1. Rav’s Introduction: We learn in the wisdom of Kabbalah that the Parsa, or literally hoof is the boundary between the vessels that are still in desires for themselves, that is below the Parsa and the desires that are in order to bestow, which are above the Parsa. The transition from Egypt, as we call it, to the land of Israel, is actually the transition from below the Parsa to above the Parsa. Moses says in the Torah, that I will not leave anything in Egypt below the Parsa, everything that is possible to receive and raise it above the Parsa and come out of Egypt with it. We take it out. This is our work, to detect these things. Meaning, each one should scrutinize, criticize, what does he have of his desires that can be in order to bestow, and which desires are not capable, for the time being, of being in order to bestow. We're not talking about Gmar Tikun, the end of correction, but rather we're talking about this time when we have desires below the Parsa and also above the Parsa. This is what he says here.

Excerpt 251 (02:08)

2. R. (02:29) Everything possible, in other words, we will bring out with us, elevated above the Parsa, the hoof, in order to arrange everything so as to serve the Creator. Meaning, with all these desires that we work with, we will work in order to bestow in that way that is his intention.

Excerpt 252 (02:54)

R. (03:05) Meaning those desires that are also not scrutinized on the level of Adam, we want to also raise them above the Parsa, but those who are on the lower level than Adam, similar to the Creator, these are the desires of the animate, the vegetative and the still. However, if they have the inclination to reach in order to bestow, then we will take them and add them to us. And all of us together, the still, vegetative, animate and speaking, that belong to the discernment of Israel, Yashar Kel, those who are somehow capable of rising and working in order to bestow, we will take all of those from Egypt. We are not afraid to talk about it, we are not hiding the fact that this is our intention. Rather, a man has to feel that everything that he has, that he can add to in order to bestow, with that, he wants to transition to take it out of Egypt, outside of in order to receive. Our livestock will go with us, not a hoof will remain, all that one has, slaves and servants...Read again please. Meaning the still, vegetative, animate and speaking, everything that belongs to Israel that can be in order to bestow, we take all of them, and bring them out of Egypt. Meaning, if we have in our groups people who are all kinds of different levels, different degrees, beginners or people who don't quite understand, or they are weak, it doesn't matter. The most important is that they can belong to us, that we feel that they are adhered to those who are drawn to the purpose of creation, to connection and to the Creator. Then we take them, we take care of them. We take them along with us. We guard the tens in all kinds of such forms.

Excerpt (05:55)

R. (06:15) This means that here we need to see, in each and every group, in each and every state, how much our friends are friends on the path towards the goal. They are not deviating and they are willing to go forward, even though maybe they don't have the forces, they don't yet have the understanding, they don't yet have soul devotion to the path. Somehow, they are, most importantly, they are ascribing themselves to the group. Then they are ready and we look at them as partners on the path. Let's say when a wagon is driving and anyone who is capable of being on that wagon and doesn't want to fall off of it; he is willing to be on the path, to fight with all of the disturbances he has. Willing to annul before the group so that they will carry him, help him, take care of him, like a baby or an infant, or one who is sick. All of these forms of weakness. If a person agrees to this, and he wants it and he is asking for it, then we have to take him with us and carry him. Most important thing is that he does not hinder us, regarding the path, regarding the goal, not hindering the connection. That way, we take him as well, and we help him. That is, if his heart is together with us, then the forces, we will give them instead of him. He can just sit on the cart, on the wagon, and we will drag the wagon. The most important thing is that he is with us in heart and soul. This is clear, right? This is very important, because along the way, we have to take care of our ranks and check each one, and each and every group, how much we are solidified correctly.

4. S. (8:49) We come together as a 10. What does it mean that, in our unity, we now add some thoughts and desires?

R. We're not adding anything new to our tens. We simply check whether all of our friends are ready to go along with us on the way. There are those who will not hold on by themselves, but rather we have to pay attention that we need to strengthen our connection with them, to support them, to tie them to the wagon so that they won't fall off. That way to advance. But it's on the condition that they themselves, as much as they are capable of, they support us and they take part with us. We help them and we also understand that it's not them, it’s also us, it's a part of us. This is how we all advanced. These are parts of our soul, but not those who truly are ideologically not with us. Here, we need to cease. Soon we will read in a few excerpts, and from there it will become clearer to us who we don't, or what we don’t, have to take with us from Egypt. What is it that belongs to Egypt? Later, how they will reach corrections, that is not our concern right now. That is not what we have to be concerned about right now. Those who yearn, through connection in the hearts, to discover inside of our united hearts, the Creator, that there is none else besides Him, one unique and unified, if this is what it takes upon himself, then he is already with us. Him, we try to strengthen and bring out of Egypt. From in order to receive, where he is for the time being, coercively, necessarily, to bring him our support so that he will receive forces of bestowal. It's only those who, in their hearts and their thoughts, in as many actions as possible, are trying towards connection. That's most important. Let's see the following excerpts and it will be clearer.

Excerpt 253 (12:20)

5. R. (13:10) These are easy to check. Let's say, in some say state that I am in, I lose my personal individual gain, what will I get out of it? Will I continue on the path? Are my thoughts, my desires, my actions, my energy today continue and allow me to act more to keep working, or, if I don't truly feel my end immediate individual benefit, my gain, and I have no force, no strength, no fuel and I cannot work. This is what it is about. Am I working in order to bestow or in order to receive? Each one who checks himself, and by that, he can sort himself. What does he belong to? Either to those who want to get out of Egypt, or to those who feel good in Egypt and want to stay there. Egypt remains in all of those who see their future in their own profit, their will to receive. They pray. They perform all kinds of actions in Mitzvot, commandments. Each and everything. Everything that is written in the books of Kabbalah, they do it and even enthusiastically, with force. However, their goal is that they will get pleasure from this. Fulfillment. Some ascents in their greatness, the greatness of their work. Then, they're interested. In that, the Creator will be great in their eyes, the work will be great in their eyes. However, the point of scrutiny is that this will belong to them. Therefore, it is very hard to distinguish between the servants of the Lord and those that do not serve him. Because, specifically those who act, and have a goal and intention of feeling that they are going to profit, they have great energy. They are willing to gather, willing to speak, willing to study, willing to do all kinds of things that we do. However, what will be the goal? What are they working for? What is their fuel? It turns out that, here, is the primary point: those who come out of Egypt and those who do not. A person may be on the outside. We see him working with great enthusiasm, crying out, pulling everyone behind him. He also knows things that are so beautiful, and how to explain them, but, eventually, what is working in all of his appeals to the public, is that they feel themselves as stronger, more advanced, gaining more each and every time. The difference is to what extent do they feel themselves as greater each and every time, relative to the servants of the Creator. They feel themselves, how each time they become lowlier and more despicable, each and every time, because they are advancing towards the Creator. This is why, here, there is a problem. This is why he says the following, that the primary guard, in the groups. In the group, first of all, everyone is in Egypt, and now we have to divide into those who have a tendency to get out and those who don't have that tendency, and they remain in the 10. What do we do? How do we sort them?

They're seemingly the same, there's no difference between these and those. It's not that we can see according to the clothing, according to the behavior, that these are Egyptians and these are Jews. No, there is no difference at all. It's all one big mess, so how do we look at them? He says the primary guard is from an environment of those who fear the Creator, meaning those who fear the Creator and yet serve Pharaoh. Meaning there are two discernments in them: they fear the lord, the Creator, and they serve Pharaoh. It's two. They have both of these in them. If they only feel the Creator, you cannot tell what they are. If they serve Pharaoh only, again, for the time being, maybe they are just serving Pharaoh, but they want to come out of him. Rather you need to have these two elements together, and between these two, with these two, we can scrutinize whether a person will go forward correctly, or not, towards the correction of his soul. In the Exile of Egypt, the dark, there isn’t a knowledge of Kedusha. Holiness was in exile. They didn't know the reason of Holiness. Pharaoh would suck out the abundance, meaning he has the will to receive. They are called working only for their own benefit. They have no connection to the work of bestowal, but, seemingly, this is how it is for all of us in the exile of Egypt, where their sole intention is only to please, to delight themselves. This, to begin with, was how it was for everyone.

The keeping, the guard, should mainly be from them. Why? Since, on the outside, it seems as though they are working. Engaging in Torah and prayer, enthusiastically, and making all kinds of precisions. Look at them and they are doing everything that is written in all kinds of books. The way they should be dressed, how to eat, how to behave. Truly, as it says in the Torah, they are doing it externally 100%. For this reason, they are called those who fear the Creator. They truly want to keep what it says, what the Creator demands, in their externality. Otherwise, they would not be called so, those who fear the Creator. Yet, internally, they are enslaved to Pharaoh. Meaning that their only aim, which is not so easy to detect, it's not apparent on the outside, that all of their aim is only to satisfy their own wishes and needs. That is, what their will to receive demands, that, they do. Therefore, they have forces. They do not disconnect, disengage, from self-benefit. Rather, tell me what to do, and I'm willing, so long as I have the right compensation, so long as I will feel myself, that from one day to the next, I’m rising, from one day to the next time, I’m acquiring something, from one day to the next, I acquire knowledge, wisdom, and I am advancing. This is why they are called those who fear the Creator. Otherwise, they would not be called so.

They do everything that the Creator is demanding; yet, internally, they are enslaved to Pharaoh. Meaning that their only aim is to satisfy their own wishes and needs. They have no connection to the work of bestowal. Such an environment creates an obstacle to the servant of the Creator. There are many questions here. This is something that is principle, how, in the same group that has entered Egypt, that started to advance towards corrections, over time we start to sort, to classify, two groups. As Baal HaSulam writes, many have gone and have fallen on the path, in the way of the Creator. Nevertheless, their reward is great. They have sorted their things, and in the meantime, they are not ready for the work of the Creator, and so they remain in Egypt. Overtime, in our groups, we see that. That people come, and they are all enthusiastic, they are together with us, truly as friends on the path, but, later on, something happens to them. We see that they are not capable of grasping what does it mean, Lishma, for her sake, in order to bestow, faith above reason, connection, above everything. Rather, they prefer actions, physical actions. The Mitzvot, the commandments, the dressing. All kinds of ways to dress, all kinds of external things. They are more inclined towards...well, becoming religious people, let's say, such symbols, such signs. Where it is not so important for them, cleansing their hearts and keeping all of these things in their heart, but rather, what is important for them is to perform external actions. Dress code, prayers, etc. From that, we can already see the inclination that one has, either this way or that way. This is the most important. These are called the signs of the mixed multitude. On the one hand, they fear the Creator. They're willing to carry out all kinds of Mitzvot, all kinds of actions that are written in the Torah. However, they do it in order to fulfill Pharaoh, their will to receive. Certainly, they are strong, because they are not working against their ego, they are working for their ego. They are seemingly saying, “Look, I have what to work for. I'm performing each and every action and it all goes into my spiritual account. More and more, I keep adding there.

Each and every penny joins a great amount, and this way I am acquiring more and more out of my daily exertion. At the end of the day, I can even count it. How many actions did I perform and how much I should now expect that the Creator will pay me for you each and every action?” This is the main difference between those who serve the Creator and those who do not serve him. Because they are not serving the Creator, they're serving Pharaoh. The difference between the servant of the Creator and the servant of Pharaoh is not according to the actions they perform, but only in the heart. Who do they belong to?

6. S. (28:08) It appears that man has a choice to do this way or the other. And if so, the question is if it can be either this and that meaning there are people who carry physical Mitzvot, and work on their internality, who is guarding this? Or are these two things that cannot coexist?

R. This becomes clarified in a person gradually, bit by bit. And there is nothing we can do here rather it depends on the root of the soul. Of course, everybody eventually reaches the correction. At the end it says, ‘the cast doubt will not be cast out from Him,’ but everything comes back to its roots, that is clear. But the question is now in the exodus from Egypt when there is an exodus and an exit from the general will to receive in those who have a desire that wants to be in order to bestow -- they have the inclination, the ability -- so now we need to scrutinize, sort those who can come out. And the difference is whether one is drawn to external things, external, a special kind of clothing, special prayers that are written in various books, also kinds of such things that do not pertain to the heart. What does he pass through the heart? This is how he wants to adhere to the group and to the Creator. These things become scrutinized, bit by bit, gradually, slowly. But here is the most important scrutiny there is, as Baal HaSulam writes that many have fallen and many will fall on their way to the Creator. However, their reward even though they fall, the reward is great because we cannot truly appreciate the magnitude of those people who, even to some small extent, belong to the scrutiny of the broken pieces of Adam HaRishon.

S. Essentially, they can co-exist these things if I understand correctly meaning assume you can do both this and that.

R. I don't know what you mean by ‘I suppose.’ Say exactly what you mean.

S. Can you carry out physical Mitzvot and with inner intention. Meaning to be drawn to the external clothing and rituals and yet correctly aim?
R. What is precious to him? What is he doing it for? That's the most important, what is his intention? He is dressing this way because the external public are forcing him so he has no choice and this is how he has to dress. On his part, he would be dressing in any kind of clothing. Or he is drawn to all of these external things and for him that is the most important and not the correction of the heart. A person has to scrutinize, scrutinize it very well. Not immediately of course if he only came yesterday, he cannot scrutinize it today, he doesn't know what it's about. But over the years one has to scrutinize these things because otherwise in this point he ascribes himself to those who come out of Egypt or those who stay.

7. S. (32:27) It sounds like it is very hard to check. Can there be a state where complete 10, they are all connected, they're all consistent, in the meetings and lesson every day and they're still in order to receive?

R. Of course this doesn't mean anything.

S. So this is really scary. I could be in a 10 that is . . . what's the difference between a 10 that is in order to receive and a 10 that is in order to bestow so I know I'm in the right place?

R. I'm not talking about an entire 10, I'm talking about individual people. They are acting for connection for the sake of connection. They realize that eventually connection, even though they don’t like it, it goes against our ego. They are still in stages of corrections. If they understand that the way is the way of connection, then they are already on the right path towards the Exodus from Egypt. They are trying to do everything so it will be in order to bestow to others even though they are always drawn to do something for themselves. Each time they check themselves and realize that they have to be in order to bestow for others. This is also a sign that they are ready to exit Egypt. They have an inclination for its external symbols, external signs and that for them is more important, then keeping internal the conditions for the Exodus from Egypt, then they belong more and more to the servants of Pharaoh. Soon we will talk about it slowly. These things are very important. We have seen recently and also over the years, people who couldn't hold on to our path who are not capable of connecting, keeping conditions of bestowal, of connection of this goal that is, in order to bestow.

They don't feel that they have a grasp that they can hold on to, they don't get it. They don't feel that it has to do with them. They are built this way, it is not that they are behind in some way, no, this is how they are built. For the time being their soul, their inner desire does not feel that there is some special elevation, some special importance in that we can rise to a state of in order to bestow where it does not depend on us, no. They feel that they are in a big society of religious people and then this strengthens them. This holds them. There is a reason to be there. There you get great support, faith, and strengthening on the path so then they have no questions. Whatever they're lacking in life, support, faith, the society provides this to them and it tells them we are many, we are together. There are many verses that support this, as it says, ‘in the multitude of the people is the King’s glory,’ etc. They are drawn to it, people who are weak. The most important thing is the scrutiny. Is the root of your soul ready to come out of Egypt, from in order to receive and rise to faith above reason and ready to disconnect from the corporeal feeling and reach the spiritual feeling? Here there is a problem. Many people in that Exodus from Egypt actually stay in Egypt. We will study how they become “the mixed multitude.” Specifically, these mixed multitude cause an obstacle, a hindrance to Israel. Later on, they greatly hinder, impede those who come out of Egypt. But that hindrance is also help, however in the opposite form.

We will learn this. In the meantime, each and every one of us has to detect inside of himself such qualities and also in others, and what do we do in the groups in order to strengthen our paths, strengthen our goal because the ascent to spirituality means rising to faith above reason through the force of the bestowal, the mutual force of bestowal. And those who don't want to come out of Egypt, who are incapable of coming out of Egypt, for them the intention is the opposite. They want to strengthen themselves and show others that staying in in order to receive, it is okay, it's fine. They say, “We will perform these connections between us, we will study, we can do many things. However, we don't have to get out. At some point, maybe it will happen but it's not that we truly need to try for it to happen right now, right here, with us.” I was in such places and I also asked them, “when according to what we are studying I want to come out of it?” And they told me. “we have to keep going as long as necessary and eventually if it happens, it happens and if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. It's not upon us to be worried about it. Meaning we don't have to ask. We don't have to be concerned about how we are advancing on the path.

8. S. (40:04) About the scrutiny of the person, we see there are times where there is this kind of inertia, fuel to come to the lesson, do all our tasks and all the external activities that we do, so where does the test begin? Of course, you do it at first for yourself, so what does that mean?

R. The test begins with who is benefit am I doing it? For my benefit or for the benefit of the group, it should be clear to me that it's not the same. And if I keep conditions that Rabash wrote about in a way that is as meticulous as possible more and more every day. Then I start to feel each and every day that these tests become more and more important for me. At first, I didn't really pay attention to them, well it's like morals or something. Then I started to realize more and more these are morals, this is truly spiritual guidance. Until I reach a state where this examination this test it's not just for beginners it's throughout the whole path. Each and every day I have to arrange myself directly towards the 10 and towards the Creator so in such a way I can advance. And besides this it's all our work between us in the 10 meaning in adhesion, connection in the 10. That's the most important thing that can guarantee for me that I will advance on the path.

S. About the scrutiny towards others, it's clear what you said that you also need to see it in others. How can you even see it in others?

R. We also need to pay attention to each other not to poke but to see whether they are this way or not.

S. How do you do that?

R. You simply see it on people. People who, let's say not too long ago, left us. You could see it on them for years. They did not belong to the work in the tens, the work in the group, they are not trying to connect. They always had all kinds of grievances and complaints, “How come we exist in this way and not in that way? Where are the external conditions that we have to keep the Mitzvot, the Commandments?” It was evident. These things are quite conspicuous for anyone who would be looking in this direction, you could see it, you didn't need binoculars. The most important is if a person is desiring external things or not. Keeping the Torah and Mitzvot externally or internally that's very clearly felt if a person is inclined to this or that.

9. S. (44:13) If we can refine exactly, clarify: what does it mean to purify the heart in our work?

R. Cleansing the heart, purifying the heart from the Klipa, the shell. The shell, the Klipa, is what covers the heart so we need to be concerned about what the heart is working for. The heart should be work by expanding in order to take in additional desires from the outside and then work with them and ascribe them to itself. Again, expand and catch all the additional desires from the outside and once again to converge them, to attempt to bring them in, connect them together. How do we in such a way work with the 10. Each and every day I want to feel how else can I incorporate with the 10. With which forms of impression, inspiration? How do I bring them in and keep this so it will belong to me? How do I show the friends with these actions, what I think is important for us so they will be inspired by it and incorporate with the importance that I have with these things? This is how you reach one heart.

10. S. (45:48) You answered the first half of the question I have. How do we see it in ourselves and also see it in the friends? In order to help the friends who are weak or new but their heart is with us, how do we do that without being an officer, without becoming the policeman of the ten?

R. Just give an example, nothing besides that. Just give an example. The example could be that you are not explaining anything. Like you see with a baby, a little child learns from you even things that you don't teach them. But he takes something the way you do it and he wants to do the same thing, right? Or maybe you are already teaching him. So that he will repeat whatever you are teaching. This is how you hold a new one in your 10 and they learn slowly, gradually. You don't have to explain so much to them but rather whatever you do that they look at it and they see if it is fitting them, this lifestyle and this goal or maybe not. And then they either stay or they go. And don't be afraid that there are those who might go away. Let them go away, let them leave. Later on, they will come back. In a few years you will see it the whole world nevertheless is coming to one great despair so then they will come back.

11. S. (47:50) If I diagnose it, do I diagnose it in the ten or inside of myself? How should I act, leave it concealed or talk about it with the friends?

R. This is what you are going to discuss among yourselves but delicately. I might not be understood to everyone what you are talking about but bit by bit you can start. It might be best if you take some quotes about this from Rabash or Baal HaSulam and read them together and discuss so that, first, all of you understand what is written, that’s it. And already by this, you put things in the right place. By that you draw the light that reforms and this light will give you a new understanding and a newfound feeling.

12. S. (48:55) How will I connect to my 10 from the heart?

R. This I cannot tell you. First of all, try to work with the advice of Rabash about the 10. Try to read quotes that discuss the connection in the 10. And as a result of that your heart will itself towards correction.

13. S. (49:40) How can we check that we are working towards the Creator as a 10?

R. This is by trying to connect between you and scrutinizing how clear is the connection to all of you. What do you want to achieve through this connection between you? That only through the connection will you discover the Creator. How this connection advances from day to day until you discover the Creator. Maybe it doesn't happen tomorrow or yesterday. And today we will reach such discernments that we begin to sense the Creator. The quality of the connection needs to be such that the Creator appears in it. It needs to be in order to mutually bestow in order to come closer to each other's inclination, even some love to some extent, this mutual participation, that we feel that in our hearts there is something common between us. Something that doesn't belong to each of us and yet to all of us to be together. And this way through the kli, we come to a state closer to the revelation of the Creator. This needs to be even a daily test.

14. S. (51:33) Is the desire to bring the friends to the lesson considered something that I am doing for my own personal needs? What should we do in order to turn these emotions so it will be for the benefit of the friends who are not in the lesson?

R. I don't know what to say about friends who are not in the lesson, I have a problem with them. Those who are not in the lesson are not there, they are not present, very simple. I take into account only those who are now emotionally with me. I don't see everyone on the screen. How many do I see on one screen -- 70, 80 people let's say. But there are several thousands. I get a report after the lesson about what happened with each and every group and altogether. And who was in the lesson. I feel them without counting or seeing the faces, I feel them emotionally. And they are with me. All the rest who are not in the lesson, I do not feel them. They are not in touch with me. And what we are going through together in this mutual feeling, inclination, directions, they don't get what happens to them afterwards. It's a problem. They can hear the lesson afterwards or try to also incorporate in such a way even though it's not exactly the same thing, they can try. I'm saying about my connection to the students. To me, a student is one who is in front of me every day.

15. S. (54:07) Where a small group growing slowly, two steps forward three steps back. And now we are discovering inside of us that apparently you might form an obstacle to your 10. Can you add some additional calculation, scrutiny for us to not be the servant of Pharaoh?

R. Learn what Rabash writes about the society. What are we talking about 8 or 10 articles directly about the group? Read them. They’re short articles so make a summary of what you need to do in order to be a true 10. And work in the 10 in a way that you will discover the Creator. Just follow what Rabash says how the connection has to be among your connection for the revelation of the Creator, end of story, we have nothing besides this.

S. You mean the articles in the lesson?

R. No. There are articles about the group from Rabash.

S. There are many articles. There's some way we have in Turkish but not in Russian.

R. I'm certain all of them are there in Russian. They exist in Russian, right? Good, so read and also helped translate them to Turkish for those who do not know Russian. Try to do that. You are listening everyday but you are not implementing the important things. You think the social articles, okay it's about how to love the friends -- I know that already. No, this is about the practical points that I need to implement and then we connect to a single vessel where the Creator is revealed. We don't have many actions to do. Two actions: connection between us and revelation of the Creator, that's all.

16. S. (57:58) What commandment or prayer can help me in the work of the heart how to bridge and link this with that?

R. Nothing is going to help. You just need to think about how you can be connected in your heart with the hearts of the friends and how to be with them in a common heart how to see them it's mostly at heart all the work is mostly within the heart I just said that there are such movements that are working with external symbols and rituals and clothing. They have their own hats and special pajamas or special clothing specific behavior, we don't need any of that any of that is externality. You just need to be wearing whatever clothes you wear with the kind that are customary in your environment, you don't need to be different from any other person around you all the changes are in our heart, that's what needs to happen, don't look at any externality.

17. S. (59:52) At which moment there is a special danger for the 10 to be under the influence of those who serve Pharaoh but feel the Creator?

R. I can't say, we are in all kinds of societies all around the world we need in our spiritual work we need to be just detached from any external movement unrelated. Just like in Israel, we are trying here to be as outside of all the other movements as possible and we have done, we have made a long way in order to gradually show everyone and ourselves through our stability and how we establish ourselves, that we don't belong to anyone. We are just ordinary human being in that we have jobs we have families and all kinds of things except that we also have something else between us which is that we study the wisdom of Kabbalah together and we practice it between us that's it and to treat us like religious people, we are not so treated that way. We are not religious, we don't want to be considered religious and they too don't relate to us this way, the religious population, do not count us as part of them and that's it that's how we exist. We are a group who has its own message for how to connect for the benefit of the whole, the benefit for humanity being connected in some beautiful way in that we don't harm anyone. we don't even pass criticism on anyone.

Therefore, we exist in such a way that we are not in touch with anyone we can exist as if as if without being noticed. that is how we should look at ourselves and not with some specific garments or rituals or customs. Even if we do follow some customs let's say in Passover or Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur it's also external things and no one says that if you don't belong to the people of Israel no one says you have to follow these customs, not at all, like now Passover so I'm eating Matzos instead of bread but my students all over the world and I am calm with that and it's just a custom it is a custom there is nothing spiritual about it. Our corporeal world which where we conduct ourselves with our hands, legs and mouth has nothing to do with spirituality. Our corporeal existence is really very relaxed and convenient for any kind of society. No society needs to suddenly get there is someone strange or conspicuous the whole difference between us and all of humanity is in the heart, how do I aim my heart at the Creator which is what I do or no one needs to know, the truth is I myself internally don't really know what state I am in.

18. S. (01:04:27) We have among us friends necessarily are in an environment where they keep these actions as you call them, Torah and Mitzvot in action, how should they guard themselves so the external society will not influence them?

R. This I don't know what to say but yes there are people who are both ear and they're so try to carry out the external Mitzvot together with internality there shouldn't be a problem it's not a problem you could do both this and that it's not in contrast if a person doesn't make a clash between these things internally then it's not a class.

S. It turns out that they incorporate this whole conversation because we are together in conversations. They comment. This is how we do things in our environment. We talked about internal things. Is it allowed to talk to them about our inner approach?

R. This is each and every one's own business and no one needs to interfere with each other’s business. It’s forbidden. We also have friends here who carry out some customs meticulously and some last all kinds of actions that the Creator sorry that Rabash referred to them as customs. Rabash would say these are customs. It's true that each and every group also has customs and no one needs to interfere with each and other customs. To me it doesn't matter. I don't ask about anyone how much they follow, what they do or don't do, it doesn't matter to me.

S. Is it okay for us to pass our messages to them about what we are studying?

R. What do you mean to that?

S. People who are performing the ....

R. People who are part of our group.

S. Yes.

R. God forbid. Why are you trying to approach them and convince them that you are good and you are right?

S. It just comes out when you mix with them such conversations develop.

R. Don't be a righteous and don't approach anyone to try to tell them about your own morality, you take care about yourself, this is forbidden to do and tell this to the others, as well, we are not approaching people who have some connection to religion, whatever connection with religion. We are not going to explain to these people what we are doing, we are not trying that, you understand, this is forbidden to do and you are harming your own soul by doing it. about this it says one he is beating up a corporeal soul shall pay for it meaning you do it do damage that damage goes back to you and you are not understanding anything and you're going to try to philosophize as if you have more than what they lack and so on it's just stupidity.

19. S. (01:08:43) I heard you say that in order not to be the servant of pharaoh each and every day I need to see myself that I am aiming towards the right connection for the time being I don't know what is the right connection so everything you are telling us to do throughout the day in this aim us to the right connection or is that something additional?

R. The articles of Rabash about the group you have to repeat them every day.

20. S. (01:09:21) The question about the external prayer before the big Congress, you advised us to share a document about our prayer about this document, is it relative today?

R. You can always change it, you can update the version a new version according to your progress.

21. S. (01:09:55) Before we enter Egypt, we are still considered a beast only when we enter, we begin to know Pharaoh in the Creator but in order to begin the correct redemption in order to correct the vessel are vessels of reception. What should we do?

R. In order to advance towards redemption we have to sort ourselves out and see how capable we are of connecting that all the difference between inside and outside of Egypt, is that outside of Egypt we have to be connected because why do we exit Egypt what are we lacking? You each of you except you don’t have the revelation of the Creator and even though you can get by without the revelation of the Creator, you can't, you have to discover why you're alive, what are you living for. You can't just settle for having a good life. Why do I live? When this question begins to propel you forward, it doesn't let you rest and so we come together with the people who have a deficiency to explore this question. This is called our desire to see our King and so we then learn in what way we can begin to approach the revelation of the Creator.

We discovered that it's possible only through a 10. There's no other choice even though we don't want it because we are all Egyptians and we are all egoists. We have to go above our ego and determine that the importance of connection is higher than the importance of our individual convenient life. We advance towards connection and now we run into all sorts of problems we have to scrutinize things but that is already their work of exiting Egypt, when we come together as tens even though those tens are still holding on through egoistic forces and Pharaoh is actually helping us that's the work in Egypt. This is the whole work and Egypt is how to connect egotistically where we exist in the meantime and then we already begin to transcend the egoistic form. Meaning, that we in the meantime, as much as we can we connect even though the egoistic form determines our connection, it doesn't matter to us, it doesn't bother us, we just want to be connected. Then begins such an importance of connection that is more than our ego which means that when we are already connected but we want to make our connection higher, loftier, than the ego that means that we are advancing towards a state of faith above reason. You understand there are two phases here at first, we care about connecting and we connect through technology and industry and all kinds of things that makes us feel that we grow stronger egotistically. Then these things fall in their importance and what is important to us becomes just that essence of connection meaning the character of our connection, that's the process of humanities evolution as well, through socialism, capitalism. Where we begin to appreciate just the intensity of connection but the quality of connection then we also see three different forms of industry and the familial ties and the way we work with matter. We see that our work becomes more subtle, even physically. Then we see that we are moving towards states of the importance of connection and in the importance of connection it is the quality and character of the connection. This is what determines in this generation and the next the whole process that your masses go through and it is no longer masses of people and armies and a lot of material indications. Only the quality of our connection is going to indicate our progress and a society that will begin to appreciate the kind of connection that is closer to spirituality will become the stronger, more powerful society that will be in control. To the point that we discover that we all see that human society in general hates to be connected not through how we work with the land or industry and production. Only the human connection itself needs to be the power source and then through the connection between us, in groups of human society, we will begin to measure who is stronger and weaker and so on. I don't have that many words here we're not there yet but it is gradually starting to be something we can talk about. and here we can discover how we are developing all people of the world.

22. S. (01:17:59) What can we do in the work and attend to help a friend who does not want to come out of Egypt?

R. We perhaps, none of us wants to get out of Egypt yet as this means going out to faith above reason, going out to the force of bestowal, preferring the force of bestowal over the force of reception. That the Creator will rule over us with his force, to clothe into us, ruling us according to our desire and our struggle for that force and against Pharaoh. That we want to forcefully extract Pharaoh out of us and instead of this to demand and ask for the Creator to fill all of those voids where Pharaoh was in control. This is what we need to do, start doing this in various ways, do this forcefully and then you will start seeing that perhaps all of the friends who don't understand what is needed of them will start understanding and we'll do this. The exodus from Egypt means that we want that way, pledge and commit as we don't have any other choice, it is the only thing that we want. We want Pharaoh to leave and the Creator to come instead, in his Stead. let us determine this together that everyone is much as possible describes during the day how much we wanted that in all of our thoughts and all of our actions and all of our relationships between us that we want to open, to examine what force is in control and how much that force belongs to Pharaoh and that we want to replace it with the force of the Creator. This is about the intentions of bestowal and connection and love where we gradually replace one with the other. We try to live in the group within the area of the group, not everywhere on the level of the group. The connection between us is where we want these relationships to dwell between us. This means that we come out of Egypt all the rest, let it be. All the rest of our states with other people we just don't want to harm them as that is forbidden but to bring them something good is not mandatory. This is what I need to do only with the group.

23. S. (01:21:53) Is there no contradiction here between what we started studying today and saying that from Lo Lishma not for her sake we come to Lishma?

R. I don't understand the question, yes, we come from

S. First you said we have to watch out and guard the friends but I see that within me there is this inclination of doing things for myself that always learned that way all begins from Lo Lishma?

R. We are all going to start doing new kinds of actions inside the group where the force of the Creator can appear between us so that we have to relate to each other the way we can in Creator dwelling between us. Try that, let's say you towards another friend try to relate to him the way that you think the Creator relates to him and in this way, you will start assuming the form of the Creator and to that extent he will help you and dress within you.

24. S. (01:23:40) You said with religious people that we shouldn't talk to them at all. What is the difference between the religious and the secular because the secular people are also idol worshippers?

R. I recommend not to talk to anyone besides the friends in the group if you look at me then you see that I don't meet with secular people, religious people or any people. I found one smart person that I can speak to, myself and that's it. Why do I need to talk to anyone as we have our sources and anyone can follow these sources, reading them and if you want to connect with the group in order to speak to the Creator? Build the right connection with the 10. Through the 10 speak to the Creator, not religious people not secular people it's all irrelevant. I don't go out of our building for months I don't need to speak to anyone and I don't understand why all of you oh, the people who want to disseminate the wisdom of Kabbalah and those who have gone through the training and gotten an okay from our management system as they know how to do this. Those who haven't they are forbidden from speaking, just keep quiet and sit and do nothing is better because you can corrupt the view of Kabbalah for people and that is harmful to yourself.

S. In which form do I disseminate?

R. Did you get approval to disseminate? If you didn't receive such approval then just keep quiet because that would be for your own good, until one who has an approval to disseminate completing training courses can go ahead and just speak to others.

S. A few times ...

R. I'm telling you if you haven't been approved to disseminate, you're only doing harm to yourself and to others.

25. S. (01:26:54) In regard to those among us who are keeping the corporeal commandments sometimes there are conflicts where sometimes they keep Shabbat and for example, we have lessons on Shabbat that someone chooses to take part in the customs and not take part in us. Do we support such a friend?

R. I think that in such cases, you need to let the friend follow what day corporeal customs which Rabash used to refer to as customs because it's not a law of nature according to the laws of the spiritual nature our world doesn't even exist. According to all of the times of the schedule of this world and so on. You let that friend's environment add to his family demands from him that he completes it afterward, you need to all relate to it understandingly as there is no problem. There are those who have Muslim or Indian customs and they also pray in different ways. It's not a problem for them to practice the wisdom of Kabbalah as well. The wisdom of Kabbalah simply tells a person how he needs to be well connected to others and all of their corporeal customs don't pose a disturbance.

26. S. (01:29:21) Rabash recommends repressing the emotional quality of the request but I feel unable to do as much as needed to make the emotional request deeper?

R. Song.

27. R. (01:35:17) We see that here in the place that we are learning in the exit from Egypt that we have many questions that we need to arrange. Many things that we need to scrutinize where we are, here or there. In Egypt ready for the exit or maybe not yet feeling that we are in Egypt yet but that there may be something nice and not slavery. How can we prepare ourselves? Why should we leave, how do we leave, what are the changes as Egypt is not going from foot to one place to another? Spirituality moving from one place to another is from one desire to another so what pushes us to replace the desires, to change our essence of our life. Where we feel that we are running from Pharaoh, entering some new field, some new areas, how do we scrutinize these things otherwise we won't be able to move in our development towards the purpose of creation.

This is why we need to scrutinize these matters. We need to write down these questions during the day so that we will scrutinize them. What does it mean to be in Egypt? What does it mean to be outside of Egypt? How do we move from a desire that is called Egypt to a desire that is already called not Egypt? Which forces and which actions between us are the thoughts that we need to have in this. Where do we receive the change in our desire, in our thoughts where we become completely different people? You change a place you change your luck as it is written that means that these forces that operate in us in Egypt, the forces that operate in us outside of Egypt are completely different forces and how do we replace them. We understand that we exited there meaning, we have here great work to scrutinize. To get used to the fact the scrutiny is in our minds and in our hearts through thoughts and scrutiny of our desires. How do we ask the Creator to change our mind and our heart so that we will feel ourselves as belonging to a different world, to different thoughts and new desires? All of this is ahead of us. Even though we have just been through one excerpt it is not too bad as we will repeat it until we scrutinize the whole thing.

28. S. (01:39:07) Yesterday we tried to scrutinize in the 10 if it could be a state with one leg inside of Egypt and one leg outside of Egypt?

R. No. You need to read all of the writings about it and to see what it is, you need to scrutinize these matters as I won't do the scrutiny in one sentence that it will disappear but rather in accordance with your efforts will you attain it.

29. S. (01:39:50) What is the essence of the spiritual work? You started to say something before but what is the essence?

R. As much as I know you having been with us for several years and now, you're asking? At least you're asking. Spiritual work is constantly trying to answer the question for who am I? thinking making some kind of effort whether intellectual emotional or physical this is called work spiritual work is called when I do that for the sake of advancement of in order to bestow, to resemble the Creator and to be Adam.

30. S. (01:40:59) Once you told us that the religion was given in order to keep our beasts in line so you are saying that today we don't need this framework for the beast?

R. Why did I say that? I said the opposite, that whoever engages in the wisdom of Kabbalah then first of all you should be quiet and not turn to any person that is in some religious framework. Don't spoil him as he is in a framework that probably helps him in his life, supports him compliments his life, don't corrupt him it is written about that one who beats a beastly body will be paid for meaning one who gives a blow to one's animalistic parts will need to be completed. You are taking a person out of the framework where he was satisfied with life where he used to pray and do certain commandments and rituals. He thinks that he will have success throughout the day and in the next world. You're not even allowed to go and corrupt that relation that he has, as it is prohibited.

S. Why were these books of actions given for us?

R. A person will know what he should engage in in order to merit the help of the Creator in this world and in the next.

S. Do this and do that, I'm also fighting with my wife about this all day.

R. Let's talk to the point I don't care about your attitude with your wife, these laws were given to people to sustain them on the path in order for them if they observe these things to also receive a reward only a corporeal degree received satisfaction, receives confidence and then it is good for him in that.

S. There is a reward in that also?

R. There is a reward and what everyone does it makes him feel safer.

31. S. (01:44:06) Why did Erev Rav come out of Egypt?

R. They don't come out of Egypt. They run after Israel to bring Israel back to Egypt not too long. We had such an example where we had a friend who was 20 years ago and he used to wake up in the middle of the lesson and say friends I am going from here and I don't understand what you're doing here. This is the truth we need to observe what is written let us all move over there, it happened during the middle of the lesson. I think it is even filmed; this is an example of the mixed multitude. Where he cannot continue with us and he's drawing us to Egypt.

S. We are all in intense study, what can cause such a malfunction that someone could stand up tomorrow morning and say that?

R. Of course, we will have such people as it all depends on as much as there are difficulties ahead of us but there it speaks in the exodus from Egypt that ahead of them there were big waves of the Red Sea and they had to jump into them and it says for certain that they won't drown and behind them they saw that they are being sent. Who did Pharaoh send but the mixed multitude?

S. It is a root of our soul, a lack of annulment to society, where do we pinpoint the place and say this is how it begins?

R. It is our connection with all of the religions and face all approaches that is in the soul of each and every one and we need to rise above them. We have a connection with this and then in this connection they want to hold on and strengthen convincing and me that I am going in the wrong way, that they're there is a reward on the spot and the masses are there that it is clear to everyone what to do as there is a lot of money and support and what do you have here? Nothing. That is usually how it operates.

S. Can a person be once like this and once like that?

R. Every person feels a weakness where they sometimes feel like moving there but eventually, they can't if it is the root of his soul that already has to develop towards corrections.

S. The mixed multitude is the root of the soul.

R. No, it's not the root of the soul God forbid, but it is connected to the root of the soul and connected to everyone but if the soul needs to be corrected and developed towards the end of correction then when I'm sometimes in a state where I'm almost agreeing with it, I cannot remain with it continuing with the corrections.

S. If such a weakness is revealed in me that I feel such a tendency outward what should I do in such a state?

R. Where is your group and your enforcement that you created for yourself, try to enter into some place where there are many mixed multitudes and you will see how attractive it is to you, influencing you, confusing you and until you leave there, by the time you leave you're not certain if you'll remain or not.

S. What should I be careful of?

R. Their influence in the primary guard is from the environment of those that they engage in the externality and are meticulous with all kinds of ways and this is why they are called those who fear the Creator otherwise they wouldn't be called that nevertheless in their internality, they are Pharaoh's servants their whole intention is to serve their own needs and desires as they have nothing to do with anything from bestowal it is the differences but we need to scrutinize each and every one of us. Many will fall along the way and they will join. After the general crisis.

32. S. (01:50:20) We said that in the ten we have to be envious of the friend's qualities in order to develop such qualities. Is it true to think about being envious of the Creator?

R. Yes of course, envy the Creator.

S. (01:51:33) Can I be envious of the Creator's qualities?

R. Yes of course, the Creator is the example of spiritual qualities to envy and want to be like him as it is written, “Return the people of Israel all the way to God your Lord.”

33. S. (01:52:01) A lot of times in the 10, people come as they say from different backgrounds and religions and it is hard in the 10 to decide as much as you can to accept the friends' tendencies, whether to bring these things are not, can one bring these things into discussions?

R. That is all nonsense, what do I care that every person comes with as far as their background?

S. If we have discussion in the 10 with a lesson summary?

R. The lesson summary has to be according to the lesson. We are learning the words of Rabash and Baal HaSulam and not according to his seminary or some other place. If he insists to bring it, then let him go back to the discussion where it came from and not with us. We only do it according to the material we learn. We do not want to hear from anything, only the writings of Baal HaSulam and Rabash.

S. (01:53:41) If he insists to bring it to the 10?

R. Then let him go back to where he learned it and do the discussions, they're not with us when we do it according to the material that we learn. If he wants to show us that he understands and feels more from his previous background it doesn't convince us as we don't want to hear that, we don't want to be mixed with anything other than what we receive from the writings of

Baal HaSulam and Rabash.

34. S. (01:53:58) You said that the Erev Rav are mainly those friends that point you to words performing the external habits or customs. What about groups that are overseas that aren't part of these us?

R. Every person is in some religious form, religion doesn't necessarily mean Islam, Judaism or Christianity or other Eastern religions, no religious means that one has some form of a way of looking at the world that he is dragging to us, even from science because science itself in many cases is also a religion. Where there is some form of belief or faith. It turns out that we just need to battle against all of the forms that preceded us and not just accept them.

35. S. (01:55:27) Will we ever work with the Creator in the same enthusiasm of the mixed multitude or is it always going to be hard for us?

R. Only as we come closer to the end of correction because what they do, they do at a great support of the will to receive which pushes them to invest in order to receive this world and the next. Mostly the next world that they can now benefit and profit, imagine to yourself, now you're dying what profited to you at that moment. You receive forever and ever for eternity. It all depends upon that one moment. That's like Baal HaSulam writes in the inner light of the first part of TES, what is this like one person who says work with me for one small moment and you'll receive a reward forever, is that possible? Even in that small moment of my 70 years on earth, in one small moment you would receive an eternal journey, there is shame in this. How can a person get rid of that? He does not come out with this upon that. That there is a deep understanding which is why the whole of reality was created so that we would work upon it and by that we don't the reward for the work but that our work itself brings us new vessels to enter into a world that is all reward.

36. S. (01:58:25) How can a person check if he works for the Creator because you said that if he feels himself as lower or more distant from the goal are there other ways to check?

R. Only in the group, close and far I don't know, I define all of these things in the 10 and the goal is the center of the 10 where I am incorporated, losing myself and feeling everyone as one desire. This is what I check it against. If I receive more of a feeling that is my reward.

S. A friend is asking if you can help friends who are working for Pharaoh?

R. He can go out and help them also, go and work with him, Pharoah as we don't engage with him, those that are in Pharaoh's work. Unless the possibility is given to incorporate in the 10, if they incorporate, they correct themselves, if they don't incorporate you can't do anything.

37. S. (02:00:06) I'm a student of Kabbalah but we know in this world we have to keep our rituals, but I feel myself closer to the wisdom of Kabbalah, let's say about the holidays that we study about Shabbat, is that a correct thought to be closer to the wisdom, to be closer to the 10?

R. Baal HaSulam writes in the articles of the last generation that each and every one can remain in his religion and in that nobody can get into the other or disturb him it is his own right, each one to perform what he wants because it is rituals or customs, let him do it as there is nothing unique about it that is part of spirituality. It doesn't belong to spirituality, it belongs to corporeal habits or rituals, customs. Don't get in there it just doesn't belong to spirituality. There is a custom to go to church with his grandmother once a week, let him do it, the other one has a custom of going to a mosque or a synagogue, it doesn't matter, let him do it. It doesn't belong to spiritual development. They are doing it because that is what they are accustomed to do in their family, in their community and their nation. He doesn't relate it to his own spiritual advancement, relation to the Creator as there's no Creator in this. It's people who decided that this was good for them that it supposedly connects the masses to the Creator. It is clear to us that if a person doesn't change into his desire to bestow, he is not coming closer or further away from the Creator. He just performs a social action for his people. There is nothing for us to get in there and disturb it or to interfere.

S. (02:03:26) Baal HaSulam writes in the last generation that each generation needs to obligate all of its members of bestowal to each other in the form of- Love your friend as Yourself so you will not enjoy the society more than the failed one. This is an exclusive thing for all the nations but other than that the whole nation can follow its religion and its tradition and there is no room for one to get involved with the other.

38. S. (02:03:58) An external expression we need to pay attention to is, there are no external thoughts that will cause us to deviate and from the internal work we need to always see the friends as corrected in the center of the ten in the ideal way. How do we combine the two?

R. As much as you are concerned about it. In the group there will be a spirit of connection that you belong and that you need every day from lesson to lesson to feel more understanding and feeling of mutuality. I don't see any problem it is daily work.

S. How do you check correctly?

R. You can't check it or follow a friend and spy on him and see what's up with him only if you see some issues then can you start scrutinizing in order to help him. Only with such an intention.

39. S. (02:05:47) In the 10 when we start to feel our prayer, where all that we do in the 10 is becoming a tradition. Does this mean that we're becoming like the mixed multitude and how do we prevent that?

R. For us it can't be because we're always going through changes. The customs of religion or a religion altogether is you're not allowed to change it as there are clear dogmas that you have to be this way or that way and that you can't move from them. We in the foundation, in our approach to advance to the Creator, we are constantly going through changes. Every time I have a new Creator, a new me, there are new relationships and a new group. This is why we are not called a religion. Every moment, each one of us in the 10 and all of the tens, we constantly check and change ourselves because everything is about changes. It is all about the will to receive that is going through changes without stopping.

40. S. (02:08:24) When we discuss with ourselves all the goodness that will come through our work and incorporation in the 10, does this stem from the mixed multitude?

R. It is mixed up there. It is true until we scrutinize it all the way.

Baal HaSulam Letter 21

Excerpt 254 (02:11:06)

41. R. We also saw this in a few of our friends especially those army men and officers that are used to a strong governing and discipline. For them it is a good, nice feeling performing a command, for them is fulfillment. We have to see that we have much to scrutinize, how and what, through the group. We have to hold onto the Creator and get some sort of light for our path that this is the right way and we build ourselves as resembling the Creator. Through all of this philosophy and speaking this is how we come and reach to be the sons of Adam.

Excerpt 255 (02:13:29)

Excerpt 256 (02:14:26)

42. S. (02:15:16) How can a person check whether all of the suffering he goes through, the desire to exit them is not in order to benefit himself?

R. Only by the group he needs to strengthen and see that everything he is going through is in order to establish him as a man.

43. S. (02:15:49) We need to act towards the friends and have confidence on the path, what does it mean to act as a servant of the Creator and not a servant of Pharaoh?

R. It has nothing to do with one another. You have to act towards the friends that you are certain and confident that you are walking in faith above reason and by this you give an example to everybody.

S. What is the example that the servant of the Creator gives?

R. He gave us an example that he is doing everything he is supposed to and he is showing it to the others.

S. We learned today that the servants of Pharaoh show these things even more externally?

R. He is doing only the external things meaning he is checking his physical commandments but although here we are performing the commandments of a person towards his friend as he is showing his heart, his warmth that is a big difference.

S. A servant of Pharaoh also does these things with enthusiasm as he feels he's getting a reward?

R. A worker of Pharaoh doesn't feel the same heartfelt connection with others, he has a tendency to perform Commandments which are the external habits.

S. Meaning coming to the lesson, does a person have to feel enthusiasm?

R. It could be, but it's still an external form and you might get excited by it but it's not really moving from one person to another, the inner attitude, the interrelation.

44. S. (02:18:16) It's written that the people of Egypt spoke to the children of Israel with the fear of heaven. What is this language?

R. That what can you get up this work as there is heaven, hell, reward and punishment and what do you have from this, that you are working so much and then Israel doesn't have an answer because their whole work is to reach faith above reason.

45. S. (02:18:55) If possible before they went down to Egypt was there a mixed multitude in Israel or did this develop in Egypt?

R. It developed in Egypt.

S. We don't have work with the mixed multitude until the general end of Correction?

R. They have work with the mixed multitude because they still join Israel in the exodus from Egypt and they caused all of the malfunctions that come on to Israel later on, the golden calf and all of the other things on the path and in the land of Israel until the end of correction, all of the problems are caused by the mixed multitude.

S. I understand this is desires inside a person?

R. It is all in man and as examples that such images are among us not only in us but between us. You keep going and try to be Israel and not the mixed multitude.

46. S. (02:20:40) How can we check and appreciate what the inner work is when we only see the external work?

R. A person does something external and that is the only thing that we can somehow see and appreciate that is enough in order to understand him. The fact that you see as much as he tries to invest in the connection between people and not externally. Spirituality is called the internality of the world and corporeality is the externality of the world.

47. S. (02:21:38) Do I have to be concerned about people who come from some other thought in my ten?

R. They don't come to your 10 where did you see such a thing?

S. In the environment of the unaffiliated that there is no fear of the creator.

R. The environment of the unaffiliated don't pull you in any direction.

S. Then what is he saying here?

R. Only to soccer games, corporeal beastly pleasures, food, sex, money, honor, family, knowledge, but as society of religious issues mixed in there, they are all trying to drag you into their own.

S. But I am supposed to be in contact with him?

R. So go to a soccer game. There's no problem with that.

S. Not to be so extreme about not engaging with them only in my society?

R. The best thing is if you're only connected to your 10, shut your eyes on all the rest.

Excerpt 257 (02:23:23 - 02:24:27)

48. R. Specifically the problems that deviate us off the path is between such friends that have one leg also in some other kind of method that aren't in the wisdom of Kabbalah. We really have to be careful of them. The best thing is to get rid of them. As they can't relax, we saw this with the people that left us after so many years with us and they never felt comfortable here although they tried to take us to all kinds of other places and it didn't work for them and they left. I'm happy that they succeeded and I wish them the best of luck in all of the states that they are in. May they feel good as they are not built to be the Creator's workers like us, they have to be the mixed multitude. They also have a purpose.

49. S. (02:25:59) There are people that have a purpose that prefer some other religion but let's say there's people who are drawn to politics to Academia that also is such a disturbance?

R. We can be along with them and something that we also want to be all kinds of social movements. We can be with them together but we have to be careful. I think that in the end we will be very pure, cleansed from all those strange kinds because we won't be able to be with them together. As each one of those approaches there are a lot of egoists. There are a lot of ways that we won't be able to stand with them. They won't be able to stand us as they will want to use us. It will seem that it is very easy to convince us, to work with us that they can pull us to their goals and afterwards they will see that it doesn't really work out then they are disappointed with us until they become our haters. That's why it doesn't mean for the long run that we can be partners with anybody. Only us can there be cases where we do have to connect because we have to disseminate. That we have to get bigger, so it is worth it for us to be in contact with some parties and movements and we will see that in the future.

S. How do you define us at Bnei Baruch? It's not a clear thing. What is our identity?

R. We are the movement that is revealing the Creator to the created being in this world according to the definition of the wisdom of Kabbalah. You can say that that movement is no more or less, the definition by Baal HaSulam, the order of cascading roots.

50. S. (02:28:50) We have the answer, we have the solution. Do we need to be a certain umbrella that connects all of the movement underneath giving direction and guidance?

R. No, we can't collect all of these different movements or streams because they are all colliding between one another and we aren't going to try to be in the middle, that we absorb all of those forms from them, like dogs that can't get along between them. We have to be us to keep our purity and only for the external dissemination in order to publish the method of correction, only for that also not in order to pull more people into us but to publish the method of correction. To just plant it everywhere as broad as we can and for that we might connect only for a certain time to all kinds of movements or parties, but it is only for people to know what the plan of creation is, what the purpose of creation is and how we have to come there with what the purpose of Israel is. Not in order to connect with them to bring them inside to us, no. We inside have to keep our purity.

S. We see that the external societies have the quantity with the followers in the people but they don't have the solution only we do so how can we unite all of their force and deliver to them our solution?

R. Our solution is anti-ego this is why a simple person doesn't understand it as it doesn't bring him any benefit this is why as much as we publish our solution by this, we will reject more people from us, that all audiences won't want to come to us. This is why we must do it gently only to give them some sort of beginning of a solution, that there is a solution that it's not simple but we should use it and that it can really help us. Let them know and at a time of trouble when it will come for certain they will know who to turn to and how to find the covering, the roof.

51. S. (02:32:19) Wanted to ask, the lesson is about to end and we're going to go throughout the day towards the next lesson, how do we live this next day not like Pharaoh who's afraid of the Creator but to truly awaken the Creator?

R. I think first of all to not forget about the excerpts as much as we can to them, every excerpt or every part from every except until somehow it will give you a copy in your head and in your soul that is the first thing and second speak with your friends as much as you can, that the topic is very important because in each one of us where are the Israel, Egyptians and these and those that are included in one another along with the religious people from Christianity, Islam and Judaism in all forms. We have to organize all of these things so that it won't bother one another. The Creator came and organized our life in such a way for us to help us sort these things out. This is why we don't need to erase anything as there is nothing in the world, we also talked about it yesterday, there is a need for each and everything. Even the worst that can be because without that you can't reach the end of correction. We have to scrutinize these things to chew them more. I wish you all to have a good day, a day of scrutiny with things that are closer to our world today of what we have learned. Also, corporeal and spiritual that we have to keep going. Ahead of us there is great material that will help us know how the world and man are built and what a good future He has for us.
