R. No. Religion has nothing to do with it, it is inspiration to reveal the Creator, that instead of it they are covering themselves with something else, something lighter, more pleasant, that's more understood. And they are not interested in engaging in difficult, hard work to reveal the Creator.

S. A person can acquire the secrets of Torah from the moment he receives the vessels with the intention to bestow to the Creator otherwise he can’t attain them?
