1.Rav’s Introduction: The time has come for us to study this. There are times for this, for that. There is a time for each and everything and even though we have a general plan, at least I have a plan according to which we need to advance. However, this plan nevertheless is stretched out over all the days of the year. There are times that dictate for us a new kind of study during those times. Let's say in Between the Straights that we now have been through, and we are approaching the end of it, to the Ninth of Av. During these times it is customary to study what is rooted to the upper root, what is being dictated for us. During these times, there is a diminished illumination from above over those who yearn for the Creator, over those who study the Wisdom of Kabbalah. Therefore, we specifically need to learn about that. Opposite that, there are actually times that are for the better, where we can learn about things that are more joyous. So each and everything is in its time and nevertheless, also in our world, has a root and branch. We have such times, such conditions and therefore it is worthwhile for us to use them also. With Rabash we were also in such states that we were studying this, even though we were not in certain events that usually are attributed to in Between the Straights and the Ninth of Av.

Nevertheless, we do need to connect to that same root because it is influencing us and the whole world. Therefore, ask questions and we will scrutinize it. We don't have a lot of time or materials left. Let's hope that we will finish it, complete it and go back to our usual track. This is actually what I would like to say and if there are no questions then we will follow the excerpts. We need to realize that these times, it is not ‘times’. it is a kind of ‘upper lights’ that shine on the people who are related to it and on the whole world. Therefore during these times, and we can also see it according to history, it was not a nice and good time. Usually in our history according to tradition, let's say, we don't have any weddings or any happy events during these times. But everything passes and in a couple of days it will pass by Sunday. On Monday we can already begin to be under a different kind of influence, a better one from above. According to that we will also study new materials and we will rise to perform actions of joy and connection. The sorrow of divinity is that after the sin of the Tree of Knowledge when the system of Adam HaRishon, the general system of the soul, the general vessel that the Creator created, this system disintegrated and then the upper light that was filling this whole system, even though it was all from above.

That is, without a desire, a deficiency from below, it was a light that, even though it was filling up the whole desire which is considered that it was filling up the whole reality, it did fill it up, but this light was small. Without appetite, without a desire, without a deficiency from the lower one, the light appears in a very simple form. That is, not with intensity because all of the intensity comes when it is being drawn and it is desired. When we pray and demand, and if not that, then it appears in such a way that it seemingly exists in a state that we call Nefesh, Ruach. Meaning that it exists until they will want it, until they will ask for it. As we are now in a state where the whole world doesn't feel that there is any kind of awakening. Even though it is coming to it, it doesn't yet discover that this is an awakening from above and that all the troubles that we feel in this world are because the upper lights more and more appear from above and we have no desire for them from below. Therefore, because of the contrast, the oppositeness between the lights, between the good fulfillment that we get from above and our opposite desires that are scattered below. In the oppositeness between these two we feel ourselves in the state of deterioration, a state of pressure. This is why in every bad state we need to realize that bad also comes from the fact that something good comes from above. From above something good always comes, however we're not worthy of receiving it from below correctly. We haven't prepared ourselves for it and therefore we feel it as bad. It depends on the desire, on the vessels, of the lower ones. This is why these times, which are called the Times in

Between the Straights (Bein HaMetzarim), we need to turn it into a time for the preparation of our vessels for the light that is standing opposite of us, in front of us or above us and it is felt in us as darkness because our vessel cannot discover it in any other way. But it in itself, is ready to be revealed in us in its full strength and in its nice good intensity.

Therefore, we need to understand that all of the darkness, the falls are a preparation for the reception of the light, for the reception of the fulfillment, adhesion with the Creator, to come closer to Him. To see all of the world from one end to the other, to feel the entire eternity and nature when we get rid of this planet. Meaning from the will to receive for oneself, and then we also join the complete full, eternal life and that we are truly among all of these forces that are filling up the vessel of Adam HaRishon. We need to do it and this is why we should understand that the exile that we feel from spirituality is an opportunity for redemption and that specifically through that we prepare our vessels and this is how we advance. I think that we will now go over these things and we will see it. I would like just to give you the general direction of how to look at the entire process. That even though we are in the worst states because we understand where it is coming from, we need to discover in each and every state the necessity for it to happen. For that state to happen, its purpose, what it is bringing us to. What we gain by being in that state and how we can use it to take advantage of it in the most beneficial manner for us. How to shorten the time that we are immersed in it and to extract from it the maximum benefit to prepare the vessel.

All in all, all of the exiles, all of the falls are in order to prepare a vessel. The more we will understand and attain the sorrow that is more purposeful, deeper. Within the sorrow, we will also reach a stage where we are blessing the Creator for these vessels that He is now awakening in us. That all of the bad is for us to attain the good through it. Then, certainly, we will bless over the bad as over the good and in that way we will advance. Therefore, a person, the more he corrects himself even though he falls into the worst possible states, if the Creator does not disconnect him all together -- and there is such state, as we saw them, so if he is not altogether disconnected, then he should try with all of his strength to thank the Creator for the revelation of the broken vessels that are now occurring in him. He already prepares himself out of the sorrow, out of the feeling of hunger to the good states, as much as he will be able to reach in order to bestow and enjoy the fact that lights are passing through him to the friends and to the Creator. We will see it in the excerpts. If there are any questions, go ahead and we will scrutinize them.

2. S. (12:45) What comes up from what we learned is that the darkness is actually very close to the light even though it seems different. Can you expand on that?

R. Because it is the same thing however it appears in us in the opposite form because of the lack of our vessels from the side of the Creator there is no darkness. He is shining to us a light of bestowing, a light of love, a light of connection and to the extent that we are not yet ready we discover it back side, its posterior and this is the feeling of distancing, of a fall, a lack of strength, a lack of desire, etc. However, in that too we should see in this posterior, the Creator’s good attitude to us. That he is Awakening in us a desire, a bad feeling and we identify with it that this is also coming to us from the Creator, Who in such a way wants to awaken within us an appetite for a connection with him and a connection with a light.

S. If we really do this, doesn’t it cause us suffering because it feels terrible sometimes?

R. Why should it be suffering? I understand we go through all kinds of states. In the beginning we may not prescribe it precisely to the Creator and to our progress. We don't understand that the progress should also be with the left, not just with the right. Then we cannot yet control our desires, our forces, that we cannot yet rise above our desire. We are still immersed in the desire like a baby, let’s say, who whatever he feels is what he can express. However, as we grow up, we already have seemingly two layers of sensation. One is what we feel inside, what we are aware of and this is the person who is living inside of himself. Also, something from the outside, whatever one discovers with respect to the environment. So, we already divide ourselves into two. What is pushing us to divide ourselves into two? The ego. The pride that develops. This ego says the following: whatever you feel, you feel it, you have no choice because this is you. However, how can you appear before the others? You need to keep the envy, lust and honor. You need to achieve for yourself money, honor and knowledge. Therefore, you need to behave differently on the outside from how you are on the inside. Therefore, we see human beings, how they feel something inside and how they are not aware exactly of what they are feeling inside. What it is for or for what purpose. Also, the way that they connect with the people on the outside. It is a whole world of whatever is outside of them. They connect outside only in a form of maintaining themselves in an egoistic form that is convenient for them. A person seemingly has two layers, and when we are in the spiritual process, we need to use both. The inner layer in which we feel ourselves, and also the outer layer where we connect with the friends in a different way, only for the purpose of the goal. What can we have here which will be for the purpose of the goal? Inside, for myself, I don't just allow myself to be under the sensations that I feel each and every moment that is happening within me. Rather, I have to arrange them properly as much as possible to be close and directed toward the goal. Certainly, when I behave with the external world, the broad world, where I need to exist for the time being, the most important for me is my existence in the group. How do I make the group so that we will be as one man in one heart, that this will be our spiritual vessel? Because for the time being I don't have a spiritual vessel, I only have some awakening of my own. To the extent that I connect with them so as to be as one man in one heart, as much as possible, by that specifically I build my spiritual vessel and there, in that common heart, that common brain, that common inclination I begin to discover the one upper force. That is, it. This is how we should try to build ourselves.

3. S. (19:04) To continue what you said about the forces that came from above, as the good forces that we are not ready, so we feel them as not good. I wanted to ask about the pandemic, for example, if we were ready to receive this force that comes in the form of a pandemic how would it appear to us?

R. We would connect as quickly as possible in all of the 10's, and through all of the tens to show the whole of humanity how much we need to be close inside so that when a certain trouble comes then as you can see it with animals, if trouble comes let's say some flood or if the forest is burning, all of the animals they don't jump on one another, they don't even have an egoistic desire just a simple one to exist and to eat, they see that they have to run away from death. This is why their instinct to devour another animal turns off relative to the instinct to live and to survive. This is how we should explain this with respect to what is happening to us. That the blows that we feel from the side of nature, the Creator, the upper force, it doesn't matter as it is the same thing. These blows should position us so that we have the right calculation how can we get out of it because in this form of the blow that is reaching the whole world that we perhaps don't feel it in the still, vegetative, how they want to run away as they want to run away from the blows because they don't have free movement, but with the animate we can see the free movement how they run away from the trouble and by that they don't harm others.

Rather, they, all of them, it is a wonder to see it in nature, that the instinct to eat one another disappears and the most important instinct is to live and survive, to be saved from death. Even within this pandemic to check out how much the government and the people want to profit from one another and they think that this is what will bring them happiness and power, but it is the opposite. They are truly doing double damage and they create double issues, problems for themselves instead of being together with the others and buy these to soften the force of the judgments, the blows, they are actually amplifying the bad force.

S. In addition to that, I heard you say to receive things in the right way, this below that we are feeling right now in Bnei Baruch is a sign that we need to hurry up and connect in the 10s because the next blow that will come if we're not connected in the 10s will be even worse?

R. We try to learn about the nature of these blows that we are going through to actualize them in the right way in our connection between us and through our explanation towards humanity with what needs to be done, we should try more and more to succeed both in the connection between us and in the explanation and this is what we have left. In the morning lesson and the two other times that you meet throughout the day if you are meeting in a correct way, meaning that it is beneficial for you to continue in this direction that we have nothing else to do. All of the rest is just work on connection and working dissemination, I see these two directions and as a result of that we will see the pandemic is for the time being happening as we spoke about it to begin with, because our is not just to make healthy people become sick or people who are alive to make them dead. This is a problem but gradually we will see through all of these blows that we will decline to the animate level and then we will start to see more out of our behavior to what extent and how much it is worthwhile for us to help everyone and not to damage each other along the way as the governments and politicians and all of the world leaders are still thinking.

4. S. (26:43) The upper wants to bestow and to expect the desire on behalf of the lower one, it is simply holding you up from within and you are asking to understand that it is an egoistic desire that you are asking for the right intention upon it but nothing succeeds, what is missing here?

R. I will tell you, first of all why are you not pleased with having such a connection with the Creator, that He is giving you a deficiency and He is not running away from you, He is not hiding himself from you but rather that you can ask of him. Is this not enough? You want more however this connection with the Creator you have it, you are not disconnected from him, he does not disconnect from you. Maybe he's enjoying that you are in such a state and that you are asking, try from within that state that you are asking to find pleasure, that you have a connection with the Creator that you are turning to Him and ask Him and Him sees that you have someone to turn to. So why is that not good? What more are you demanding?

Maybe you don't deserve more, you need to reach a stage where you are grateful to him, you are telling Him, thank you for each and every state that you feel that in that state you still feel you are connected to him. If you are connected to the Creator even with one gram of power then you need to hold on to that one gram and to be grateful that you have a connection with Him. If you have a connection with Him with some thin thread and you want that it will open up for you the gate that you will come into the Creator's Palace, then this is already your ego that is working. Therefore, you should not need more than this hair's breadth as it is said. A very thin connection that you have with the Creator that you feel nevertheless that you do belong to that, say thank you for that and to be in adhesion with that and that you don't need anymore because all the rest is your ego that is pushing you to add.

5. S. (30:19) How do our connections weaken the force of judgment?

R. To the connection between us we brought in the pipeline of connection with the Creator by this we are adding to the connection between us, Mercy to the connection between us and the Creator, is called broad, we are broadening this connection and then the Creator also through this connection we are building which is called reflected light he can buy this shine more of the direct light.

S. What does it mean that he is bestowing direct light?

R. When we feel that He is coming closer, we feel it is clearer and more felt more in different manners.

6. S. (31:43) In spiritual development there are two unpleasant states: one the feeling of the shattering and when the feeling of shame can you speak about the difference between them?

7. S. (32:11) How can we connect this state in which we are grateful even though we feel the darkness and even more than that at the same time and how can you aspire to bestow in such a state?

R. Out of lack of choice. Through all kinds of different states, I need to see that if I want to receive the force of bestowing that I also have to activate the force of bestowing from myself which has to be measured for measure. Specifically in those days when we feel dead, we need to try to do as much good to others as possible. By this way open up a pipeline also to such a kind of bestowing towards us.

8. S. (33:32) How can I know that I am connected also by certain strength by the Creator?

R. If you are connected to the 10, even though you don't yet feel any changes in your connection with the Creator because the connection itself is not really felt, it is felt when it changes all the time and therefore through that we can feel whether we have a connection with him or not. How can I be in all kinds of such different connections, different variations, fluctuations with the Creator through the friends to the extent that I look at the society at each one of them at the relations between us, our goal and preparations, our study and discussion. As much as I see that all of these things are changing according to that I can say this is actually what I feel from the society and in this form the Creator is also feeling us. How can we know after we hear such a thing, how can we make ourselves such a society and state to give the Creator such an impression that he will see us as successful and great, beautiful. We have to work on that even though we cannot make such an impression. Just like children who play with something as they grow up, we help them play all kinds of games and teach them likewise we need to do this in the 10. Therefore, we need to read the articles and we need to talk between us so that it is with the hope for certain that this will advance us more towards the Creator. It is only by playing and acting in the 10, we have no other possibility.

9. S. (36:30) How to find the power of the working connection so that every lesson if we feel that we are not advancing we feel a lot worse even in terms of talking to the friends it becomes difficult?

R. We need to search for materials about what we talked about advancement through distancing where the more forces are added that we feel ourselves worse and more distant from the goal, what that is meant for and why it is done that way. He is right, that this feeling exists and is revealed to us and how we need to receive it correctly and what to do with it.

S. Specifically in states when we feel bad, we need to do as much good to others as possible and by this we are opening a pipeline for such kind of bestowal towards us, what does this mean?

R. By this, we expand our vessels because the upper light doesn't lack anything but for us to prepare in us vessels that are filled with Hassadim and mutual bestowal between us, fills our vessels with Hassadim and then we can receive the light that appears to us and brings us problems, which is the light of Mercy without Hochma in it. So, we bring the light of Hassadim and then the light of Hochma clothes in it and we reach attainment.

S. How in a state where you feel bad do you do good to others?

R. With force as we all understand this is what we have to do as you see in the degrees of the animals, they don't kill one another, that on the degree of also in regular human beings if there is a flood somewhere in some place in the world so they go out and they help each other how to come out of the flood. It is nature that obliges them to do so but we need to do this in an aimed way.

S. What does it mean to do good to others forcibly?

R. It means that me together with my friends define in what way we need to be during times of problems, times of problems as when the light comes from above light of Hochma without Hassadim, and we need to develop the clothing of Hassadim, meaning good relations between us of bestowing, connection, help. Then in such a way we let the upper light enter in the form of Hassadim and then it becomes the light of good instead of the light of bad. The light of Hochma by itself is like a knife, it cuts, truly brings all kinds of disasters. The light of Hochma on its own, because it's opposite the desire to receive but it's by the desire to receive we mitigate the judgments, meaning that we bring the good connection between us of mutual bestowing, to diminish our egos wanting to be connected like the light of Hochma to close in the light of Hassadim which we create and amplify. Then we receive the revelation of the Creator. this is what eventually happens from all of the terrible state if we can receive it correctly.

S. Are we now in a time of trouble?

R. Yes, I see all of humanity going through persistent blows not such what we had with all kinds of plagues from a hundred of years ago but nevertheless these are problems and these problems come to us gradually, they dry us up, they dry up our industry and the trade and every single person and we will feel the results from all of this. There are people who are despaired by this and there are many the other way around and there are others who don't have this yet, the big changes are to happen. When we do come out of this big pandemic as a new humanity.

S. Are we at Bnei Baruch in a time of trouble?

R. We are in a time of trouble just like Baal HaSulam explains at the end of the introduction of the Zohar because we are the transition between the Creator and humanity and in this transition, open ourselves as much as possible to all of the abundance as the Creator wants to give to all of humanity which he wants to give to us, meaning our explanation and the correct wrapping to all of humanity.

S. To go back to the principal in the stage where I feel bad, we should do good to others in the 10?

R. Yes to intensify the mercy.

S. To play in the 10 and intensify the state of connection between us?

R. And to all humanity to intensify the mercy as we are trying to explain to them in the most possible and convenient way for them to understand where we are in the process.

S. Yesterday, I heard from a veteran friend, an active one, that he is doing everything that is necessary and he feels that he is already drying out, that he has no life, he hasn't been inspired in a long time, he does everything that he should but he already feels that he's drying out. How can a person When he is in such a state where he feels, how can he go out and do good to others?

R. Contact the Creator, that is what I'm telling you immediately. Because every single feeling comes to us from the upper force and if the Creator is inviting in him such a state, then He wants to change him. So have him turn to the Creator and connect to Him, and bring himself as an active conduit, pipeline from the Creator to the others. People who feel bad are in a state that is closer to the Creator because they are receiving it from Him. He needs them.

S. How can the 10 support him and give him oxygen?

R. Simply connect to him to expand the pipeline of connection from him to the Creator and try to receive from the Creator the correct guidance of what they need to do. First of all, connect between them then the pipeline between them will be through which they connect to the Creator to the extent they connect between them, they will also be connected to the Creator. In this pipeline that would be filled with the upper force with that they will be able to approach all of humanity that really needs it. We are going through times seemingly for good, for bad, these ways that are better or worse it is not that it is coming without guidance, it is exactly in accordance with the forces and the laws that are nature to the extent in which we need to sort ourselves correctly in our correct sensitivity to the Providence and to the line. This is why we need to pay attention to what is bad, what is good in all kinds of ways that it happens and comes to us as much as we need to change how a mind, our feelings, our connections with others see, these are the things that are very delicate and sensitive.

10. S. (47:30) I heard you say that anything more than the connection with the Creator is engaging our ego. How can my wanting more than a gram of connection with the Creator be egoistic? Can you explain this better?

R. It is not important how much you demand from the Creator it is important for what you are demanding from the Creator, we in our source, in our root are from the soul of Adam HaRishon, where all of the cells and all of the parts, even though they are each individualized as far as their qualities but they're all connected to each other and supplying to one another the passageway to the Creator, and from the Creator emerges a force and this force to all of the cells fills the whole body of Adam HaRishon. Meaning there is no one, just like Baal HaSulam wrote and we read this not too long ago, that no one lives for himself as there is no such thing, that is only in our ego that we think that it is that way. But it doesn't happen that way, we rather live for the sake of the whole system, now we need to come closer to this because these are the steps towards the end of correction where we will discover a need and desire for this. Therefore, as much as all of these pandemics will make it so that we can come closer to one another mutually at least somewhat, to be at least inclined towards it in an agreement that all of humanity is all around and there is no difference between anyone but rather we are all parts of an integral system and in the integral system, each is equal to everyone. As much as we advance to words this, we will rid ourselves from all the troubles and problems. If not, if we don't advance the system itself will nevertheless put us into more and more tight connections with one another, stronger ones but then we don't want to connect and the system is pressing us and then we will enter into wars and problems, into forms that are so harsh that eventually nevertheless they will educate us to be in the right and the connection between us as there is no choice here.

11. S. (50:48) Yesterday you explained to a friend that Hassadim is comprised of the fact that we feel and we take part in the souls of others, so does this mean that I need to be aware of the hunger that is in the world, the wars and the political conflicts and refugees etc.?

R. In general we need to hear about this but we have nothing to do with these things in a direct manner, we will not go to battle hunger and natural disasters, but rather we need to understand that our work is on a higher level on the system of forces. We need therefore to explain to everyone what our salvation depends upon from all of these forces of something the hearts force is that we feel in our world, this is only in the connection between us. The purpose of all of these bad forces that seemingly operate bad in us now are to explain to us that there is no choice but that we must be connected and this can take place through wars, through the natural disasters, through the different viruses and all kinds of troubles and problems because then, we will somehow stop to use our ego and be willing to hear something about the remedy for them. How to be saved from the blows. Therefore, we need to explain to people what the reason for the blows is and how we can in a short and true way that is meant against these blows to be able to take us out of these troubles and to bring us into expansion, into a good state. So, I am turning to Bnei Baruch, first and until we are able to convince humanity that the connection between people, the mutual good connection, that are not philosophical, religious, but rather just nice connection between people only such a connection will help us to emerge from all of the problems to destroy the hatred between us to lead humanity to connection. Through this we truly heal all of the problems, Earth will supply for us all that we need.

12. S. (54:49) About bestowing, is it possible to do this and determine that I am bestowing and not in a state of darkness? Is it possible to bestow from the state of planning when I feel good in my state?

R. If you feel good in the will to receive or are feeling bad that there are problems and troubles around you and you want to bestow upon them then you discover the lack in you towards them and towards the Creator that wants to bestow to them, and you become the pipeline. When you operate as a pipeline you don't feel your personal deficiencies, you only feel the deficiency of the Creator who wants to bestow and the lack of the created beings that are not in a good corporeal state, then you become the passageway.

13. S. (56:04) If we explain to everyday people about the importance of connection, what are they then supposed to do with that knowledge? What is the first thing they need to do?

R. They need to read a little, think a little, learn a little, not about the systems that the wisdom of Kabbalah that is explaining, but rather a little about creation that we are connecting to one another, that we are dependent upon one another that there is no choice that humanity began this way and is going through stages to eventually become connected in the end. If we are going together with those forces that develop humanity then we feel good every stage along the way. If we resist this somewhat, this historical process that is happening to us, then we feel bad in it. Meaning the reason to feel good or to feel bad is in our agreement with that which the forces of nature are doing and operating upon us to develop us, or in disagreement with it. This is what we need to write about in a simple manner so it will be understood by any person. Then when it is bad for a person, or when it is good for a person, he will understand why it is good and how to make himself feel good, how to be in accordance with the force developing nature to advance towards connection with others. What is that connection with others called, how can I intermingle with the force that makes me feel good or bad, people don't think about those big things, but in the world where will be brought the plan of creation closer to them that one will enter to this whole path, altogether we want to help ourselves not to cascade, not to deteriorate it's just like Earth now it's beginning to enter into.

14. S. (59:00) Is it possible to move a donkey with a stick or a carrot it seems like we are always talking about being bad, if we don't connect the bad will come and of that comes becomes of our lack of connection, why don't we also portray the picture of the good and nice outcome that comes from connection?

R. What are you recommending?

S. To give good examples of bestowal.

R. Do that and see how it influences you. Tell me about the examples that you are doing it and the influence it is having on the public.

S. I'm not talking about the audience, I'm talking even about us we're constantly talking about descent and disasters.

R. That is not true, we are speaking about connections and where we want the forces to find in the connection. We are not speaking about disasters and all kinds of things we are finding in our descents, we barely speak about descents, only how to ascend, so it is not about us and it is also not right for the broad public. Go and explain how good it will be to you if you can, why don't you connect, be like little children, how nice it will be if we sit in a circle and we sing, go explain how good it will be if we do that, there are such stories and tales everyone has heard already, that you can't bring this against the ego. The ego only knows one thing, if I will have good for certain what you can show and that I will have it bad for certain, that is already closer. That is why also you see the Creator has no other possibility of drawing us forward except through stabbing us from behind.

15. S. (01:02:01) As we run away from the fire in the forest how can we not just run out of distress?

Since he has nothing to receive because there are no flavors or ascent in this work, the Creator gives him this taste of dust purposely so that the ego does not jump to receive something, that there is only dust here. For this reason he believes that this is holy work and he is delighted. The Creator gave him the taste of dust, as a mercy, as an opportunity that comes to man so he can work not for himself. Because for himself there is nothing, there is no pleasures here, so specifically in this state a person can give, and it will be true giving. But each time you are willing to fall and not do anything, but you keep going, a bit more and more because in this way you enter in order to bestow. Then by these actions you start feeling, what the light of mercy is that you have nothing out of this but you still do it. Where do you get it from? From the Creator, He is giving you the taste of dust and by this He also gives you the energy and the force to perform an action of bestowal. Suddenly you discover that you are doing something and don't have any flavor or attitude, but how do I do this? The Creator gave you this force, you made an effort and decided, you're going to work above the taste of dust even though it tastes like that. You perform a spiritual action; you start feeling that you are uplifting above your will to receive and you can perform some kind of action, that is the will to bestow. The next time you will demand the Creator to give you a force for this, that you will be able to perform actions with the taste of dust, more difficult actions, that are longer, then you will start feeling that even though you have tastes that are not just dust, but you can turn any state you are in and turn it into a state of dust. Because toward spirituality you don't see it, the taste as important, then you can always add an action of bestow on your behalf, and this is how you start working. S. Generally we learned we are either in the reception or bestowal and there is some kind of a dryness or is this neutral, reception or bestowal?
