1. Rav’s Introduction: We learn that we all belong to the level of Malchut the will to receive and the Creator the forces of bestowal, they begin on the level of Bina the will to bestow. Therefore all of our work, that we want to reach Ibur, impregnation, that are deficiencies will start to be revealed as desires to bestow, to annul, to connect, and the closer we will get to such desires and the more we will distance ourselves from the will to receive for oneself, by that we cross the way from the degree of Malchut to the degree of Bina. And we need to make exercises all the time to check oneself in a decisive manner, am I in receiving or in bestowing and what does it mean to bestow, to what extent and am I in it all of the time just like I was always in the will to receive. Let’s read.

Excerpt 24 (02:00)

R. (05:21) It is clear to us that we need to put in effort, not just to pray but rather you have to come with your complaints your problems your deficiencies, your passions and pray. That is, before you come to the prayer you have perform all kinds of actions, connections towards attainment understanding and then you will see you are not capable of it, you do not attain your weak in character, too weak to awaken the you will have all the foundations for the prayer, then you can come to the Creator and ask, beg for Him to give you the strength to connect with the friends to think about the goal.

1. S. (06:33) What is the share, where we should be happy about, that is says in the article?

R. That we are in a process that is bringing us closer to the Creator and it can even bring us to adhesion with the Creator. Out of that we should be happy that we are coming closer to equivalence of form, to bestow to the Creator.

2. S. (07:23) Can you tell me please Rav, to suffice with your share and do I need to be satisfied with my share or something greater than that?

R. You can ask for whatever you want but first scrutinize, is your request a request that matches

the Creator to whom you are turning, to asking or not. The Creator created the will to receive, and for the will to receive there is nothing to ask. And the Creator himself is the will to bestow, that you can ask. This is what you don’t have and this if you truly lack that, then turn to Him. This is the whole prayer.

3. S. (08:19) What is the meaning we have no advice to give to the Creator?

R. That you shouldn’t tell Him what to do, rather you can ask for what you are lacking, missing

But in what way, in what form He should give you help. That’s none of your business. Furthermore, that if You will give me this and give me that, such appeals do not hold.

S. Meaning I need to come to a complete whole prayer?

R. That, you are asking for the forces of bestowal, yes you're lacking those but it is not in which manner and how.

4. S. (09:22) I ask for forces, I want to sleep, I understand that now I will steal from my friends but I still want to sleep, what should my goal need to be in this?

R. So you're asking from the Creator that you will connect with the friends and not disconnect through the sleep. He has his calculation but you need to do your calculation, don't look at him and does according to his plan. But you need to resist it or to go along with it and to behave as it needs to be. You don't have to agree with the Creator who is giving you all kinds of states, you don't have to. You can truly be opposite Him, upset with Him. If you feel that you are right then you can, yes and we see this in many cases in Psalms, in the prayers.

5. S. (11:09) Could you explain what is, ‘Going with our Eyes Shut’?

R. That I restrict the Malchut and ascribe myself to Bina, to the desire to bestow to actions of bestowal. This is considered, to go with your eyes Shut.

6. S. (11:59) How can a person be grateful for something he does not have?

R. He cannot be grateful, nevertheless maybe he has something to be grateful for that he came out of the general mass of all people and he was chosen to do the work of the Creator, so to be grateful for that and for all kinds of different states he is now going through on the path which are nevertheless states that do advance him towards the purpose of creation, be grateful for that as well however, he want great things, greatness, for him to have the end of correction and advancement to be great. If a person is not already satisfied with where he is right now, it is a sign that he is not in holiness because holiness starts with one restricting oneself as we are now learning, what is Ibur impregnation mean and therefore this is what one should realize. First of all ask for impregnation and then onward and when he continues then it will be correct and advancement through holiness.

7. S. (14:07) How can you come from a lack for bestowal?

R. Through envy, lust and honor.

8. S. (14:24) You said I restrict the Malchut and connect myself to Bina, how do we that together in the 10?

R. We want to annul each one before the friends and in such a way gradually diminish our will to receive for the sake of the society and we advance towards the will to bestow for the sake of the society and in that we also give examples to one another until the upper light works on us towards our efforts and it creates these qualities in us. This is how we advance, we rise from Malchut to Bina.

S. The connection between us in the 10, is that the degree of Bina?

R. We cannot say that because for the timing we have no yardstick, but, actually it is to the extent we are capable of correctly connecting between us, we reach the degree of Bina. Because each one of us lets go of his will to receive and he acts to some extent to connect with the others. If we are capable of between us through our annulment, this is already the degree of Bina, the beginning of Bina.

S. There are two contradicting counsels to be sufficed with little and to work with this thing meaning not come down. What are those two states and how can we do that in the 10 to work with those two?

R. In whatever pertains to me in my will to receive, I’m truly concerned with little, just to exist, which is not to be praised or denounced, it is not considered as reception. If I receive only in order to exist, then nothing beyond that matters to me and all of the forces I wish to receive will be in order to bestow.

9. S. (17:10) How do we know when we are in complete smallness? Does it matter?

R. We cannot be precise about the smallest Katnut because as we rise on the degrees of the ladder our Katnut, smallness or infancy, will finish and the Gadlut, the greatness, will increase. The Katnut will be in order to receive so that we will be able to annul ourselves more and more with greater precision and the Gadlut, the greatness or adulthood, in order to bestow, will also grow more and more so that we will be able to bestow more.

S. How do we speed this up?

R. By not letting go of this idea day or night.

10. S. (18:44) On one hand, we have to demand of the Creator and disagree with Him; on the other hand, we have to totally annul and cancel ourselves. Where is the border so it does not become insolence?

R. I don’t relate everything that I am asking for to myself. My requests are either I need to fill up my engine, my motor, in order to advance towards the goal, or I am asking for the will to bestow in order to advance towards the goal. All of my requests, all of my prayers, are for bestowal, therefore, I have no shame.

11. S. (19:47) What did Rabash mean when he says he opened his eyes?

R. This is not yet for us. He starts to better understand what it means to be in bestowal.

12. S. (20:24) When a person nullifies to the friends, what exactly rises to Bina? It is a new world in Bina and the friends have completely new desires.

R. This is why is it is called Ubar, an embryo. He annuls himself before the degree of Bina. Bina is the mother, Ima.

S. What does it mean to rise to Bina?

R. To annul himself before Bina.

S. Are the desires of a person new in this world he is discovering?

R. Yes.

S. So does that mean that he raised himself to Bina?

R. For the time being, yes.

S. What is the next step after a person incorporates in the friends and grasps how he can help them?

R. He starts to discover everything through his connection with his mother, Bina.

S. I am asking what is the next step.

R. After he annuls, he starts to enter Ibur, impregnation, to live inside the upper one, his mother and to advance through the nine months of pregnancy.

S. Is this action of annulling before the friends a prolonged state?

R. Yes. You want to be in annulment before the upper one constantly. All the spiritual degrees develop above that degree. They do not cancel out your annulment before the upper one but rather they all grow and grow upon that point.

S. Do we feel like we are falling from it and returning, and falling again, because we are not doing the work?

R. This is how it needs to be. We begin our ascent on the spiritual ladder from this. Later it will be different. There are many stages, many sections.

13. S. (23:27) What is my work now when I cannot annul all my desires and give?

R. To try. This is the first spiritual degree. Try as much as you can. You will have questions and you won’t know what to do, but out of your efforts, you will understand.

S. Even though I am trying to work on this, my desires grow instead of diminishing.

R. “One who is greater than his friend, his inclination is greater.” If the desire needs to grow, it will grow. We should not be concerned about this; we should be concerned about how to attain this new phenomenon called mutual bestowal in the connection between us.

14. S. (24:56) We usually think of the quality of Bina as thinking one hundred percent of others, but here it says that the quality of Bina judges himself according to his contentment with his share.

R. There are a few states in Bina. First of all, a person has to restrict himself. Secondly, to scrutinize which desires he can dedicate to taking care of others, to pass forces on to them and help support them. All of this relates to Bina. This is how we will advance.

S. Is there a difference between the quality of Bina in me personally, and the quality of Bina in the 10?

R. Yes, but it is impossible to divide between this and that. The quality of bestowal or Bina, inside of a person or before a person, that he is working with, or that he is about to attain. Changes each time.

15. S. (26:48) What does a person or a 10 feel when they enter Bina?

R. That each one and everyone together is capable of annulling themselves and they are happy with that. This is considered that they are replacing the qualities of Malchut with the qualities of Bina.

S. What does a person or a 10 feel when they enter the state of Keter?

R. This is not for us yet. Don’t get confused. You are not learning some science where you can ask about each and every thing as though you are above it. To the extent that you enter these qualities, these feelings, you can ask. Then these questions will be beneficial.

16. S. (27:53) You gave us the recommendation to turn for help to the friends to adhere to the Creator. What is the next step?

R. First of all, to attain that.

S. It is not clear. How practically? To turn to them again?

R. Of course, until you obtain this thing. Are you going to let go of it in the middle? I just ask them the first time and that’s it? Is this how you ask for what you want? This is why you don’t get anything.

17. S. (29:06) How can I be glad and happy with my share when the Creator gives me stronger desires?

R. This is how you constantly rise on the degrees by constantly rising higher and higher.

S. To be happy in my share is a pinpoint?

R. Just like any spiritual state they all become replaced and through them you ascend. You scrutinize more and more discernments that are higher and higher

S. I don’t understand how we can succeed in working in the 10 with these small portions rather than with extreme ascents and descents...

R. We cannot imagine these great ascents and descents in spirituality. However, we need to get in there to have everything. Don’t worry, you will have a lot of action.

18. S. (30:50) What is the feel of the quality of bestowal?

R. To feel an act of bestowal means that I give myself to the 10 and I want to help them in everything. As a result of that I begin to discover which degree of the Creator I have reached.

S. Does every friend need to be in a certain intention when we perform a common action?

R. I don’t understand what you are asking. We constantly discuss these questions.

S. I am asking, what is the feeling of the connection between us. What are we supposed to feel?

R. In each and every action we need to feel what we are asking for what we are expecting. Every action is something different. You need to scrutinize more precisely. Go over all of the excerpts that we are studying a few times, study them with a pencil, and to scrutinize each and every word

19. S. (33:16) How can we transfer the force to a friend in spiritual work?

R. Think about him and pray for him.

20. S. (33:42) How can I be happy with my share if I am missing connection?

R. You have a reason to turn to the Creator and to ask for what you are lacking and out of that you should be happy. That you have a reason to turn to the Creator.

Excerpt 25 Twice

21. R. (37:12) Meaning to nullify himself, not wanting any change in himself, but only in the Creator. Being willing to nullify himself before the actions being done on him, whatever the Creator wants. Meaning he simply nullifies and releases himself in every way and then he can start to feel how the Creator is operating upon him. This is considered that he is entering Ibur, impregnation.

22. S. (37:47) In the previous excerpt he said that we need to ask the Creator for help in order to win the war against the inclination. What is that state? What are the disturbances that the inclination causes us in the spiritual work? I thought the inclination was on the animate level and it doesn't disturb me in the spiritual work.

R. The inclination doesn’t bother you in your spiritual work? How can you do spiritual work without your inclination? It is written ‘I have created the evil inclination; I have created the Torah as a spice because the light in it’ reforms this inclination from bad to good. It reforms it. We certainly need the inclination; the desire is the only thing that we have. Besides the desire we have nothing in nature. Still, vegetative, animal, and speaking, in each and every one of them the difference between one and another and what characterizes each of them, it’s their desire according to its intensity, its style, its fashion. Only the desire. We have nothing but desire. If you look at all of creation, it is only the will to receive.

23. S. (39:44) The Creator threw me into the toilet. How can I accept that?

R. How can you come out of there? Only through prayer. Nothing. We have no tools in our hands from here to the end of correction other than prayer. That is why it is written, ‘I wish he would pray all day long’. Only the appeal to the Creator, for Him to help me, to do this and that. Only nullification and prayer.

S. That is if I with respect to that situation not supposed to just annul but to ask the Creator to deliver me from that state.

R. Yes, you are supposed to constantly be in prayer, in asking the Creator to take you from your current state to a higher state. ‘’

24. S. (42:06) Between our eyes open and our eyes being shut, we need to learn how to love every friend?

R. Completely correct.

25. S. (42:24) During the day a person goes like, this annulment is like a dynamic, a constant motion and we read this excerpt, that we constantly need to be in that resistance ‘with his eyes shut’. Is it correct that we need to be constantly in the feeling of resistance?

R. Depends on what the resistance is for. If I resist the will to receive that wants to constantly pounce on me and control me, and want to jump to the Creator and to climb on Him like a baby holding on to its mother, and to be that way, adhered more and more towards Him, then there is work here of disconnecting from my ego and connecting to the desire to bestow, which is in the general nature. That is how I need to constantly be in such an action until I am incorporated in the Creator like a fetus penetrates the wall of the womb and begins to develop there.

S. When a person realizes that this resistance is actually from the Creator, and can justify and embrace it, does this mean he is out of annulment?

R. No, he needs to work. He needs to know how He works. On one hand, the desire to receive comes from the Creator and he needs to overcome and resist it. On the other hand, I turn to the Creator and ask for the desire to bestow, to be above the desire to receive. This is how I advance. This upon that. Usually more desire to receive is added as I acquire more desire to bestow. That is how I advance.

26. S. (44:51) To annul myself and let the Creator influence me the way He sees fit, does that mean that I should see the 10 as one body?

R. Yes, that is right.

27. S. (45:18) All of our work in preparation until the end of correction is in prayer. Is it correct to depict that each time even in one small point of annulment that the work is also in gratitude and agreement. Then on the new degree it’s a prayer again? Is it correct to depict the point of annulment as also gratitude?

R. Also thanks and agreement are part of the prayer. Prayer is a very complex thing. Everything that you turn to the Creator with is called ‘prayer’.

28. S. (45:54) What helps us hold on during suffering and passion?

R. There is a period where a person is very annoyed, angry, not satisfied, and full of complaints, but then it passes. The main thing is mostly to be patient. There is no choice. We have to go through all the states that the Creator brings upon us.

29. S. (46:38) How do I recognize the actions of the Creator?

R. It is very simple. You have five senses and everything that takes place with them are actions of the Creator.

S. All of reality is Him, so it is overwhelming. If I consider from the morning until dawn we need to cancel ourselves completely… (Cut off by Rav)

R. Not for all of reality, but for the cause of reality, the root of reality. It is Him that we want to nullify before.

30. S. (47:40) I understand that being happy is possible by walking on the path of the Creator. Most of the time external conditions keep one from working, is it because he doesn’t have enough prayer or do I have to say that everything is from the Creator and continue my life like this?

R. No. You don’t know what comes from the Creator, or why or how. The problem is that everything comes from the Creator but how do you see it? That depends on you. That depends on the extent you are connected to your 10, how much you learn etc. Meaning your grasp, your perception of what the Creator is giving you depends on you. Therefore, don’t say that everything is from above and you didn’t do anything. No, you must arrange yourself correctly in the direction of the Creator such that you understand and feel exactly what He wants to give you. Only in this way.

Excerpt 26 (49:10) Twice

31. S. (52:31) We learn that annulment is the first action and the condition of all the other actions, first there is annulment the connection etc. But in this exciting quote from Rabash suddenly you see that first there is connection and love and only in the end I am cancelled and annulled?

R. That is from his side and is trying, he is attempting and when he reaches that he has some connection between them, then he is impressed by it and announces it. But what do you want him to first discover that there's a connection? We have to work on that connection.

S. So what is the annulment that needs to be in the beginning and what is the annulment that Rabash is talking about at the end?

R. That is something different, the annulment that needs to be in the beginning where I have to nullify between me, before my friends as much as possible with all the opportunities, by that I come and go through it and come through all kinds of obstacles and then I come to true annulment where l truly annul and then I say, only the friends because I nullify myself. At first I'm trying to annul the disturbances between us but then the disturbances are already cancelled out then I see that there is no me, but the friends and then in that decision that desire, I start to get disturbances from the Creator where He makes impregnation from me, this is exactly the degree of Bina where Malchut rises to Bina we annul, annul, annul ourselves until, there’s annulment. This is already the degree of Bina and we start to feel the quality of bestowal.

32. S. (54:53) Rabash writes, “And I forget there is a vast distance between my friends and me and the outstretched land for many, many miles will not stand between us,” can you explain please?

R. He starts to rise above all corporeal discernments, he starts to stop seeing the faces of the friends and in anything, only that inner connection that is increasing between them and this connects them together to one body.

S. What does it mean a few leagues (parsas) or persons or miles?

R. You need to know exactly what a mile is spiritually? The distance between him and the friends when there is someone who is far so seemingly, when I have towards him less of a feeling of discernments that I have to someone that is next to us seemingly, if we are using the corporeal senses or qualities. But if I use the spiritual sensors, like feeling as one man with one heart, like a mother with her child who is far from her, then we want to cancel those corporeal distances and in our senses they are truly cancelled and when are they cancelled, when we rise above them to discernments, and spiritual discernments. Again I'm saying from the degree of Malchut to the degree of Bina and the connection between us, is not on a corporeal plane but rather on a spiritual plane and then I feel that they are standing in my heart all the friends and them I’m connected to them and then there is no distance between us.

33. S. (57:13) It speaks in the excerpt about my petty action. Can you explain what this is?

R. That each one of us, have to look at one another and say, he is better looking, that one's wiser, that one is like this and that one is like that and we do all sorts of calculations according to all sorts of attributes or qualities according to what I like or dislike and according to that we define the distance between me to every single friend and that's how I define that distance and it's completely incorrect, that is according to discernments in this world. If I say that the friend is created by the upper force and that upper force brought him to me so I would be connected with him and will discover the upper force between us then I must receive him as the most perfect possible.

34. S. (58:30) What is the difference between the state where both the friends and I exist in reality and the state that only the friends exist in reality?

R. That there is a very big difference even though it's still not felt in us yet, where if I and my friends exist in reality then, there is I here and that they are seemingly around me. And if there is no I but only rather the friends that means that have annulled before them, that is it depends on who’s nullifying before who. It is either me who is nullifying before the friends and bring them closer to me or that I nullify and adhere myself to them.

35. S. (59:45) Sometimes one feels they are doing the spiritual work in vain and faith in the Creator fails in one’s eyes, how can we always keep our faith in the Creator?

R. Try to be connected with the friends in some way because from that you will always receive strengthening, a person does not receive strengthening and forces on his own. The Creator looks at the 10 and if we don't receive correctly at every given moment His appeal towards us through the 10 then we are wrong we don't understand Him. Meaning I must actually first attain a connection with the 10 and then emerge to a connection with the Creator as it is written, ‘From the love of the created beings to the Love of the Creator’ and that's how we have to work also to receive from Him in such a way and turn to Him in such a way all through the 10 which is the adaptor between me and the Creator.

36. S. (01:01:23) Is complete annulment and complete restriction are they the same thing?

R. Restriction is already a technical work and annulment is an emotional work. Between them there is a difference, we will advance soon, maybe in the few more lessons that are ahead of us where we will begin to talk about impregnation in a technical manner. We will also open TES in inner observation and we will start to express yourself in technical terms, in technical definitions so we will have a language, a richer approach towards it, that will come and that will be next week already, when we come to that and it is all according to the plan don't worry.

37. S. (01:02:59) What is the clothing of love with the beginning of the excerpt?

R. We need to do a restriction, a screen and reflected light upon the will to receive so in place of the will to receive it will appear as the love of others.

38. S. (01:03:25) In excerpt 25 he says that when a person can go with his eyes shut and go above reason and believe in the sages and go all the way, what does it mean to go all the way?

R. According to the way a person understands this there is no certain measure a scale to go by, but according to the boundaries of the borders of what a person can do. Where all one’s desires, all one’s thoughts and all that one has, he is willing to connect them and to just advance towards the goal with all of them. To nullify himself and adhering to the Creator of course through the 10.

S. Meaning the ability to go all the way depends on the person’s desire?

R. Of course, everything depends on the person's desire.

39. S. (01:04:52) If the friends are equal in the corporeal world or in the spiritual world?

R. No one is equal to another, we are all very different as much as one advances more, you see that the differences are immense, each is opposite the other. In spirituality that’s how it is because even the smallest discernment that one has towards the other, inverts the whole manners of him the discernments in him, the phases in him. His Partzuf becomes something completely different.

40 S. (01:05:43) When I dissolve in my friends I stop feeling myself or acquire my new “I” my new self?

R. When I annul myself I receive from the Creator all sorts of new discernments, new abilities and the main thing is the new form. This is how we build from ourselves an embryo which grows and grows according to my annulling to the friends and towards the Creator which is actually the same thing, one is more individual and the other is more general.

41. S. (01:06:35) Letter number 8 is a very impressive article, it describes all the spiritual stages a person goes through, how can I transfer this feeling to my 10?

R. This is something that you need to try and come to such a feeling that you will shake them up that you will be able to bestow towards them, that they will be impressed by that and be impressed by you, try.

42. S. (01:07:23) It says, after I've acquired the clothing of love, meaning a person reaches annulment after he already reaches the love of friends?

R. No he is passing to us in such a way, where it is written, ‘And Once I have acquired the clothing of love, sparks of Love promptly begin to Shine within me, the Heart begins to Long,’ well that is already the result of attaining love, ‘And it seems to me that my eyes see my friends, my ears hear their voices,’ well he's already impressed by attaining the degree of love, so what’s the question? Everything is a result of attaining love, such a connection with the friends called love it's the highest degree of connection.

S. The degree of love is the highest degree and only after that he can reach self-annulment because at the end it says, then I annul myself, dissolve in them, immerse in them?

R. Yes this is in gradual degrees but what he is writing is that in this love he has between him and his friends it helps him reach the final degree of connection where he loses completely his “I” and only incorporates in all the friends and by that they become a Partzuf, a spiritual Partzuf that can exist in a spiritual action as one man in one heart. Then they truly enter into a mutual connection with the Creator and just as we learn in the study of the 10 Sefirot where they receive in order to bestow, according to the degrees of coarseness. We will advance towards this as well.

43. S. (01:10:01) Is the inclination to focus on the point in the heart of the friend received not to pay attention to the external forms, the way he seems to appear, like you said the egoistic form that is revealed to me is that a realization of annulment in practice?

R. That is annulment and implementation in practice, you said it correctly.

44. S. (01:10:59) Can we say that annulment in the 10 is the fuel for connection and how is it possible to raise our sensitivity between the friends in the 10?

R. By one helping his friend, you need to talk about it and pray to the Creator for Him to annul the partitions between you.

45. S. (01:11:41) The state we are trying to build, is it something we have to renew every moment every day or is it something we already have and feel we attained it and it stays?

R. We need to constantly be concerned with the observing of the connection and the increasing and intensifying the connection between us and with all the details that have to do with it, annulment and more.

46. S. (01:12:25) I didn't understand this letter #8, is it a description of the embryo or does it describe all of the different stages, what exactly is that state he is describing here?

R. Let’s say we were wrong, we shouldn't have learned it, do you understand you can’t answer every single thing. There are things that we learn in order to be impressed by them. Rabash writes this from being distanced from his students and that’s how he’s impressed. Where he attains the beginning of love and then gradually more and more and then reaches a state where he is seemingly with them and even more than being together with them but in their hearts and that's what he wants to say. If it doesn't seem to you, this excerpt, then leave it, for sure it is not yet for you.

Excerpt 27 (01:13:46) Twice

47. S. (01:16:30) Does the voice of the Creator come before or after the annulment?

R. No. You cannot hear before annulment. How can you hear? You hear the voices from above in the quality of bestowal, in Bina, called ‘Ozen’, ear. Bina is called Ozen, then you hear. When you reach the quality of bestowal, of Bina, then you hear the voice of the Creator

S. What exactly is the voice of the Creator?

R. The voice of the Creator is when you begin to feel that He is speaking to you and you are connected to Him in a personal way specifically in the degree of bestowal that He speaks only to you. As a result you have the strength and understanding to know what to do next. By that you're came the force of Bina on the degree of hearing then you can already be connected to the Creator in such a way because other than well you have on the one hand the possibility to connect and on the other hand the possibility to hear that this membrane that you have in your ear that's membrane as it responds to the waves that when you acquire it and you position it so that that's the screen that's the masach this helps you be in contact with the Creator on the degree of Bina this is already a good connection a high connection. 48. S. (01:19:45) I do want to be moved like Rabash wrote in this text how do you remove that cover of the heart?

R. Only by prayer, there is nothing that can help you except after making efforts with the friends so that you have something to turn to Him with. Where you see that I try this and you can't do that and then you come to Him with a complaint that I tried whatever I could with my strength and I can't help me, so you turn to Him and ultimately it succeeds.

S. The prayer can be about the removing of the foreskin from the heart, like in a circumcision?

R. Yes, in each and every degree there is the same kind of action there.

49. S. (01:20:55) How should there be effort to detect in the 10 a constant plea, of each friend to the Creator in the 10?

R. If we try to be connected to the group and connected to the Creator and we repeat that several times a day and especially during the daily lesson then it happens it happens to everyone.
