That is all we need. It is better if we do it this way without immersing ourselves and all kinds of spiritual phenomena and then a person is at war and this war symbolizes. Hanukkah symbolizes it which is entirely in darkness and in the end how do we come to the right result from the war by coming to a state where a person feels that he is under the control of the Greeks meaning his will to receive controls him absolutely he has no choice of emerging, of succeeding, because the Creator created him this way. Then a person searches within him, is there anything within me, he finds this tiny shred of connection with the Creator and then he yells help to the Creator and the Creator who connects to the person to pull him out of the aim to receive, out of the ego this is called lighting a candle for him. Then a person gradually emerges from this darkness to the light and lights up this candle, this connection with the Creator there is nothing more than that but because what he lit up is connected to the Creator and the Creator is eternal, this candle burns on and on and on and the oil doesn't end. This way a person comes out of the intention to receive, to the aim to bestow and attains Hanukkah, the degree of Bina - to bestow in order to bestow.

57. S. (06:26) Can you advise us what the spirit has to be for today's Yeshivat Haverim taking into consideration it is right after such a congress and the spirit of Hanukkah?

R. Beautiful, thank you for asking the question. Yeshivat Haverim, assembly of friends, should be simple, we have connection with the Creator that we didn't have before, let us maintain and keep that connection to constantly keep it burning, that then out of this tiny connection, this tiny candle that we can develop a very great light, increasingly more until we come to receive in order to bestow, until we come to the end of correction because Hanukkah is only midway. Let us feel that we are in this midway and we only have to maintain the connection that we have attained at the Congress to develop it more, not stopping, if we stop it is death, we only need to keep going. Now we have a stop to rearrange ourselves and think how we are now attacking our ego and we are going for greater and greater connection, each one must feel that he has the power to rise above his ego and now he can begin to unite about his ego and above the friends ego, each one above their ego this is called above all of the crimes, my crimes and his crimes, love will cover it, the connection.
