Reading “The Wheel of Transformation of the Form.”

1. S. (29:05) Are there only two forces in the hands of the Creator: suffering and spiritual work?

R. Suffering and pleasure. He can bestow upon the created beings in that way in order to force them to reach the complete, eternal connection between them.

2. S. (30:02) What is the loan that the Creator is giving us and what is it that we should pay back?

R. That has to be clear from the text, read it and you’ll understand it.

3. S. (30:26) Baal HaSulam writes: ‘the existence of each state is only as sufficient time for the evil in it to grow enough until the public cannot bear it and then the public must ruin it and be arranged for a better state.’ Why does the public in Israel not realize that now it can’t tolerate the state and must correct it?

R. We’re also advancing the same way but we don't understand the goals. We're not holding on to the correct laws of nature, that's why our advancement is very slow.

S. He describes it like a law of nature so is it a law of nature here or is it some..?

R. It's the law of nature but according to the participation of people.

S. To feel bad is one thing, understanding where it comes from and why is entirely different. For sure everyone is suffering but it seems like they don't feel it, it's because of the separation.

R. You see how many different opinions there are about this, so we still didn't reach recognition of evil.

S. From where does that deep wisdom come, not just animate suffering?

R. From wanting to keep the laws of nature, and we want to keep the laws of our ego.

S. But this is how we were created and who wants to keep the laws of the upper nature, who knows them?

R. You start from the nature that's in you is the right nature and why is the other nature not letting you exist in a nice good way, and so what can I do.

S. I'm asking in the name of the public in Israel. It doesn't seem like the public understood what is expected of them, what is the upper nature and what is the purpose of creation, they only know they're suffering.

R. They're suffering and there will be until we don't understand or until we will understand that the recognition of evil, the meaning of the evil and the reason for correction, what the correction is, it all depends on us.

S. From where does the recognition of the reason for the suffering come?

R. From our ego, from our nature we have to be an example for the whole nation's of the world, how we're supposed to live. We see that we exist in the center of the world and the way we do live, with what relations between us, what can you take as an example for the Nations from us?

S. If I can ask for all of humanity, the people of Israel is one thing but look at all of humanity. We have things like global warming. Everything understands that this will lead to doom, it won’t change unless we change our way of life. I don't see that there's any real change of humanity with respect to it.

R. Humanity can’t do anything if in the center of humanity there won’t be an example of what has to be done. This example is what we have to give and it's written about that everywhere.

S. In short everything depends on us.

R. Yes.

4. S. (34:40) How can we continue and take the reward in the prize because we keep falling and falling and it makes me feel like I don't want to continue. Let’s put it this way, what the terrorists did is less than what I want and I want everything to just blow up and end, so how do you continue with this?

R. Until we reach the connection between us in order to prepare a place for all of the Nations to be between us and to exist in peace and love, nothing will happen.

S. Over the last year there was a huge separation and this evil in the world. How do we come to feel that this is the bad thing? We were supposed to feel that this is bad and we need correction instead and we got war and terrible suffering. Where did we run off the track for correction?

R. Where were we on the correction?

S. According to the explanation of Baal HaSulam, mutual hatred was supposed to lead us to the recognition that we’re supposed to correct it but it didn’t happen.

R. It doesn't have to be that way, until we don’t decide that we must connect and instead of those parades in every circle and every city and every street in the country, until there was such hatred here that it’s a wonder that it ended like that, it’s a wonder that it ended in that way. The hatred that was there, if it would keep developing without those terrorists as you say, they stopped that hatred by breaking our defense and jumping on us. By this they did us a favor because if they had not started this live war we would be reaching a live war between us. You see, that is something that we have to understand where we are, how we are always inviting hatred and war. We, the nation of Israel, called the nation of Israel.

S. In other words if there wasn’t an external war there would be an internal war, much worse?

R. Of course.

S. And then would we reach the right conclusion?

R. I don't think so, we’d get to another ruin.

S. Now many people feel that the war is somehow connected to the separation between us and can verbalize it, but there's a feeling, no?

R. So what from that?

S. That's what I'm asking, what more than that does it take than the sensation of the separation between us?

R. Where are the movements to connect the nation together? Where do you see such groups in the nation?

S. They don't really exist, there are only words here and there. So how do we understand what we read before, that the bad accumulates until the generation can’t stand it and corrects it?

R. The generation can’t suffer it yet, they don't care about it, they don't care.

S. But the public can tolerate a lot.

R. It’s not the force that suffers, it’s stupidity in the mind and heart. They don't understand where it’s coming from to such an extent, they don't understand, they don't feel that it's us, we ourselves are causing all this trouble. Everyone, the whole world is right by saying that about us but we can’t hear it.

S. Do we have freedom of choice, could we have heard?

R. Yes, yes. We have to connect between us and talk to one another as much as we are wicked; only in this way we can reach a recognition of evil.

S. Who wants to hear such a message?

R. But there is no choice, the Creator did everything only for the whole world. A big ego He gave to the nation of Israel and we must use it correctly.

S. From the perspective of creation there’s no choice but when you come to people and say we’re bad, you're and then..?

R. You don't have to work in that way, don't work in that way, that's stupidity. You can’t come to an egoist, an individual and tell him directly to his eyes such, such words. Gradually, you have to explain it in all media and all channels with everything you can that we are actually going against the plan of creation and that's why we’re suffering. That's why the whole world is being revealed as disregarding us and punishing us, and they are right.

5. S. (41:33) Sometimes I hear but we have to understand that we caused the events that happened, we brought about this.

R. Of course we caused them. That's why the whole world is crying out that the Jews are guilty and we don't understand how it could be? We're only doing good things for everybody.

S. Exactly, the ego doesn’t want to feel it. It’s intolerable to feel that we are actually the ones who do it.

R. So let's help each other acknowledge and feel who we are. As much as all this ego is in us, the Creator did it on purpose for us, that we will correct ourselves, come to the world and ask them for forgiveness for us being in such a way and we’ll give them an example of connection. There is no other choice guys, there is no other choice. It will keep going and going, another round and another round. We will have to reach a state that we must on one hand, we have to be like iron because on the outside, they want to kill us but from within we have to be connected in order to be like iron against our ego. A few discernments here that we need to discern, discuss them directly and explain. It's great work that we have to do, let's hope that we’ll understand it and succeed in it.

6. S. (44:02) A part of the message you will now give is intolerable in terms of the public, how we want to blame and all that. Because of the separation between us you also said that it’s difficult to accept.

R. Because you don't see the big picture, you don't see the whole picture, that's why it’s like that. Of course that you pick a certain part of the nation and start killing them, so how can you demand them to be good?

S. Basically, we have to give people the whole picture first, so people will understand the whole picture because otherwise it could just be an accusation that they can’t..?

R. That's why everything depends on dissemination and explanation, and that's what I'm expecting of you.

7. S. (45:35) It is known that we are an obstinate people, so what can the people hear right now at this point?

R. The people can hear the truth, you can’t hide half a thing even though there are things you can’t say directly because they won’t accept them but still slice after slice. Every time you need to slice it from the truth and also present it before the nation and before the world. We must do that, otherwise there won’t be any end to this. What do you think (asks a student)?

S. You said before that it would be a mistake to be too blunt about it and we have to explain it gradually. So I'm asking, we suffered a serious blow already, so maybe something did change in people, in their understanding or do you feel that there’s still no change? What can they hear?

R. What they can hear? I don't know, but as much as they will that will also go through. There has to be a system, a constant system that works correctly from now until the end of correction. That we constantly have to explain on all kinds of levels and examples what we need to do, why we are in this reality and what does this reality want of us. This is something that we must present before everyone and not run away from this or hide ourselves. That’s not good, that is not good.

8. S. (48:32) You said we have to be responsible. It’s hard to set an example to the world but it's clear what we have to do. What does it mean to build a place for all the nations of the world?

R. Create such groups of bestowal that can explain to all people what the meaning of the correction of the world is, the role and the place of the nation of Israel in this whole thing, as much as they're obligated to engage in all of this.

9. S. (49:35) It’s written in the article, “That the whole earth will be full of the knowledge of our Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” What does it mean, “that the waters cover the sea?”

R. That the knowledge of the Creator will cover all of humanity and it will connect everyone into one place.

10. S. (50:31) The Creator has a direct line to each one in this world. How is it possible for us to be partners with Him in dissemination through this line, through the Creator’s line to each person?

R. Baal HaSulam writes about this a lot. We need to connect between us and then we will have an ability to appear before the whole world through the Creator.

11. S. (51:27) He writes in the end that as long as self-love and egoism are in a person, among the nations and the people of Israel, too, we will not be able to work in purity and bestow upon others. What does it mean, practically for us?

R. That we must begin anyway, everything starts from us.

12. S. (51:57) I heard now, in your words, of the gravity, the danger that the people of Israel and the world are in if we don't do our work and you said it all depends on dissemination. Many people are doing personal dissemination, whatever they can do. The question is: Do we need to do some general act of dissemination now, maybe start a channel for uniting the people, something that will allow the friends to give everything they can?

R. Speak between you, especially the women and think, give us advice. What should be done? Maybe it'll be good to take it and realize it. Okay, we will end here and let's hope that we'll think about it, keep thinking about it.
