Part One:

Lesson on the topic of Baal HaSulam. Shamati 40. What Is the Measure of Faith in the Rav?

1. R. (00:25) This article is about faith in the rav, faith above reason. These are extremely special, very special articles and we should go over them, you should go over them again at home. Gradually you'll feel the depth and the spirit in them and how Baal HaSulam and Rabash, Baal HaSulam spoke and Rabash wrote, so both seemingly take us by the hand, and they take us to the spiritual world the recognition of the upper world

Reading Article: (01:29) Baal HaSulam. Shamati, 40. “What Is the Measure of Faith in the Rav?”

2. S. (14:05) How can we enter in such a way under the Creator’s authority so that we can enter the authority of the upper one?

R. For that we need to be in unity with the friends and later compare how connected we are to them, how connected we are to the teacher, and how connected we are to the Creator. This is called “Israel, the Light, and the Creator are One.” Everyone becomes one and joins into one.

S. Here he writes that there is the authority of the many which constantly attacks us and there's the Creator's authority, the singular authority, according to rav's advice we should be in wholeness, so how can we constantly opposite the authority of the many and replace the single authority of the Creator?

R. Constantly think about it, constantly think about it.

S. In this war can we even win? In replacing the authority of the many?

R. How else? It’s not that difficult by the way, it’s harder to start and to get organized, but later to advance it’s not a problem. It’s a problem, but it's not such a great work.

3. S. (16:08) It says there that the ascents and descents, that a person cannot determine that. Does it mean that I can’t be certain if I'm in an ascent or in a descent?

R. In principle, we can, but if you are unable to diagnose, if we are insulted by something, if we’re mad about something, our ego sometimes pushes us from the correct evaluation of the situation, and then we have nothing left but to start fresh.

4. S. (16:55) What is the special time to walk on the right and the special time to walk on the left?

R. A special time to go on the right and a special time to go on the left is something a person decides on. Rabash writes that in 23 and a half hours you need to be on the right line and 30 minutes on the left, but it's not that important however it works out.

S. So actually if I'm in above reason I need to work all the time in above reason. How do I make all these calculations all the time in my relation to the friends?

R. You decide with the friends 30 minutes a day that you are checking, evaluating, and performing a critique of your relationships, and your closeness to the Creator, and in this way, you accustom yourselves to be on the line that moves closer to the Creator.

5. S. (18:46) Please tell me when we learn to annul ourselves before the teacher, we learn to annul our ego and become incorporated in the upper degree. What is the meaning of this effort?

R. To annul before the teacher is necessary in order to understand what he's saying, to accept what he's saying, to connect to what he's saying. These are natural things.

S. And we learn about that later to operate in the same way with good connections, good relations between the friends in the ten?

R. Yes.

6. S. (19:50) We have many questions, the first question is it says in the article that the whole world is tormented, each one according to his degree. What does it mean? What is a degree according to which we decide how many torments we have?

R. The whole world is suffering because we are unable to fill ourselves with good forces and that's why it works out this way, that the whole world is in torment, most of our lives are struggles against suffering.

S. The question is as follows; in the article, it says, “That a person cannot know whether he's walking on the right or on the left and only rav can say what line the person is on.” So, how can we define it, maybe the ten can help a person understand where he is.

R. No, he can't. For the time being it's not necessary.

S. We don't need to know what state we're in right now.

R. It will give you nothing.

7. S. (21:18) I'm trying to understand what the recommendation is according to the article. If I'm now in a state where I do not describe everything to the Creator, I’m not 100% annulling before him. What is the recommendation, to imagine that I see that I am in wholeness and say There Is None Else Besides Him, The Good That Does Good, even though I don't feel it in truth? Or to say that I can't see correctly right now, I don't feel reality in the right way, and ask for correction for that?

R. You need to try and connect with the friends, it is clear and it's correct no matter the state.

S. Then I connect with them and then what happens?

R. Then it's certain that you are approaching the Creator.

S. The question is now when I feel the lack of wholeness, if we in the ten should now imagine as though we are in wholeness, and say as if, even if we don't feel it or we scrutinize a true state that we're in right now? And out of this incomplete state, ask?

R. From the place you have, from the incomplete place, you need to ask to see.

8. S. (22:46) As my agreement with rav in the method can it actually be something that hinders me from my going above reason?

R. To disturb you from going against reason, if you agree with the friends and the Creator, how can that be possible explain to me?

S. This path is so logical. When this is so logical, I feel like I'm not putting any effort into it, therefore, it feels like I don't have any effort because this path, this work, is very logical. So, what should I do?

R. You are correct. If everything is clear then there's no place for work, there's no place for exertion, that’s correct. But we must see where are we still in opposition to the Creator, in disagreement with him, and then we will certainly have a place for exertion.

9. S. (25:22) Can you tell us about the state of adhesion with the rav, adhesion with other Kabbalists?

R. Just like I said to the friend if you resemble the friend in a way that you will understand her and she understands you, and there are no contradicting opinions between the two of you, then it turns out that the two of you are seemingly in one place and that's how you come closer to one another.

10. S. (26:26) If the right line is wholeness and the left is considered incomplete, we have to take from the right line all the qualities. How can we correctly add the left line or more correctly, what should we take from the left line?

R. In the left line, the Creator himself is going to put you there; there's criticism, there's all the evil, rejection, and repulsion from the friends. Criticism against the group, all from being inside the left line, and in the right line, will be the opposite, everything that brings you closer to one another and to the Creator.

S. If the right line is wholeness, why do we need the middle line?

R. No, the right line is not wholeness, the middle line is what we make from the right line and the left line.

11. S. (28:00) How can we become free of the multiple authorities and the desires that hinder us from seeing the wholeness?

R. How can you come out of the multiple authorities? If we connect between us, the connection between us, we connect to the Creator, then all these different discernments disappear and we connect together with the Creator, as well and with the degree that we wish to purify, to rise also together.

12. S. (29:15) Thank God I was rewarded with being a student of our great Rav and I try to implement all your advice, but there are days when I feel lost and scared. What should I do in such a state, or in such times?

R. During such times please turn to the Creator and ask him for the mind, the feeling of crying before him that you wish to understand more, to feel more, and so on and so forth, and it will pass this way.

S. I talk, I cry, I do everything that I can but at last, I see there's a contradiction between my brain and my heart.

R. Of course, these are two opposite things, correct. It's beautiful that you feel this way.

S. Only my wonder is that I don't know, I don't know.

R. That's also good, there are many times along our path where we don't know what to do, what to do, don't know how to ask, don't know how to answer, we sit there like that, and that's it, it's at times where the upper light is working inside of us so only wait, just wait a little bit.

13. S. (32:17) What is the place for joy that Rabash and Baal HaSulam talk about here?

R. The place of joy is when I see that I’m approaching the Creator, gradually incorporating in the Shechina.

S. It seems to contradict what they write because they say that all our work should be above reason and then you really perform the Mitzvah correctly when you go above reasons. How can above reason give me the feeling of being close to the Creator and destroy…?

R. Specifically above reason, that’s how we feel.

S. I don't manage to connect these things. How do I connect these things?

R. Think until tomorrow and then we'll talk some more.

14. S. (33:17) What is the Mitzvah that the rav gives us beyond the love of Arvut, and is there any personal teaching?

R. I'm giving you the lessons and you need to go over them later on your own throughout the day, talk about them between you, and gradually absorb this material more and more. For the time being this is what we're doing but soon we will add to it another layer and another layer of this great study and then you will see.

15. S. (34:21) What is the potion of death and how can we avoid it in the ten?

R. The potion of death is our egoism from one friend to another. It's the most frightful thing that can be and we should run away from it in all directions. Meaning it's like, how shall put it, let's say I'm standing on a balcony and I'm jumping off, let's say, from the 100th floor.

16. S. (35:31) When I feel happy in my corporal life, I feel that I’m completely happy and this joy is carried outside and I share with the world outside of me, but in spirituality, I haven’t yet reached such joy. So, is joy in spirituality above reason?

R. Yes and no. In the beginning, there might be yes and later might be no, but the question is really nice.

17. S. (36:30) How do we organize ourselves in this war in the singular authority, what are the signs? In the ten we have started organizing ourselves and we started this work or maybe we haven't yet started it?

R. As much as we have an understanding between us, as much as we are close to feeling it, that's what we need.

S. If I may continue. At the end of the article, it says, “We do everything for the Creator, we receive this blessing.” Is this the place we are talking about?

R. Yes, that's called the place of divinity where the upper light can dwell.

18. S. (37:28) Everything that is happening, it's all from the Creator. We are now in Ashdod in Israel where there are missiles. We have an exercise we do where we immediately remember each one of the friends, send her a hug, and we feel the connections between us become corrected, so what is this emotion?

R. It's a feeling of connection, it's a good feeling, it’s a good sentiment, use it more.

19. S. (38:07) In a few cases I have already heard you say if we have a disturbance or a fall we have to start anew. So, what does it mean to start anew, do we build a degree each time?

R. Sometimes yes, sometimes it's necessary.

S. I don't understand I need for what?

R. We will get back to the beginning of a connection and check this connection from the very beginning and continue with it forward.

20. S. (38:52) I have a question about being on the right line and on the left line. It says in the article that 23 and a half hours of the day on the right and a half an hour on the left. According to our advancement at time that we spend on the left line will grow or the difference between the degrees will grow. Should we spend more time on the left line in order to advance because the left line gives us this push forward or maybe I'm not understanding correctly?

R. You are correct, you are correct.

21. S. (39:39) How do we expand this place of joy? How do we enjoy it in the most effective manner?

R. That's to embrace each other stronger everyone.

S. This happens when we connect in the ten? Let’s say, we advanced one gram forward and all of this is moved, is given back to the Creator, even though he built the system in return he received through us, and then the vessel expands, is this how it is?

R. Yes.

22. S. (40:23) Question about the article, it says, “We have eyes but do not see,” what does it mean? Does it mean that it's so long as the person is in multiple authorities he cannot see the truth, but in the multiple authorities or the authorities of the many, who is the many? Is that a physical environment that is far from the truth?

R. No it's not, it's the control of our ego, it doesn't let us see the truth.

S. What should happen in our mind, in reason? If a person won't understand, in order for a person to understand there is one truth, is it actually based on reason or does the Creator give it to us?

R. No you decide everything when you ask from the Creator.

S. So the role of the reason is only in that? In deciding to ask the Creator?

R. Yes.

23. S. (41:43) First of all I want to thank you for helping our ten we love you very much, and the question is as follows; how can we create in our ten the spice so when the ego grows in one friend that we will be able to hold her in the ten?

R. You have to constantly hold it, and then everything will succeed quickly and smoothly.

S. Should we simply annul ourselves? Or should we do some work between us?

R. You need to carry out between you the work of mutual annulment. Each one towards everyone else.

S. And return again and again to we have gathered here in order to learn how to love?

R. Yes.

24. S. (42:53) I understood that you said before to the friend that we need to check if our connection in the ten is right and is correct. So, my question is how can we check if our connection in the ten is correct?

R. By asking for help from above, and we expect it to arrive, we expect the help to arrive.

25. S. (43:56) I was thinking of asking you a question about the potion of death. Like you said. “It’s about passing one's ego to another friend.” If you could elaborate a little bit about that because it's a little bit unclear? I was thinking, is it if I feel a friend's hate towards me and how to work with that in order to not spread it throughout the whole ten as a virus, and instead convert it into love?

R. Show him that you love him, don't speak, show him that you actually love him. Okay, try it.

26. S. (45:02) It says in the article that the upper light is in a place of happiness and joy. Our actions for connection are always overcoming the ego, overcoming rejection, repulsion between us, not really enjoying. It's always an effort, it's always hard. How to reconcile these two things?

R. You have to do it gradually using mutual help, each one toward the other, if you understand that this has to be done and you speak between you about how can we attain it using which effort and so on and so forth, and then you will see that it's not that difficult if you have a mutual understanding of what's happening between you then you'll succeed.

S. Please tell me so long as we see suffering in the world, we're on the left line?

R. Yes.

27. S. (46:38) I want to ask a question about the two lines, right and left. You said, “That the right line comes from the Creator,” in general, do I even have the possibility to choose what line to be in? Where do I even bring this power?

R. We will talk about that, certainly, we will have the possibility to choose on which line, right, left, or middle you will be, and how to move from one line to another. The Creator will help you with that, and we will learn about that. I will happily explain this to you, but it will cause confusion, it will bring confusion, and so let's advance at the pace we are advancing.

28. S. (47:46) When a person prays at any given moment in order for a complete prayer to be there does it need to include a certain attitude to the corporeal state that brought a person to the prayer, or should the prayer only include the attitude to the connection in the ten?

R. To be related to the connection in the ten.

29. S. (48:19) How can a person see this ego that comes to him from one friend to another? How can he tell that he's in that state of the portion of death and not try to justify it, but to run away on time?

R. This is still not important for us to know. It's not yet necessary, in a few months we will scrutinize it.

30. S. (49:07) Every day we connect, we pray, and we do everything we can according to the plan of creation. If everything is known in advance, the plan of creation, why can we change our prayer, and what can we do if everything is already predetermined?

R. No it's not that everything is written, but rather everything depends on our prayers, how we turn to the Creator, and how we want to grow.

S. It's in our prayers.

R. Yes, our connection and our prayers.

31. S. (49:56) I have a question from a friend from the ten. Can we discuss our understanding of the material, and the study material in the group? To what extent can we discuss it in depth between us?

R. In your group, there are no limitations about what you discuss.

32. S. (50:36) It says in the article that you cannot see the truth and you cannot see what exists in other books, the truth that they are speaking of what are those other books and why do they contradict the Rav's opinion?

R. I don’t know what it speaks about here, and I also recommend you not pay attention to such additions, let’s say.

33. S. (53:10) You said that we should always expect help from above and we also learn that everything we receive is from the Creator, and we should justify and accept it. How to combine the two things?

R. They are actually combined in a very good way, how do we accept everything is help? Everything is help from above, that's on the one hand, on the other hand, well in short, accept everything as help from above.

34. S. (52:00) You said that if I can't detect my position, left or right, that's how I make room for the divinity?

R. We didn't learn yet about what lines were on.

S. Okay so what does it mean to wait in that time?

R. Do only what is revealed to you and that's it.

35. S. (52:43) In the ten there is a very subtle feeling towards the friend, not simply a feeling of one another but a connection of our yearnings to the Creator. We are very weary of losing this feeling, we check ourselves daily.

R. If you behave correctly, if you are good girls, you won't get lost.

36. S. (53:13) Rav said we have to annul ourselves before the teacher, as our higher degree, our upper degree. Is the rav our Creator?

R. Yes, in principle, because we received from him all of our perception about the Creator, all of our connection with the Creator comes from the Creator through him.

37. S. (53:50) The text says, “The blessed adheres to the Blessed,” can you expand on that?

R. That if the person blesses the Creator and he accepts the Creator as blessed, and the person by that, is also blessed and he becomes close to the Creator.

38. S. (54:26) When a person's opinion contradicts his rav's opinion can he bring it up to the group and ask for help, or is this personal work?

R. First of all you check it on your own and scrutinize how come he is thinking the opposite of his rav, and afterward in some gentle form he can ask the friends what they think. And in this way, bit by bit, he will resolve the problem.

S. Meaning only as her last resort to return to the ten?

R. That’s right.

39. S. (55:28) Spiritual structures like a pyramid where the base like the left line and the height are an indication of advancement. So, the left line is also given by the Creator, I guess. Can you say that as much as the foundation is big, the Creator is bigger?

R. Yes.

S. Can you say an orchestra has added a new instrument and the new instrument does not fit with what's there, but after he asks, and prays above reason, he's able to connect to the right line, this instrument? Similarly, does the height grow like that?

R. Yes.

40. S. (56:30) We understood that a person cannot tell according to the article, cannot tell if he's now in an ascent or a descent. Now you can say that a person has to exert to see that the ten is always in an ascent. Can there be a state where he sees his ten in a descent?

R. Try not to see it.

S. The difference between seeing reality, translating reality to the rav versus seeing it in the ten is there a difference?

R. Of course there could be a difference, yes.

41. S. (57:32) The article starts with the faith in the rav, what does that measure? Can you explain how we work with faith in the rav in the ten?

R. A person should reach a state where he believes his rav in a way that is unlimited, unlimited above everything.

S. How do we work with faith in the rav the ten?

R. As much as you're able to be incorporated in the ten and connect with it accordingly, you will have an attainment of your situation.

42. S. (58:32) We make a lot of efforts in the connection between us and adhesion to our rav. What to do in moments where you can't justify the Creator for the blows he is sending to the world. Sometimes there are moments when I suddenly feel the pain of murdered families and I can't justify Him for what's happening.

R. I understand you even though I can't agree with you, but I do understand you so, what would you like to add to it?

S. I'm looking at you and I see that you have the adhesion in the Creator, you look at things from the upper system, it's something in that power you're able to justify it. On the other hand, when I'm exposed to the pain of the world, I can't seem to justify it because I see the intensity of the pain. How do you rise above it, or how do you help? I don't know what to do.

R. When you talk with your friends in the ten?

S. Yes, we constantly try to help each other, we connect each time, and we know to be in connection because we hear from you that connection is our salvation, and we make all the efforts, but the pain in the nation is tremendous.

R. And do you have any success in that even a little bit?

S. Yes, the moment we connect we feel a great deal of confidence, but sometimes when we're not connected each one suddenly is swept into the world of sorrow.

R. If you have any articles that are difficult or something that you're not able to open up, then we can study them.

S. You mean to help us justify, you mean like There's No One Else Besides Him? I don't understand.

R. Yes, yes, and when you talk with each other, do you understand that there are some who do justify Him, there are some who only half justify, a quarter, they justify or not at all?

S. Yes once we speak, we somehow balance each other out. We see how it's happening between us.

R. Which means that what is missing between you is really only connection.

S. Yes in general yes, but we also want to help the people of Israel, not only ourselves.

R. Of course, that too will only come through connection, so what's the problem if you already know what is the secret?

S. The problem is that it's a blow that we’ve never experienced, and the nation and it doesn't happen all at once.

R. According to what we study there have been such blows to the people of Israel in the past, many of them. We have to see these things as truly our obligation to connect without any limits and for mutual help that each one shall pull the friends, both the women and the men, higher and higher above all of these disturbances. In this way, we will overcome all the states. I am certain that you will be able to do that.

43. S. (01:03:09) We truly could but we need an upper power, a power above us, that would fill us. I heard you say that we need to fill ourselves with good forces. How do we, just like that, how do we fill the ten, all the time, with good forces? How do we receive this power?

R. One from the other, only through the embrace.

44. S. (01:03:53) Following the question there's a feeling, we also see it online, that all the nation of Israel is suddenly speaking of connection and how important it is. How it saves us, how the hate, the separation between us got us to where we are. My feeling is that it's a reflection of what we're doing in practice. If we connect in dissemination, all the people in Israel get infected like a good virus is this how it happens in practice?

R. That I can't tell, it's only talking in the meantime, it's only talking. If it will all go away and we will nevertheless hold on to a nice relation with each other so that nobody thinks anything bad about the other, then indeed we say that we were successful in this war.

S. It's like a butterfly effect, If we do connect and rise above and justify and pray then we can see it also among everyone else?

R. Yes.

S. So how can we also increase it? Also, in the dissemination between us, in a general and in the people, how do you propose to really increase this fire, the effect that will influence everyone and we will win in the end?

R. Pray!

45. S. (01:05:51) The article talks about wholeness and gladness, and I want to ask a question about wholeness. Is wholeness when we reach the state of accepting that what has happened to us is good and we feel and feel the goodness of what has happened to us and enjoy we feel gratitude to the Creator, is that a state of wholeness?

R. Yes, you're right.

S. In wholeness, we then have the blessings and at that point, we heal from this blindness that we had before when we did not see the truth?

R. Correct yes, yes.

S. I want to plead for us to really pray for the state of wholeness. I feel the friends in Bnei Baruch are crying but the Creator wants to get us to this state. I pray that we can pray this week as the Women Kli, when we meet every evening, if we can make this our intention so we can go through this very quickly. l’chaim

R. Okay, thank you very much.

46. S. (01:07:37) My question is about the text, is it saying in the article's potion of death because he's still not worthy and you have to go through many more descents?

R. Yes. The potion of death is our ego that does not let us connect and it pushes us to such places that we cannot get out of, this is called the potion of death. Let's hope that we will rise above it and reach the potion of life.

47. S. (01:08:50) Lately different people have been mad at me without reason, for no reason, and they expressed their hatred against me, and I keep quiet. I'm keeping quiet and I'm praying for them. Is this correct, is this the correct action?

R. This is the most correct action. Let them say whatever they want, let them be angry, and you will say to them, thank you.

48. S. (01:09:41) I wanted to ask about what the friends were saying, it seems like the hate has no end just like the quality of love there's no limit. We don't know those qualitative degrees of connection we feel that there are only a few of us. What do we have to change more than just asking how to prepare ourselves? Also, the disturbances are never-ending.

R. We have to prepare ourselves to embrace a strong and permanent embrace, and then everything will work out.

49. S. (01:10:47) What is the feeling that a person first feels when he's under the single authority, the individual under the single authority?

R. Well, he feels it, he feels it.

S. How?

R. How? I can't pass that on to you, you have to start loving somebody as quickly as possible. To love him and to imagine to yourself that in the same way you love the Creator, then you will succeed in everything.

S. Dear teacher, we love you.

R. I love you too, but it’s not enough.

S. We need to try more.

R. Yes.

50. S. (01:11:47) Rav, I see a similar question from different angles. The name of the article is Faith in the Rav, a person has an opinion, he hears from the news, and suddenly he gets an opinion, or he has been carrying this opinion his whole life, about the situation in the country, about the war, about covid, about all kinds of things. Then he hears from his rav something totally different but now he disagrees. What should he do in that moment? He disagrees, he thinks that he's convinced that he's right and his rav is wrong.

R. That’s it?

S. That’s his state. What should you do in that moment?

R. He should break himself.

S. How do you break yourself?

R. Breaks himself, because if he doesn’t break himself, he remains disconnected from the Creator, that’s it.

S. How does he break himself?

R. He asks the Creator that the Creator will break him.

S. Is there something to do with the ten, with the friends or is it a personal thing?

R. Of course yes, with full force as much as possible he has to annul before the ten, before the friends, and before the Creator. Of course, that's even first, and in such a way, he reaches the correct breaking and then the Creator brings him up to the height of correction.

S. He can tell the ten, look the rav says, this and that, about the state in the country. I think he's wrong, I disagree, or should I say it like that, or should he do it differently?

R. I don't think it's permitted to speak like that because by this he fails his friends; however, actually, I am saying what I heard from Rabash, if someone has a different opinion, he should know that he has a different opinion.

S. You’re saying that you constantly relate to Rabash's opinion as greater, and it doesn't matter what your opinion is?

R. Entirely not, yes.

S. So you're saying take an example from me. From you?

R. Yes, I changed greatly when I was next to him.

S. What did you do when it would eat you up from inside, I’m right and he is wrong, that feeling?

R. Well what can I say, he's saying it because he's bringing it down from the heavens, and as for me, how do I know, I take it from my cats. What can we even talk about, what a difference.

S. If this process is ongoing and let's say, there's a condition where a person sees that he can’t, he’s unable to, his opinion seems more just than his rav’s?

R. Well nevertheless he should say, “I have eyes but do not see, they have ears, but they do not hear” and to accept the view of his rav and we have several articles like that.

S. We see it specifically in such situations when there's a crisis or something and people are highly influenced by their environment by their tv.

R. Well, from childhood where they learned who was influencing them, etc. Yes, yes, I don't have anything to say, the Creator is very difficult, today it's more difficult, but I can give you an example of many Kabbalists and they will hear it from them, and all of them will agree with me on this completely.

S. it seems like it's a point of development, a leaping point for a person specifically in this expression.

R. Yes.

S. On the other hand, I have to say that I saw people who didn't make this annulment and they disappeared from the path.

R. Yes, they do disappear.

S. It’s a decisive moment?

R. Yes, that’s for sure, one who doesn't justify our path and the path of Baal HaSulam and Rabash, Cordovero, Ramak, etc. He disappears.

S. A person thinks he justifies our path he understands Baal HaSulam and Rabash, but the Rav, the Rav is wrong he doesn't understand.

R. What does this have to do with Rav, I'm not talking about myself, I’m not expressing, I’m not bringing my view, my opinion, and even if it is my opinion and I pass it on to him he simply doesn't understand how these things pass from one to another so, that if he doesn't listen to what I'm saying, or he doesn't want to listen, or he disagrees with everything, then he is erasing what I'm telling him.

51. S. (01:18:18) I heard from you in the past that the Torah exhausts a person, meaning that exhausts the will to receive. It's not the same as the Torah being the potion of death, he has to kill the will to receive an order to have the Torah of life afterward.

R. It's not exactly the way you say it, but there is something to it.

52. S. (01:18:54) You said that what we need is a strong permanent embrace. You might think that this is something to take for granted, but it's not. How can a strong permanent embrace come to be expressed?

R. When we give forces to each other, and we hold each other, and we bring ourselves closer to each and every one, and in this way, we learn what else we can do.

53. S. (01:19:37) In the lesson all kinds of big events of ours we are able to make this embrace, to have this embrace to embrace the entire world, but during the day we can only hold the friends in the ten.

R. Yes.

S. Is that correct?

R. Yes, it's correct.

54. S. (01:20:08) There is a feeling when you read this article that if you follow your advice and we try to carry them out practically in the ten, it turns out that if the teacher is helped from above. For the time being, I don't have the feeling that I’m embracing you, sometimes we have very difficult states and I have a feeling as if you are offering me a hand and you’re taking me through these complicated states. We scream, your power is pulling us, we just need to open our hearts and make room for what you’re saying, for your words, and the power of your prayer is felt and you're praying for each and every ten. It seems like the Creator through you is passing this power to all of us, thank you.

R. Thank you for feeling it.

55. S. (01:21:17) Following the question of the friends, what should a person do if he feels in certain times, like now, we have a fear of the threat? What is the spiritual work? Should he share it with the friends, what should he do?

R. No don't talk with the friends about things that are unpleasant and scary because there are such friends, especially women, who truly can't stand even one gram of fear, and so we have to pass on to each other only a good promise that it will be good for us.

S. What to do if I sometimes see a message where I see it might help my friends, it will protect them, I want to warn them. What should I do in such a state?

R. Smile, smile.

S. How to turn all these states that we're getting to greater spiritual work, to take it and to turn it into a wave of spiritual work, an opportunity?

R. So turn it, invert it.

S. What, more work in the ten, how?

R. Yes, yes. (Rav Sings)

56. S. (01:23:37) In this time there's a feeling that if you give contentment to engagement that's not related to being disconnected, that's feeling though, work constantly with the Creator? Or a connection in order to save yourself, your family, and your people. I don't feel as if I want to give contentment to someone, I just want to save myself and the people around me. How to relate correctly to this feeling?

R. The way that you will relate after you hear about it will be correct for you, and then we will continue later, we will continue.

S. Is it truly a kind of salvation, it's a feeling of salvation in that connection?

R. Yes, in each lesson, we have every connection, we have this salvation and advancing towards the good and with that, we will finish concluding our lesson don't forget to sing, don't forget to sing.
