Baal HaSulam - The Last Generation (Introduction to the Writings of the Last Generation)
1. R. (00:15) Right, we want to go through specific excerpts not the whole thing because it's a full book. We need it now in order to establish our advancement more correctly, so let's hear what the reader reads for us.

2. R. (02:35) In other words we will see what this state of the world is. As he writes, we have come to a state that is very bad and could get even worse but for now it is already enough for us to determine that the situation is not very good and could get worse. This is a very important point, that 5, 10 years ago if you spoke to people, they would tell you to leave us alone, that’s not the case. Today, everyone’s beginning to feel that we are in a free for all, no one can stop it, no one can control, the whole of humanity from the rich and the greatest and the smartest and the strongest to the most miserable people, poorest people, everyone is declining, what do you do. Those people that are connected to the purpose of creation to the purpose of life who have knowledge by which force, by which method they can stop the deterioration of the world and even raise it from the state where the world is to the highest level, to the best possible state. There is a group of pioneers who are called straight to the Creator and this group should, itself test all the states as it does and as he writes, that there is a group that found the opening to come out of the bad and reach the good. That's why this group is approaching the rest of humanity and says, we've got it, we know what to do with this terrible state, come and listen to what we found and let's implement it together.
3. S. (04:50) When I hear talking about this horn, I think about people who are doing these actions and they stop and turn around and the question is, what is the symbol of the frequency of these people that stops people from doing what they're doing?
R. This horn is when we cry out on every media outlet, in every direction towards humanity that we have a method by which to rise above all the troubles and not destroy ourselves, very simple. We've got only one thing ahead of us if we continue as we are we will come to a state where there will be no life on earth There is another way, we can develop ourselves to a state where we rise above all the limitations both corporeally and in anything, but for this we have to listen to what is written, that our ego requires treatment that we need to rise above it and then we truly win big time.
4. S. (07:22) Humanity’s ability to hear is only out of distress?
R. Of course, just like you, only out of a desire that has a sense of deficiency, only out of this are we willing to open up our senses and receive anything from the outside. We are willing to receive from the outside what is good for us but what limits us, what obligates us we can’t open ourselves up to it unless we feel it is necessary.
5. S. (08:07) They say about men that they can focus on one goal at the time and it is apparent that the split between the work internally in the ten working towards the world, to blow the great horn. How do we come inside in this?
R. Each ten should feel that it has a purpose to realize itself by crying out to the whole world because 10 isn't intended on correcting itself, but to be a connector a conduit a conveyor as Baal HaSulam explains in the “Mutual Guarantee” article, that we need to be a conduit from the Creator to all of the humanity.
6. S. (09:11) It says here in an allegory, two friends are lost in the desert. Both are hungry and thirsty, but we don't feel hungry and thirsty or in the desert so how do we get to that point?
R. Fine then don’t read it, it's not for you.
S. But Baal HaSulam wrote it.
R. Yes, but he didn’t write for you, you're out of it.
S. But what did he mean?
R. He means what he wrote.

8. R. (11:44) In other words we can learn from the past and we can learn from the present, it all depends on how much we want to learn, who is wise one who knows a lot. Wise is one who sees the future, what's ahead of him and in advance can picture, can detect what is approaching and according to this he acquires the wisdom so that only the right things will happen and perhaps it might not be very pleasant, or good but they are correct. That the future will be good in its essence and not necessarily according to its present feeling, we are advancing on the way. If I want to be in a good future, I have to depict myself in the future state and what quality and in what states would it be and then what good will be for me, what it will be for me and I have to yearn for this.
9. S. (13:12) Therefore it's very easy to find all the future corrections which are destined to come from the perfect world, so what is easy about this?
R. We are learning the wisdom of Kabbalah specifically from above downwards, so it will help us rise from below upwards and it will be clear to us and this is why the preface is suitable for what we are learning here.
S. How does it help us though, what we learn from above downwards how does it help us do these actions?
R. We are learning about the lights, vessels and the connection between them and how we can influence the lights so they will correct our vessels and fill the vessels. As a result, we will acquire new feelings and understandings and that way, we will rise from state to state.
S. We hear that advancements are only through connection so what does it mean?
R. No way, no way, through connection we want to diminish the will to receive in order to receive and increase a desire in order to bestow and of course our actions do nothing but by this we begin to ask, to raise MAN and we receive from above the power of connection and the power of connection establishes correctly in a higher position and allows us to receive the revelation of the Creator.
S. How does the knowledge of the system help, you said that it's very easy?
R. The knowledge of the system helps because I know where I am, how I have to operate. I have to position myself, establish myself.
S. But I don’t know where I am, the spiritual worlds are hidden to us?
R. You don't need them. When you need them, you will discover them. Now for the time being it can only harm you. This is why there is a system of screens that conceal the upper force from you, the whole of the upper system, so as not to confuse you, just like a baby. What does it detect in its life? Whatever is near it. So be a proper baby and you will succeed.
10. S (15:55) More than 20 years you were telling humanity the future states in a very accurate way, it seems to be a phenomenon where it’s not heard or what's going on?
R. They're waiting for you to come and join me, and other people, all the friends you are seeing. And then we will have the power, also from the connection between us, and the world will listen. And if it doesn’t listen, then a few more blows. We will hear after the next virus or other things. You’ll see what will happen.
S. What's missing now, a group that will save humanity?
R. What's missing is troubles, but we need to work even before the troubles come, as much as possible. But the truth is that humanity only needs a blow.
11. S. (17:13) Did I understand correctly that there is a special power in dissemination in the ten if the ten does it together?
R. Yes, there is a special force, for sure.
S. How is it possible to use it practically?
R. Speak among yourselves and see how they do it.

(19:04) They're talking about the human species not a cow or a dog or something, but the evolution, where they still cannot see the future but are in the same place where they were created, and they can continue this way without ascending. This is called an animate or a beastly development. This is why it’s written about people that they are all like beasts because they are willing to exist in this way, to accept the world the way it is without changing and without changing the world.

13. R. (20:19) Even though he wants to develop and acquire the whole world, to fly among the stars etc. it is still considered a person in this world who has no exit above the beastly level. Because he’s not acquiring new qualities that are above what he was born with. And therefore of course he has got more than a beast, and he is developing, but he’s developing within these same qualities.

14. R. (21:59) A beautiful situation is what he writes (Baal HaSulam). As if he's living with us today and not 100 years ago.
15. S. (22:10) Can I ask a question about preparation for the Congress? It is a beautiful time for the World Kli now we have started preparation. Everybody is trying to get involved. The question is why every ten needs to participate in Congress preparation?
R. (22:41) First of all, our whole tendency, any tendency we have for connection is good. It draws reforming light, especially on those people meaning on the ten that awakens the light. And through it these light spreads over everyone so each ten should be interested specifically in circulating the message of the congress, to take upon itself some duty relating to the congress, and in this way, it can improve its spiritual state. Because then the reforming light will pass through it to others and by this it will rise. So, it is desirable for any 10.
S. (23:58) Also our congress’ name is entering Ibur, impregnation, and discovering a new world. Can we enter all the tens together, this new world that we are acquiring?
R. In truth we have the preparation in us but are all the tens together, can they come in, can they enter? I don't know about that. This is why we are doing this congress so that in the preparation for the congress and in the act of the congress itself we will obtain some sort of a connection between us, between the tens, which is more important. Because in each ten, let’s say there is some force for a spiritual ascent, but it's not enough. And if we connect among us, helping one another as we connect in a ten and thereby help each other, through connecting among the tens we will help each other. And we will be able to achieve the ascent, the spiritual ascent for the first spiritual degree, Ibur, impregnation.
16. S. (25:27) The question is we also don't see our past generations and we don't understand the suffering and bloodshed that brought us to Bnei Baruch. We were chosen, hand-picked from above. So how can humanity after all these wars, WWI, WWII...humanity already learnt how to evade blows, it’s like a box of you know...Even though global warming and the Taliban… What kind of blows need to happen? Maybe the question is about us. How much do I need to ask the Creator to awaken them like He awakened us? Or do some other blows need to happen?
R. First of all we have to understand that our attitude to dissemination should be simple. We should explain to people that there is power of correction only in people getting closer. This is good for each person, for families, for countries and for the whole world. This is number one. Number two: even a little bit of knowledge that humanity receives, it's a little bit of consent, agreement with it is a huge power for everyone. Number three: if we awaken humanity to come closer so as to avoid or prevent disasters, by this we determine our state, our degree of Bnei Baruch making us more important, more necessary, more as a conduit from the upper force, from the Creator to all of humanity. This will also elevate ourselves by praying for all of humanity. By this we raise ourselves. So, it's not in order to do someone a big favor. It is also in order to bring us closer to the Creator, and there are other things in it that we will see.
S. (28:32) If possible, practical accuracy, refinement. Clearly getting closer is like this general exercise, but can we give them an exercise like thinking about the wellness of the world for 30 seconds or Kabbalah doesn’t use such things?
R. What you are saying is called a prayer in public. Of course, it’s good. If you can activate it, by all means. But it needs to be done in such a way that people will understand the importance of it and they’ll be inspired by it. That they will feel some new, good feelings.
S. (29:29) I meant that on some online presentation you could tell the people, let’s take 30 seconds to think well about the world, to awaken the world.
R. This is the practical work and of course it helps and positions the world in a good direction. Let’s do it, I'm in favor.
