1. Rav’s Introduction: (at the end of preparation) The concession the person has to make the person to give up everything because in the general vessel of the world vessel there is nothing else to person needs but in order to enter the world vessel that person has to give up everything then when he enters in place of these concessions he made he starts to receive fulfillment from the Creator through the vessel. This is the world vessel so the question is not so difficult the implementation is difficult, the question itself is that in order to enter a group the person has to give up everything it is not about what is worthwhile to make concessions or something yes something not, but completely he has to give up everything because in the place of these concessions according to the level of these concessions he requires the spiritual vessel that's it.
Purifying The Heart:
Rav Introduction: (00:24) We have nothing besides that only to purify the heart. In our heart we feel where we are in which world, for the time being it could be that we are in the lower world and to the extent that the heart becomes purified and according to that we feel ourselves on the higher and higher degrees, in a higher world and so on. All in all from here till the end of correction we have to make this way and that this is what we have to crave for, how do we do it? We do not know about the spiritual world we do not know it we do not understand it unless, instead of it what was given to us in our world is a single example from all the examples from what we get from this world, from the different manners and incidents there one incident that can be a spiritual incident in this world which is not actually from this world any more.
If we people who are strangers and to begin with following the shattering of the vessel of Adam HaRishon even hostile to each other because the Creator broke the vessel, a single vessel into many parts. As much as we try to get closer to each other we begin to feel how much we are not capable of this, we do not want this, we disagree with this, we disagree to be in connection and here there is a question, what can we do?
Well, we do nothing we just have to realize that it is upon us not to connect but to ask the Creator that he would reconnect us into the vessel of Adam HaRishon and this is what we need to yearn for. There are many texts about it many articles and complete books and they wrote a lot about it, but all in all we need to persuade the upper force that instead of the shattering that He did that and He would connect as once more and the not more than that. And of coarse it is not within our power to connect because this is the force of the Creator as he says ‘I created the evil inclination and I created for it the spice of the Torah.’ Meaning the Upper light which is called the Torah, bestowal which is from The Creator and this is what can help us. Therefore our whole correction is that we have to understand that we have to constantly be in a request to the Creator that he will connect us once again to the vessel that was one to begin with.
We underwent the shattering, hopefully we will go through it and this is how we reach once again to become one complete vessel and all the records, all the impressions from the shattering and from the connection between us will give us a new vessel which we say is 620 times more, how it was to begin with when we were before the shattering. All of our work is to persuade The Creator that He would help us to connect or He will make the connection Himself because actually he is doing it. We only make efforts but all of these efforts eventually bring us to despair, to disappointment or to clear knowledge that only the Creator can help us. And then we turn to Him and demand, we ask, we pray, we plead in all the different forms of addresses to Him until we persuade Him to connect us once again, to be one Adam once again, as one man in one heart.
2. S. (05:16) The question, why should we connect is because the law of connection, that maybe we were never connected in the past. Is there an indication for it, can we say to the external people? Is there any indication in the past that there ever was a connection between us in the past?
R. We have the record, the general record that we were connected and Kabbalists tell us that we need to try to get back to this record to be as one man with one Heart in one desire. The heart is a desire, we will all be connected in one, when all these thousands and thousands of people connect between us then the desire becomes incorporated into the other and becomes a single desire, this is what we have to reach in practise, in this life. This is called that darkness will shine as light, that the upper light from the Creator Himself will pass through all the worlds and will reach and touch this world, the lowest one.
3. S. (06:48) What does it mean to convince The Creator to connect us again?
R. We need to be in a desire to connect which is more than a desire to keep a distance from each other. The desire to distance is the result of the shattering and it is called our ego and the desire to connect that we do not have. And if we want or somehow to get to know this or to acquire this then we have to turn to the Creator, how do we turn to the Creator, I do not know.
What I have before me is the friends in this world, and so I turn to the force of connection that I understand that it needs to be in the group. Let's turn to Him and let's ask from the friends that let us, nevertheless connect between us in such a way that each one will help his friend and in this way we get closer to each other until our circle, well first of all that we feel ourselves that we are in a circle, until our circle becomes the central point and in it we will begin to discover the Creator. When we begin to discover the Creator in the connection between us, the force of connection between us, this is the Creator then along with that we begin to discover that we are distancing from each other.
Yesterday was ok, we were connected, and today upon this, I actually feel that I do not love the friends, I am not close to them andI want to distance myself from them and I feel that altogether I want to run away from them. Then once again we have to work on this and to persuade ourselves that this is our gradual work through the degrees. And once again we want to connect to the circle and once again we try to connect and this is how it works. Through ups and downs, through the degrees left and right, and first there is a descent then an ascent, as it says ‘the descent and the ascents are as one day as it is written in the Torah.
4. S. (10:23) Yesterday during the meal we saw the sincere love to you from the friends in the world Kli. What is this love towards the Rav give?
R. The love, the connection, the inclination towards each other, this is how it has to be among all of us. In the example that you saw yesterday towards me, this is how it should be towards each and everyone from all each and everyone in the group. Imagine to yourself if we were that, in the entire world kli we would already be great and on high degrees, this is what we have to do. I also felt this and I was also very moved and very excited and this is how we need to activate ourselves. But indeed this connection is what provides a vessel for the revelation of the love of people and later on from the love of people to the love of the Creator.

5. S. (12:02) What is the meaning of completing the records?
R. Completing the records is to revive the records because these are records from the vessel that was broken, the vessel that died and we need to reach a state where the light comes, the reforming light and it revives that dead vessel. 6. R. (18:35) It is a relatively simple matter, maybe not so simple but it is not complicated. The problem is that we are after the shattering from the other end of it and the Creator created something that was whole, he broke it purposefully and we are following the shattering and we have to skip over the shattering and get back to that complete state. It turns out that we do not have complete vessels so that we can work with them and correct ourselves. Rather we with have to do this without broken vessels this is why each and every time we have to try with these broken vessels to imagine to ourselves the complete state. That complete state does not exist in us and we reject it because it is not understood to us as something good. I have to connect to the friends I have to contribute, I have to keep their well-being and so on, why, what for? I cannot persuade myself even in my mind, I can say it 1000 times and in formulas like in mathematics that 1 + 1 is 2 or more than one, but this does not help me.
I must work here in a way, where it is written with our eyes shut, above reason, towards connection even though I am against it. And my whole nature is against it but there is no choice, this is what he says. Meaning that at first we have to do this mindlessly and then we will be rewarded with hearing so that we can hear that what we are doing is what is good for us. And before the deed we cannot hear that it is good, I cannot imagine to myself that this is a good connection. 7. S. (21:20) What is the meaning of purifying the heart?
R. Purifying the heart, that I begin to love the friends in actuality in practice this is how it is, that earlier I didn’t feel any need for them, later on I felt a need for the study for keeping our framework and that I begin to feel at need that simply without them I can’t do it I have no grip on spirituality I don’t have a spiritual vessel I don’t have something with which, through which I can connect with the Creator. I begin to see in each and every friend that connection, that connector, through which I truly connect with the Creator otherwise I cannot.
If the friends would God forbid disappear for some reason that I won’t have any connection to the Creator this is why I appreciate the friend even more than the Creator to begin with, this is why it is written that first we have to reach the love of people because without having a stronghold on that on the friend that he is so important to me truly egotistically because I want to reach the Creator and first of all I have to reach the friend and this is clear to me and I yearn for it.
That in such a way we gradually find ourselves and bring ourselves out of self love and we reach the love of friends and the love of friends also it will seem to us as egoistically but it is ok if it seems to us this way that we shouldn’t be afraid that the we need the friends in an egoistic form, of course later on the Creator will correct that but we today need to hold only to that, that my entire salvation is in that in how much I have a hold on the friends and then we reach the love towards them, egoistic love, the upper light will correct that and change it to love which is above the ego and this is how I come closer to the love of the Creator. There are many details in that but it is impossible to talk about everything but rather whatever we will go through that will be ours, ok.
8. S. (24:33) A friend asked a question yesterday about advancing on the heart. Is it not better to know in connection with purification of the heart talking about the practices of kosherizing.
R. This is premature and it could confuse us. It’s true that the laws of the Kashrut, they speak about purifying the vessels but it’s premature for us to study that because we might get confused I am very much afraid of it that you may see in the rules of this world, only this world, and we need to learn these things spiritually, how do we purify the parts of our soul and not parts of the beast or corporal vessels that we use, so the time will come it’s not difficult, actually we will go through it in a simple way I’m certain.
S. What can we do so that the group will run our thoughts, will manage our thoughts?
R. Only to elevate the matter of connection as much as we are in connection we’re closer to the Creator. Connection is the Creator, connection is the upper force so the more we connect and we want to reach Him this is how we have a grip on Him and this is how He operates in us and so there is no more than connection and we need to make the force of connection rule over everybody.
9. S. (27:06) What does it really mean in our ten to work mindlessly? How do we come to work mindlessly?
R. Mindlessly means above the mind that you don’t take into account whatever the mind brings you as evidence, proof, or arguement, all kinds of facts, that’s considered without a mind an intellect, you cannot cut off your mind unless this would already be actions that the wisdom of Kabbalah does not demand does not require God forbid, but to work without a mind. Mindlessly, means that I work with my mind and above my mind, according to my corporeal mind I should have done this and that and according to the spiritual calculation above the corporeal mind I work in an opposite manner, this is called mindlessly.
10. S. (28:41) How can it be that we understand before we do. Why does it prevent us from attaining what we should attain? The question is how the understanding that precedes the feelings prevents us from reaching attainment?
R. Because we don’t have the mind for spiritual discernments, we’re like a baby each time and every moment after he’s born, this is as it is written it should be as in new in your eyes, so we’re like a baby when it is born, what does it understand, nothing, what does it feel. Also it cannot process whatever it feels it doesn’t hear, doesn’t see, and it doesn’t have tastes, so this is precisely as we see it with babies, this is how we are on each and every degree. If in our world we have an intellect and an emotion we can be wiser or not so wise but in the upper world every upper degree is completely new and a person is in it as though he was born, born anew and he doesn’t know how to use the new state what to do truly like a baby. This is why that’s how we need to connect once again in every new state to connect once more into a ten, a circle and again to see what do we have in common between us, what’s new in our circle this new circle and how can we understand it, feel it, advance with it and this is our work each and every time.
11. S. (31:44) So how come when we gather we discover that inside our connection how does it happen?
R. Of course, the entire connection is made by the Creator however He wants that from will come the deficiency for the connection, this is what I can say, so we have to reveal this deficiency not the connection itself as much as the deficiency for it because in the depth of the deficiency this is how the connection will be later revealed and the light that is inside this connection and et cetera.
12. S. (32:37) How to read the hearts of the friends or how to understand the heart of the friends?
R. How to read the heart of the friends. I can do it to the extent that I annul my heart and I want to be as it is written, that my heart should be as dust to all, in that way if I surrender with my heart towards the friends then I can read what is happening inside their hearts and be together with them.
13. S. (33:42) How will we feel the lack of love and lack of demand as a need. How can we do that redirection?
R. Out of envy, lust and honor. When you look at the friends and you recognize, sometimes you recognize, how much they are closer to each other and you get envy, how come you’re not with them like that, out of that you advance, this is why as much as possible try to see the friends how much they are connected and yourself that you are on the side not quite with them as much as they are between them and then the envy will bring you to connection, it will obligate you, force you to connect, this is clear, good.
14. S. (34:54) I heard you saying that the connection is the Creator so the question is, is the property of the system we create through our connection the Creator or is that a misunderstanding?
R. Of course this is called you have made Me. Certainly we establish between us we produce between us we build between us the qualities of the Creator and before that the Creator does not exist, the upper force exists in an abstract way and we actually bring Him closer, restore Him between us, implement Him between us, we build Him, truly so. It’s like children who build some structure some building in a sandbox. This is how we are to build the Creator, from all kinds of elements that myself and the friends find in the connection between us and out of that we compose and build His image we make this statue, yes, this is something very interesting and very challenging I would say.
15. S. (36:50) Every person, even the most physical one has some feeling of connection with the Upper force. We also have this sensation of an individual feeling let's say of the Creator even without relation to the ten. What to do with this feeling, does it remain or should I remove this individual feeling completely and only have a feeling through the ten?
R. Correct you are right. The feeling of the Creator we have now should be replaced by the feeling of the Upper force we have between us and connects us and gradually it will happen then we will understand that previously we lived in a lie and now we are advancing towards the truth.
16. S. (37:59) When you describe the process where we begin to gather then out of the gathering we have new feelings. When I compare what is happening in the ten through the last three years we also went through similar processes and now see that there is some kind of a new stage when the friends physically gathe, we also live in the same cities. I would like to understand what do we have ahead of us in this stage and how to work with it, because we already have some format of the earlier works, how can we adapt ourselves and what should we expect, as there is some concern towards that?
R. I can say only one thing, we will come closer and closer and each day we are learning about the laws of the connection, the modes of connection. We will begin to understand how much this is related to us we will start to see these things in the connection between us where we have such connections that we can already approach them with the understanding of the restriction between us.
The restrictions and the screen and reflected light, this is the assembly of the vessel. We need to begin to feel within the connection between us in the ten, this is called assembling the soul and we need connection for that. Now this connection, we might be able to attain it with our physical connection let’s say when we gather at one place physically, and it is possible that no. Because you can see the conditions the Creator is arranging for us, we might be outside of one place and we will be as one one man in one heart. We will try with these internet connections between will give us that feeling of connection, at least as corporeal connections,we will see. The Creator has arranged this modern world for us this way and it is possible that this will fit our efforts to connect more. We will check it on ourselves, I can’t say.
17. S. (41:07) I hear that everything is clarified in the thought and here it is the opposite, we shall do and we shall hear. We know that a prayer without an intention is not ok, so what about actions without an intention how can they be ok?
R. If you do not have an intention and you do not have the correct mind to think of spirituality in the right way, if you do not have the correct intention what should I do? The intention is everything, the desire remains the same desire more or less to receive to bestow, it does not matter, the more important thing is the intention. It determines the quality of the action,how we use the desire, so we have no choice but to advance only in this way. Where we perform various actions in order to reach the right intention and the intention has to be outside of me towards the friends to the Creator.
18. S. (42:26) What should we do when he is advises that we have no pure heart, all his thoughts and all his actions are for egoistic purposes. Should he pray, should he go to his ten to talk about it?
R. First of all recognize that this is correct and give gratitude for this to the Creator who is showing the person how much he is still not corrected. Because nevertheless this connection is an upper force. Although the goal is completely unholy, not qualified, but nevertheless what exists between them is the upper force and seemingly the Creator is helping them because they connect, but they connect in order to steal. Ok but for the time being they connect and they succeed, the degree of the connection between them, so we need to pay attention to connection in all kinds and all modes of connection have to exist in our world in this generation in anything, in anything. Do not move apart, do not break the connections only connections connections and connections. This is what we need and accordingly we will advance towards the end of correction.
S. What is in the connection between us actually build the intention in the right direction towards the Creator?
R. The connection between us whether corporeal or spiritual, half spiritual, quarter spiritual it doesn't matter. Each time when we overcomes and moves to stronger connection both in quantity and quality He brings us back to the correction to the vessel of Adam HaRishon. We do not need anything more than that, we need to hold before you two forms, one is the broken form and the other form is where we are all connected to one circle, into a one system and move from one to the other and this is what humanity needs to do and this has to exist specifically in our generation, so please try to understand it and keep it.
20. (47:24) Should we purify our heart more each time in order to reach a greater connection in order to bestow contentment to the Creator?
R. Yes of course each time more and more. It shall be as new in your eyes, a new person, a new desire, a new correction.
21. S. (47:52) There is a feeling that I cannot live without my friends, is this love towards them, how do I achieve such a feeling?
R. It’s an egoistic feeling where the person feels that he cannot reach spirituality without them and to attain spirituality. It's like those criminals who join a gang to rob a bank and they understand that they cannot do without each other. Each brings his own style and skill and they have to participate in the heist. Similarly we need to break into the King's Palace and enter the palace of the Creator and this is how we advance, so we need one another. We still do not understand how much we need each other but at least from what we learn from the upper systems, it says ten not nine, ten not eleven,without it is not possible.
22. S. (49:10) There is a friend that I truly hate so much so that I myself do not even understand why I cannot do anything about this feeling. All the texts annoy me and all the workshops seem like we are pretending, what can I do about it and how can I awaken against it?
R. This friend is representing for you for the time being the end of correction. You need to see yourself right now and your love to him and it should be like two ends on the path, or the trail you are walking through. You have to try as much as possible, maybe through all kinds of twists and turns but you nevertheless have to reach a state where you have nothing to criticize, only love. That you shall truly merit the state where everything in him you will love, it will come.
23. S. (50:17) About what you said in the preparation you related to the fact that the person should reach a state where he gives up on everything. The friends are saying this could be very extreme actions of friends and doing very extreme actions and indeed they give up on everything. These examples are not awakening me, so how can I reach a state where I overcome and give up on everything. What does it mean by conceding everything?
R. To give up everything does not mean that I have to give up the millions of dollars I have in the bank or a few mansions or a few yachts or all kinds of other things and I don’t know what. Everything means that I do not appreciate and value these things relative to spirituality. It does not mean that I give away my money and my possessions and I give up and I remain like a homeless person on the bench in the park, asking alms for money, no. A person should sustain himself and not that he needs help from aside and you should not let himself fall into the hands of the friends financially. It is like in the group where a person is sick, God forbid but he should not fall into the hands of the friends and become a burden, no. On the contrary he needs to try and help everyone and not receive from everyone and that is how it should be.
S. If I understand correctly it means that the concession is only in internal terms of life and family and we do not have to make any changes?
R. Correct.
24. S. (52:40) How can I know that I did everything I can to ask for correction?
R. I don't know how to answer, how to know, you should answer not me. I am asking all the time like for the most important thing in life, when you ask for connection in the group this means that I am truly praying for the group.
25. S. (53:12) Why do we need to persuade the Creator to connect between us, is it not enough to ask Him?
R. We need to ask and the Creator accordingly will connect us. What is the question then?
S. You said we need to persuade the Creator, why do we have to force Him?
R. This is called the correct request when I convince The Creator who seemingly does not want and you see that he does not want to give us the desire to connect from the get-go, the desire to bring us back to Adam HaRishon, this is the purpose of our correction. We turn to Him and we demand and turn to him seemingly against our desire and we ask and we have to convince Him. Nevertheless he would leave the side of judgment and turn to the side of Mercy. This is what we need and when we ask Him and we gradually attain it.
26. S. (54:50) How to make our ego enjoy connection and unity?
R. We cannot make our ego enjoy connection and unity because our ego is always going to be against it. No matter how much we advance it will become even more against it. We have to ask the Creator the force to overcome, this is called the restriction, screen and reflected light. And after it shines to us these forces of connection and bestowal then we will study TES, the Study of the Ten Sefirot and it will become clear to us what it means by each and every action and will see in every action it will become a spiritual action not simply mechanics.
This is what I am expecting and let's hope that we can start to study in such a way. It turns out that we have to ask only for connection, restriction, screen and reflected light and the will to receive of each and everyone will bring us to mutual bestowal one towards the others. And together between us there is another action when we connect and combine these actions, and this is called from the love of the created being to the love of the Creator. We need to reach a state where we come to love of friends and from love of friends we rise to the love of the Creator, specifically in this way. This is the order and we do not need anymore. In this we attain everything and there are 125 degrees, five worlds, five Partzufim, five Sefirot, 5x5x5 is 125 from here to the end of correction and everything is ready for us.
27. S. (57:16) How to awaken the friends to mutual love?
R. Through examples only through examples, set an example because then we are setting an example constantly clearly even in an exaggerated manner that we need to love on another.
28. S. (57:48) What does it mean to do things mindlessly and how to do that?
R. The Creator arranges them each time this way so that I have no choice and I have to accept it because the Creator is showing me the same character to which I need to connect with my heart and soul. Then I look at my friends and I see each one that there is something that repels me, something is disgusting to me, I cannot agree with them, I cannot overcome this repulsion but nevertheless this is what is before me. It’s not like the method is to move from one group to another run group and in that same place where you are, this is where you need to decide the connection, only the work will bring us to a state where we connect.
29. S. (59:37) What does it mean that we are supposed to hear?
R. To hear means that we begin to open our ears to the degree of Bina and on the degree of Bina we begin to feel the actions of the Creator, the actions of the Creator, the actions of bestowal because the force of bestowal is born in us, so we are in the same wave is as Him. This is the meaning of we shall do and we shall hear first the doing and through the doing we reach the hearing through Malchut we get to Bina.
30. S. (01:00:25) The mind understands that we need to connect but the heart does not agree, what do we do?
R. The mind does understand the heart does not feel. That's very similar to when we love someone or something, so sometimes we have to convince ourselves that we have to love him or love this food or something, it doesn't matter, it's true, what do we do, we pray. We ask the Creator to give us a connection all the way up to love to that friend.
31. S. (01:01:20) If distancing is revealed from the society, not from the ten but from the community how should I relate to it?
R. We have to add some work there as well, also some exertion, we have to add.

We've been together for a long time and we have loved effortlessly and we are happy to be together and support each other in everything. How can I reach such an experience of Love towards my ten?
R. I don't know but you need to take care of it, maybe the women in Hebrew 1 maybe you should be a ten, there are many more, you are 14 now, I don't know. R. Do all kinds of actions so that the pain will let go of you and you'll be left only with the internal spiritual pain, try different actions and you'll see how they are connected.

R. Also of course, our question to the Creators should be like a prayer from beginning to end that includes all of our states from what we're trying to attain and how we hope to attain it. All of those things must be, must have a complete explanation inside of us. Of course the Creator doesn't need our words when we move the air around, rather we need to be connected to Him as much as possible.

(01:06:24) During the day when on the meetings with the ten we have other meetings with other tens and the conditions of our lives in our reality looks like there are people who have all the time in the world and there are people like me who don't have time in the world. I feel that I am tired of all the excuses and justifications, so how to relate to the shame that I feel if this is what the Creator is sending me and these are my circumstances and I have no way to overcome them?
R. You have to share this with the friends and ask them to help you, it's very simple. What is happening with someone who has no strength, no forces, he's got friends to help him, that's very important and it advances us.
38. S. (01:07:50) I don't feel the connection between us but rather the hatred, I am going above the logic but it really takes a lot of power to go above logic. Where do I get the power if I don't feel the connection?
R. We need to extract certain excerpts from the Zohar where it speaks about the students of Rabbi Shimon who is in the spiritual World already in the spiritual levels, how much they were immersed in hate, sometimes never ending. R. No it will not come to you just like that only as a result of the reforming light when you demand and you ask for it and you go towards it,you beg, beg to your parents and then the correction will come. R. I can’t give you answers in every instance that you encounter in life. R. Yes we can say that partially but yes we can say that.

R. It is written that the body surrenders to holiness.It is all of man's desires are organized around the right intention to bestow, that’s called all his bodies, because the desire of man in his body. Man’s desire is in the heart, if the heart follows bestowal then it is considered a pure heart and the person accordingly.

R. The voice of the Creator is what a person receives from the Creator. What comes to your mind, to your heart and you feel a flavor that was not there a minute ago. That is called the voice of the Creator.
46. S. (01:18:57) What is the difference between holiness and Shechina?
R. The Divinity is a collection of all the souls together, Kedusha is a quality that the souls have when they're all connected. Meaning that's the vessel, the Shechina as much as the broken souls connected together. They establish the Shechina and the bestowal, the sanctity in it is their quality.
47. S. (01:18:57) About the voice of the Creator we know There's None Else Besides Him so the voice of the Creator that's every moment, but on the other hand it's clear from this excerpt that there is a moment or special moments that the voice of the Creator that I here, how to accept that?
R. I can't really talk about it in the meantime, because the voice of the Creator is a special degree when a person already hears his inner voice and identifies that it comes to him from the Creator. Otherwise there can be all kinds of divergence in the mind and heart God forbid. All kinds of mentally ill people can start talking that they hear voices excetera. The voice of the Creator is inside when inside a person an inner force awakens into bestowal. That is considered the voice of the Creator.
48. S. (01:21:28) The voice of the Creator, can we train the point in the heart, can we annul between all friends, and then when you annul before the center of the ten, so you hear the Rav's voice?
R. No, I don't think you should hear my voice. You should hear the voice of the group. There is a spiritual force in that and then you can hear the voice of the Creator but it's still on the way we haven't reached it yet.

R. God forbid this is completely wrong.

S. When a friend moves away that is trying not to connect with us so how do we overcome the ego and ask for help from the friends?
R. You're asking how he is far, how can he turn to the friends and ask for help?
S. Yes, yes.
R. How can you do that, sometimes you cannot. I remember myself also in the situation with no strength to turn to them, there's not enough reason, there is shame maybe, a feeling of being far away it works on itself it's a problem, it's a problem. How to advance in the connection with the friends when I'm in a descent because if I leave them I distance myself from them and here I have to do the opposite action. Become closer to beg to bend myself it's a problem, what to do? Here it really helps in states as usual, just as in states where we can’t overcome them.
A habit really helps, what is a habit, say once a week we connect and we clean ourselves from everything that is wrong in the relations between us. Maybe no one can do it, the group can't do it but if we come and we do it together maybe we can also pour our hearts to the group, try to do that. Try to do something like that so you won't go through states that you're not scrutinizing, when you're hiding something and you're just waiting for it to pass.
53. S. (01:32:16) Lately we're speaking about connection but these relationships between us and the friend and relationship to the teacher keeps coming up, is that word relationship, is it something emotional, what is this, all these relationships?
R. That's the main thing that is the gist. The Creator broke the vessel of Adam HaRishhon for us to connect between us and place the relations between us in the height of the final correction, there's nothing else to do here. I understand you, if you are living in our world in our life, the relationships are scrutinized according to the need, sometimes more sometimes less as much as possible. However, in the Wisdom of Kabbalah you have to scrutinize that, that's why I'm saying it's best if you connect once a week to unload ourselves, to clean ourselves from all the shells of the alien thoughts and start the connection anew.
54. S. (01:34:04) I wanted to ask about this meeting you said, what should happen in it, what does it mean that we are relieving ourselves?
R. This means that if I have something against the group or the friends, we have a special time that we gather and we can talk about it, and we're preparing ourselves to talk in a way that it will help us advance, it will not ruin the relationship between us. It can ruin the relations for the sake of advancement in order to connect. We have to scrutinize that because we have to clean everything that can stand between us as waste if it doesn't let us connect.
S. How do you do it because let's say I come to such a meeting and I start spilling all my criticisms towards the friend?
R. No of course not, I didn't talk about this before but what we're talking about here is a subtle action where we ourselves are trying to dig the ground we're all standing on and see what we need to do in order to advance. Meaning it's an action of advancement on our behalf not only from above, as it is written I awaken the dawn, rather than the dawn awakens me. Dawn comes from the word black, and darkness comes before dawn, there is a greater darkness during the night so this is how we should see ourselves. Just as King David says ‘I awaken the dawn’ I am not afraid from the dark, on the contrary I come as strong and as intense as possible and I will correct my relationship to it.
55. S. (01:36:45) About quality and quantity of happiness and confidence even if it's really small in our inner connection, even one or two friends. In the feeling in a purposeful way it's as if much more than let's say everything that accumulated from the studies throughout the years. Such a feeling of awareness is that something we should speak about between us or is that something that each one with himself on his own?
R. You can talk about that also, about positive things you can also talk and even a little bit about negative ones under the condition that you also correct them on the spot.
55. S. (01:37:48) What holds a person in patience during the darkness?
R. That it comes from the Creator and all in all he doesn't discover anything new and everything fills your soul. All you are discovering now is how dark is the place your soul is in and you have to try and bring the light that reforms to it. If the Creator shows you the darkness it's a sign that you can bring light to the soul and then the darkness will illuminate just as light.
S. How to be patient on one hand for this whole process of darkness and on the other hand be in a demand?
R. Only through the integration in the group, in one person you cannot have two opposite things and in general both darkness and light and the impression of both, it's only through the integration in the friends. Each one is in a different world and in a different state and then in the connection between you, you can connect to even opposite states.
