Shamati 29 

1. R. Baal HaSulam said this probably at a meal or an occasion and the Rabash wrote it down and from this we have this article “The Lord is Your Shade” it is written in the Torah, in the Psalms that the Creator is the person's shadow. If the person thinks, meaning he is in doubt, in all kinds of confusing thoughts not on the straight path, so of course we cannot progress directly to the goal they are always diverting and reflecting, and in our world, in technology and in science we know that we can never progress directly straight. Rather, we always have some sort of an angle toward the goal. but we are constantly maintaining the goal.

Rav Drawing: I will draw a picture for you. We have a goal and this is the target. We can never reach the goal directly, this is not possible, instead we deflect and correct a little bit, we deflect and correct until we reach the goal and we hit the target. Why, because we cannot feel that we are in the right place. Llet's say I am here right now and I have to always have to measure myself with respect to what I am in my state.

The more advanced things are then even if they are advanced, they become more subtle. Only the ten can help and this is why we are in this special physical world as through all kinds of physical actions that have nothing in them but by them through them, we can wake up ourselves and begin to rise to spirituality. This is why it is very important for us to establish a certain action in the group like certain actions, certain framework, like lessons and the conversations during the day every day, meals on Sunday, a congress which we start to organize soon and all kinds of such things in order to wake up ourselves and also each takes upon himself some physical commitment that he does in the group or in Bnei Baruch altogether. All of these things can wake us up and bring us from all kinds of such examinations of emptiness.

3.  S. (11:08) What is the state of heart in spirituality, how does it operate in us?

R. The heart is the feeling, there is the individual heart of the person, the main thing is the general heart of the group, that's the main thing. If there is a common feeling between them which is called the heart of the group.

4. S. (11:35) How should the 10 work correctly in order to bring back every friend from his deflections to the right path?

R. Only through examples, the best way is through examples also to the friends, also to the children, there is no better, correct influence than giving a personal positive example.

S. And if the example doesn't give the friend strength?

R. It is a sign that you are not acting in the correct way yet.

R. We are entering a deeper resolution, such precision that what we had before on the scale we had before as a foot is now like an inch, we become more sensitive, more delicate, more precise in feeling the changes in each and everybody and all together.

S. Is it just that I am falling?

R. It is not just like that, it is the matter of the worlds.

S. And what is the frequency of the states?

R. Identifying the differences between reception and giving, between the creature and Creator, between darkness and light with all the different changes, this is the difference.

S. How the quality of the scrutiny, the difference, how can we make it more subtle, more accurate, more precise not to enjoy egotistically but how to make it more precise?

R. If the person for every thought and every action, there is a certain source that is written about this, but it all comes down to our work slowly, slowly, gradually in our work we become more sensitive to these provisions.
