37. R. Indeed, it is not a simple question. The Creator created the created beings and an environment in which they exist in this environment. As we feel ourselves as existing in this world, we feel that together with us in this world are created beings which are all like the still, the whole universe. We don't understand it whether we feel it or not. There's a vegetative on planet Earth and perhaps on other places in the universe, too; the animate, which also exists next to us, and perhaps also elsewhere in the universe. On the speaking level are we and who knows, maybe there are other types that could be attributed, related to the speaking species, it’s unknown. They all exist according to certain rules, certain laws that the Creator, the common force of nature, the upper Force, God (in Gematria, equal to Nature), it determined. So the question is why are there, here, in the laws that we exist in, in the system; why is there something that extends the law that goes beyond the law, that there is something that can be good or bad, maybe it is maybe it is not, it is working not in a clear way as it should be in nature. It is as if there is this white spot here, where things can be this way or that way and there are doubts, good, bad...Why is it built like that? It is unclear. We learn that the Creator created it on purpose, creating this unknown spot, a blurry white spot that is unknown that we exist within so that we would want, with all of the means at our disposal, that He gave us so that we, by ourselves, will build the conditions, the country, the society, the world, the Galaxy, the way He would have created but left it for us, seemingly. So, we have to learn what qualities He gave us. What qualities He didn’t give us? Precisely by the qualities not given to us and He did give us, by them we will be able to look for what the Creator means. What He wants, what is missing in order to complement creation, instead of Him, where we complete creation. In this way we can come to a state where the Creator begins creation, and we compliment and complete creation. By this, we attain completely his desire, his ability, the forces that operate, the system that needs to, in short everything. It is interesting how he made it, a part of creation emerged, and a part didn't. It emerges in such a way that we can use all of the parts that he designed for us and says use it, in order to make creation and complete it in the most solid, complete, internal way. This is what we have to do and that complementing, haShlemah, from that comes the word Shalom, Peace, completeness is the name of the Creator it comes from that word: completion. Which is why this article is called by this name. Therefore, in our world specifically we are operated not by forces that are clear to us. There is this still, vegetative, and animate and in them everything runs by instinct, everything is clear, there are no questions. There is bad there is good, this way or that way, but we have something in between, it is unclear what is good or what is bad, it's not this, it's not that. This is why we are in constant doubt, questions, uncertainty and blurriness. This is what Baal HaSulam wants to explain to us in this article, Peace in the World.

I have to rather check what I do only from the perspective of how best to do my job, I don't ask anything beyond that, otherwise it won't be in order to bestow.
S. When will it end, when can we start seeing signs?
R. I don't want to see signs, it would be a reward.
S. Signs are a reward?

R. You don't need to see the end, I want to get up this way, to the end of days, an infinite number of years and days just like that I want to start from 0 to infinite greatness of the Creator and nothing else.
S. Without correcting the world ?

R. Right now you said it correctly. It depends on Him. Therefore each and everyone at the time when he should, he finds the method and begins to work according to this method. As it happened with you for example. It is the same for everyone.
S. What about the other 8 billion?
R. It is not time yet the corruption hasn't fully materialized but you will see it will happen and everyone will wake up as Baal HaSulam writes in his prophecy. This little one will be great and they will all rise and they will all reach that same recognition and awareness of the greatness of the Creator like everyone. As it is written, “They should all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.” This is what we are beginning to build now. This system that we, you, I, everyone, we have to pull all of humanity to the Creator and bring everyone to Him so that we will all embrace Him and unite with Him without any differences between us and him.
S. So we are expecting this huge state for everybody?
R. We're not waiting, we are doing it, it depends upon you and me, on us. We will do it.
43. S. (23:15) Nature around us is all in bestowal it was given to us so that we can learn something from nature around us?
R. Yes, how the still vegetative and animate work instinctively and how we, who should reach the degree of Truth and now we will learn it is not that simple to reach the degree of Truth but through preliminary other forms. We come to the degree of Truth and sustain it or keep it with faith just as the still, vegetative and animate keep it instinctively.
44. S. (24:09) You said that we work in order to awaken the world through dissemination?
R. Yes.
S. But do we need to be cautious to make certain we won't make a mistake that we don't harm, we're not professionals. Maybe our deeds and actions can harm and dissemination to the public?
R. No, we can't make mistakes, we just continue the way Baal HaSulam and Rabash write to go as we go and even though it seems like you're making a mistake you're not. In retrospect you will see the Creator made you make this mistake because by your mistake you also corrected something, revealed something that was broken and this is how it happens. Don't worry if we go together the Creator watches over each and every one of us and over the whole system and reveals to us each day a little more and a little more of how we should advance. I feel it on myself that I am not doing what I want, but that it is dictated to me from Above and that is how I work, that is what I do. I get up, I come to the lesson I have nothing of myself, I feel that this is how I am being directed and that’s it and I am just obligated.
45. S. (25:54) You say we have to start from scratch each time. How do we begin from scratch if he didn't have anything to begin with?
R. Ideally you should get up in the morning and see that you have nothing, not the Creator and not the wisdom of Kabbalah, not the group. The alarm clock goes off, what do I need to do and why do I need to do it, what do I get out of it, how come? What am I going crazy, what is happening here? That Godly system that created me this way requires me to be precisely in my place of work within the common vessel, to be there in my place and do my duty and not more.

R. No, not at all you have the freedom of choice, you have it all just your general destiny you don't determine that. That is determined by the root of your soul but it is understood because if it is a general system entirely and it is clear and discreet everything is in the right place, so how can it be that you are just wondering according to your spirits, no. You have to do and it is for your own good, you have to do or fulfill your destiny in your state and also in your destined time.
48. S. (30:12) This whole concept of competition that forces you to develop according to your environment, how does it work if you are only working towards yourself according to your ability? What is the role of the environment in aiding to extend one’s personal abilities?
R. The environment is also in the hands of the Creator, everything is, we just have to try and subdue ourselves.
S. Those people who work in society, if they examine what they receive is only according to what they are, they will have no motivation to grow and develop because they are weaker than others but they have to achieve more. We are living in a competitive world that forces us to move because we see that others are getting more than we are, and if I don't feel it then I get according to my abilities and it is enough, I'm not advancing, I don't force myself to extend my own limits.
R. That is the whole point. Why does Baal HaSulam write this article, how can we determine to ourselves a system of relationships, such a corporeal society that can give each and every one a place to implement themselves in corporeality, and in spirituality. That it will all be one whole, that is what he writes about. It is a Divine part from above because the Creator is above all creation than that same part of the Creator that is in me puts me above all humans in such a way and all of creation. There's a lot of questions from here, is this good or is it bad, should I do something about it, maybe that is the only point in me from the Creator?

52. R. I really hope that you will read this in every opportunity you have, to read it a few more times, this part of the article Peace In The World. There is a lot of material here that we need to take and stretch and pull in all directions and speak about it a lot. And the whole system if it can exist correctly, so it has to exist as if only one force is activating it. Like in the still vegetative and animal, then there is no problem it doesn't make mistakes. You can't say that a beast makes mistakes. As for man you can say that he constantly makes mistakes and every time he learns a bit from it, but it is nothing for its next step. The next step he falls again and makes another mistake, and again. Meaning what he did in the past he corrected it by falling and rising, falling and getting up. But for the next time he has to fall again and get up again. It is written about that, one thousand times a righteous will fall and get up. If so, how can we, that we are billions that fall and rise, again and again, how can we connect between us in such a system, such a reality that is whole. How can we even ask about such a thing about an ability, and opportunity, there is no such thing. This is actually our state, and you understand as much as success is impossible, everything was sold in advance. What will be, that is what you're asking about? That by the quality of Truth you can't rule the world because we don't have that truth, everyone has his own truth and it contradicts the truth of everyone else. To such an extent that we will connect and be at love to one another that each one will serve the others. Here is where we still have to check, how do we build such a system from the Creator. From nature this doesn't come, on the contrary it is all a mess we are in a state where each one can only kill the others and has no attitude towards the other but only as an enemy. How can we, instead of this, reach a state that we love each other? That each one is willing to die for the other, to connect to such a state that we complete each other. That, we still need to see how the Creator prepares such a correction. That we start to implement it we start understanding as much as these things are huge. Completely.
54. S. (45:31) The Creator is a system that is built already and it makes its own calculations, on one hand. On the other hand, and we see that there are friends who leave the group, maybe even harder examples from the outside world where the system, the general system brings people into drugs, suicide. We know that the system is good and does good but it manifests in different ways in people. So who gets access to the system, only those who study Kabbalah or it depends on the root of the Soul?
R. It depends on the root of the Soul. Each one will gradually reach the realization of the root of his soul and it all exists in the system and the system determines everything. As he says, the Creator puts the angel before a person with a certain letter and if that letter doesn't settle in, so he changes it. Anyway, It does not depend upon us. What does depend upon us is if we come to a group and we have the freedom of choice. So in what is our freedom of choice as Baal HaSulam explains in the article The Freedom, only in that. So don't run to all kinds of places to try and see what I can change, you can only change in what belongs to your freedom of choice, only.
55. S. (47:39) To ask about the term truth that Baal HaSulam uses?
R. I will tell you in one word what truth is: instinct. Still, vegetative and animate exist according to their instincts. This is why they do not make mistakes. A man does not have instincts, meaning an inner impulse that directs him correctly, that is why he is always in a question.
S. So, instinct, basically, is satisfaction in the will to receive? That's what I want and if I get it is good, if I don’t get it it is not good?
R. Correct. Sometimes we see that it also happens to the animals. Let's say that they are sick we see what happened to the cat, why can’t it jump, did it made a mistake, is it because it's sick, but actually, the instincts in the still vegetative and animate: that is what they have instead of the truth, for them the truth is an instinct that directs them correctly.
S. For a long time I didn't understand what he's talking about, because in our world, in our terms, truth is a fact as it is, someone tells me something and if it is as he said and I say it's true and if it's not as he says I say it's a lie.
R. Here, you are speaking about the laws of nature, not what you think, or someone else. These are the laws of nature. We don't know how to determine our actions because we don't see the law, that law doesn't work in us. If this law would work in us so I would call it an instinct, and from not having an instinct, I am in a lack, everything is vague and I do whatever I want or what I hear from others, that is why I am constantly in mistakes.
56. S. (50:30) Today politicians have the power and the public wants to be a part of them, in the future will Kabbalists rule or will Kabbalists direct?
R. In the future the whole nation will be in control, will be the leaders, because they will feel that only the Upper Force that the nation as a group invites the Creator to be revealed in them, that is how the Nation will be in control. In short the Creator will be in control under the conditions that the lower ones invite him to rule over all. That He will be the King.
57. S. (51:36) Not everyone has the same forces and ability, we won't be required to do the same efforts or works, so will everyone have to go through the path and become Kabbalists?
R. In somewhat yes, but not in the way like we are because we have to know the whole system and include all and pull the Creator in there and organize it so it will be like one ten, this is us called Yashar Kel, Israel, the rest will join into us and upon them the same forces of the Creator will be in control of the law of equality, equivalence of form, of bestowal, love that will control everybody but they won't need to implement it in such a way like we, they will just go in there and do it. It will be easier because they can't according to the root of their soul do the difficult work like we do it all depends upon the root of the soul but in the end the Creator covers all and fills all and expands all equally.
58. S. (53:14) How do we tell the outside world about the just society of the future?
R. We have to know how to tell it, go into our system, learn and there are people also that teach how to do this.
59. S. (53:39) Baal HaSulam probably wrote this for the general public, not for his closest disciples?
R. Let us say so.
S. Among your students, what obligation do your students have to convey and explain to the world?
R. We will learn this whole article, we will speak about it, how we can process this to the general public. Obviously this is not enough as here he is speaking in a very concrete way and for the general public you have to mix it up and divide it into many portions and then to learn how to convey it to them.
