Concealment - Selected Excerpts from the Sources , #11

1. Rav’s Introduction: We constantly have to scrutinize where is the concealment working, since the whole work is concealment, from the Upper force, from the force of correction, the force of connection. This is what we have to reveal. To reveal the Creator is not to reveal anything else but unity, connection, warmth, love, the connection, the relationships between the broken pieces. How do we bring them closer to us, to bring them closer to each other through action which is relative to the person, and through actions which the person performs relative to other people?! This is how it is integrated to everybody in this work so this is how people develop in this world until each and everybody understands that he is the messenger of the Creator by various jobs as messenger, jobs of connections in closeness between us in this way we perform the correction of creation. Why are we talking about it more and more because we are entering more and more into this new era, into this new time period, the period of connection. Then so far from the beginning of the pandemic it was not so clear, now it is becoming more and more apparent that our world needs only connection nothing else but connection and we have to discover this between us each to himself and we have to show it to others in this way we will advance to the correction. There everything we have to attain, it is attained only according to the degree of connection between us and this is why we need to show in the group everyday our tendency to connection, each helping the friends and we will come to a point where everybody is drawn to everybody else. In addition, we will begin to help everybody help each other and help everybody else and this will be our entire goal, we will feel that through various actions and states we are going through are nothing else but to conceal the force of connection between us on one hand. On the other hand, reveal the necessity of this correction and then in this way we will gradually reveal the Creator and we do not have to wait for him to reveal himself. The force of connection we build between us will reveal him with the condition that we ourselves prepare a place for him, this is where this connection has to be revealed. It is written “you have made Me”. We will build the place for the Creator to reveal between us from concealment awakening in us certain thoughts, desires and actions. We don't feel that he is doing it but certainly everything comes from him since he is the source of everything for all our desires and thoughts and actions. As they say in throughout speech and action we have to perform the Mitzvot which are the actions of connections between us returning the broken vessel to the original perfect state to this state of Adam HaRishon. We have to search between us in what way can, we accelerate these connections, this development between us so they will as quickly as possible, realize in each and every moment more and more of those tendencies for connection add a bit here and there. There are all different forms of connections to the level of love and this way we will come to a state as Baal Shem Tov says that the 400 times in minutes he had such actions and truly in such a high frequency, we can enter and exit. This is how spiritual develops among us if we advance and make efforts so we have to show each friend helps his friend, each one has to show how much he cares for the connection, how much he is attracted to the connection, how much he is desiring it, anticipates it and the result for it that we come to a certain feeling of connection. This feeling departs immediately and becomes even greater disconnection until it will give us another place for more connection. How quickly we can go through all these states, all these actions, the starts and stops until we turn all the disconnections to connection, this is how we come to the end of correction and along the way how much we are able to make those connections both in quality and quantity. Then we will discover all of the Partzufim in all the worlds we are climbing through everything is revealed in this work of connection between us. We as much as possible in it does not have to be through so many words or actions which are revealed in the open to the others but each in that he has to do this inside, this is why our science, our work is called the concealed Torah, the concealed, the method. The others cannot see what the person is doing but the person tries everywhere to behave as if the Creator is revealed before him, in each and every state we have to see how it appears in us, it appears before us, so I for myself will reveal the Creator and to some extent I can also disclose it externally, how I relate to the others to make it a gentle example to the others in the right measure so the other will take it as an example not something that reject him but some correct example for his own actions. This way each helps his friend encourage each other, awakening each other, we would all be working each time finding more and more places to connect to each other to become like an ant colony. Each trying to find more and more connections between us until we begin to discover in this, the network, the place of work, called the revelation of the Divinity where we begin to work in a more and more organized way together. To feel what the others are doing until they connect ourselves, all of us into this one network, into this one field and we start to become connected to the system of Adam HaRishon and this way we proceed to reveal this network of connection between us when we start to feel the Creator’s concealed force. He will appear according to our efforts, we make it, the Creator as the one who is working, who is existing inside the system behind the scenes in a concealed manner but also in what we are building out in the open, in plain sight and this is how we advance the work has to be organized in this direction through the correct attitude to concealment which is the place where we can reveal the act of connection this is our main work so let's go in and we will see.

2. S. (11:24) I am very perplexed, it is clear that the more we get closer to connection, the more we increase the connection, it seems that the disconnection becomes stronger than the connection even though we are advancing, it seems that he is bringing us down, is this right?

R. This is the right sensation of course, the disconnection becomes more obvious and the connection also one against the other, the greater the coarseness if we connect we reveal above it a greater force of connection until we feel it as darkness and light, opposite to each other. We begin to discover truly the deficiency for the Creator in the darkness and the revelation of the Creator as the light. We have a lot to add in this, with what intention we want to be for whose benefit, how much we work through the friends to the Creator connecting everybody together, this is the path.

3. S. (12:51) Changing the states like you said with regards to the Baal Shem Tov, how he did it, how does this change of states take as ultimately to reveal divinity?

R. Because we have nothing more but concealment of the Creator, of Divinity, which means the revelation of the Creator it is in either in concealment or in revelation, there is nothing else if we understand that we exist only in this and we lack nothing in this world only revealing the Creator in each and every moment in all of the states we are in, we always have before us the place of work to do and how to advance.

4. R. (14:09) I want to ask about the place of work you said that we are those who make room for the Creator to be revealed and each time after we connect, we understand it was not the right connection and we have to build a new place, you also said there is an inner action that has to build the place....

R. I want to discover the Upper force, the Creator existing between us and he's there guiding us, directing towards connection, this is what he does, he leaves it for us in this action, the participation there. Here this is where the created beings have to awaken through the force of connection asking him to help look for ways to make this connection exist between us, this is in the ten first of all. Later we will see that the whole world is advancing to this living off this force of a connection which we start to pump into the system, we will see in everything that is happening in the world in order to show us where else we are lacking connection. Like now through the pandemic where we are lacking the force of connection through that we will be able to bring the Upper force to heal, to care for the system because this is what humanity is missing or that they don't see it yet but they will see you very soon.

5. S. (16:16) This quest for connection, the search for connection really is needed, is it the work in thought of feeling the whole world? 

R. Imagine that you are in a world where the force of nature which is called connection is existing between all the parts, all the atoms, molecules masses, bodies, still, vegetative and the animal levels in gases, liquids and the solids. Imagine that all those things are interconnected by a single Force and both the internality of the person and between. The people between themselves are connected this way, this general force of connection is what we want to reveal, especially that force which ties us humans together we need to discover. Other than that we need nothing if we begin to get to know this force that connects all the parts of a reality then we will know the general law of reality, we will know how reality behaves in what states it is going through. What was, what is, what will be to the extent of the participation in the ever-growing connection we will be able to determine the pace of our progress for all creation. We will be able to see that according to connection all of creation starts to appear as a single system as healthier, prettier and better for everybody where each receives the energy, the forces that everyone needs, all the parts of reality, all the still, vegetative and the animate levels. All of us together in general coming to a single system and revealing the connection between all the parts that we are responsible for this connection and the world appears from day to day more shattered, more divided, broken and it is all so we could show the way to connection, all the way up to love, to the height of the connection which is called love.

6. S. (19:31) You said that the Mitzvot are attained only through the connection between us what does that mean?

R. The actions of connection themselves are called Mitzvot from the world command the Creator commands that this is what we need to do, I broke all the creation into pieces and you have to connect all these broken pieces. We have to restore creation to a single system. In each and every action we are doing that work, to connect all the parts into a complete system, we discover the broken state and the whole state and how to complete them. How to do that, this way and that way, by this we are learning the depth, the internality of the creation and this is how we attain the Creator as “through Your actions we get to know You” as we have to work on the connection. Then we will understand why He made the system this way and this way we will understand the Creator, why He did it this way, what was He thinking, why did He break it, what He wants from us and from all those things we will attain the thought of creation which is the way to attain the Creator himself.

7. S. (21:19) What actions can we do in the ten to build the concealment correctly as a holy place?

R. We need to be attracted to revelation and not to the concealment, we have to be attracted to the state where instead of the Creator we build such connections between us that we can call the Creator. As it is written “you have made Me”, that is what we have to do, to build connections between us in the ten that will give us the form of the Creator, the image of the Creator, the form of the connection. This is what we have to do and the whole wisdom of Kabbalah is in this, as we learn that everything you want to ask is clarified by this action of connection between the friends in the group. Truly whatever you ask you will see that if you want to know what is the reason for the action what is the content, the purpose of the action, it is revealed only through the connection in the group, on there can be attained, that the essence of what is happening compared to what happened before, then the gap between the darkness and the light, disconnection and connection, we attain the thought of creation to a small extent according to the gap, according to the gap between two adjacent states.

8. R. This means that we have to try everywhere to reveal the concealment, that we are missing here, the qualities of the Creator, this is everywhere in the world which developed into such a degree, into the egotistic degree of humanity which is so great, we see the egoistic network which connects all of us together all through the planet, in human society and this is why the wisdom of Kabbalah is revealed today. We are also rewarded with learning it because this is the method of connection between everybody, and now we feel this mutual hate, rejection, repulsion between individuals and the nations, if it was not revealed there would be no need to reveal the method, the wisdom of Kabbalah and the different degrees of connection through this method. So we have to try to see both the negative states and the positive states on top of the negative states, and these positive states are what we try to bring to the world, this is our actual work to see ourselves as the ones who have to correct themselves and by correcting our core. The global Bnei Baruch, both men and women, we establish the spiritual force, the Creator and then He starts to bestow through us to the whole humanity and by this we can teach everybody and we can develop, because in each passing day we are going through very tangible states where the crimes are covered by love, so the more and more states of friction and the disconnection between us and we are happy because this is a sign that we can rise above them to cover them with connection, with love, and the this is how we advance. There are people who are at the beginning of this path so they cannot hear what the wisdom of kabbalah is telling them about connection, they are not able to hear it yet, even laugh about it or reject it. There are those who are able to understand it, to feel this or even agree with it, nevertheless we need to try to carry this out forcefully, even if I do not want it, even if it seems not serious, even if it seems like child's play, like playing good kids to others like I heard when I was little, it does not matter how it looks to me. I have to do this and this is how we will advance, the path is very special and then we will feel some great revelations in it, because the moment we will start to connect the parts of the system of Adam HaRishon through our good attitude we reach this love, until we reach this a high level of connection between all the parts as they will begin to connect into different blocks, that each ten becomes a Partzuf, a certain block working according to the nature of the Adam, revealing in the ten this seemingly entire creation and the largest is the whole reality, and the smallest ten is my ten, me with my friends. So in the little ten of each friend we can identify various spiritual laws of nature, the spiritual meaning in order to bestow, in order to love, in order to give it to the friends and through them to the Creator, meaning the entire general system which is called the Creator, and this way we will discover the mechanics of the system we are in. This is the wisdom of Kabbalah, this is what we have in all reality there is nothing else, and we will discover in our life as whole and eternal, these revelations are wonderful, but this is not simple we cannot yet describe them yet using words, but this is what is ahead of us.

9. S. (31:48) What answer does the created being receive when he asks to be qualified to receive the light of the Creator and what can we implement now to be ready?

R. You'll have to show how you will use it correctly if you get the light of the Creator. Meaning if the Creator gives you His light so you have to demonstrate that you have built yourself in order to pass this light to others, just like you are connected to this tiny system called the ten and through that you are capable of passing this force of bestowal, the upper force to everybody, otherwise why are you expecting the light of the Creator like the bat that does not need it, or you are like the rooster that can properly use the light?

10. S. (32:59) When we discover on top of the concealment that we are one ten, what is the emotional revelation and how is it different from now?

R. The more we connect ourselves to the ten as one, to the fundamental ten for each and everybody, as we are divided into tens, if we connect ourselves more than to the individual tens then we will begin to discover the love that exists in one ten but in a more pronounced way, in a clearer way, easier to feel with a greater attainment, through greater resolution. When our ten being the first fundamental ten of each is expanding more and more, then we grow our understanding, our feeling of reality, I cannot reveal the reality in the ten more than the level of Nefesh of Nefesh of Nefesh, it exists and that is it, but to discover some movement we have to be already on the degree of Ruach, later Neshama. Nefesh is the lowest level but Ruach is like wind, it is movement it is not that just like being in my ten, so I have to connect to other tens to a certain extent and I have to feel the connection between us, how we started to work mutually, reciprocally, it's like cells which develop in multicellular organisms not a just in a frozen state, but ready to develop rather already developing.

11. S. (35:04) Do I understand that correctly, that all the difference between a beginner and the person who is not a beginner is that the one who is not a beginner is already on a spiritual degree? So the question is what do we need to do with me, with myself to start to hear exactly what Rabash writes about the connection so I would not be a beginner?

R. Try to reach a connection with the friends which is called love, not according to the love we consider love in this world, but the kind of connection that I accept the others as myself, not externally but internally, accept their desires, thoughts and everything they want to attain in spirituality, I accept them as mine, I care for them like I care for myself, this is no difference between feeling my “I” or feeling the friends “I”.

12. S. (36:18) The revelation of frivolity, is it also concealment?

R. Of course it is a concealment, the frivolity which appears, that this is not frivolity, it is possible that the person in his private soul, which is a very heavy, very deep soul, then it is hard for him to start the spiritual work. Later he will reach far but until he activates himself it can take years especially during our time when we all belong to this core of the soul of Adam HaRishon. I know the others for 10-20 years like the friends in the Moscow or in North America and there I can see that you seemingly do not move but there is no such thing that someone is not moving, it is simply something that you are accumulating forces, understanding, exertions, the main thing is reaching the desired measure, the Seah, quota of the labour. Then we can break through but it comes now because we exist in a special time and that special time will not let us remain on our current level, in a frozen form as we had in the last 20 years. Simply studying, doing different activities, organize ourselves, learn different materials, all of this was the time of a preparation until humanity started to advance and they connected globally and today they're all sharing this general crisis, pandemic, this state where the world tries to change, to lose its previous form like the corporeal connection between the people and nations, and we will see how much everything is it cancelled, demanding change, the banking system, the industrial system, trade and the commerce, all the systems of connection between people in this human society in this false system, like the UN, Unesco. Because the world is entering the time of the Last Generation and as a result we also started to advance accordingly because we are over the time of preparation, when we were in a state of standby, but the state of standby is over, we have to start to work and realize in the ten a connection, each one in his own ten and we have to reach a state where each and every ten is ready to do it with other tens and then later more externally and the more we work with the forms from internal to external we will discover the lights Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama and we will begin to advance.

13. S. (40:43) Does the World Kli ten depend on the work of each part in the individual ten?

R. Of course it does, but for the time being we are not talking about it too much, because it is important for me to be in my own ten securely, that I can hold on to it, build my infrastructure in a true way, in a stable way and only later can we reach out to other tens or to the world Kli ten after we have strengthened ourselves inside the ten, it does not mean that we let go of the ten and start to move around between tens, no, it has to come as each one from his own ten relative to other tens to strengthen each other, just like now I look for the connection and in my connection with the friends I feel myself, I feel my friends and somehow I imagine the connection between myself and the friends and I want to connect them into a single ten. So if I feel myself connected to a single ten and the ten accustoms itself to be connected as one body, one man with one heart, then just as I come out of myself to the others in the ten, similarly each ten can come out of itself towards the other tens.

14. S. (42:47) In the text of Rabash we read, “Run my beloved until she pleases”, can you explain this sentence?

R. That Creator is concealed, He is running away from us in order to reveal in us a deficiency to grab Him, to hold on to Him, to adhere to Him, until the love is set aflame.

15. S. (43:35) You said that our connection with other tens comes as a motivation to strengthen our ten, what does it mean that the result of this connection the ten will be stronger?

R. We can't connect to other 10’s yet, we are unable to connect, instead we have to increase and grow the connection between us in our own ten, otherwise we cannot stay connected to the others in our own ten, we cannot connect to an external 10’s yet, it is impossible, I can't. I need to first build our connection in the ten, prepare the ten for coming out of itself to connect to other tens, to be prepared to accept the other tens as a part of us and only then can we start building from two 10’s something like a single ten. We see such a forms in nature as if two becomes one, they complete each other, enter, merge into each other, this is what's happening, but for this we need to have the increased connection between us otherwise we lose the connection between us, if you start to connect to another ten we will confuse our thoughts our desires. In spirituality it does not work like this, we actually need to increase the connection between us, where everything we receive from the other 10 will bring as a reinforcement of the connection between the friends. Not against the connection between us, but we learn from the connection with them, we can be even more connected stronger than before and then this addition which we received from them we also use for integrating between us, we will learn about this, there are parts in TES how the Sephirot merge together, we will learn about it.

S. Once a week we connect with other groups on Wednesday the whole world group is doing that.

R. You can connect and you can talk, but this is in an external form of connection through speaking, it cannot make any changes in the 10. Just to be more connected nothing besides that, you cannot feel any more, the way you have to feel how you're connected, this is a totally different action. As we see it in this world as well how living cells begin to divide and connect, divide and connect, there is place for division and separation then connection and the same thing in each and every group. It is not simple, do not get into it yet because you will see how much you do not understand it. I cannot take care of you as I take care of only those groups who follow what I am saying, what you are saying that we did not speak about yet, if you started running the jumping forward then I am not considering you as my student. I tell you this with all seriousness because you can corrupt everything, it is not for nothing that the wisdom of Kabbalah is concealed and it is revealed only according to one’s preparation. So don't make such mistakes for yourselves as it is very difficult to undo what is done. You have to get stronger in your 10 until you feel that you are truly in a single heart towards spirituality, that you are in one desire, thought above many other individual thoughts and desires, you have not attained that state yet, you haven't felt that state yet, I am warning you.

S. I understand what you are feeling and I feel certain danger, this is why I am saying how to correctly connect in the tens we have these meetings with the world group so how to connect in the ten in a way we hold ourselves?

R. You can talk amongst you how each and everything behaves inside itself, show an example of the connection that exists in each ten but do not talk about the connection between the tens yet.

S. For example let's say our ten before such a meeting will have a workshop between us how we will be whole and the connected between us before meeting other tens?

R. It does not matter if you meet or you do not meet, the important thing is to constantly aim at the connection between you until you have a feeling that you are like one body like one man with one heart until that moment there is no point speaking about additional actions.

16. S. (50:20) How is it possible that everybody in the ten feels the connection in the world group, how to prepare the ten for this?

R. Talk about it, read about it, pray about it, in each ten the friends try to show the others who are not attracted to connection how much they are missing out, that you have to understand that to the extent there is connection between you, you are advancing to the goal and the between those guys who do not have connection they are missing. Use such examples between the words, act in a certain way that they envy you, because envy is very important here.

17. S. (51:28) Can you tell us the crimes that appear, how to rise above them, like in an elevator?

R. To correct these mistakes we do not have to delve into the mistakes, because then you'll become the fool who is eating his own flesh, tormenting himself, asking why is it like this, why I couldn't correct it, no, this is a mistake itself, but what we need is as quickly as possible, as much as possible to rise above the disconnect and awaken the connection above disconnection.

18. S. (52:24) A question regarding big groups since we became tens, we connect more and more inside the 10 and I get to know the friends more, we become more together but alongside this I also stopped my connection with the bigger group that used to be more connected before, how to combine this?

R. Do not worry about this, even if you are not in contact with all the friends, like in Moscow for example with 200 people or more, now you have more and more connection with your 10 and then outside of the 10 barely connecting with others, it is good I am happy to hear that, this is the most the important thing for us to begin to feel that you are connected to the 10, and inside the 10 we have to discover our spiritual life as if in a living cell, and then I discover this life which exists in the group, it is like a biological cell which has a life on its own and when I have this, when I feel this, then from that I can develop and discover a new relationship to the past friends, but discovering it in a completely different way, style, different kinds of connection, different kinds of force, everything will be different. The important thing is to feel that your life is in the 10 but you are going to feel how you connect later with the other tens or with the world Kli, that it is only in order to strengthen the connection in the 10 and the Creator you reveal Him not in the entire world Kli, you also discover Him in the world group, but your feeling is tied, connected to your 10. What I tried to say is that the entire world group concentrates into the 10, through the 10, the 10 is your instrument, the 10 is your soul, through that you feel everything else which is outside of the 10, we need to treat the 10 as the soul, this is my spiritual part, I do not have anything else, this is how it is.

S. If someone wants to move to another 10 is this the correct?

R. I don't think it is correct although he might have some physical objection, problem but you have to understand that all these physical problems were given to rise above them, to build a stronger connection above them so it is not recommended to move to another 10. Truly not. We do not have in our world between us any conditions above which we could not build love, there is nothing like that, there can be differences between people even hate, but specifically there you can attain the connection of love much faster. It is not recommended even if he has such a disgust that I cannot stand these people, I cannot tolerate them, it is impossible to be with them, this is another matter and Rabash writes about this a lot. 

19. S. (57:12) How is it possible to receive more power in our work to advance more?

R. You have to see the friends, you have to envy them and then you will get the direct stimulus to attain the tendency, the inner drive for connection.

20. S. (57:42) I heard you say before that you identify that there are groups that are not moving, so what does it mean to move in spirituality?

R. They are seemingly in the frozen state, what he is talking about here is probably entering them but it's not producing the action, producing the change in them, physical actions or more internal actions in the relationship between them, in the relationship between others to come more to lessons. Performing these actions to correct themselves to come closer to the Creator, this is what we need in order to reach the connection between us, such a connection where the Creator can be revealed.

S. What determines the ability of the person to respond to everything that is given to him?

R. On what does it depend, to the extent that he calculates clearly where he is, what is his obligation for the world, how much he actually grasps what the Kabbalists were writing to us and accordingly he will advance.

S. It is clear, just the progress I hear that it is about how much the 10 becomes one cell then it is the cell working not individuals, so how can the 10 begin to work towards everything that's given to it?

R. This is an inner feeling that exists between the friends and they feel that what is happening between them although it is taking place in different directions but it is one force that is working there, they always see and begin to feel how much it works how much he works, the Creator, he operates activating each one according to his nature because it is Keter, Hochma, Bina, Hesed Gevura, Tifferet, Netzach, Hod Yesod, Malchut, each one is so different and so removed from each other, naturally in actions that are totally opposites but in total they begin to feel that what was done to them was done from one force, from one thought, from the thought of creation and they want to be adhered to it. So to the extent to which one will help the other only in strengthening since each one is different than the others but then the strengthening, they are holding one another is so no one will fall or disconnect and then this connection, the reinforcements that they provide for one another is what is helping them to feel inside this mutual tendency for connection between them, it helps them feel the force of connection which is the Creator, which is the force that clothed in the connection between them.

S. What is the strengthening and how do we do this?

R. Each shall help his friend to be more connected between us supporting each other although each one has a different character, different movement each time the more we advance we will be more different and more seemingly apart but together with that, acting together in this way we will discover the Creator in a more essential way.

S. What makes us one cell, first or individual is what makes us become one cell all of a sudden? 

R. Because in Him our hearts will rejoice only in the Creator we can be connected together, He is the only one who binds us, who is revealed to us, who appears to us and through each individual differently but He is the one, the unique one that unifies us through Him.

21. S. (01:02:46) What to do if you can't put yourself in this one move that it is happening in the 10?

R. You will always feel it like that the more you advance and the more connected you are to them you will discover the opposite form and together with that your tendency to be connected with them will grow and together with that you will discover that you cannot be connect with them they are more connected and more close to one another and you are seemingly standing outside of it.

S. It seems more extreme.

R. This is the form of advancement, advancement happens on two ends, two extremes it is a sign of progress.

S. So where is the one if you are constantly seeing the opposite of the one?

R. Above all of that above the connection and above the disconnection He is the force that dwells above it as the middle line.

S. The one that we build is above, where do we build this vessel called the single vessel in which the Creator responds.

R. It is hard for me to explain, you can say it's revealed in us although it's not exactly in us it's that we build such a system above us. A degree higher than us, this is the Creator, the tip of the Yud.

S. Today the world Kli is very diverse with the beginners and the veterans, very different, how to combine into one cell?

R. I don't know what to tell you I also can't promise you but I know with certainty and I am experience with putting together this vessel but there is no choice I am here, I was pulled into this job so I am doing it and together with that I am constantly, daily searching instead of being perplexed, instead of what will be the next day that will appear to us, I can act before you as if I know it all and I am omnipotent but it is not right. You have to understand that we have entered the last generation together and whatever is appearing now is the method of correction. We simply need to do it according to what we understand in the writings of the Kabbalists. This is how it will happen and to pray about how to be dependent on the Upper force because the more you will be connected to him which is connection in the 10, accordingly you will succeed. Don't put everything on me, I am standing off to one side like an instructor, a guide, nothing more than that.

S. R. Listen, you all have families, you all have kids, you remember how a child grows? A child grows in a way that in the first two years even he doesn't see other children, he can't play with other children he doesn't have any interest in that, he doesn't see them he only knows himself and the things he holds in his hands, he feels his mother and father, not anything else. You can show him to look at this or to look at that but he doesn't see it, he is all inside of himself and this is how we need to be in the meantime in the 10. You have an opportunity to inspire each other with other groups through envy, lust, and honor what we read in the words of the Kabbalists just know that all of that is still secondary. Most important is to achieve connection in the 10 to be as one. After that like children who grow and let's say they already have number one then at the age of three, then he is worthy of playing with others, he already understands that there's others that there is me and him and that we can play together, I give to him he gets to me or doesn't give to me or something else. There is some exchange, however before that there is nothing. The same with the tens and we shouldn't try to force the tens that don't want to connect with other tens but rather we just connect a little bit to mitigate our life to sweeten things to give it some color but it's not that there is some spiritual work in that. The maximum that we can catch from another 10 is that they have something more than us, more connection, more support, that is good but in a normal way, understand what I'm trying to say.

S. The principal is clear we're not three-years-old, we can't connect between two tens but technically do you think it's correct to meet between two tens to leave these meetings to get impressions and inspiration or that each 10,...

R. I don't know if it is good to have two tens if it is more than two tens like we used to have, the bigger connections between 10 or 15 or even hundreds of tens like in a Congress that is a good thing, because that awakens you to be along to others to be connected to your 10 with others, so you can look into that as you have already received many just discernments, so try to realize it correctly.

S. What is the place for the global gathering of friends?

R. To still know that we are not alone, let's say that when I'm in my 10, there are 8 people in my 10, two from overseas and six from Israel. There would be a big difference if I felt this was the only thing that existed and nothing else, that would take away a lot of strength and power from the 10, the confidence, the inner sensation. However, when I look at tens or hundreds or thousands that are in the daily lesson or in the gathering of friends this gives us a sense of confidence and strength in that is very much worthwhile. This is why I'm already starting to talk about the next congress at the time of the usual annual congress but in a virtual way.

22. S. (01:12:34) Our tens are stabilizing more and more as time goes by and we see that there are tens that have more than 10 people,14 people for us, is this deviation something that's not going to disturb our spiritual progress that we need to even it out? 

R. It totally doesn't matter, it could be a 10 with above 10 people or even less than 10 people, it doesn't matter as long as they are connected and when they're connected then the Creator, the Upper light arranges all kinds of discernments between them so it's not a problem. The Upper light is dressed not according to the heads or the physical bodies and it is not that there is one upper force that we have to have exactly ten, it is how the Kabbalists explain just to make it simpler but we will advance and see how the Creator arranges us. I am also in the state where I am in a smaller 10 and you are in a ten that is a bigger 10. The most important thing for us is to advance. The 10 is a template, it is a vessel and all of its parts will later fall into place.

23. S. (01:14:22) Here in Toronto a year ago we divided into three tens and recently we started to connect, just as we started to connect, truthfully, we felt the connection, somehow we started to do it, should we mix again with the American tens to help them in this kind of fermentation process?

R. I don't know, I see you Canadians are separate from the Americans in your character and your spirit as if you are very far from them, yes, it is very felt. Also, when I visit America or Toronto, Canada I feel the difference, a different character, even the English feels different. I don't know what to tell you, I was asked about it and I said I can't decide or give any advice. Rather, you together have to decide whether you want again to bring together the tens in some artificial way, this way or the other way. If you think that some good, some benefit will come from that, I answer simply that I'm not going into this game, I think that if it is done it needs to be done by people themselves and not that someone determines it from the top that we need to connect one way or the other. So I told them that I don't belong to all of those things and I am just warning you, not to do it by force, that's it. That is what I'm telling you and all of the Kli, no one can come to any 10 and tell them to divide this way or that way it has to be a true decision of all of us and only then when everyone understands and everyone is happy then the action can happen. It is a very serious thing, it is like divorce and marriage. Even more than that, you will later feel how serious this is a lot more than divorce and marriage.

24. S. (01:18:22) How to relate to friends who distance themselves from the 10 and decide to build their own 10?

R. I don't know besides that we also have management and you have to tell these things to the management and the management needs to perhaps even consult with me. There are many people who want to do it this way and there are some people that we removed from our 10, maybe they're trying to cook something on the sidelines and that needs to be known as well so each and every 10 needs to take care of its well-being. The general management needs to take care of all of the tens, it is a very special thing. You understand, it's like that we're all in this kindergarten and the kindergarten nanny is hidden and we also have to take care of ourselves so there is a teacher there are guides, still you always have to be in contact. So if there are problems let the management know and the general management, I hope, will also consult with me.

25. S. (01:20:26) Do you recommend at this point to try to diminish our obligations in dissemination to be more in the 10 to increase the connection because I'm in kindergarten I've only been studying for 3 years?

R. We must not stop dissemination like Baal HaSulam writes because that determines all of our good future, advertising the method of correction to all of humanity and that also brings new friends to us. It is a very important thing. But that is dissemination, I don't connect with them, I work with my 10 or alone if I am capable and I disseminate to the whole world Kli and not just to the whole world Kli but to all of humanity. So that is unrelated.

S. I didn't say stop dissemination, I said diminish because there are some that have too many dissemination obligations and what's happening in their corporeal life and in the 10?

R. I don't want to go into these details and start scrutinizing them and say this is good or it's not good I don't want to go into each person and see whether it's good or how it should be, you need to be a grown enough to decide how much you need to do to give the right strength to the ten and to dissemination and to your family, to whatever you need.  Each and every one has these questions.

26. S. (01:22:38) With which force can we overcome the force by which the Creator is pushing us out of the 10?

R. Only by the force of the 10, by connection, by envy that others are more advanced than I am, that is what I need to do, I need to lower my head and understand what throws me out of the 10 is the Creator, that He increases my ego and then I disagree. then I don't agree to subjugate myself to the 10, only making yourself a zero before the 10, by that you can be saved and stay on the spiritual path.

27. S. (:01:23:46) Our friend is asking, especially in the morning lesson when friends join the lesson, feelings come up, how can I calm these feelings?

R. I don't know, thank, see what impresses you in others and do the same as they do.

28. S. (01:24:35) Is there such a thing in the ten parts of the friends, is there such a thing that some of the friends are organizers, such as a Shamash?

R. Some have an inclination and special traits and qualities and they can do that, yes, why not.

29. S. (01:25:06) About the connection between the tens I see the more the friends advance the more they are internal and the integration is in the heart, so what does it mean the connection that comes out, if the more we advance the connection is more internal and not external?

R. So what is the question?

S. The question is you spoke earlier about the tens if we grow up we will know how to connect between the tens but if the connection is becoming more in the heart like the integrations of the friends are standing in my heart, what does it mean I'm connecting on the outside?

R. You will start through the connection in the 10 that you reach a state where you have a 10 and you are, you feel in that 10 one complete body, you begin to feel in it the source which is other tens, that you are all connected to a single system. First you couldn't feel a system with the other tens outside of your ten because you're 10 wasn't complete but once you have completed connecting your ten then out of the wholeness that you have completed in your 10 where you understand what a 10 means, you begin to feel specifically the urgency to connect with all of the other tens, to look with how to grow. The light that appears is gradually growing you inside the 10, growing the 10 and then awakening in the 10 a desire to connect with the other tens. In the meantime this desire is artificial, it does not stem from inner spiritual urge but it will come soon.

30. S. (01:27:28) What articles which Rabash and Baal HaSulam write can help evoke envy in the desire to join the morning lesson for friends who haven't been to the morning lesson?

R. You need to give them an example without words so much, but an example of how you are doing it and specifically this way there is an opportunity to advance, that is one thing. Secondly even if new friends come if they are connected then they can use your vessels even though they lack perhaps months or years of studying. But because they connect to you they can use what you have and advance this way together with you. Just like we are right now in the 21st century but we can connect to all of the previous generations who discover various laws of nature, technology and we use what they have left us. This way we can better connect to nature, it all depends upon connection, so even a new student that comes and connects to the extent that he connects he goes forward with everyone.

31. S. (01:29:36) In the process of connection with the two feelings are hard, I feel joy because I feel something is working out and on the other hand there is fear as I feel like I'm losing my physical body and it frightens me, how do I relate to it?

R. I don't see that your body disappeared or anything what are you scared of? You also don't lose any qualities of your beast, your body, physical or spiritual, nothing, you just add. So you don't seal what used to be important for you once and now you feel them as things that are not so important to an extent that you stop feeling them but they are in you. It is just a feeling, just relax, you won't lose anything on the spiritual path, on the contrary you will begin to be broader in your perception and feeling until all of their reality together including all of the worlds together will be in you.

32. S. (01:31:16) There's a feeling when you get to that state that there is a heavy responsibility, how do we handle this heaviness?

R. Together with the group there is no problem we will succeed, the Creator is concerned and I dwell within my people, we have nothing to worry about, we ourselves are not doing anything we're just inviting the work of the Creator upon us.

(01:31:51) There is another very different situation in the connection between the tens for some tens like Poland it is a dream to be with five friends in the Morning Lesson so for them it is a question of life and death that there is another 10 that helps them and give some vitality. What about the connection of this type with the tens?

R. I don't know I see that there are some that are hardly five people less than five I don't see them before me and there are some that have more than 10 so maybe you need to organize somehow that we don't really have to depend on a place, on a certain place, because we have the ability to be connected virtually. That is what we should not forget and keep strengthening the friends that whatever will be, whatever I feel that I am alive in that same state but I am alive no matter how I depict it to myself, it is all the Creator bringing me, putting me into such states and He from zero to all the details what I feel, He is the one stabilizing it in me. So the main thing is through the friends not to forget it, not to disconnect from it, from the fact that what is in me is the Creator stabilizing and concerned, until the smallest detail that is what He wants me to feel, that's how He wants me to feel reality. If I don't disconnect from this foundation, from this root of my world which is the Creator establishing before me so I am already in a connection with Him and from this I can start developing.

38. S. (01:37:56) Can a person who works in a 10 work against them?

R. Maybe it seems to you that he is going against the 10, maybe it only seems to you, we have to check. 39. S. (01:39:37)  How can you not lose the connection to there is None Else Besides Him while the Creator is hidden and there are all kinds of dark states to absorb some inspiration that it is He who does the states to you?

R. Look you are a veteran here you know a lot, if we are in revelation of the Creator we don't need to say nothing else besides Him and the good that does good in someone, if we are in concealment we must say that there is None Else Besides Him, that it is not from a fact that all of my bones will testify so I have to convince myself that even that the Upper force and the root of all of my states is concealed but I guess it is the Creator. None Else Besides Him we are specifically saying in the concealment because during revelation I don't have that question about None Else Besides Him, it is clear to me that that's the way it is.

S. How do you draw inspiration from that state that will make you push further up if you feel the concealment, if you're saying there's None Else Besides Him how can you use the 10 in this forced to advance and not fall back?

R. If I am in concealment so I must sustain myself being connected to the 10 even more that I'm in some revelation because during the concealment I can't behave correctly, I can only annul towards my environment and to ascribe myself to them. If I am in some kind of revelation, so I must bring this revelation to the 10 and I have to give it to them so they can use it. In this way we advance, meaning this way or that way I have to be connected to the 10 whether it's through the good or through the bad either revelation of the Creator or the revelation of the concealment.

40. S. (01:42:15) Can I ask about what part of Adam Rabash speaks about as spiritual tens?

R. Rav reads: When a person is in a state of lowliness it is considered that the Creator has moved away from him and he has no desire or yearning for the work, this is regarded as the Creator giving a person a shape of tastelessness about spirituality. Moreover, a person wants to escape and forget about the work altogether, this is regarded as the Creator showing him the Achoraim, the posterior, concealment with all kinds of results that come from it. The Panim, the face of the Creator is His desire to do good to His creation and the posterior is the complete opposite, why does the Creator show a person the back, the posterior? It is on purpose for by this a person gets a thrust towards the adhesion with the Creator for he cannot remain in the state of lowliness. It therefore follows that here with the posterior he has the discernment of the face.

41. S. (01:44:15) A person has to bless for the state of lowliness and be willing to stay in it or get out of it, it's not clear?

R. We need to see in each in every state in what can I add or in the lowliness or in the adhesion in the state where I'm connected or disconnected from the 10, in any state possible I get to state from the Creator and to add to the state I always must. Meaning my approach in life and every moment is in what can I add on my behalf through the 10 to the Creator. That is it and that's the direction.

Maybe it's my own impression but when there's a negative example in the 10 why do we all fall in it rather than when there is a positive example it's harder to fall, if two or three friends do something good, I'm inspired and I join but if there's something bad it's easier to get attached to it?

R. That is because through your ego you're looking at all of this, what can you do he who flaws does it in his own faults.

R. S. Here there's a question in every contradiction there's a special quality of revealing a special degree entertaining Him?

R. And every contradiction that it doesn't seem like a good thing to you or important, it seems dark through all kinds of states you can reveal the light as good, the Creator as being right as big and so on.

S. So the darkness promotes me?

R. Only the darkness promotes you.

44. S. (01:50:36) It is written that we must be, we must merit turning the darkness into light, the bitter into sweet. On one hand we have to merit it on the other hand there are two words that contradict one another here.

R. Correct this and that that I do all the actions that I can, everything in your power to do you do it and after you exert yourself, the limit of that exertion, a certain portion of that exertion then you are revealed from above that upon that exertion you get the Upper light. But it is not a must that the Upper light will be revealed to you, there is an exertion separately and there is the Upper light separately, that is it. Why? It's none of your business, you need to exert. Otherwise in the end of your exertion you say that's it, I did everything where's the reward I deserve? You see, that is why these two things they are completely not equalized with one another, I exerted and I found that is what is written, that you exert, I search and I search and I don't know what or how, suddenly I find and I find it somewhere else, different qualities, different reality that I didn't even expect or wait for. This is how it is always revealed, it is a surprise.

45. S. (01:52:49) These actions that you say we must do to be integrated with the 10 are these with our hands and feet or are these all internal actions along with prayer?

R. It could be that you're doing them with your hands and legs, let's say you paint a room where you guys meet, you prepare a good meal that you all sit together and enjoy eating together, but actually it is a physical action, what stands behind it? Your desire, how you paint the room, how you prepare the meal, your heart, as much as you invest in and think how you can bring joy to the friends and how they will connect thanks to that. There is a physical action and there is an internal action through your heart, all of this we don't know in what way but this is how it all connects together and brings a spiritual result that you invest these forces in order to bring connection and then the Creator performs that connection and in the connection is also revealed.

46. S. (01:54:35) What does it mean to judge all the world with wisdom?

R. I have to see, where did he write to judge the whole world with wisdom?

S. Could be sentencing the world to the side of merit?

R. “Hence to the extent that they previously had all the conducts of guidance towards the forces of separation now they have been inverted into forces of unification and sentence the entire world to the side of merit.” So what is the question, this against that is revealed as much as there is more darkness in details and in-depth, the same is the revelation of the light that comes instead of it, it enters that darkness and shows us all of those little corners in the darkness and all of the discernments that are in the darkness, specifically, it is revealed by the light. Then we start relating to the light and to the darkness in an equal way that there can't be one without the other.

47. S. (01:56:35) What is the inversion that happens when bitter becomes sweet, when does it happen?

R. When you start feeling in the bitter, the sweet. That the bitter is taken away and instead of that you bring him sweet, but that bitter he starts feeling it as sweet. Then he understands that the Creator didn't create anything bad and there wasn't any corruption or anything, only towards a person who flaws does it in his own faults this is how it is revealed and the truth is revealed that everything is sweet.

(01:57:30) Yesterday you gave us an assignment to listen again to the lesson about concealment, in the lesson on Friday we heard you said there's a matter of commandments that we will talk about later and from this it stems in order to resemble the Creator we need to do all kinds of what is that relate to every detail in spirituality which promote mutual resemblance of the Creator. What are the commandments for us?

R. Yes, we have actions in corporeality, that is mainly express in the connection between us and as much as we relate in a good way to one another, the principal of all of the commandments are love and connection, closeness, bestowing, goodness, if we do it obviously through this even if we do it not from the bottom of our heart but only externally, it still helps us advance towards corrections and revelation of the Creator. We can also see where does every commandment comes from in the Torah, where did they Kabbalists take it from and you can see the root and branch why we do it in that way, why this we can or should not do, the forces, it is scrutinizing the forces of unity, left and right line on all degrees still, vegetative, animate and speaking. In Kabbalah we are only speaking about the speaking degree. That we understand that there is where we cannot fail. 

S. In other words out of the work in the 10, out of the efforts to unite with the friends I can suddenly discover why it doesn't work to eat meat with milk together?

R. If you advance through love of friends you will discover that as well.

49. S. (02:00:02) A person can always demand reward but what is the reward that doesn't go into the vessels of reception and gives contentment to the Creator?

R. The reward is to give contentment to the friends and then for certain through that he is giving contentment to the Creator because then the Creator can clothe in all of the friends, it is written that “I dwell amongst my people”, the Creator can be revealed in all created things, for him that is the pleasure. So as much as I can cause through my actions that the Creator will clothe in all the created beings it is through the ten, the connections in the tens and disseminating to humanity. Because we are in the last generation we are allowed to do so. Before that it was not ripe yet, we should not do it, we can and are able to speak about it and we must speak about it in any corner wherever there is a problem for the world and needs to reveal that problem which is separation and only the connection between us can fix and heal us.
