R. First of all, even though I have all kinds of things to take care of during the day: I need to write something, I need to answer someone, I need to go to video shoots for all kinds of things. I still put before me a few actions that I have to do throughout the day. And in this way I do it and if I don't have time to do it, I will need to do it in a different time. Let's say today I woke up two hours, two and a half hours before the lesson and I did what I didn't have time to do yesterday.
