Part 1:

Zohar for All. "Introduction of The Book of Zohar". The Fourteenth Commandment. #247

1. Rav’s Introduction: (02:22) This commandment talks already about the final corrections, when we come to the corrected state in the connection between us and when we are incorporated in this corrected state in many states Mitzvot, meaning commandments that are truly towards the final correction of ours. This is how we gradually approach the state of being similar to the Creator because all of these commandments are commands in how to resemble the Creator more and more. And in this way we come to the complete correction. So let's see what the 14th commandment is considered.

Reading item #247. (1:53) “The fourteenth commandment is to keep the Sabbath day..”

2. R. (02:43) Meaning of the Sabbath day presents before us the final state in which everything is corrected, everything is connected, everything is arranged in creation. Where are all the parts of creation even though all of creation includes or is included from contradicted states we nevertheless will see them as supportive of one another, connected to one another and building one another in the form of a plus and minus, through different combinations in which through their connections they come to perfection. And that's called the sanctity or the holiness of Shabbat or the holiness of the day, where all of creation, despite the fact that the Creator created it opposite to Himself, but this oppositeness, this oppositeness is specifically operating in a manner that we can complete one another all the way to the picture, to the complete system is depicted.

Continuing Reading.

3. R. (05:25) Meaning if we already caused a certain correction or this correction is done from above we need to be concerned with there are not being a connection between the Klipa and Kedusha, where in order to receive will not enter to in order to bestow and will once again caused just like in this sin of the Tree of knowledge for the systems of the Klipa enter into the systems of Sanctity.

Continuing Reading.

4. R. (06:23) When the light of Hochma illuminates upon us we are sanctified by it and already cannot perform actions in order to receive but only in order to bestow, and we are drawn and are associated with those actions. And the extension to such actions is called the pleasure of the Sabbath. To preserve to keeping the Sabbath day is...

Continuing Reading.

5. R. (07:02) Where specifically by us engaging in the Sitra Achra we find pleasures not in us engaging with this garbage, but rather by us differentiating separating between the Klipa and Kedusha and engaging only in collecting and gathering all of the Kedusha all in order to bestow, to stabilized and established and build it this way.

Continuing Reading.

6. R. (07:52) That's a sign that if we engage in something and cannot do it in order to bestow, it's a sign that the Sitra Achra is still there and it is what's not letting us come to bestow.

Continuing Reading.

7. R. (08:27) And then by us scrutinies differentiating, sorting out all of these things associating this to that, and that to this, and as much as possible, accordingly, separate between the Sitra Achra and Kedusha, then by that we arrange the whole system of the worlds and this is how we advance towards correction, to the complete correction.

Continuing Reading.

8. R. (10:31) Meaning the Creator began creation in that state called the day of Sabbath where nothing needs to be corrected; the whole state. And then that state got corrupted completely which is called by the sin of Adam HaRishon and we need as the parts of Adam HaRishon to bring ourselves on our own, by our own, to that state, the whole state called Shabbat. So there is the Shabbat of Beresheet, and there is the final Shabbat, the one that begins the creation and the one that is the final correction.

We need to perform the final correction of the Sabbath to make it whole so as we complete it in all of its details, such that everyone will connect and give the completion to that final correction that final wholeness. That's our work, so instead of bringing the Sabbath that the Creator brought to begin with, where everything was perfect on his behalf from above, we with our nature, that he created, the evil inclination he created, we intermingle in this entire system and learn it scrutinize it and bring it to completion to wholeness which is the final Sabbath in the actions of creation which is called the Sabbath of the final correction.

Reading Item# 248. (12:25) “When the day began, what remained was the creation of spirits..”

9. R. (15:13) Meaning what the Creator did it’s such conditions in creation that we can do corrections and bring creation to its whole state. From the state he created and then from the work that we are doing then we will know what he did. It's like we buy a child some toy or game and this game is kind of disassembled and all of the parts are included but none of those parts are arranged or connected, one parts of the other and then we we kind of help him a little a child, so that he will know how this game kind of works and then we leave him so he will know what to do, how to do.

And therefore, how our work is we see creation as being all very shattered, complex, one piece doesn't suit the other, each wants to somewhat differently do things and none of us see how the other can be his partner or one's helper. And we have no inclination towards that, we don't see any benefit in this common work of ours and that's how the Creator created it to begin with so that we will understand, just like in the shattered vessel, just like in that game that is in a box, seemingly broken, and we come home and we opened the box and we see many parts and we start to think all together, what will this be, what will it become, how could this be one thing? What's the benefit from each and every part, for it to be connected to other parts? How can we make a benefit out of it from all of these parts? And then gradually slowly, slowly, through tears that we received from I’m sorry examples that we received from nature which we received from the deficiency of ours here and there we managed to see how these things can be arranged.

This is how we begin assembling it and a person is actually one that assembles this, puts it together by connecting to others. There are many animals, creatures like ants, all kinds of such things who assemble themselves in groups and feel according to nature, instinctively that it is best for them to do so it is easier on one hand. On the other hand, they are not with their intellect, with their wisdom in this, but rather there is an inner instinctive kind of drive that makes them do that. And a person needs to see what he is lacking and he comes to implementing what he is missing and that this implementation is actually one that goes through connection, through incorporation with others. This how he comes to his correction to become ‘as one man, in one heart’ with the Creator and he starts to learn what the whole system is called.

10. S. (20:20) How can we come to a common deficiency as a ten so we will be able to sanctify the Sabbath?

R. According to how the Kabbalist tells us we come to a ten, start organizing ourselves together, connect between us, to one group, to one system in which each thinks of the others in a ten and then we think that way, we evoke from our source one force called the upper light. It influences us and brings us closer to one another this way and by us coming closer to the upper light we begin to understand that there's an additional force here, additional mindfulness, and additional way of seeing the goal: and this is how we advance.

The work is very practical and simple. The whole problem is to not forget that we are against our nature when we are working here and the main thing is to be against our nature that we will not let our nature, our ego that the Creator created for us, to not let it overcome us. If we don't forget about that our work is simple because we hold this snake by the throat, and we don't let it control us. The moment we let go of it, it begins between us to truly wander and wreak havoc at every step along the way.

11. S. (22:46) In the Shabbat we are really concerned about connection, love and bestowal. So what are we actually doing in this rest? So how can we in this rest come to connection, love and bestowal? So what is the effect of the rest and how do we understand: what is this rest?

R. The rest is considered that we kind of beat the evil inclination, triumph over it like the Creator created the evil inclination as it says we beat it, we subdue it and we put it into our work. Whereas through the evil inclination we also bring the system back to more effective functioning.

In every system in this world we see that there are two forces, two contradicting forces, and we cannot work with one without the other. That's in mechanics, in physics, in optics, in whatever system you talk about there is always a thing and it's opposite. Otherwise it would not exist. There is no existence for any one thing, the only thing that exists as one is the Creator. Everything else there is something against it that has to be there to emphasize it, and we need to create this system that is opposite to Him and then the differentiation between these two we can examine and investigate the Creator. That's the advantage of light from darkness. Therefore, this is our work, to build a system, let’s say a laboratory in which we are learning about the Creator, examining the Creator, getting to know Him, revealing Him.

S. What does that have to do with rest? I don't understand this? Because that's work actually, that's really work.

R. That's another question, that’s something else. A question about rest: rest talks about me against the force of connection, found the force of separation and vice versa against the force of separation we find the force of connection and I see how they complete one another and when I complete the two I see that by that I have completed all of the work. I have the force of good, I have the force of evil, and one can be revealed upon the other and I am between the two of them connecting the two of them in me, in my system in which I became incorporated from two systems: the system of the Creator and the system of the created being.

12. S. (26:50) A child that receives a box of Legos, he has a picture of the complete product and he builds it accordingly. What picture if at all do the created beings have?

R. The created beings have a negative picture and how they cannot get along and there is also the advice of how they can come to the positive state so that they will get along. That also works in that way.

13. S. (27:32) How in the connection with another do we come to the state of Sabbath and draw the light?

R. Through what we learn we need to help one another, study together, pray to the Creator together for him to help us to become ‘one man, in one heart’ that is how we come closer to being one group which is the ten. And the ten is already the Kli which the Creator is revealed. In the tent there are ten qualities in which the Creator can be revealed as one Operator.

14. S. (29:08) Practically speaking I brought two separate sanctity from the Shells how can we keep it in the ten so that we don't do actions from our egoism?

R. Again

S. By separating the Klipa the shell from sanctity so how can we make sure from our altruistic actions. We won't’ fall into the egotistic form?

R. Only by performing them in the group. If you perform them in the group you have no fear because everyone will hold onto it as well.

S. It's not clear I'm sorry if I bestow to the friends they will receive the reward so it won't touch me in the ten?

R. Why doesn't it come to you?

S. Because I seemingly bestow to them and they are rewarded and I'm not enjoying it.

R. If you don't enjoy bestowing to them, then you are not bestowing.

S. I need to feel pleasure in bestowing to them and they them receiving it and then it's not considered a shell.

R. Right, think about what you are speaking, otherwise your words and your actions are opposite.

15. S. (30:49) You describe a system as being made of the Creator and the created being, meaning, we need to have the greatness of the Creator, meaning the greatness of the connection, the greatness of building of the Vessel?

R. Yes.

S. So how do we come to the stability of the system?

R. I cannot hear you because you are not finishing your sentences. Say it clearly from the beginning to the end of your sentences, whatever you want to say.

S. How do we come to the stability of the system that is made of two parts: the system of the creation and the system of the Creator?

R. Stability is attained by the creation understanding what it needs to do for the sake of the Creator and then it's assembled correctly precisely together and it operates for the benefit of the Creator.

S. And the next stage afterwards let's say we're going to the greatness of the Creator and now we can't work on building the vessel?

R. Yes.

16. S. (32:55) On the day of rest, the seventh day, the Shabbat, what is the student expected to do? Cancel the will to receive in a special way, apply restriction, screen, reflected light and be only in bestowal under the bestowal. Does this connect to what you said about grabbing the serpent by his tail?

R. The seventh day is the day of rest because there is nothing more to do, there are no actions of correction, there are no actions of connection. We have arrived in a state in which everything is connected together and then the upper force, the force of the Creator, the light shines in all of the vessels so that they will connect to one system and they complete one another, that's called the day of the Sabbath, the day of rest. That's it we have attained it to a certain degree. Then the next week begins, in which once more we want to arrange a connection between us in a higher state, with greater disturbances until we come to the next state, the perfect state. That's called next Sabbath and this is how we go through a number of these states until we cause all of the systems that could be into perfection; into completion. This is how we can come to each helping the other and this is how we bring everyone to one system. That's it.

17. S. (35:32) You gave an example of a child that is putting together pieces of a toy. If I put together the pieces in such a way when I am on my own, does it mean that I am necessarily justifying the Creator?

R. Yes, of course because you are doing it according to His plan, yes. Success for you, succeed.

18. S. (36:16) Please consider this topic of the Sabbath that we are going through, how to see this topic in a Ten? After all this states that you have to describe, the state of rest is the state that is opposite. What do we do in the Ten today?

R. We need to necessarily, everyday, in every Ten bring it to a state, as much as we can to complete one another, to complete one another. That's what we want to attain and then from several such states we will begin to come closer to a state of wholeness in which this mutual completion, compliment will demonstrate the state of wholeness called the Creator. That's what we need to attain.

S. More precisely this state of completion to feel it more, I can't feel that state?

R. Try. What can I tell you? Seek and try if you don't yet have that feeling, then look for it.

19. S. (38:15) You are teaching us that the Surrounding Light which is the Light of Correction it's round, illuminates upon us through the final purpose of creation and in a certain way our work in a ten can be summarized in raising MAN and on the other hand, by receiving MAD which arrives, which we conclude our rest with there's a certain state where we feel that our work has come to the Creator from its general work of the ten. What's the connection between the MAN and this correction that we ourselves create? What is this process, this cyclical process?

R. We gradually combine all of the parts of creation to an integral system that's tighter and tighter. Tighter and tighter. And it's going through the stages of correction.

20. S. (40:19) Is there a connection between us doing the corporeal work working 6 days a week and then on the Sabbath which is a spiritual day we only correct the ZAT, the lower parts and the GAR is only the final correction and there is a division of the ZAT is YESHUT and Malchut is the separate work, is there a connection there?

R. We will learn about this, we will learn it.

21. S. (41:10) In this laboratory that each of us is in there is a feeling that the Creator changes each time the conditions? How do I investigate and choose the most correct response in these changing conditions?

R. You choose all the changing conditions, the maximum you can to influence all corners of creation into one action of bestowal, of mutual bestowal between them. In the center, in the midst you will see the Creator that is revealed.

S. I need to be at the height of the system too?

R. You have to feel that you are including the system.

22. S. (42:33) In the context of the filling of the friends I want to be more precise, it's our entire Ten needs to be as one and if I am not working sufficiently then it means that my friends are not receiving what they need to receive and that is what all the friends need to fill the others?

R. Very true, very true.

S. That's the law of Arvut?

R. Yes.

23. S. (43:17) At the beginning of what we read it's written that the day will be sanctified from the spirits that will be revealed. My question is were the spirits created with the souls? Where were they in this time of Sabbath, where it is written that in the Sabbath the souls were created where is this all?

R. The Sabbath is a special state of the soul. The  soul connects to one system as a node that feels inside of it a state called Sabbath.

24. S. (44:22) In our work we build scrutinies from opposites. Is this the sum of each of the parts of the Ten, is this the essence of our work?

R. Yes, that's correct.

25. S. (44:54) It is written that the Sabbath is rest only relative to the work of the creator that he completed his work, what is for us the Sabbath?

R. The Sabbath is the end of our work when a person finishes doing everything he was required to do, the result of that is called the connection between all the parts. We used to be shattered and now we're connected between them. Therefore, when they connect they bring themselves to a state called Sabbath.

26. S. (46:08) In the state of Sabbath, is gratitude an appropriate  prayer when we reach this state?

R. It's a kind of gratitude. Gratefulness we gradually discover in the state called the Sabbath how the Creator and all of it was for the sake of the created beings and that the purpose of our development is our wholeness, when we identify in some form with the Creator, and because according to the plan of the Creator we need to reach a complete quality that is like Him. Consequently, we have a limited number of Sabbaths. The state is also limited and eventually we reach the end of the development from one Sabbath to the next. We reach the Sabbath at the end of the correction and this is the Sabbath where wholeness is revealed in all of its glory.

27. S. (48:10) Thank you to all the friends for a very special congress and gratitude to all of the friends that were in the Congress and to be willing in every moment to be in this inner work and to be with them gave me lots of forces and I just wanted to say about that that when I think about that and when I mention this, just like you gave the example of the mother I didn't think I would understand it so closely. After this convention it's what helps me to think all the time to be reminded to be in that state of the Congress and it suddenly gives me this force to work and it gives me within the Ten and this really gives me strength so that's the gratitude.

The question is after a good and beautiful convention when you start remembering it and all the details because it was always very compressed, so I thought that I was okay. Now that I'm thinking about the whole convention, I'm starting to notice certain things that I myself didn't notice during the convention that weren't so okay. This scrutiny, this critique, is it correct, of course it's something, I want to correct but after the convention is it right that there is such a calculation that you are looking at how you behaved and you're doing calculations from that for the future?

R. You're feeling, has to be there. A person has to go through all the states, and you have nothing to be afraid of, or nothing to be concerned of. Some states are good and some states are not so good and it is a pity that you feel them. Rather, whatever you feel you feel. The important thing is to go through them and to get them to pass through you inside and to get integrated from them. The main thing is to aim yourself at greater connection. This is our surest direction. This is the safest direction.

28. S. (50:50) You said that the Sabbath is the end of our work. Can you elaborate a bit more please because I thought that I heard that there was a different type of work that we do on the Sabbath?

R. The Sabbath is the state where we scrutinize all the corrections, and we complete them and there's nothing left to do. This comes at each and every degree and that's why we have many Sabbaths. The last Sabbath is the Sabbath of the end of correction, it's a Sabbath where we do correct ourselves and that is how we advance more and more. I don't have anything to say. A lot is written about it but the principle is quite simple.

29. S. (52:27) It is written in 248 that what remains is to build the spirits we learn that spirits are desires that are uncorrected and the body is the desire can you explain what is written here

R. No, I cannot explain it. We are not ready for it not yet.

30. S. (53:04) The final correction is us rising to 620 times what we received to begin with. Man was created in the 5th year meaning in NRN the final correction was Sabbath without the incorporation of what we're supposed to carry out?

R. Let's say for now, yes.

S. Meaning that creation was perfect without Adam, without the highest part of creation?

R. Of course, creation was complete without man but man who adds his participation to Creation raises creation a few degrees higher.

31. S. (54:05) I understand that the Sabbath is a state in which the vessels are already corrected and are ready and what's not enough is that the Creator comes and he fills those vessels, if it is so then the question is, why do we feel rest why does creation feel rest if the Creator with the closeness of the Creator there needs to be a certain fear or some response that has nothing to do with the rest why are we talking about rest if we have adhesion between the Creator and the created being? Between the vessels and the light?

R. We don't feel rest before we attain the final state and when we attain it, then we feel that we are in absolute rest because the vessel and the light are in complete equivalence and they feel each other mutually.

S. Meaning we could say that there are many Sabbaths like this. We don't feel them until we complete our correction and then all the sabbaths accumulate and we feel that one Sabbath which all the sabbaths are in one?

R. Yes.

32. S. (53:43) In 248 it is written that the tree of knowledge of good and evil evoked the evil side, are the spirits that are spoken of here are they the evil side? Then is it speaking about the remaining uncorrected from previous incarnations that were not corrected yet?

R. Both, it's both the parts that were not corrected in previous incarnations and also parts of how to correct now and in the future. This means that good and evil are mixed in the tree of knowledge, from the side of the evil.

Reading (56:55) “Hence they remained spirits..”

Reading number 249 (01:03:35) “ when the Creator saw it he evoked the blowing of wind..”

33. S. (01:09:19) He says something very nice he says, when the Creator saw that the sentence was with the Sitra Achra and they had power to ‎clothe in bodies in the world, which would completely prevent further correction,  what  does he tell me here?

R. That you cannot do it without the Sitra Achra if there will be no Sitra Achra there will not be the correct knowledge of how to clothe in reality.

S. What does it mean the force that clothe in the body, the desires?

R. The desires.

S. Only the desires?

R. Yes. The Sitra Achra is helping us.

S. So He is truly showing, “I created the evil inclination”?

R. Yes.

S. So what do you do next for this?

R. You correct the evil inclination and you use the system of the evil inclination in addition to the system of the good inclination; and then good and bad can work together and then we reach “that twice and it was good”.

34. S. (01:10:48) We say that we are remembering the convention and we remember the Kli that we built together, so do we return to this mutual Kli and do the corrections there or are we building a new home?

R. With each passing day we are building a new Kli, and this Kli is becoming more refined and more perfected and more corrected and closer to the Kli of the end of the correction; and through such events like the Congress we actually make a big leap forward. We upgrade our corrected Kli to be even more corrected and that's it. Now we're going through a few days where some people are still flying, some didn't make it home or did, and some are in a state of confusion, some people are sick, so that's why today and tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we are in states that are still not settled, soon we will return to our stable state and we will advance properly. But for now we have to be in this hold period.

35. S. (01:13:10) The convention showed us our next degree if I understand it correctly, and how we as a whole World Kli needs to come to this degree and to truly begin in a small way maybe a little assembly in the group to discuss it? How do we come to that degree that the convention showed us?

R. I would advise you to talk about it. Talk about how, how can we elevate our spiritual state after the Congress? The fact that we changed there’s no question about it, we have certainly changed. Each of us absorbed into himself or herself something from the others. Each one has become a little wiser, a little older. Each of us was more impressed by others.

Let's have a bit of a critical analysis of what happened with us after the Congress. What did we become? What can we allow ourselves to do and what can we attain? I recommend doing it in a workshop. Now we’ll answer a few more questions and then you will do the workshop where you will tell one another how you think we should continue and advance? What else do we need to do and in which way we should connect? And, then everything will be clearer what's going on with us.

36. S. (01:15:51) The last except that we read in the Zohar maybe I'm wrong, but It gives us this feeling that this evil is just spreading and strengthening naturally and the good and the Creator comes like some father from the outside and artificially helps us do that, is that right?

R. Right.

S. Why is it that way?

R. Because the evil appears in us according to the purpose of creation, and the good appears in us according to our demand to balance the evil. To the extent that we appreciate the Creator and we want to resemble Him. This is why in order to draw the good force to ourselves we need to think to organize to connect and then, we'll have the good force. Whereas, strengthening in the evil force is something we don't need any actions for, in the beginning of creation as the Creator says “I have created the evil inclination” so out of creating the evil inclination this evil force exists in nature and it is revealed, it’s revealed, so let's ask our friends who can manage things to talk in what ways we can continue now in a more advanced, beneficial and effective way towards corrections after the congress.

37. S. (01:18:18) I haven't got words to say, the Congress was so overwhelming. Coming back I remember I could not even pray because words cannot come out of my mouth. It's as though the prayers are in my heart but I cannot take it out of my mouth, but I'm very pleased that my European sisters are here with me so I'm feeling in this state of Shabbat in Europe. I feel as though we have prayed a lot and some of us went to Israel and we are now coming to the morning lessons and a lot of things are changing in Europe, so I just feel a sense of gratitude which this is why I asked the question, if gratitude is the response, so I'm very happy but I just don't have words because it's all locked up inside my heart.

R. But you feel me in your heart do you feel me in your heart?

S. Absolutely you mean so much to me. My laptop is always in my bedroom and when I wake up in the morning you're the first person I see, even when I'm in the office, even if I cannot connect I'm always, everyone knows, that my laptop is with me even during my job. So yes, you mean a lot to us in the women's vessel and we thank very very much and sometimes we don't know how to express ourselves, we're trying to annul and at the same time we're trying to participate. Thank You.

R. Beautiful.

S. First I must thank you for the Congress, to everyone, to those who had the ability to be in Israel and all those who connected virtually, it was a really powerful Congress and I was with you all the time. My question is related to what we just read, is the Sitra Achra our uncorrected desires?

R. The Sitra Achra is the uncorrected desires, however, they have to remain this way until the final corrections, the end of corrections and then they are inverted to be something good. Because they act devotedly in order to increase the evil force and against that we will discover the good force. Their work is to resist the good, we need to respect the Sitra Achra for that too.

S. Only when we discover the uncorrected desire then we actually start the work because before we don't see the uncorrected desires and then there's nothing to work on?

R. That's right. That is correct. Next time I hope to see you in the Congress here.

38. S. (01:23:18) Is the stage of raising 'divinity from the dust "is that a stage in our development?

R. Yes of course, that's the main thing. When we raise 'Divinity from the Dust' and for it, to it to the Shechina. particles of the dust attach and we raise them to Kedusha, to Shechina and then by that it shines and sparkles specifically. This is difficult work and very special. and everyone gets this sparkle.

S. Is it a condition we have to fulfill in order to reach or discover the greatness in our connections in the Ten?

R. Yes, it's a condition, we will elevate ourselves along with the Shechina with the particles of dust so below nothing remains.

S. Can we measure the success of the Congress from raising divinity to the dust to discovering the greatness of the Creator in our connections?

R. Each and everyone can try to measure how much he can today disconnect from in order to receive, talking about thoughts about himself and to be connected to thoughts of the friends and to hand himself out to them in a way that the bottom of the heart he wants everyone to rise to a degree of a connection between them alone. This is how we should see ourselves. I think that in each and every one there is at least a small chance to do that.

39. S. (01:26:04) In your answer to the friend you said that we should respect the Sitra Achra. What does that mean with regard to the work that we do?

R. All the forces that oppose the correction, all these forces we should respect them, because they give us the opposite of the correction and that is how we can distinguish by them where we need to add corrections.

S. Does that mean we work against them or it's impossible to work against them? That we have to somehow conduct them in different ways with connection with friends or other means but to respect them how do we overcome them and how to respect them at the same time, because they are seen as an adversary?

R. We act toward the connection with these desires as much as we can, starting from zero until as much as you can. Meaning we're going towards connection and these forces we want them to join. These forces remain as the posterior side of the Partzufim of the Kedusha. We have to have them.

40. S. (01:28:05) We say that the evil inclination comes automatically but the good inclination comes through a feeling of the Creator. We also say that the ups and downs only come from the Creator so still the descents and the Falls come from the Creator or automatically?

R. Nothing comes automatically, everything always comes by the Creator’s commands.

41. S. (01:28:52) You said before that we need to do a scrutiny of the Congress and I'm asking myself how is it possible to draw conclusions related to the Congress where it feels like the Congress happened a long time ago?

R. Because you're acting in a very intensive way, every day for you brings many new discernments. This is why you have the feeling as if the Congress happened a long time ago. For some, like over here, they still haven't yet flown. They haven't yet left our place, they haven't left our place, they haven't gotten home. Some are like this so we need to nonetheless work with all these discernments together. I highly appreciate your work. How much you are doing and after the Congress. Thank you very much.

42. S. (1:30:24) Yesterday in the group we also did a summary of the Congress it certainly a great Congress and in the mirror Congress we really felt Petah Tikvah we went through similar states. One thing that we think about for the future especially for beginners is to do some kind of wWorkshop after the lesson that was missing for beginners. Do you recommend doing that in the future and should we do that separated men and women or maybe even together?

R. I don't know you have to decide on your own, together or not to do these summaries but in general it's good, it is essential to write down this resume. Write to the ones who are in charge over the Congress so the next time it will be part of the lesson and the plan so we will be an unseparated part of the lesson.

43. S. (01:31:58) In our Ten, we would love the teacher to love us like he loves the women Europe 10 what should we do to have this happen

R. To love you so much like I love the woman Europe Ten, oh boy, what can I say. Would my heart be big enough to treat you this way? The truth is we witnessed how much the Turkish and women entered into our system of Bnei Baruch, the worldwide Bnei Baruch and how much they really entered inside and they pushed everyone and they became the center of the women of Bnei Baruch. Y you want more, beyond that I don't know, isn't that too much? I will try. I will try to open my heart for you and you will enter into my heart others will not see that only me and you, only me and you. We will be together within my heart. I have room for that, kisses.

44. S. (01:34:25) I heard you say before that we need to measure how much we think of ourselves and how much we think of the friends, and when I do this examination what I find is that there are two forces in me. I think about myself more than ever maybe and yet I also think of the friends, how can I take advantage of these thoughts of self to push myself higher and think of the friends more? How to use all of this coarseness to turn it into something positive of bestowal?

R. This is only a few attach yourselves to the friends, then you will feel how much it elevates you.  Only by adhesion to friends can you elevate yourself.

S. What should I do with this whole feeling that I'm kind of stuck in myself but I'm also very glued to the friends I want to enter them?

R. Only together. I have nothing more to say only together.

45. S. (01:35:58) The state we achieved in the Congress is this an accumulation of all our efforts before the Congress or some payment in advance, like a down payment.

R. This is what we accumulated before the Congress and what we were able to connect during the Congress but it's not for the future, for the future we have to work now.

46. S. (01:36:43) What exactly is what you said after such scrutiny of the help of the Sitra Achra in the work? What do you mean by reaching twice the good? What is once the good and what is twice the good, what is this exactly?

R. This twice good is that the evil inclination will become a good inclination and will help us elevate the intensity of our corrections a few times higher. It's like the Wilson Bridge and electricity. There is this thing where the minus and the plus act in one direction, this is what we want to happen in our work.

47. S. (01:38:03) The feeling in the Congress was amazing of interdependence it was felt like we went under the force of connection and we felt how every friend that is added makes it easier to hold the connection and the interdependence was felt and thank you for the amazing Congress to everyone?

R. Thank you too for your participation.
