We experience stress and anxiety due to our egoistic attitudes toward others and not because of any external factors at home or work. We think we are stressed due to issues related to money, health, work, and home, all of which have all been exacerbated by Covid in recent months. We resist what is happening and worry and want to control the future so that it will be less uncertain. The truth is that we are not in charge. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us that all of these issues come to us from Mother Nature so that we will learn to let go of our belief that we can control the future and instead will attribute the issues we are facing to the benevolent leadership of the upper force. We need to actively change our approach to the people in our lives so that we will be more friendly with them, in the same way that all of nature’s actions toward us are friendly and good. We need to consciously choose to accept and flow with the providence of the upper force in the same way that the still, vegetative, and animate levels of nature do. Like a baby being taken care of by its mother, we need to trust, learn, and grow in her loving arms. In this way we calm down and become partners in a mutual relationship based on love within an integral system.

Young people want to succeed but they find it difficult to choose the right goals and direction in a changing reality. Although reality is changing and the future feels uncertain, humanity is moving in one direction: toward integral connection between everyone. Every individual will need to learn how to relate to himself, others, and society with a proper attitude within the next few years. Whoever works to connect people into a good, mutual, integral system will not lose. The most important factor in choosing a workplace will be whether there is a spirit of connection between the workers or not. If we feel that we are not alone but in a group with people who help and support each other, we will be able to succeed in everything.

It is impossible to grow unless we embrace conflicts, ascend above our egos, make mutual concessions, and feel love for others. Love has to be more important to me than my own opinion and any competition between us. I concede my truth and do not demand the same from others; I only set a good example. It is impossible to demand love. If we touch delicate issues, it is only an opportunity for me to show the extent to which I am ready to pay for the connection. The outcome is that I feel a warm embrace, a sense of giving and closeness. If we do so, no disease will break out.

Tenants are finding it hard to pay rent during the coronavirus crisis and are asking for a significant discount. Landlords should agree to lower the rent temporarily since humanity is facing an economic blow as a single family. This means that the landlord will profit a bit less, but if such a move leads to expenses, he should relate to it differently. From the perspective of the state, it must ensure everyone’s basic necessities. Everyone should ask himself in what way he is contributing since we all have a responsibility. We are actually at war. Nature is forcing us to connect to each other differently in an integral way since otherwise, the situation in our country will be very bad. We are all in the same boat and we depend on each other. Having no choice, everyone will warm his heart and relate to others as to his own family and relatives. In this war, whoever is ready to sacrifice himself will gain more and will open up a new reality for himself.

A successful business must be integral since this is the general inclination of human development today. A self-assured, middle manager who blocks innovative ideas subsequently leads to negative outcomes for staff and the business. and may need to be fired. It could be a good idea to bring someone from the outside in who can build a positive team-spirit. The desirable outcomes would need to be examined and defined for both the manager and the workers According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, the implementation of orders received from above depends on the emotional connection between everyone. The staff group would need to similarly connect as one, spiritual, round body in mutual guarantee and love.

In a corrected world, a citizen is supposed to feel the state as a family, which his wise relatives manage. Today there is unrest all over the world because the world is managed by the force of the ego. Leaders today divide the nation in order to weaken and control people, and think about their own chair. It is impossible to change the feeling of disconnection between the public and the ruling elite unless each citizen and all of us together learn how to connect to each other. If everyone feels mutual care and responsibility, we will not be afraid or worried about anything. The warmth, love, and connection between people will draw support from nature, which is also one. In a state where people live as one family according to the principle “love thy friend as thyself,” every citizen accepts the others as his brothers. If the nation connects in this way, the leadership will be forced to go along with it. The State of Israel will become a caring, unified system, and then people will feel that there is a global innovation here that is worth replicating and will want to get closer, and the unrest in the world will subside.

Israel is in an existential crisis, with hungry enemies on every side. Security is top priority and has pushed social issues involving the elderly, the ill, and the poor aside. The coronavirus has put social issues back in the forefront of life so Jews have an opportunity to model the principle “love covers all crimes.” The hatred of the nations of the world is what makes Jews unite since we only have the force of connection when we face war, fear, and threats. Israel is unique in that its destiny is to provide an example of unity and concern for others to the whole world. Unity is the law of nature and Jews determine the relations within the single system between the still, vegetative, and animate levels of reality. We must show the world how to rise above the force of separation with the force of connection into a state of “one man with one heart.”

World leaders need to learn the wisdom of Kabbalah and tell the public the truth that all of humanity must love one another as one man with one heart. The wisdom of Kabbalah explains how all of nature is a single, global, integral system and how it requires humanity to be in equivalence of form with it, meaning to help each other as interdependent friends. Leaders need to create national education programs that teach everyone how to overcome the mutual rejections that occur between people by rising above egoistic differences and opposing views with the attitude that love covers all crimes. Leaders themselves will need to set an example of how to keep the laws of nature through their own behavior. Both the public and the leadership will learn to work together in mutual understanding and spread peace and tranquility everywhere.

We feel pressured and stressed in this coronavirus era since we don’t know what we’re facing or how to balance things out. We are like people standing on the seashore enjoying the waves, not realizing there’s a tsunami approaching until the 20-meter wall of water is directly in front of us. We need to help this transition into the new era happen, yet we are unable to digest what is happening. We need a global, integral education system to teach us how we can overcome all the troubles and problems through unity and connection. We need to change our attitudes toward society and the whole world so that we care for everything, as one man with one heart. Nature wants us to become one with the single system in which all of nature lives.

The coronavirus pandemic has turned from a health crisis, which united people against it, into an economic crisis in which everyone is afraid for the survival of their own families and sees everyone else as enemies. The virus wants all of humanity to unite against it. It wants Israel to fulfill its destiny, explain the meaning of life to humanity, and lead them into higher connection above the human ego. People need to be taken through the process of development from their current egoistic state into altruistic relations. They will learn to mind the benefit of others rather than minding their own benefit. In this new era, everyone will have their basic needs provided for by the government and, simultaneously, people will participate in integral education that teaches mutual bestowal, love, and connection. Everyone will be happy with what they receive and will receive their hearts’ desire.
