new vessels which he cannot bestow with?

R. He cannot.

S. He reveals these vessels for the first time?

R. Yes.

S. Before he didnt identity that he had these vessels?

R. Yes.

S. So it’s really an innovation.

R. Yes.

S. It actually creates a desire for the light in these uncorrected vessels.

R. Yes.

R. You don't know who to turn to so you just pray to your upper One, the general upper One is called the Creator.

S. And what is NRN of the righteous?

R. The NRN of the righteous are those forces that you awaken, and they bring you everything you need in order to implement whatever is desired.

S. At the end it says here that they receive the abundance they bestow to the NRN and that raises the MAN for BYA, do we accept Mochin even if we are very low degrees?

R. I don't hear you what's up today.

S. The Mochin they also received in BYA? I thought they only received in Atzilut it says that the abundance goes down even to BYA?

R. Yes. I don't understand your question?

S. I thought that the Mochin we received above the Parsa, do we also receive Mochin in the lower degrees?

R. That's the name of the upper influence Mochin that is confusing you?

S. Yes.

R. Raising MAN is raising a deficiency, and Zivug de Hakaa is already the coupling by striking of the upper light on the Massach. It is a different thing. I don't know what he's asking? He just feels like knowing what’s the difference between this and that? What is the benefit? More?

(43:18) He says here that all the Partzufim of AK cascading one after the other and if MAN rises from one of the Partzufim of Atzilut then the light goes from all Ein Sof to all the Partzufim until he brings MAD. So what is the connection of Arich Anpin de Atzilut to Partzuf AB de AK? What connections can be there between them, if the system is…?

R. You're giving me half sentences, I don't understand?

S. It is still not clear what's the connection between the Partzufim of Atzilut and Partzufim of AK?

S. He says that the degree of every Partzuf of the Partzufim of Atzilut is directed towards the Behina that is against it in AK. What does that mean?

R. The all five Partzufim of Atzilut come out as VAK compared to the five Partzufim of AK?
