1. S. (04:55) Please say what does Rabash mean when he says frivolity? What is it exactly that we should not allow in the ten?

R. The fact that  someone makes fun and does not take the purpose of the group seriously, you have to get rid of him just like that. It is called  an “Uninvited Guest''. It could be that we could suffer him for today but altogether, we will push him out.

2. S. (05:49) What does it mean to walk humbly in the group?

R. There is a lot of interpretation and a lot of different forms if a friend wants to bestow to others and then he conceals himself by how much he is bestowing to them. Maybe he gives them gifts, helps to be easier for them, but he does it humbly, he hides himself. He doesn't want to be respected or spoken about. On the other hand, he who gives a gift to the friend, must announce it. It is written about it. Meaning that if I do good to someone, I have to let them know about it. Why? Because he brings more peace to the world from this the  world gets better. That is why we can do good things in the group, but we should also publish it so that it will be an example to others.

3. S. (07:13) It says here that all everyone should be integrated in the others, and it is possible to through annulment and annulment is possible only if I see the merits of the friends and not their faults. R. You must try and see them as great compared to you until you're really,  you will fold as we say. You will lower your head towards them, and you will really see them as great otherwise you won't be able to extract anything from that gathering.

R. You must imagine their greatness to yourself in what way each one is great.

S. What does it mean to see? To feel it? What?

R. Think about it as much as each one of them is greater than you. To that extent you will want to bow down before them, you will  learn something from them something and this way you will come closer to them.

S. What can help me in describing that?

R. Constantly think about it if you won't see them as great, feel them as great, you won't be able to connect with them and you have no chance in reaching spirituality.

S. But if?

R. There is no such thing you can't. Work on it and discuss it together. Be envious of them the way they can do towards one another, and you cannot.

S. Can I pray for it?

R. Yes, you can ask about it.

4. S. (09:58) In the text, Rabash talks about nullifying each other. Now in the last and I understood there is a difference between nullifying yourself and restricting yourself. Can you explain the difference between nullifying and restricting myself?

R.  Restriction is doing it a bit according to the desires I have but to annul means I completely annul them in order to later on happy desires from the others and use them. We will all learn them. it is not simple; it is a different kind of spiritual work.

5. S. (10:57) What is the meaning of these approaches that Rabash talks about frivolity and all those qualities he mentions annulment and so forth?

R. What do they mean? 

S. All these qualities.

R. It is all the qualities that we need to see in obtaining our will to receive.

6. S. (11:45) When we are not among the friends what does it mean to walk humbly towards the Creator?

R. Humbly means to lower ourselves towards the friends as much as possible without taking into account how great or small they are. If they are with me in society I must towards each and every one of them make no calculation but just to take them as the greatest of the generation.

S. When we are not among friends, not with them?

R. That we're not in the group but in the other society I have to behave just like the way anybody else behaves there in a simple way just like a regular person.

7. S. (13:05) You said when we are not in our society to behave like an ordinary person. Sometimes it necessitates us to know some current affairs because that is what people are talking about. What is your advice so we can guard ourselves?

R. Not in our group?

S. Not in our group, when we are in the external environment we have to be like everybody else. Sometimes people talk about current affairs, so the question is how do we guard ourselves?

R. I don't know what to tell you. I just prevent it. Why go into such groups? I would just avoid it. Why go into such groups and receive their mind?

S. No, not to get into such groups. Let's say it's work, where people talk about current affairs and things that are going on.

R.  Read the news or something. Turn on a computer or not even our materials, the new or something. Because if you even read from the news so you're reading something even it could be nonsense, but it doesn't, you're not adhered to some society and adhere to some opinions  of your friends there, so you still connect to them you're connected to them a few hours a day and it influences you. I wouldn't do it. 

An example of Rabash used to work with strangers in paving roads and buildings or something and when they would talk between them he wouldn't participate and after work when they sat down there and ate and drank if they would even stay and sleep at their workplace. He would go and study alone. When they asked him what's up with you, why are you disregarding us, he would say yes I do . What you're talking about does not interest me. Better I study something from the books of the wise and they used to say about him that he has pride they hardly spoke with him. He was okay with everything except just not wanting to be mixed up in what they're speaking, and you should also do that. That is it, you can read all kinds of things online that don't exactly belong to the wisdom of Kabbalah but in a way that can add something. Biology or geography. There are things that can also give a person something.

8. S. (16:45) The Kabbalists on the one who needs to separate from the public but on the other hand to integrate with the public, how do you do that?

R. You see what do I do? What do I have? I am open.

S. How should we do it? I mean we are as we're living in the corporeal life in the reality and integrating with the public?

R. What do you want from this public?

S. We are there for many hours.

R. So what do you want from the hours? These hours don't affect me. I don't know. For me it was always a question. What are people so inspired by in the public, what are you so concerned about being incorporated with them? What are they talking about, what are their values, or you bow down towards them?

S. On the one hand, there is this inner guard that while a person is at work and doing things daily with the public. I try to hold on to the ten and to hold on to the right intentionally. This is called separating from the public, right? On the other hand, how do you integrate with the sorrow of the public, you have to listen to them.

R. No, like Rabash, I am giving you an example. He used to hear the news for a minute or two, in the beginning of the news, what was interesting, what was important, or fatal. Afterwards, they say the news, they say the facts,  this what happened. Then the parliament members said this instantly shut it off. Why? There are a lot of people there in the government. I don't want to know what they say or what they think, their thoughts. Meaning the news, to the point, what is happening to the world, what can influence people, that is interesting. if that was interesting to him. Then their opinion, someone's opinions about it, some kind of parliament member he did not care.

S. That's clear, just one more little question. Did this information that I get, let's say  what's happening once an hour, that's enough for a need to touch my heart?

R. It depends on the person. Not everybody is equal. It depends on where it is going to happen and with who. It is things that belong to this world. I usually hear, I incorporate in it because I  also want to know how their upper guidance is clothing in the actions in this world. That is, what global events like the war now between Russia and Ukraine. This is interesting to me but some kind of things like minute that happened somewhere in some country. It doesn't matter.

9. S. (20:44) I just want to understand what you said about the news and the war. I personally understood that the news is digging into me. I'm tired from following it to be honest. Let's say that I read something, I'm following it. How to raise that to a higher- level that connects it to the Creator?

R. I don't really listen to the news. I go into the internet, and I read. I read things there. S. Let's say you heard something and then use what you do with it?

R. Nothing,  I don't do anything with it. For me, myself I have my own approach to the world. I can explain it or speak about it out in the open because I still have students that belong to two of those forces that are now at war between them. That's why, I am not explaining, and I am not saying who I'm with and what I think and so on. I hope that soon it will open.

S. Dear Rav, I'm asking from the perspective of spiritual work. When you read all that news so internally takes you out of connection with the friends and the Creator because of its problems and so o

R.  That's on a spiritual level and I want to work on a corporeal level. There are people that think not like me on the corporal level but we're together advancing together to the spiritual adhesion and gradually it will equalize it will come to balance. 

S.  Well , let's say  practically if I feel that what is happening does not allow me to be included in connection with the Creator, it throws me off so if I read things in the news, just to minimize that and reconnect with friends? How to work with it?

R. I usually go back to our materials, that's it and I'm sure that our materials help humanity advance to the right solution. I want to see how it already cloths in corporeality. I think that humanity now is going through scrutiny, which is very strong, serious, big, and soon they will start understanding more and more what they are and as much as we have to reach connection above all the differences. Whoever speaks about anything except for a connection needs to see himself that he's being driven  out of reality, that he is just burning his soul. That will be revealed more and more. That is why we need to try and bring ourselves to connection. That's it, that's what I have to say.

10. S. (25:41) In the past we started TES in disconnection from corporeality you would make this very clear distinction. Now we study it, and we think of it as the development of creation globally from above downwards and immediately there are practical issues. How do we work from below upwards? Is it time to bring these things together and also we are now out of the Rabash articles so is it the rules of conduct of the Kabbalists, so we have to combine these things?

R. We will learn, as much as possible we will be able to interpret these things, and whoever can each one or now will interpret himself and then will change and be able to come closer and closer to one another. Eventually I am sure that if corporeality, all countries, and nations will come close to one another. Then also in spirituality of course they will cause closeness and we'll all be as one soul. For now, I will try to speak about it with people. Who knows what they are doing? You can't tolerate it. Nobody can. Nobody can agree with this. That is why it is so hard for us in such a state where the evil is being revealed in such a corporeal and revealed way to speak about connection and above this evil. It is not simple, but it will be over soon for sure that is going to fold. That they will go back to their borders and peace will fill these countries.

S. I just want to be precise, and I want  to hear from you, are you not afraid that we will get confused when we learn about TES and the HaVaYaH, and all the expansion and all the practical giving advice on how to work with shame and the ten, can we take all of that together?

R. Of course you can organize these things if we aren't organized in our tens it won't be revealed in the general world that is before us. That is why we need as much as possible to come close to one another and see where our work is if we reach states that by our intentions we want to bestow upon the corporeal world and see connection and closeness there between nations so far that we will correct ourselves we will have a place in this world we will by this we reach a state that we'll have a peace in the world by this we just justify our existence you see that is why we have no choice only in this way we can advance also studies spirituality also corporeality and as much because we exist in the last generation as an advance in group towards the general correction the end of correction we have to be in both.

11. S. (29:59) Continuing with the question that the news really throws you off especially in the context of our people who reach these states. The prayer that we build every day with the world Kli connecting with all our friends, friends who are under very different influences of information, it also can’t be canceled but when we rise above it I think is where something unique begins to be revealed. The Creator's force above all the possible conflicts and differences that stay below but we connect above them. Is this the point that is our central goal that we should aspire to now?

R. Your hundred percent right, that is specifically what we need to do. We have to connect between all groups and especially in contradicting nations that are now at war and a mutual war. That these groups will connect and discover that the connection between them brings them to a feeling of correction and adhesion. I cannot speak about it right now out in the open because I don't want our groups to start behaving in such a way, especially Russia that they will open their hearts to groups in Ukraine and then you know how the regime is there, they can bring about great damage. That's why I for now we're not speaking about it but we're coming close to it, and I hope that soon we will be able to work on the connection between us and the groups that are in those two countries that are at war, and to cause connection to such an extent that from that wholeness and peace will come.
